Zacky had turned his attention back to his plate when Corey waved in his direction. He only looked back up when footsteps neared the table. His face broke into a wide grin when he noticed who was joining him. His eyes flickered to Candace for a moment before he turned back to Corey. It wouldn't do for him to stare at her and make Corey and sort of suspicious about what had happened the night before. It seemed like Candace wasn't wanting to approach the topic just yet.

He was convinced he was going to win this little game though. Zacky had been drinking the night before but he hadn't been that out of it - he knew that it wasn't his imagination when Candace leaned into his touch. Zacky had wanted more, sure, but it was a matter of time until things went in his favour.

Corey's question caused him to glance toward Candace again for just a moment before he looked back to Corey. A confident smile broke across his features as he leaned back, taking a sip of his orange juice. "Slept like a baby. Woke up pretty early though.." his face scrunched slightly. "Wish that I had managed to sleep in but I'll take it. Had a nice dream htough, if you know what I mean," he teased, tilting his head to the side. "What about you?"

Even as she stared at her plate of food, Candace could feel Zacky looking at her. She knew they would have to at least be friendly during this tour so she hoped this awkwardness would fade soon. Hearing Zacky's comment about his dream, Candace could only sort of roll her eyes, while Corey simply chuckled. "Yeah, I know what you mean," he answered. "I slept pretty well last night. Didn't have any dreams, though. But that's okay because I got to enjoy the real deal last night." At this, Candace reached over to smack Corey's leg underneath the table, earning a sort of yelp from her fiancé. "Ow, what was that for?"

"Maybe don't fucking air our business all over the place?" she mumbled to him. She acted like she disliked that Corey had told Zacky about their little rendenvouz last night but really, it might be a good thing. Maybe if Zacky saw that she and Corey were happy, that she was more than satisfied, he would back off. Because if he backed off, she wouldn't have to worry about getting into another situation like she had last night. Because as much as she hated to admit it, she didn't know if she could trust herself to pull back if there was a next time.

Zacky gaze flickered back and forth between Candace and Corey. He couldn't help but chuckle, raising an eyebrow when Corey yelped. He didn't have to take more than a moment or two before he had figured out why - Candace's angry whispering was all the confirmation that he had needed. She didn't like that Corey had basically just aired their bedroom life to Zacky. But did Zacky mind? No, he certainly didn't. Unfortunately for Candace, Corey's words were taken as a challenge by Zacky.

"Hey," Zacky started, turning his attention over to Candace. He had to be careful what he said, he didn't want to give Corey any sort of clue about what had happened the night before. And certainly not about the idea of how much Zacky found himself drawn to Candace. "We all have sex. It's normal, we're human. We're all adults," he said with a light shrug. "He's not telling me anything I haven't heard before," he teased with a wink.

"Trust me, I know, I have to hear the rest of these idiots brag about getting laid all the time," Candace said. She knew why Zacky was continuing this conversation but she was going to do her best to shut it down. That way, she wouldn't have a reason to think about Zacky kissing her again, lips on her neck as his finger tips dug into her bare hips, holding her still as he-- No. Absolutely not. She didn't need to be thinking about that, not with her fiancé sitting right next to her. Not at all. "But I'm a lady and I prefer to keep my business at least slightly private." This was added with a short glare in Corey's direction, who dropped his head to look at the floor, although Candace could see the smirk on his face.

"Alright, are you about done?" she asked him, quickly changing the subject. "We're traveling today and you need to make sure your shit is loaded on the bus. And I need to go make sure everyone else is awake." Glancing around the small lobby, she didn't spot any of the others, which meant they were all likely still in their rooms. Whether or not they were awake remained to be seen. "Alright, just make sure you get everything you need loaded, okay? I'm gonna go make sure everyone else is awake so we can leave on time." She gave Corey a quick kiss on the cheek before she pushed to her feet, taking her half-empty plate to the designated area before heading upstairs to where the rooms were located.

Zacky was going to continue pressing buttons as much as he could because he wanted to see how far he could go before Corey reacted. That would be all the more proof to Zacky that Candace needed a real man, one that would love her and not let someone else hit on her. The thought nearly made him wonder, was that part of the reason that Candace had been so responsive the night before? He couldn't help but wonder, his eyes narrowing slightly as he looked toward Candace. Tilting his head to the side, Zacky hummed under his breathe before he looked back toward Corey with a small laugh.

"I guess when she says go... best to go," Zacky said with a shake of his head. "See you later, man," Zacky said as he pushed to his feet. He all but rushed out of the room, after Candace. It wasn't until the elevator doors started to close and he shoved his arm in the way that Zacky slowed to a halt. He gave a lazy grin as he stepped inside, his gaze sweeping over her form. "You know, it's okay to want more, Candace," he said, shoving his hands into his pockets as he studied her.

Candace kept her back to the two men as she walked towards the elevator, only turning around when the doors started to close. It seemed like she'd managed to escape, at least for a few minutes, until an arm was jammed in-between the doors and they began to open again. It was all Candace could do not to roll her eyes when Zacky stepped onto the elevator with her and she took a slight step to the left to put a bit of distance between the two of them. Even as she stared at the wall in front of her, she could feel Zacky's eyes on her and she didn't like it. But the ride up to the floor where Corey's band was staying was a short one so it would be easy enough to tolerate a bit of silence or small talk until then.

But honestly, Candace should have known better than to think Zacky rushed to join her on the elevator for a bit of small talk. The thought crossed her mind before Zacky even opened his mouth to speak, although his words only served to prove that point. "How do you know I want more?" she asked, still refusing to look at him. "Okay, I kissed you back. So what? I was drunk. You caught me off-guard. Or did you not notice how I pushed you away when I realized what was happening? I'm engaged. Happily. I don't want more of...you." And she didn't. Right? She had Corey, she didn't need any of this man standing next to her, no matter how gorgeous he might be. No. Stop it.. She shouldn't be thinking something like that about anybody but Corey.

"Listen, I've got to go make sure my other idiots are awake so we can leave on time," Candace said, stepping towards the door as the elevator reached her floor. The doors slid open and she stepped out, stopping halfway to look back at Zacky. "Just...forget the other night even happened, okay?"
