Nova frowned when he asked if she was trying something, "What? No. Why would I do that?" She asked. Nova took a sip of her coffee. "Clearly if you want to be an asshole no one is stopping you. I was just asking you to hang out." She said. Nova let her hands rest on the table, "If you don't want to hang out with me you don't have to." She told him. She looked at her coffee. She really didn't see how he was a bad person. She looked at him, her blue eyes watching him.

Drew smirked, "Oh I'm up for anything." He said. Drew smirked when she mentioned his type of her, "What makes you think that you know my type of girl?" He asked, chuckling. "Maybe I like girls like you." He said. Drew stopped at his car and looked at her, "I mean if you want to keep playing cheerleader after the game I won't complain." He teased her.

“You wouldn’t be the first to try it with me,” He explained, looking at her and shrugging. “If not then I guess this is fine. So what was the deal with you and Ryan? He always like this to you?” He asked, leaning forward in his chair. He was curious, Ryan was known for being an idiot but she had looked distressed at the party and that kind of thing really pissed him off.

Her smirk turned into a small smile and she couldn’t help but laugh. “Oh I don’t know, you tall, handsome, all American type? You seem like you like cute neighbor girls,” She teased back, touching his arm and shrugging. “And well, everyone likes girls like me, what can I say I’m pretty hot,” She joked, pushing her hair back. “Id only be your cheerleader after the game if you win though, then I could give you something to celebrate. We could do that after the game,” She offered with a small smile.

Nova smiled, "He is a dick." She said. She looked at her drink, "He has been trying to hook up with me for like the last year. Apparently no isn't in his vocabulary." She said. She looked at him, "He's starting to get aggressive about it though and it freaks me out." She admitted. She tried to avoid Ryan at all cost because he scared her. She was very glad that Ryker had been there.

When she touched his arm he knew that he could have some fun with her. Drew grinned, "Oh we will win." He said as he stepped closer to her. He backed her up against his car and placed his hands on either side of her. "You have to come watch though." He told her. "No fun without the work." He said. "And trust me I'm really fun." He said. He liked that he could flirt with her and she had fun with it. Most girls got annoyed by it.

Layla was suddenly very aware of his size, he nearly dwarfed her and she was not complaining. She felt her back hit the side of his car and she grinned. This would be fun. How was it that he was more fun than every single person on the team she had messed with maybe even past that. “Yeah? Then I expect a show,” She said, standing high so their faces were close together but she purposely left an inch of space. “I expect you to put in the work for it, if I’m showing up I expect a good time.” She said, pulling back and crossing her arms, her mouth in a smirk and her eyes looking up at him.

He nodded. “He is a dick but I hate that kind of stuff. So next time he messes with you, you can call me.” He told her. “I just don’t like the idea of someone being taken advantage of by someone just because they can.” He admitted to her, his eyes on the table before looking ar her. “But that’s just me.”

Drew smiled at her, his dimples showing, "Oh you will have a good time." He said as he watched her pull away.He pulled away, "Do you have a ride home?" He asked as he opened his door and put his stuff in the backseat. He placed his hand on his door, "You could always come over for a pre-game warm up." He said smirking. He could tell by the way she looked at him that she wanted him. Plenty of women did, but none of them appealed to him like she did.

Nova nodded, "Yea I don't know why he acts like he can do what he wants. It's disgusting really." She said. She took a sip of her drink, then looked out the window next to them. She turned her attention back to him, "So what do you do when you aren't out partying with your friends?" She asked, changing the subject. She didn't like to think about Ryan's dumbass longer than needed.

Layla smiled a little. “I don’t know, I might make you wait for it,” She told him as she watched him. “A ride home would be much appreciated, my car is in the shop til the day after tomorrow.” She explained, climbing into the passengers seat of his car. “What do you normally do after practice?” She asked curiously.

He shrugged sheepishly. “Alone? Huh... not much. I only fuck around if I’m with my friends.” He smiled a little. “I read sometimes. I usually just sleep, and eat. Maybe watch a movie.” He told her, before looking at her and lifting one shoulder. “What about you?” He was a little surprised she was interested in him, but he’d take the company since he’d otherwise be at home drinking until one of his friends came by to do something stupid.

