Tear

Jaelynn sighed when she picked up the cracked picture frame that Yoongi that threw earlier when they were having one of their many arguments. She placed the picture frame back on the night stand before going back to cleaning the room that was trashed. "Damnit Yoongi," she whispered to herself as she picked up one of the many empty beer bottles. She hated when Yoongi would drink because he becomes mean and it was the main causes of their arguments.

Jaelynn knew that Yoongi was under a lot of stress since he and his bandmates of BTS were working on their next album, but she didn't understand why he was being mean to her and quite frankly she was getting tired of the name calling, the yelling, and the drinking. Once she was done cleaning up, Jaelynn decided to go into the studio that she and Yoongi built together in their apartment. Jaelynn was also an artist and a producer, but she was signed to a different label. She began working on a new song that she has been working on for a few days but she was struggling with writing lyrics to match the song.

After the fight with Jaelynn, Yoongi left and went to Jin’s. He just needed a breather and a break from his girlfriend. She was constantly on his ass about his drinking and he tried to explain to her over and over again it was due to stress over the new album. She just didn’t understand and then they would end up in a huge argument.

Yoongi sighed as he exited his car and walked up to Jin’s, not even knocking, he just walked in. “Jin hyung?” He called as he walked inside. He could smell food and could hear Jimin and Taehyung from the dining room. He finally found Jin. “Hey Jin.” Yoongi said as he walked in and leaned against the counter. “What are you making?”

Jaelynn had sat in front of the computer in the studio for a few hours, not making any progress on the new track. She sighed and decided to get out of the house and get some fresh air and to be away from anything that reminded her of Yoongi. She didn't want to think of him after the mean things he said to her.

Jin looked at Yoongi and smiled softly, "You and Jaelynn got into it again?" He said knowing exactly that's what happened between the two. "And I'm made kimchi stew" He said and poured some in a bowl for Yoongi and placed it in front of him. Jin took the seat next to Yoongi. "Come on and tell me. What's going on between the two of you?" Jin said, concerned for his friend, but also concerned for Jaelynn.

“Thanks brother.” Yoongi said and got up to grab a bottle of water. “We got into it over my drinking again...I tried to tell her I’m stressed out with the new album but she won’t listen and keeps nagging me so I finally went off on her.” He sighed as he took a bite and looked up as Jimin and Taehyung came in.

"I know that you have been stressed out, Yoongi. We all have been under a lot of stress with this album. But I really do think that Jaelynn is just worried about you." Jin said, hoping to get through to his friend. "I don't want to cause a fight between us or anything, but maybe if you stopped drinking and maybe find an alternative to relieve your stress, then maybe Jaelynn and you won't have any more huge fights." Jin said, patting Yoongi in the back. "Just talk to her man, I'm sure you two can work things out. I know you love her."

“Like what, Jin? Drinking helps me feel numb.” Yoongi said as he finished eating. He got up and put his bowl in the sink. “If she will even let me back tonight, I called her some pretty mean things.” He sighed as he sat down and rested his head on top of his arms that were folded on top of the table.

Jin sighed, "Why do you need to feel numb, Yoongi? And are things between you and Jaelynn that bad for you to call her name's?" He said, disappointed in Yoongi. "She'll let you in, just give her some space for a few hours before going home." Jin reassured his friend.

Jaelynn walked into the Feel Ghood Music inc. building, which was the label she was signed to. She figured she could clear her head by hanging out with her label mates. Jaelynn smiled when she saw her best friend and label mate, Junoflo in one of the the studios. She walked up behind him and hugged him "Hey Juno" She greeted him by his nickname. He smiled and faced the girl, but his smile faltered when he could tell that Jaelynn was upset. "Boyfriend trouble again?" he asked and Jaelynn nodded.

“If I’m not, I’d be snapping at everyone.” Yoongi said. “You snap at everyone even when you’re sober.” Jimin said from the other side of the table. Yoongi sighed, he knew Jimin had a point. “I guess you’re right..” he said softly.

After Jaelynn told Junoflo about the recent fight that she had with Yoongi, all he wanted to was beat her boyfriend up. "Jae, you need to leave him. He keeps doing the same shit over and over to hurt you. What if his drinking gets so bad that he lays a hand on you or he even worse, kills you." He said trying to reason with her.

