I'll Erase You

Moon didn't open her eyes when she heard footsteps near the couch, assuming it was Hina heading to the kitchen for water or something. She let out a small 'hmm' as she rolled over to face the back of the couch, cuddling up with the blanket on top of her.

She was already half asleep when she felt her hair get tucked behind her ear, and a soft graze over her neck. She must have been having a lucid dream again.


V stood near the door, watching Jimin hover over a small girl on the couch, Jungkook behind him. He, Hoseok and Jin had fed downstairs, so the smell of their blood wouldn't drive him wild. Yoongi disappeared into a dark hallway, Jin following behind him. V could imagine he was still hungry - he was always hungry.

Jimin bent down beside the couch after moving the girl’s hair from her neck. He felt his fangs come out as he leaned down and pressed his mouth to her skin, his fangs sinking in. He only drank a little, he didn’t want to wake the girl up, and he knew Jungkook was hungry to. He pulled back, stepping out of Jungkook’s way.

Hina was lying on her stomach but rolled over onto her back, sighing softly. She was in and out of sleep but thought she heard her door open. She didn’t think much of it and just buried her face into her pillow, letting out a soft groan.

She felt someone touch her but she figured she was dreaming and didn’t even move.

The pain Moon felt in her neck immediately alerted her that she wasn't dreaming, lucid or otherwise. When the pain stopped, her hand came up to her neck and her whole body shot up, looking at a dark figure in the room. No, not just one, there had been another behind him that she could see. She could feel liquid on the hand she held her neck with and impulsively tried to look at it. It was too dark to tell. She had to warn her friend.

"Hina," she yelled before a hand clamped down on her mouth, silencing her.


"Shit," V said, running over to the girl as Jungkook quickly put his hand over her mouth. He turned her around so her back was against his chest and dipped his head down to pick up where Jimin had left off. He could tell she was trying to scream underneath Jungkook's hand, but wasn't able to let out much sound.

"Strange, that's usually the reaction Hoseok get's from girls," Jimin speculated quietly. V hoped the other girl hadn't woken, because now there was already one they would have to deal with.

Hina thought she heard Moon calling her but she figured she was dreaming. She had her back to her door and when she felt someone press their mouth to her neck, her eyes opened. She tried to push whoever it was away but they grabbed her hands, holding her still, their hand went her mouth as she tried to scream.

She felt pain in her neck and tried to move again but another pair of hands held her down. She finally managed to roll over but she couldn’t see who was in her room because it was so dark.

"You need to be quiet," one of the men said. Moon couldn't see, so she couldn't tell who it was. The man holding on to her didn't loosen his grip at all, not allowing Moon to move or even speak. She waited to hear a noise come from Hina's room, but nothing followed.

She managed to open her mouth enough to clamp her teeth down on one of the fingers over her face. "Shi-bal!" he let out through his own teeth, quickly retracting his hand.

"Hina!" Moon yelled again. She tried to start running for her room before she was body slammed to the ground and knocked unconscious.


V huffed as he pushed himself off of the girl. He'd hit her with full force, causing her to black out. He picked her up and laid her down on the couch. "I thought she was drunk," he said, annoyed.

Hina could hear Moon screaming for her. She used all of her might to push the guy off of her and then jumped up. She only got her door opened before being slammed to the ground, hard enough to knock her unconscious.

“I told you this would be trouble,” Yoongi said as he lifted the girl up and carried her out of the room. He saw V with the other girl. “I guess we’ll take them back home, they basically know what we are.” Yoongi sighed. He was irritated now. They used the shadows to get back to their place and headed inside. “Basement?” Jungkook asked. “Yeah.” Yoongi said as he walked towards the basement door.

Moon groaned as her splitting headache slowly pulled her into consciousness. What happened? Had she drank that much that her hangover was this bad?

