Conflicted

Zoe smiled softly seeing his grin shaking her head and bumped his shoulder with her own softly. She was glad that it was warmer with his body so close to hers. Once in his apartment, she sighed happily shivering a little bit, but shook it off.

Zoe chuckling smiling softly letting him take her coat before shaking her head, "No, I'm alright, but thanks." She took off her shoes gently figuring she was going to be visiting for a little bit." She glanced around the neat and organized room, running a hand throughout her hair as she did so knowing that a few short hours ago she had been in his bed. She chuckled softly knowing that she didn't know what she was doing before she looked back up at Daniel hearing him speaking.

Daniel smiled at her, "what do you feel like doing then?" he asked her. He wondered what she was thinking, he was still having difficulties working out how to read her properly after all the craziness of there being someone else in his head.

"I'm not sure. Any ideas?" Zoe questioned, turning to look at him. Seeing his smile, she returned it taking his hand gently. "Is something wrong, Daniel?" She asked him frowning softly.

Daniel blushed softly, 'so what did you and Lucas do on your last date?" he asked her. He pulled her closed holding her body against his. He wanted to get intimate with her again, and was curious as to whether Lucas and her had done it recently. He subconsciously figured that between the two of them, Lucas probably represented the more companionship emotional relationship with Zoe, while he was the physical, sexual element.

"I already told you earlier," She paused to give a laugh before replying, "Yesterday we went to a broadway show of Wicked then we came back and had dinner." She smiled figuring it wasn't his business what the two of them did after that. She looked up at him snuggling into him pulling her legs up gently to do so while leaning her head on him.

Daniel nodded softly, "Ah yes, sorry," he said lightly. He kissed her head softly, his arms wrapping around her. He sighed softly, "want to take this to the bedroom?" he asked her softly.

Zoe smiled shaking her head. "It's fine. I forget things too." She said trying to make him feel better. She was glad to be in his arms. She was extremely comfortable and felt safe. Hearing his words, she looked up before murmuring, "Do you?" She knew they hadn't had sex since the first night they had met, simply because both of them were trying to get things figured out.
