Sighing to himself Aaron took and walked off the elevator and into the BAU office. Pushing the door open he took and smiled at some of the workers already there. He walked up the stairs and straight to his office. Running a hand over his face, he let a yawn escape his lips. Past few nights had been rough he hadn't, had much sleep at all. Sitting down he took and let a sigh escape his lips as he closed his eyes. He knew today was going to be a long one, opening his eyes he drank on his coffee filling out some files that he had to get done before the day actually began.

Jessica Robbins, new to the BAU. Sighing to herself she adjusted her badge and bit her lip. Glad to have landed this job, she saw the elevator open up and sighed looking around at the place. She'd been with the BAU team here for a few months now, but she was still considered new. Walking for the BAU doors she pushed them open going to her cubical and putting her things down. She sunk into her seat and opened a file that was on her desk doing the last minute details before the team piled in.

"Henry, have a good time with Daddy this week." JJ spoke into the phone as she walked into BAU building. "Now Will if you need anything, please let me know. Have fun you guys" She said to her ex-husband before hanging up the phone. She then stepped into the elevator, going to the floor that held her office. When she got off the right floor JJ walked into the office lobby area, seeing that hardly anyone was here...at least no one from her team was yet. However, when she walked towards her office, she noticed that Hotch was in his office. Walking over to his office, she gently knocked of the opened door, smiling at him. "Good Morning." She said with a sweet, sincere smile.

"I'm going to be late...dammit I am going to be late." One Derek Morgan told himself as he rushed out for the gym, freshly showered with his work clothes on. Out of all his years in the BAU, Derek had never been late till now. Sprinting to his SUV, the man hopped in before quickly starting it. Pulling up his phone, he looked to see how bad traffic was this morning and couldn't help but sigh a small sigh of relief when he saw that it wasn't that bad. "Oh thank goodness." He said to himself as he started to pull out of the gym's parking lot and down the road. When he got to the office, he quickly grabbed his bag before rushing inside. When he got into the office, he smiled seeing that he wasn't the last one here. However, he couldn't help but notice that the new girl was here and starting today. "Well good morning." He said with a charming smile. "I'm Derek Morgan."

Aaron looked up at JJ and smiled seeing her there, "Good morning JJ." He told her as he got up and walked over. Giving her a friendly hug he smiled at her, "So how were things this morning? Henry looking forward to time with Will this week?" Aaron questioned walking back to his desk and sitting down as he smiled at her.

Jessica glanced up from the file and smiled at Derek, "Nice to meet you, Derek." She smiled sweetly getting up from her seat. "I'm Jessica Robbins." She told him extending her hand and shaking his as she smiled before returning back to her seat and closing the file folder up and put it in it's place as she rubbed the back of her neck.

JJ smiled as she hugged Aaron, slowly pulling to look to him. “Things are going good. But yes, Henry is really excited about it. He gets a week with his Daddy in New Orleans.” She said as she sat on the edge of his desk. That was the kind of relationship and friendship that her and Hotch had. She was just relaxed with him, and she even knew what some of the team mates thought about the two of them. “How’s everything this morning? You’re here a little early.”

Derek smiled at Jessica, “Pleasure to meet you.” He winked as he extended his hand to shake hers. He watched her and just smiled a little. “The team will be so excited to meet you. We were starting to wonder when you were coming. Hotch wasn’t giving much details just said that you were coming soon.” He smiled.

"Couldn't sleep." Aaron told her sighing a little bit. "I took and decided to come on and get some of these files out of my way." He smiled at JJ as he placed his hand on her leg and smiled at her. "Just one of those night's everything hit, got restless." He admitted to her.

Jessica smiled, "Well." She paused smiling at him. "I had things to tie up in California." She admitted and smiled at Derek before seeing some people walking in as she kept her charming, sweet smile on her face.