Jaelynn sighed she knew that her friend and label mate was right, but she still had this hope that her and Yoongi can work things out. The couple have been together for almost four years and she didn't want to lose whst they had together before the drinking started. "I know you're right, but I love him Juno. I don't know if I can leave him. I still believe that there is hope that Yoongi and I can work things out." She said softly.

Jin looked at his younger friend and sighed. He hated seeing his brother upset. "Do you love her, Yoongi? Like do you truly love Jaelynn?" He asked Yoongi softly. "Because if you do, then you would try to work things out with her, but you would work on trying to deal with your stress better so you don't keep trying to hurther and yourseld. If you don't fix things between you two, eventually Jaelynn is going to get fed up and finally leave you for good, and if I know you like I do, you definitely don't want that to happen." Jin said patted his back, "I know you'll do the right thing." He reassured his friend.

“I do love her.” Yoongi sighed. HE knew Jin was right. HE got up, “I’m going to head home and hopefully be able to talk to her. Thanks Jin.” He said, giving his older friend a hug. He then lest after that, hooping Jaelynn was home.

Jaelynn noticed when Juno went quiet and decided not to talk about her problems about Yoongi to him. She sat in the chair next to him watching him work on his new single. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't keep talking to you about my relationship problems." She said and then gave him a friendly kiss on the cheek before listening to his song. "This is really good Juno. I'm still stuck on writing lyrics for my song and I'm running out of time." She said sadly.

Juno looked at her. “I’m not mad, I just wish you would see Yoongi how I see him. He’s not good for you, Jae, he’s toxic.” He sighed and then smiled. “Thanks, want me to help you try to write some lyrics?” He asked with a smile as he turned around in his chair.

Jaelynn smiled and nodded, "That would be great. Maybe we can meet up tomorrow and I'll play you the track and work on the lyrics." She said and smiled when he agreed. She then looked at the time and decided that it was time for her to go home. "I gotta go, but I'll see you tomorrow in here." She said and kissed his cheek before hugging Juno. Jaelynn walked out of the Feel Ghood Music building and into her car, making her way back home, but not before making a pit stop to the market to grab stuff to make dinner for her and Yoongi. When she got home, she hoped that Yoongi was in a better mood, because she didn't want to fight with him anymore.

“Sounds good.” Juno smiled as he watched her leave.

Yoongi had made some dinner for him and Jaelynn, he hadn’t cooked for them in so long, he hoped she would be hungry when she got home. He had just finished turning the stove off when he heard her key in the front door.

Jaelynn walked inside the apartment and immediately smelled food was cooking. She knew that Yoongi cooked dinner, which he hasn't done in a while. She sighed and began putting away the groceries she bought right before coming home. Yoongi hadn't said anything since she arrived. Jaelynn didn't know if he was waiting for her to apologize to him but she knew that she had nothing apologize since he was the one that said the horrible things to her during their argument.

After putting the groceries away, Jaelynn began making her way out of the kitchen to head into their bedroom, but Yoongi stopped her by blocking her path. Jaelynn stood their with her arms folded across her chest, waiting for him to speak first.

“I’m sorry.” Yoongi said as he looked down at her. “I’m sorry I said those things when I was drunk, I really do love you, Jaelynn, I guess I’m just...fucked up.” He said quietly.

“I made dinner though so I hope you’re hungry?” He asked, hoping she’d say yes and sit down with him.

Jaelynn looked at the dinner that he prepared and sat down ti eat with him. "I wish you didn't drink, Yoongi." She said as she took a bite of her food. "You say horrible things to me, call me horrible names and it hurts because I feel like that's how you really think of me." She admitted before sighing, "I know you are under a lot of pressure and stress about your new album and I am under the same stress, but I don't take it out on you or call you mean names." She said then went silent, deciding to not talk anymore.

Yoongi didn’t say anything at first, just picked at his food. He sighed and put his fork down. “I know you’re right...and I’m sorry...everyone wants me to stop drinking too...it’s going to be hard but I’ll try okay?” He said. That was the best he could offer.

Jaelynn sighed but nodded. She would have to see him control his drinking in order for her to believe him. She picked at her food for a little longer, deciding that she wasn't hungry. Jaelynn got up from the table, leaving her full plate where it was and headed to the bedroom, just wanting to be by herself.
