Hina's 30k Monthly Word Count Challenge

For me personally, since I'm a procrastinator, I'd update on the first of the new month, since the last day of the old month still gives me time to add to my word count.

Already at 1436 for February!!!!! I wrote one whole chapter for my active story I really think this challenge is going to keep me on task and I will complete this story!

My plan is to write 2K today and work on this months prompt and see if I can come up with something.

Oh my godddd I think I finally have my idea for this month's prompt finalized.
Of course it's fanfic, because what am I if not fandom trash?

Anywho, looks like my v-day prompt story won''t be posted today. I actually spent the last few hours planning out the story and possibly actually developing my character's personality and how the main characters from Saiyuki will react to her. I have no life. 1406 words and i have no life.

So I'll be updating my tracker and the Discord pinned post tomorrow with March's theme!

I'll also be putting together a group recc blog so if you put together something for February's group theme, finished or not, drop it to me in a PM here on Mibba or through Discord and I'll include you.

Also, as always, if anyone gets any ideas they think will work as a group theme/prompt, send them my way in PMs or on the Discord thread. Even if it doesn't get used right away, we are trying to get a stockpile going for future months and can hopefully get a proper voting system going with them.

Monthly theme has been updated.

9,081 words for February... Whoa. Lol. Of course, I did start a new story. Most of the word count comes from the last three chapters I wrote for it. (This is why I never complete one; I can't stop getting distracted by new ideas!)

Yes!!!! And my plot bunnies are at a rave, so they're all over the place. I wonder how many unfinished stories I actually have floating around. Lol

My goal this month is to write a grand total of 13,710 just to catch up from the last two months. I guess we'll see if I can do it!

I need to get caught up as I wrote so much but have yet to post any of it on here. I'm doing a mini collection for A March Writing Challenge so hopefully I'll be able to bulk up my word count easily.

Hope everyone is doing well and that the inspiration imps have blessed you all. Mine are being kind of mischievous, but I'm plugging away day by day.

I might should have pledged more, considering I wrote 23,000+ in March. Lol. As you can tell, I had no life last month...