JJ smiled, watching his hand travel to her leg and gently rest on it. She looked back up to him as he started talking, frowning a little when he said that it was one of those nights where everything hit. It still made her frown that he would feel this way once in a while. "Oh Aaron," She said as she carefully got off the desk, moving a little closer to him. "Please tell me what I can do." She leaned into him, quickly kissing him on the lips before anyone could possibly walk in. "You know that I am here for you." She reminded him as she stood back up, leaning back up against his desk.

Derek nodded, "Well I am glad that you're here. I know the rest of the team will be so excited to finally see you." He grinned as he looked up at the time. When he saw the other team mates heading to the conference room, Derek looked to her. "Lets go meet up with the rest of the team. They are going to be so glad to see you here." He smirked as he started walking up the stairs with her. When they got to the room, Derek introduced her to the rest of the team - Reid, Spencer, and Garcia. He couldn't help but wonder where Hotch and JJ were, however, he knew that they would probably be in soon. They were probably going over today's case.

"JJ." Aaron sighed. "There's not a lot you can do." He promised. "It's something I have to work through." He smiled cupping her cheek. "I promise I am going to be ok. Eventually when I work past things." Aaron smiled. "I just need to get over everything that happened last year. I promise i'll be ok." Aaron assured her.

Jessica smiled at the other team members before sitting down beside of Garcia. Seeing her look at her before grinning, "I think I am going to like you." She spoke up.

"Oh really?" Jessica asked.

"Yea, you are going to be good for this team." She smiled.

She giggled nodding her head.

"I know you tell me that you'll be okay, I just want to do whatever I can to make things easy on you." JJ said as he looked to him. She smiled as their eyes locked, looking at each other. "I know you'll work past things." she spoke softly as she moved a little closer to him. She kissed him softly on the lips, smiling a little. "Now, Think we should get in there before the team starts to worry." She laughed lightly as she pulled away from him. She picked up their things from his desk, the folders and such. She looked at the upcoming case and smiled. "I think we're all set for the case." She smiled.

Derek smiled as he watched Garcia and Jessica interact. He sat down at the table in his usual spot, giving a small good morning to Rossi and Reid who were sitting down at the table already. He started a small chitchat with Rossi, waiting for Hotch and JJ to come into the room. When he heard the two of them coming down the hall, he looked up to see them. He then looked to Jessica, "Now you'll get to meet the boss and the missus." He joked, always feeling like Hotch and JJ would be a good couple.

Aaron looked at the team seeing the new girl that had came from California. "Jessica, right?" He looked at her seeing her nod her head. "Welcome to the team. Alright guys. We have a case coming out of Denver. Two missing females both have gone missing in the same span. Two weeks apart. Same everything. We're going up in thirty." Aaron told the team walking out with JJ.

Jessica looked at Derek and smiled. She took and could tell those two were hiding a relationship by their actions to one another. She got up following the rest of the team out. She took and grabbed her bag following Derek to wherever they had to go too.

She then listened as Hotch filled the rest of the team in on what case they were taking on today. She didn’t mind the fact that they were going to Denver, it was just that it was going to be while they were there; which that didn’t bother her either since it snowed where they lived, but still. “I hope everyone packed their warm clothing.” She smirked as she walked out with Hotch.

Derek shook his head as he watched JJ and Hotch step out of the room. “I swear they’re together.” He mumbled as he handed out with Jessica. He looked to Jessica when he heard JJ told them that she hoped they packed warm clothing. “Did you bring warm clothes, Cali Girl?” He tears, deciding that Jessica’s nickname was going to be Cali Girl. He walked back with her to their office space and sat down on the corner of his own desk. “You excited for your first case with the BAU team?”

Rossi had watched passed to Hotch’s office, smiling to himself as he looked in to see JJ looking through two duffle bags, doing what she always did before a trip - bag check list. “I’m telling you Jennifer, you truly know how to spoil this man.” He chuckled, winking at her before heading down two more doors to his own office. He got himself ready for this trip.

JJ blushes a little when Rossi popped his head in Hotch’s office. She shook her head a little as she went back to checking the bags. She even send Will a text filling him in with what was going on and where the team was going.

