Our Way of Life

"Benji obviously agrees," Sam stated with a chuckle.

"A proper family..." Angelina whispered, entwining her fingers with Dean's and shifting closer to him.

Dean grinned. "Exactly." He murmured, squeezing Angelina's hand gently.

Allie smiled, stroking through Sam's hair tiredly, pulling Sam closer. Feeling safe, Allie closed her eyes, ready to sleep.

Waiting for Allie's breathing to even out, Sam allowed himself to get comfortable and fall asleep with the knowledge that tomorrow he would be getting married.

Falling asleep with Dean's arms wrapped around her, Angelina woke up a few hours later with a gasp and carefully maneuvered herself from Dean's hold.

Allie sat in the kitchen, making herself a cup of tea, unable to sleep.

Dean's hold subconsciously tightened for a brief moment, although his breathing evened back out.

Splashing her face with water, Angelina looked in the mirror at her reflection and headed to the kitchen to make herself a drink.

Allie turned as she heard footsteps. "Oh, hey." She smiled weakly, making Angelina a cup of tea. "What're you doing up?"

"Couldn't sleep," Angelina told her best friend, sitting down at the table and wrapping her hands around the cup of tea that Allie placed on the table in front of her, "What about you?"

"Nervous." Allie smiled, sitting opposite Angelina, sipping her own tea.

"You're going to be fine..." Angelina reassured her with a smile, "Soon it'll all be over and you will officially be a Winchester."

Allie nodded. "I'm just excited for it to be over." She confessed, her anxiety getting to her. "I just want to marry the man I love and then crawl back to the bunker and relax."

"If only life was that easy..." Angelina mumbled with a frown.

“I know,” Allie smiled sympathetically, not wanting to tel Angelina her anxiety was affecting Allie. Sipping her tea, Allie exhaled heavily. “Guess we’d be awake naturally now anyway.”

"Yep," Angelina stated.

Allie looked to Angelina. “I’m glad you’re my bridesmaid today. I’m glad you’re my best friend every day.” She smiled. “There’s no one I’d rather be in this crazy life with.”

"Same here, Allie Cat," Angelina replied, feeling a wave of calm wash through her and knowing that Eden had picked up on the fact that Angelina was trying to hide her anxiety to help Allie, "We've got a lot to look forward to."

Allie nodded nervously, taking a deep breath.

Dean woke up, knocking Sam's door, knowing the girls were already awake. "Show time."

"Do you want to eat or should we get ready?" Angelina inquired wanting Allie to know that she was in control.

Sitting up, Sam swallowed nervously and ran a hand over his face.

Allie looked to Angelina. "Uh, I'll be okay on tea. I don't want Benji to get over excited and make me puke." She smiled nervously. "C'mon, let's go get ready."

Dean grinned as he saw Sam. "Nervous? C'mon, Bobby's waiting for us in the back room."

Getting up, Sam followed Dean into the back room and smiled as he spotted Bobby. "Morning."

"Moring kid," Bobby replied, "Your ready to do this?"

"Let's," Angelina agreed, smiling at Allie and heading to the room that she shared with Sam.

Allie got out her dress and Angelina's dress. "I haven't thought about my hair." She blushed. "Or much else." She murmured, unzipping the bag to her dress.

Dean grinned. "He's being a scaredy cat." Dean teased, grabbing Sam's suit and handing it to him, grabbing his own suit.
