Cassia hummed as he pulled her closer and told her they needed real food. She moaned as their lips met and she gripped his shirt on his chest before smoothing it out. She smiled as he lead her out and to the kitchen. She sighed contently. She loved him so much and how he took care of her. "We should go on another date." she said. She knew she would be busy but she wanted to spend time with him too while there was time for both of them. It was important they make time to be together. "Thibault..." she asked as they walked down the hall hand in hand. "Are you worried about the magic still?" she asked him. She wanted him to be comfortable with it because it was her.

Zane frowned. He wished he could have them come to him but he wanted to keep their home safe until he met them and believed they would be a good fit for Rosemarie. He would be going to this first meeting personally but he knew here soom her would have to figure out a way to help the team he had left behind even if it was just research for where they needed to go next. "We'll be coming in at least for the first visit." he said. Harriet asked who he wanted to see and he looked at Rosemarie. "We'll start with you and see how Rose feels after that." He thought she would feel better with someone more her age helping her through this.

Thibault grinned when she suggested a date, kissing her hand as they sat at the table in the kitchen. "That's a good idea. Perhaps Bernadette and Walter could join us?" He suggested. He was still a bit nervous about the sorcerer, but because he was going to be training Cassia, and because he was Bernadette's bond, he wanted to at least try to get along with him. He gave her a little smile as he looked over at her when she asked if he was still worried about magic, giving a little nod as he leaned over to press a kiss to her forehead. "I'll always be worried about you, especially around magic.. But I can't help it. You're too important to me to not worry."

Harriet gave a little nod as she wrote everything down, humming a bit to herself while she got everything sorted. "Ok. That should be everything, but if I've forgotten something I'll just mention it when you come in for your appointment at three. There will be some forms that you both will need to fill out, but I'll talk about them more when you're here. See you then." She said cheerfully before hanging up.

As the phone call ended Rosemarie began to stir again, snuggling a bit further into his arms as she tucked her head into his chest, stifling a little yawn. "Five more minutes.." She mumbled into his shirt, not wanting to get up just yet. She'd missed having lazy mornings with him, and even though she was starting to get hungry, she just wanted to lay in bed with him all day.

Cassia smiled and nodded. "Sure if you like." she said thinking of something all of them could go out and do in the middle of the night. Surely there was a vampire establishment that wasn't as intense as the last one. She was a witch now though and she would be with another witch perhaps they wouldn't mess with her now. Or maybe they would try and she would have to use her magic to protect herself. She was small after all and they might see her as easy prey. Cassia was not easy prey and it was her goal that people would feel her power when around her but she still had a ways to go for that. After learning protection and defensive spells she had to figure out a way to at least extend her life. Everything Cassia did she did with Thibault in mind.

Zane smiled and kissed her head. "Okay love." he said his fingers running lazily over her back as he just held her. He laid back his arm behind his head. He thought back over the conversation with Harriet. At least she was honest with him. There was something to be said for that. He sighed and really hoped that this worked out. If he could just get Rosemarie through the child's birth then they could figure out what to do with the council from there. He had to think of how many people would back him up. Anyone that had helped him in the past or he had helped that owed him a favor. Any testimonies to his character and that would experience the child and defend it. Zane knew Rosemarie needed this child. She deserved it and he would protect it and her with his life. She was his bond after all.

Thibault smiled, squeezing her hand before kissing the back of it. He turned to order them lunch from Philip, asking for whatever he felt like making so it would be a surprise before turning back to Cassia, seeing that she was seemingly lost in thought. "What are you thinking about, my dear?" He asked curiously, reaching to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear.

Rosemarie curled into his arms with a content sigh, closing her eyes again as she drifted off into a light sleep. It was maybe twenty more minutes before she woke up again, whining tiredly as she rubbed at her eyes and finally sat up. "Zane..? Is is breakfast or lunch yet..?" She asked curiously, feeling quite hungry since normally she would have been up and had breakfast by now. "Oh, how was your phone calls? Did you find anyone?"