Drew laughed, "We'll see." He said as he got in. He looked at her as he started his car, "I usually get some homework done and relax." He said. "Which way?" He asked as he pulled out of the parking lot. He let her lead him to her house. He parked outside of her house. "So, about that warm up." He said, looking at her. He knew he was pushing his luck and he couldn't help himself.

Nova was surprised when he asked about her, "I spend a lot of time on homework. Probably more than a person should." She said, thinking about it. She looked at him feeling his eyes on her, "I read and draw." She said, shrugging. "Most of the time my friends are dragging me to do stuff." She said. "Like last night." She said. "I don't like doing that kind of stuff." She said, smiling a little. She frowned as she heard a familiar voice come through the door. Ryan again. She sighed as she felt him standing behind her.

"Still hanging out with this loser Nova?" He asked as he placed his hands on her shoulders. "If you want a real man i wouldn't start there." He said.

Nova sighed, "And where would you suggest I start? You clearly are at the bottom of the list." She said, smiling to herself.

Ryan frowned, "Don't be a bitch." He muttered.

Nova turned and purposely split her hot drink on him, "Oops." She said, hearing him cuss.

Ryan glared at her then for in her face, "Keep pissing me off and see what happens." He said.

Nova glared at him, "What? Are you going to morphe into your true form?" She said sarcastically. She frowned as he slammed his hand on the table next to her.

She smiled to herself and nodded, knowing he was more than serious about starting now. He was making it clear he wanted her but she wasn’t complaining. “Can we start now? On that pre game warm up?” She unbuckled her seat belt and sat up across the arm rest, pressing her lips to his and letting her fingers trail along his neck. She placed her other hand on his leg, close enough to tease him but far enough to make him wait for it. Something told her it would be better if she waited, but she wanted to have a little fun in the meantime.

Ryker raised his eyebrows, surprised at how hard he was trying. “Dude give it a rest, I fucking told you if you messed with her I’d kick your ass, did you think I was joking with your sorry ass?” He asked, standing up from his chair and shoving him away from the table. “Come on, let’s go outside, give me something to do,” He said, punching Ryan in the jaw and pushing him toward the door. He hit him again, punching him straight to the ground. He sat down on his chest and hit him a few times before stopping. “She means no, get that through your thick ass skull man, and leave her alone.”

Drew was surprised when she kissed him. He placed his hand on her cheek as he kissed her. He felt the goosebumps rise on his skin as she touched him. He deepened the kiss as he pushed his hand under her shirt, resting it on her side. He pulled away from her, pushing her hair out of the way before he kissed down her neck.

Nova was shocked when Ryker shoved Ryan. She walked outside, seeing Ryker hit Ryan. She had never watched someone get so angry. Nova looked up at Ryker was he walked towards her. She rolled her eyes as Ryan made a comment. Nova looked at Ryker's hand, grabbing his wrist. She noticed he busted up his knuckles, "Come on." She said, handing him his beer. He held his wrist as she led him down the sidewalk. She didn't give him an option. She walked to her house since her parents weren't home. She let go of his wrist then pulled her keys out and unlocked the door. She walked in, revealing her parents big house. "I think there is a firsr aid kit upstairs." She said before leaving him there. "I'll be back!" She called. Her house was littered with pictures of space and constellations. She walked back down, seeing Ryker looking around. "I know Space stuff everywhere." She said, laughing softly as she took his hand and cleaned it up.

Layla smiled a little, her eyes closing when his lips touched her neck. “Was that too much?” She asked, leaning toward him and kissing him again before falling back into her seat. “Well then I guess I’ll see you tomorrow,” She smiled teasingly, his hair was a mess and he looked red in the face. “Unless you really want to come up now?” She asked, giggling since he looked like he’d probably tackle her if she tried to leave.

Ryker turned to Nova and went over to her, he knew he had messed Ryan up but that kind of stuff pissed him off. He didn’t say anything when she started walking him away, leading him to a house he could only assume was hers. It was the biggest house he’d ever been in easily. She left the room and he stood there, noticing a picture of Orión on the wall. He recognized it easily since it was one of his favorites. She walked back in and he shrugged. “I don’t mind. I think it’s nice.” He said, gesturing to the picture. “Are you okay though?”

