Eva had been filling Rosa in on Liam, telling her about the guy that had caught her eye, the guy that made her smile and laugh and feel like she belonged. And, she was glad to have Rosa there to listen, glad she had Rosa to talk to, because she knew her sister would at least tell her if it was a bad idea or not. Seeing Liam at her locker, though, she couldn't help but perk up. "Hey," she greeted with a small grin as she watched him, though she looked to Rosa and nodded slightly. "I guess I'll see you at home. Have fun! Be careful!" She wasn't sure how Rosa would spend the rest of her day, but she hoped her sister would do whatever she wanted.
Looking back to Liam, she smiled as she watched him. "So, can I expect this every day? Leaving the last class to find you at my locker?" she teased, though she found it heartwarming, and she found herself hoping this wouldn't be the last time. Still, moving over, she opened her locker to put her things away. "How did the rest of your day go?" Her gaze went to him, curious, but hopeful that he'd had a good day overall.
For as long as he could remember, Jordan had never faced a longer day than today, a longer shift than the one he'd had today. He knew it was because he was looking forward to seeing Rosa again and that any time he had something to look forward to, time tended to seem like it just ended up dragging on and on. But, now that his shift had ended and he could spend the rest of his day doing whatever he pleased, the first thing he'd done was head to the school to wait on Rosa, wanting to spend as much time with her as he possibly could. Something about her made him look forward to the day already, to the days ahead even, because he wanted to spend more and more time with her, wanted to see her more and more often, and wanted her to be a part of his life - a bigger part of his life, even.
He'd been at the school for maybe fifteen minutes before he spotted Rosa coming out, and he immediately perked up, straightening, unable to hide the grin that spread its way across his face, not wanting to fight it anyway. "No, I haven't been waiting long at all," he assured her, though a part of him wanted to say that he would wait as long as he had to, that he'd wait forever for her as long as it meant he got to see her again. "I'm glad you're out now, though. How'd your first day as a teacher at Beacon Hills High School go?" He arched a brow, curious, but hopeful that she'd had a good day, and he moved to open the passenger side door for her, grinning. "You hungry?"