Cassia looked up at Thibault as he inserted into her thoughts and she smiled at him. "I'm just thinking how magic can help us. I have so much to learn but I know that it will help us." she said and bit her lip. "I know it makes you nervous but I have you to hold onto." she said and took his hand lacing her fingers with his and kissing his knuckled before pressing his hand to her cheek. She looked up at him with so much innocence and love. Cassia hoped that he would be okay with all this. She would be there with him every step of the way.

Zane smiled as Rosemarie woke. "It's still breakfast just a little later than normal." He smiled down at her and sat up with her slowly. He kissed her head. She asked about the phone call and he smiled softly. "You have an appointment at three. If you don't like the midwife her mother is willing to take our case as well. I want to see if you like her though so this is all up to what you want." he said and tucked her hair behind her ear. "Come on let's go get breakfast."

Thibault nodded a little in understanding as he spoke, squeezing her hand as he leaned over to press a kiss to her cheek. "I know you want to help, Cassia, and I'm happy that you want to. But your safety is the most important thing.. if I think your safety has been compromised in any way, I'll have to insist you stop." He warned, hoping that she'd understand, fingers brushing against her cheek slowly. Philip brought them both lunch, something filling for Cassia and something a bit lighter for Thibault given his usual food preferences.

Rosemarie blinked a little in surprise when he said they had an appointment at three, checking the clock on the bedside table. That was only a few hours away, and she knew they ought to be early in case they needed to fill out any paperwork. "So soon.. I'm surprised. I would have expected you'd be calling clinics all day before you settled on one." She teased a bit, offering him a smile as she leaned into his touch before forcing herself to get up and get dressed, pausing to do her hair as well before moving over to her bond. "Do you think Celtin is awake? And if he'd like to have breakfast with us?'

Cassia didn't like how he would insist she stop because of danger when Magic could make them both safer but she was sure he was talking about the danger magic posed to her. She caught his fingers as they came off her cheek. "I'll be careful Thibault." she said and smiled softly. She knew she could do it. She could feel the power there inside her now. Cassia smiled as Phillip brought out lunch. "Mmm thank you." she said and let Thibault's hand go in favor of her fork. She dug in to her food knowing Thibault was trying to determine if things were going to be okay and workout with her doing magic. She would prove it to him but that would take time and he would have to just trust her until then.

Zane chuckled. He usually would have but he liked the way Harriet approached things. She gave options and she seemed genuine not like she was putting on a facade. Zane watched her get up and dressed. He rested his head back on his arms watching her. He just wanted to enjoy watching her for a moment. He smirked as she finished pulling her socks up. It made him smirk. She dressed like a toddler dressed herself and he loved it. She was so cute and quirky and herself. He admired that about her, When she asked about Celtin he sat up and stretched out. He stood and shrugged as he walked over to her and kissed her softly. "Why don't you go see? I'll get dressed and meet you in the dining room with food." He rubbed her side and then kissed her head before pulling back and walking towards the bathroom stopping and pulling off his pants so he was naked and put them in the hamper smiling as he looked at Rosemarie once more to make sure she was good.

"I know you will. I just worry.." Thibault sighed, knowing this would be tough for both of them. He couldn't keep her safe from magic, there wasn't much that he could do if she hurt herself with it, so he felt out of control and didn't like that feeling one bit. After thanking Philip he dug into his meal, happy to be at home and eating with her, even if it wasn't completely the same. "I'm assuming you're going back to your studies after this?"

Rosemarie blushed when she looked up and noticed him starting at her, fidgeting with the edge of her sweater. "It's noticable if I wear a dress, so I wanted to wear something that would make the pregnancy less obvious.. I can change though if you don't like it." She offered, although kissed him back when he came up to her, giving a little nod as he suggested she go find Celtin. "Ok.. What room is he in?" She asked, pressing a kiss to his cheek once he told her before she turned to head toward the door, blushing as she turned back to see he was naked, her cheeks beet red as she turned and hurried from the room and down the hall to Celtin's room. She knocked lightly on the door, waiting for an answer. She didn't want to just barge in, after all.