Drew shook his head, "No your fine." He said before he kissed her. He smirked when she mentioned going up. "I will come up if you want me to." He said. He didn't want her to feel like she had to let him in. He reached over and ran his fingers through her hair.

Nova shrugged, "I'm okay." She said as she wrapped his hand. "I told you he was being crazy." She said, looking up at him, his hand still in hers. "Thank you though." She said, smiling a little. "Though im sorry you hurt your hand." She said. She sighed as her phone when off, looking at the text. Her dad was working late as well as her mom. She looked at Ryker, "Wanna watch a movie?" She asked him. She liked the idea of having time with him alone.

She smiled at him and shrugged. “Come up, it was fun messing up your hair,” She told him softly, reaching for her bag and climbing out of the car. She pulled out her keys and went up, unlocking the door, kicking off her shoes, and tossing her bag. She went into the kitchen and turned to him, her hands on her hips. “Want anything?”

He chuckled a little. “If you wanted me like this you could have asked, could have spared my hand.” He said, letting her hold his hand and sighing. “If you want we can, uh where do you watch them? Your dads not gonna come in here with a shotgun is he?” He asked half seriously. “I don’t feel like dying today.”

Drew grabbed his keys and walked up to her apartment with her. He watched as she stood in the kitchen, putting her hands on her hips. He walked over, "Yea." He said as he placed his hands on her cheeks and kissed her. He backed her up to the counter then picked her up and set her on it. His hands moved to her hips as he kissed her.

Nova looked at him, "I mean if you don't want your hand fixed we can unwrap them." She teased him. She smiled when she mentioned her dad, laughing a little. "My dad doesn't even own a gun." She said. She took him to the living room and sat down, finding a movie they both agreed on. "Besides my parents have to work late so you are safe." She said.

She put her hands onto his shoulders, wrapping her legs around his waist and smiling. “I meant from the fridge,” She told him as she took a breath, and kissed down his neck her hands moving to his hair. She tugged at his shirt, looking up at him with a small smile and pressing her lips back to his.

He shrugged as he watched her. “If you say so. I don’t want to get shot or anything by being here,” He said, going over to the couch and sitting down onto it. He looked at the bandage and his hand and sighed. “I’m thinking that maybe you’re bad luck for me. Whenever you’re around I get into fights.”

Drew pulled his shirt off then kissed her. He let his hands slip under her tight shirt, pulling it off. He ran his hand down her side he kissed her then started to unbutton her jeans. He normally didn't move so fast with people.

Nova giggled, "No one told you to punch him. That was all on you." She said. She got comfortable, "Do you want a drink?" She asked him. She realized she completely forgot to ask him. Nova got up and left him there going to get them drinks. She sat with him and grabbed a blanket putting it over her lap.

She reached down and unbuttoned his jeans, letting them fall and kissed his neck and chest, letting her hands fall to his waist and brushing them over his boxers. “That room over there, is my bedroom,” She said, letting him pull off her jeans and leaning up to kiss him again. He carried her to the bedroom and she fell onto the bed, moving up to the pillows and reaching down to his underwear, running her hand over him and then pulling him out.

He shrugged. “I can’t just leave him there though,” He murmured, taking the glass from her. “Nova... why am I here? I don’t date because I’m not good at it, is it because I saved you?” He asked her. He slept around when he wanted but he never kept contact with them because he felt like it wasn’t for him. He wasn’t the type of person to have a girlfriend and be happy like that. She was cute so he wouldn’t just walk out but if left him with questions.

Nova took a sip of her water, "I like you as a friend. well I mean if you want to be my friend." She said. "If not you can avoid me after this." She said. She didn't want to force him into anything. "But im not trying to force you into a relationship." She said.

He shrugged. “I don’t know, you’ve got me fighting people for you, alone in your house to watch movies, for all I know you could be the crazy one.” He said half seriously. “I try not to be surprised by anything,” He added, snickering quietly. “Plus girls like you usually steer clear of guys like me so I’m at a bit of a loss. I’m expecting you to start turning into one of those psychos who try to change guys so,” He said, reaching for his beer and opening a can. “Don’t be surprised by my question, I don’t mean anything by it.”
