Grayson ran his hand through his hair frustrated. He heard her words, turning to look at her. He sighed softly when she said he'd have to tell people. He just gave her a nod feeling a little defeated since he had only told her and the professor that was helping him as well. He watched her blinking when she said she'd tell him what she wanted later. "I don't know what i can possibly do for you, though." He pointed out. "Unless it's like beating up someone that's being an ass to you."

He meant it too, he was only good at Hockey and being abrasive and not really knowing how to intereact with others. He pushed some hair from his face before turning to look at her again. He leaned his hand against his chin as he propped himself up watching her again waiting for a response from her.

Zoe nodded her head gently before shaking her head hearing his words. "College Algebra is basically the next one up from Algebra 2, except a little more advanced." She pointed out to him. She nodded her head and sighed before taking her phone out and handing it to him. "There." She couldn't believe she was actually helping him, but knew she was a good person and wouldn't feel right if she didn't.

She frowned lightly crossing her arms over her chest thinking about it, "I'm pretty sure that's what I'm going to do, since it's going to be freezing, practically." She told him with a small yawn. "The only good thing is that we'll be running most of the time so we won't be too cold." She gave a soft laugh before turning hearing his words, "I was going to say starbucks or the library, but fine, whatever makes you comfortable. I've got class in like a few minutes, so I guess just text me or whatever." She told him before quickly heading to class her hair flying behind her as she went.

Aria could see that telling people was the last thing he had wanted to do. “Look, I’m not saying broadcast it, just tell the professors in the classes that require reading, English, History, whatever.” She said to him. “Just tell them that you have dyslexia so they’ll know you need the notes differently from class,” She added as she flipped through the notes.

“And well, the only person who’s been an ass to me as of late was you so unless you plan on kicking your own ass, which I’m sure would be hilarious to watch, I’ll figure out another method of payment,” She said, looking at her phone. She had the time to work with him but depending on how long he’d been hiding it it might end up taking longer than she expected it to. “So where did you want to start?”
Jace nodded. “Yeah, well math at any level doesn’t make sense,” He laughed as they walked. He nodded when she gave him her number and then saved it. “Yeah, later,” He said as she went down the hall. He watched as she left, still not believing she agreed to help him. He went down to meet his friends and went down to the fields to smoke a while before he texted her. He pulled out his phone and found her number. You’re free tonight right?

He shoved his phone back into his pocket while he waited for a response and messed around with his friends. A few of them flirted with girls on the teams practicing on the field, but he hung back, still wanting thay chance with Zoe to show he wasn’t how she thought he was.

Grayson gave a nod and sighed. "I have a lot of trouble with math." He finally just said giving her his paper where he had written the wrong letters. He shook his head lightly before saying, "I doubt some of my professors would even care." He admitted to her running a hand through his hair.

Hearing her words, he shrugged lightly, "I could just piss off the football team and then boom. A few black eyes, some bruises, and there's your payment." He replied running another hand through his hair pushing it away from his eyes knowing he needed to cut a little bit off. He took out his math. "I guess englsih would be a great place to start?" He asked her.

Zoe nodded her head. "It does, you just probably never learned it." She replied before quickly heading off. She went into the class, ending up getting lost in her thoughts tapping her pencil against the desk distractedly. Her teacher pulled her from ehr thoughts asking her a question. She answered with ease before beginning to pay attention again. She nodded her head writing down notes.

She sighed glad that it was the end of the day. She looked down at her phone seeing the text before texting back Game night, so after the game if it doesn't last too long. Why? She blinked before turning her eyes back up running into the locker room. She changed quickly into her work out clothes knowing that after practice, she'd have to grab her uniform and head to the busses again since it was an away game. She headed to the field getting there. She crouched down tying her shoes, glancing over surprised to see Jace there. She blinked before hearing the whistle blow. She grabbed all of her hair putting it into a pony tail at the top of her head before jogging onto the field.

She shook her head. “No, that’s fine. I’ll find another way. That, while entertaining, I don’t think it will help you play hockey if you can’t walk,” She sighed. “We’re gonna need to meet a lot to go over your notes, how do you want to do that? It’ll have to be around both of our schedules and your classes.” She explained. “Here’s my schedule,” She said, writing it out and sliding it across the table. “Find out how your classes fit with mine and what classes you need help with and when. Tests too, and then we can go from there. In the meantime I’ll get started with this. I think we might need to start from the beginning.”

She looked at his notes and his writing definitely needed help. “Are you going to want me to go with you to talk to your teachers? I’ve done it before so it’s not as scary as you think it will be. And I’ll make sure no one else finds out so your reputation isn’t ruined.”
Jace had shown with his friend, who had been talking to a girl on the opposite team. Jace figures he’d tag along since he didn’t have anything better to do and his friend asked. But more than thay he was curious. He wanted to get Zoe to see him differently and this seemed the best way to do it. He actually even studied a bit after she left but quickly game up since it made no sense.

Towards the end of the game his friend had long since disappeared with the girl and he knew he needed to get home on his own which didn’t bug him much he just didn’t have a car with him like he normally might. He went up to Xoe and smiled. “You has a good game. Hey look I hate to ask but can you take me home? My ride left me.” He admitted to her.

Grayson gave her a nod listening to her before he said, "Well, besides practicing hockey, which I think we are sharing the ice, I'm free, so I'll work around your schedule since you're helping me." He offered trying his best to appeal to her and make this work for both of them. He meant it when he said he'd work around her schedule. He looked down at it scrunching up his face as he read it, taking him twice as long as it would a normal person. He gave her a nod before asking what time was best for her. He nodded before saying, "Science, English, and Math are the main offenders for me." He explained to her.

He looked back down at his notes hearing her words before looking at her and shaking his head. "No, but thanks. I don't care about my reputation so much as I care about how others will look at me. Especially my friends, or the people I hang out with." He told her with a soft shrug. "It's not your problem, but thanks." He said once more looking back down at his notes.

Zoe was exhausted from the game, having hurt her foot in the last quarter. She iced it sitting down before getting up and drinking some water. She played the rest of the game before heading back towards the circle listening to their coach. She heard him tell her to get lots of rest and that she wasn't going to be practicing for the next few days because of her minor injury. She just gave him a nod knowing better than to try and argue with him.

She had sweat plastered to her face as well as her hair sticking to it. She wiped her face with a towel beginning to head back when she saw Jace. She blinked listening to him. "Thanks, and honestly. I was going to walk back since I live on campus." She explained biting on her lip. "I have a vehicle but it's in the parking lot." She told him beginning to walk, but trying to keep off her right foot feeling it throbbing.