Cassia nodded. "I know." she said and had to remind herself that it wasn't about her, it was his past experiences with magic and those that used it. She still wanted to know how that woman hurt him and made him so afraid of magic but she didn't have the heart to ask for more details than what he had already shared. Cassia placed her free hand under the table on Thibault's thigh to comfort him. Cassia had a bite in her mouth when he asked if she would be going back to her studies after this and she chewed as she thought about it and swallowed before answering. "I can do it tomorrow if you wanted to do something Thibault. This is a transition for us I know and I want to make it easier on you." she rubbed his leg gently. "You come first for me Thibault." she said looking into his eyes wanting more than anything for him to believe it.

Zane shook his head. "You look gorgeous." he told her reassuringly. Zane told her where to find Celtin and then grinned as she looked at him naked and it made her blush. He chuckled. It wasn't like she hadn't seen it before. He loved her innocence. Zane turned and headed into the shower still chuckling about her reaction.
Celtin all but stumbled out of bed hearing a knock. "Coming." he said and struggled to pull on pants as he walked. He ran a hand through his hair and then opened the door looking at Rosemarie. He blinked in surprise his pants still unbuttoned. "Rose... Oh shit." she turned and finished zipping his pants. He didn't know who he had expected but not Rosemarie that was for sure. He turned back and smiled at her. "Morning lassie." he smiled at her. "What brings you to my neck of the woods?" he asked. "Want to come in?" he asked. He wasn't the most clean of vampires his clothes either bunched up or laid out on the floor and his bags still packed. He had been out on the water so unpacking hadn't bee on his list to dos. He was going to talk to the servants about helping him out later.

Thibault felt much better feeling her hand on his thigh, his own hand moving to rest on her thigh as they are. It remained there even after he finished, fingers idly running over her skin as he sat back in his seat, patiently waiting for her to finish eating. He smiled when she offered to study tomorrow so that they could spend time doing something, shaking his head a bit as he squeezed her thigh. "It's alright, my dear. You study, I'll use the afternoon to read, or help around the house." He knew that she meant every word she said, but he also knew if he continuously asked her to put himself before her, she'd grow resentful.

Rosemarie blushed as Celtin came to the door shirtless and with his pants unzipped, looking away as her cheeks heated up. "Good morning, Celtin.." she murmured, nodding a little as he invited her into his room, pressing a quick kiss to his cheek as she passed him. She looked around at the mess and frowned a bit, moving over to begin folding up some of the shirts he'd dumped into one of the chairs, stacking them on the table. She didn't mind, it kept her busy. "Zane is in the shower, but then we're going to have breakfast, and I wanted to know if you'd join us?" She asked, looking over at him. "You don't have to, of course, but it'd be nice if you did.. Oh! And I have an appointment later, at three, if you'd also like to come.. Zane is bringing me, but I'm guessing he won't be able to come to all of them in the future, and I doubt he'll let me go by myself, so it's probably best you come too, since you'll be taking me in the future, you know?"

Cassia smiled softly as he said she could go back to studying. She finished eating and turned to Thibault. "Well you should come read in the library with me for a while then." she said and kissed him softly. "I always enjoy your presence." she said and smiled up at him. Phillip cleaned up the table and Cassia stood holding her hand out to Thibault. They left the kitchen and she nessled herself under his arm as they walked slowly back towards the library. "I will stop before dinner and we can go and see how your sister and Walter are." she said. Dinner was something she liked to make a big deal about. It was her time to socialize with everyone and make sure things were well taken care of.

Celtin smiled as she came in. She was such a mom already it made him smile. "You don't have to do that." he said as she started to fold his shirts. He grabbed an unfolded one slipping it on and buttoned it up Celtin grabbed a vest from the ground and put that on over it grabbing his hat and putting it over his messy hair. "Breakfast sounds good." he said. "An appointment already. This must be some magical person to get him to agree to it without spending hours researching." he chuckled. "I would love to come but I can't tonight. I have to run into town to take care of something but I can meet you all afterwards. We can go out and have some fun. You haven't been into town yet have you?" he asked smiling at her. Celtin slipped into his bathroom and came out a couple minutes later to see she had most of his room cleaned up and he shook his head. "Come on bee let's get you some food." he said and took her hand placing it in his arm as he lead her out of his room.

