Hina's 30k Monthly Word Count Challenge

Hello! So this is a little challenge thread where me, you, and all who wishes to participate try writing 30k (or any amount of words you choose) each month. This challenge will be going on all year and you can use as many stories as you want (or just one long story). All words, including the ones you have for any outlines or random ideas you're writing down related to the story can be counted. Prewritten stories can also be used, so go for it!

What's the prize? Well there isn't any other than the joy of seeing how much progress you've made. You don't have to write every day or all the time for that matter. As long as you write whenever you'll reach your goals. You can also readjust your overall word count goal as well, worry free! But there is one little rule, we must support each other and try to give each other comments our stories.

All stories are welcome, whether it's fanfiction or original or true story. If you don't feel like writing stories, then poems and blogs could count too! Anything that gets you to write counts. You don't even have to post anything on Mibba. Anything written in notebooks could count too.

So make a post and start writing! Ask me for help if you need any clarification and I'm also open to suggestions for making this challenge more interesting!

Deadline to Enter: Whenever you want!
Deadline to Finish: Also Whenever but we'll see how far we all get at the end of 2018.

Note: After seeing how messy the layout for this post was, I decided on using petite mafia's layout cause it was more organized. So credit for this organized version goes to her.

March's Group Challenge Details
Theme: Vernal (spring) equinox
General idea: Spring has sprung! Or is getting ready to. Write about the season of spring itself, ringing in spring, the lore of spring, a life changing event or precious memory of spring, etc.
General prompts if needed: Here and here, optional, of course.
Deadline to submit: March 31st, 2018
Perks: Getting to see how many different works come out of one theme! All works will be highlighted in a detailed recc blog.

Count me in !

It would be cool if others are up for it, to add perhaps a theme of the month,
but not a vague one as idk a love story, but let's say for ex. majority wants a theme of the month to be a love story, then for some extra fluff we can add a rule that the setting has to be in a forest or someplace else and that there has to be a "bad guy" with white hair, it would be so cool to see finished work of different people and their take on this story and how we get different ideas.
Well in any case it's just an idea I got after reading this challenge, it's up to you if you wanna make it real.

Ahaha that's actually a good idea. Like for February we can do that romantic theme since valentine's day is in February and all XD But that's a great idea. ^^

Lol right ! To be honest I completely forgot about valentine's day, I guess the theme was created from me reading to much manga for the past few hours lol
But yeah if people who are gonna participate are up for it, should be cool. ^^