As her eyes slowly opened, she realized she was no longer in Hina's living room. Where was she? It was dark, though she was sure it was day time. The windows were heavily draped, preventing any daylight from flooding the room. She tried standing up to let light in, but realized her hand was caught on something. She felt her wrist with her free hand, finding a metal cuff tightly fit on her wrist. She followed the short chain to the other cuff, finding it fit around a metal piece. She was stuck.


"What the hell did you guys do?" Nam-joon stressed as the guys told him what happened.

"They woke up," V said shortly, "They saw what we were. We couldn't just leave them there."

"It's Jimin hyung's fault," Jungkook said quickly.

"Agari dakchyo," Jimin swore at Jungkook, "She woke up when you creepily hung over her."

"It doesn't matter whose fault it is. We have two humans locked in one of our rooms," Nam-joon seemed annoyed.

Hina woke up sometime later and realized she wasn’t in her room anymore. She could feel something heavy dragging as she moved and realized it was a chain. “Moon?” She called out, hoping her friend was there with her but at the same time hoping she wasn’t. She sighed whenever Moon answered her. “Where are we?” She asked. She reached up to feel her neck that was still sore and she felt two little marks.

Yoongi sat down on the couch, listening to his brothers fight and blame each other. He sighed as he ran a hand through his blonde hair. “Quiet!” He hissed suddenly, shuttling evetyone up, even Namjoon.

Yoongi got up, “everyone knows what we’ll have to do with those girls,” He explained, “they’ll never be allowed back out in public, now that they know what we are.” He said, looking at them. “We’ll have to kill them.”

"I don't know," Moon answered truthfully. She'd woken up not much before Hina had. "There were guys in your apartment last night. I remember that much." She never got a chance to see who had came into Hina's apartment, but they moved around so easily like the darkness had no effect on them at all.


"No," V interjected, "we said we'd never do that. We take what we need to survive, that doesn't include life."

"Taehyung, eventually we have to face what we are," Jungkook said solemnly. V knew he was right, but didn't want to admit it. Not too long ago, they too were humans, completely ignorant to what existed in the shadows. Still, killing would slowly erase all of their humanity, and that scared him.

"There has to be another way," V settled.

Hina sniffled, “I don’t know either..” she sighed and looked over at her, trying to get her eyes to adjust to the darkness. “I wonder where we are now..” she saidnsoftly.

“Then please, Taehyung, if you have a better idea, we’re all listening.” Yoongi said as he crossed his arms over his chest as he glared at the younger boy.

“Exactly.” Yoongi said after Taehyung didn’t say anything. “They know so we have to kill them.” Yoongi said before walking off.

"Hello?!" Moon called out, trying to find her voice over her headache. She knew it was probably not safe to draw attention to her and Hina from their captors, but would they be any less safe if she didn't? They'd come in eventually, but perhaps she could talk them into letting her and Hina go.


"Maybe they don't know. They were wasted, we can probably get away with telling them they did't actually see anything," V countered after giving it some thought. All of the boys stopped talking and looked back towards the rooms when they heard one of the girls yelling.

"Well we need to make a decision quick because I'm not gonna let them scream all day," Namjoon said, breaking the silence.

Hina looked over at Moon. “What are you doing?” She asked her. “What if they hear us?” She asked, listening closely to see if she could hear any footsteps upstairs.

“Alright, V is probably right. They were both shit faced, I doubt they even felt anything.” Jin said. Yoongi came back in and looked at them, “they’re screaming.” He said dryly.

“Let’s go see what’s going on.” Jin said before walking towards the basement door.

"Hina, I don't see any chance of escaping. We're cuffed. Maybe this is all just a big misunderstanding and they'll let us go," Moon was being more hopeful for herself than Hina right now, because she was scared. "I'm glad I stayed over," she said quietly, "Or you'd be here all by yourself."


V stayed back with Namjoon while the other guys went to check on the girls. He had no idea what they would do with them, and had been against bringing them back here in the first place. "You know," he said slyly to Namjoon, "This is kind of your fault. You left us all alone."