Thibault grinned. "I'd love that. And I promise I'll stay out of your way, no distractions." He chuckled, pressing a kiss to her forehead as he lead her to the library, taking their time. It was nice to just be able to spend time with her again like this, it made everything worth it. He nodded when she suggested checking in on Walter and Bernadette, squeezing her hand. "Hopefully they've found a home nearby that they like. My sister isn't too picky, but she does like privacy, so picking a house in the suburbs won't do." He chuckled a bit at the thought.

"I don't mind. Gives me something to do." Rosemarie shrugged, looking over at him once he was dressed. "You should try brushing your hair sometime, you know." She teased with a little smile, finishing the last of his shirts before turning to match his socks. She frowned a bit when he said he wouldn't come, looking over at him as he disappeared into the bathroom. "Oh.. Well, the appointment is at three, so maybe you could make it since it's a bit later? Or maybe you could meet us at the clinic once you're done with your thing... I think it'd be good if you came.." she murmured softly, trying not to sound disappointed. He could be the baby's father, and he'd likely be bringing her to her appointments once Zane got busy, and she knew he'd have a more level head if the doctors said anything about the pregnancy, and he'd be able to calm Zane down if necessary. She offered him a small smile as she slipped her arm through his, following him through the halls. "Do you call everyone bee?"

Cassia chuckled. "You can distract me if you want to." she said and leaned into him. She was glad that they were able to spend time even when doing different things. She hoped that would be the norm that he would just come and be around her as she was working on whatever until he had to go do something else. Cassia smiled as he talked about his sister and she nodded. "I hope they do find something but I wish they would have let us make them a place. I would like to make a little cottage to put my magic stuff in." she said and looked over at Thibault. "I don't think Phillip would like me drying herbs in the kitchen." she said smiling softly. She wondered if he would agree to it.

Celtin chuckled as she told his to brush his hair mumbling a yes mom under his breath. "Yeah I'll meet you then when I'm done. Hopefully it will be quick." he said and smiled at Rosemarie. He squeezed her shoulders as he pulled her into a side hug. "Rose it's gonna be okay Zane's in control." he said and kissed her head. He chuckled as she asked if he called everyone bee. "Naw just the busy people." he winked at her. "Why were you wanting a nickname?" he asked her. "I can come up with a lot so I'd be happy to assign a personal one to you." he half teased. They walked into the dining room and Zane was lounging in a chair looking over some paperwork. He looked up as they walked in. "Look who rolled out of bed." he said to Celtin knowingly and Celtin chuckled. "Look who made a quick decision for once." Celtin shot back and Zane put a hand over his chest like he was playing insulted.

Thibault chuckled, giving an understanding nod. "Bernadette likes her privacy, though, like most vampires. She'd go crazy living so close to me, and would feel like she owed us. And of course you can build whatever you'd like, I'll have construction begin as soon as you come up with a plan for what you want." He assured her. Once in the library he moved to lay on the couch by the window after grabbing a book, leaving her to read at the table she'd set up at.

Rosemarie blushed a bit as he called her mom, nudging his side, although she rested her head against his shoulder as they walked, glad to hear his assurances that Zane would be in control. She blushed again when he asked her about a nickname, laughing a little as she shook her head. "No, it's fine.. I like Rosemarie." She smiled when she saw Zane, pulling away from Celtin to take a seat at her bond's side, pressing a kiss to his cheek as she sat down before turning to the food that was out on the table, looking over her options before she began to take things for herself, humming a bit to herself.

Cassia nodded as he explained his sister's reasoning more. She understood it. Didn't mean that it made sense to her at the moment. When Thibault agreed to her having a little cabin for her magic she looked at him with so much glee. "Thank you." she said so many plans running through her head. She kissed his cheek. Once they got into the library she watched him pick up his book as he lounged on the couch like she had done before when he was working in here. Cassia headed back to her spot and resumed her studying flipping from page to page for comparison and writing out her notes as she went.

