[ sorry my replies have been a little slow this weekend. It's just been a really busy weekend for me. I'm also so freaking tired, but I'll do my very best to reply to our other RP tomorrow probably when I get off work. I just wanted to get a post up before I went to bed. ]
"Oh yea I can take you there right now," Archie said smiling at the blue-haired girl. "Well welcome to Riverdale, hopefully, you don't hurt yourself anymore while you're here, and I also have Calc with Ms. Frier first thing so we can just go together," he told her totally ignoring all the looks he was getting from not only his fellow Bulldogs but also the newest addition to his classmates, the serpents. Archie still wasn't fully behind the whole serpents coming to Riverdale thing, but he felt like he could use this to his advantage somehow. And maybe Ellena was the key to all of that, she seemed like she might be, so Archie was going to take what he could get.
Archie did wonder what it was going to be like though having them all here, and he did have to admit that even though he wasn't a huge fan of them all being there it was kind of nice to get to see his best friend again. That had really been the only upside any of the southsiders coming to Riverdale, he'd get to actually see his best friend again during school hours rather than just here and there visits after school at Pops. He had a feeling though that Jug wouldn't be too happy with the idea Archie had come up with, mostly because Archie knew that Jug ran with the Serpents now so they were like a second family to him. Either way, though Archie had made up his mind, and if he had to use this to also convince his friend to ditch the Serpents, then he would.
Lydia tucked her hair behind her ear and smiled at the boy in front of her. "And you would be correct," she told him. "I just recently moved in with my aunt who lives here," she added wondering why he'd been gone awhile, though it might've had something to do with why her aunt didn't like him very much. "That doesn't seem very fair. I mean I know that the world isn't exactly a fair place but it doesn't seem right that people would just automatically assume you and your friends are bad seeds simply because you wear leather jackets and ride motorcycles,"
One thing Lydia really had never understood was just assuming the worst in certain people just because they looked like they were bad seeds. Honestly, in her own personal experiences, she'd discovered that some of the best and most loyal people were the ones who look dangerous. "You said you'd been gone awhile, so did you just move back yourself or something? I mean if you don't mind me asking," she asked him not wanting to pry or make him uncomfortable, but she did want to get to know him a little better. Partly because he was the first kid she'd met, he seemed really intriguing, and because she didn't want to just take her aunts advice and assume the worst in people she didn't even know.