Walking into his office, Aaron saw JJ checking his bags and her own. "Dave is right you know." He laughed lightly. "You do spoil me." He took and leaned in kissing her lips lightly as he smiled pulling her up. "Relax everything is in there, JJ. I promise." He told her kissing her lips again and smiling at her.

Jessica laughed, "Cali Girl?" She questioned looking at Derek shaking her head lightly. "Yes I did pack warm clothes." She smiled at Derek as she looked at him putting her bag on her desk. "You do know those two are together right?" She questioned. "I can tell by their body language." She smiled at Derek. "Guess that's why they hired me." She shrugged.

JJ blushed a little as she stopped checking over their bags for the millionth time. She allowed herself to be pulled away from the bags and into Aaron's arms, slowly kissing his lips once more. A small smile removed the very concentrated look off her face as they kissed. When she pulled back it was like her mind was truly at peace...all thanks to Aaron Hotchner. ""You're right Aaron. I'm sorry." She spoke softly as her hands fumbled with his tie while she stood there with him. "Are we going to be buying in the same room like we did on the last trip or separate rooms this time?" She asked curiously.

Derek nodded, "Yes, that's going to be your nickname for me - Cali Girl -- since you came from California." He winked, chuckling a little at her. When she reassured him that she packed warm clothing, Derek just smirked. "Just looking out for you." He throw his duffle bag over his shoulder, "Hotch and JJ....you think so?" He said, trying to hold back the I knew it grin. He paused for a moment though when Jessica threw out the idea of why they hired her. "Why do you think that?" He asked curiously as the two of them started to head towards the elevator.

Aaron smiled, "Same room." Aaron told her as he kept her close. "Sooner or later I think we are going to have to tell the team." Aaron admitted looking at his girlfriend. He leaned down kissing her lips lightly as he held her close to him and pulled back smiling once more. "Are you at ease now?" He asked her lightly.

"That's what I did in California." She told Derek stepping onto the elevator. "When they would question the perp, i'd go in and sit reading the body language." Jessica told him looking over at him. "I am more than that. I am good. A good agent. I was glad to get this job offer, and get away from that team. And California." She admitted sighing as she looked at Derek. "Sorry for my mini rant." She apologized smiling.

JJ sighed softly, "I know, I know." She breathed, looking over to him. She didn't say anything else as he kissed her softly on the lips. "I'm at ease." She said, trying to relax at this. "You know, maybe we should tell the team about us after this case." She said as she thought about what he said with telling the team sooner or later. "We could always tell them on the plane ready to Denver." She said, kind of joking.

Derek shook his head, "No need to apologize for the mini rant...you have every right to do so. In this team, we are more than just coworkers, we are family." He grinned as he walked with her out of the elevator and to the SUV. "I don't know why, but I am really glad that you're on the team, Jessica." He spoke as he unlocked the door before opening the passenger's seat for her. Helping her into the SUV, Derek walked around to the driver's side, then waited for the others.

"Maybe we should." He admitted smiling. "Tell them on the plane. Many of them already suspect us." Aaron smiled keeping her close as he rubbed her back. "I love you JJ." Aaron whispered to her and smiled at her.

Jessica smiled at Derek, "So am I." She smiled at him as she took and saw Reid and Rossi join them in the SUV as she smiled at them lightly.

JJ nodded, "Fine we shall tell them on the plane." She looked to the clock then back to him. "Lets get going." She said with a sweet smile as she grabbed the case folders, letting Aaron grab the duffle bags. They took the elevator down to the Parking Garage and then got into Aaron's SUV, knowing that the rest of the team probably went with Derek.

Derek smiled when she smiled, really feeling like she was such a good fit with the team. When Reid and Rossi joined them, Derek nodded to the two men. "Lets get going." He said as he started to the vehicle. He drove to the airport and then waited for Hotch and JJ. As they waited, Derek looked to Jessica, "Is this anything else you would like to tell me about yourself? Hobbies? Things you like to do for fun?" He asked, striking up a conversation with her.