Zane smiled as Rosemarie kissed his cheek and sat beside him. He set the papers down and rubbed his hand over her tigh before turning to the food. He put some things on his plate and talked with Celtin about what they had left behind to bring Rosemarie back home and what they could be doing to help ease their absence. "My concern is the council finding out." he said and Celtin nodded. "I had the same thoughts but I don't think there is anything we can do. It's a matter of when, not if." he said and Zane frowned. "I want you to reach out to some of your older friends and see what has happened before with these cases and what we can do now." Zane leaned back and took another bite and Celtin rubbed his neck. "I'll see what I can do casually." he promised.

Thibault lounged on the couch as he read through the book he'd grabbed. He'd read it before, like he'd read most of the things in this library, but it had been a few decades since he'd read it, and he didn't mind because it meant he got to sit with Cassia. However after about an hour or so he grew tired and drifted off into a light sleep, drifting off to the sound of Cassia's pen scribbling away in her notes.

Rosemarie ate quietly while Zane and Celtin talked, although she was paying close attention to their conversation, especially since it concerned her. She was worried about the Council finding out, and what they might do to the three of them and the baby when they did. She could only hope they wouldn't punish Zane or Celtin, since they'd done nothing wrong in all of this. Once she was full she sat back in her chair as she sipped her juice, looking between the two of them before checking the time. Because they'd gotten up later and had a late breakfast, there was only about an hour before they'd have to leave for the appointment. "We should be getting ready to leave soon.. Celtin, you'll meet us there when you're done with your stuff, right?"

Cassia finished with a section and looked up and around for Thibaut seeing him sleeping. She looked at the time and smiled. "They had a little time before they needed to get ready for dinner. She closed her book and cleaned up. Cassia ran a hand through her hair as she stood and stretched. She moved over to Thibault and straddled his hips her hands running slowly up his chest. She leaned down and kissed his lips tenderly. "Thibault." she hummed his name softly to wake him.

Zane nodded as Rosemarie said they should go. "Alright let me get our coats." he stood and kissed her head heading out of the dining room. Celtin looked over at Rosemarie. "Hey don't worry about all that we will figure it out." he said and reached over squeezing her hand before standing and offering his his arm. "If you need me just text me I'll stop when I am doing and come to you okay?" he said though he knew she would be fine. He walked out with her to Zane and then hugged her before going to get his own jacket. Zane helped Rosemarie put on her jacket. "Ready?" he asked her.

Thibault hummed as he felt Cassia move over to him, his eyes opening slowly as he smiled at her kiss. "Good morning, my dear.. How long was I asleep?" He asked as he pushed himself to sit up a bit, hands moving to her hips to steady her, not wanting her to fall off the couch and injure herself.

Rosemarie nodded at Celtin's reassurance, squeezing his hand in return as she followed him to the door. She thanked Zane as he helped her into her coat, pressing a kiss to each of their cheeks before taking her bond's hand. "Ok, ready." She gave them a little smile, waving at Celtin as he headed off to do his errands while they headed to the car. "What do you think he's doing in the city?" She asked Zane curiously once they were alone, curling up into his side.

Cassia smiled and sat up as he did, sitting back on him. She pushed her hair back behind her ear a piece falling back into place anyways. "Morning." she smiled. "I don't know but it's almost dinner time. I figure we have a little time to ourselves then we can go check up on your sister." she said smiling at him. She wanted to talk to walter about where she could find some other resources for spells that Thibault didn't have in his very old books.

Zane lead her out and to the car. He got in with her and buckled up. "Celtin has his things he does on his own, people he connects with and and things he does to earn favor. He'll probably stop by a surf shop too afterwards to recenter himself." Zane said and reached over squeezing her hand. "I know you wanted him to come to this one but I am sure he will be at the next one." he said. "We just got into town and he has some responsibilities to attend to." he hoped it soothed her to know all this.

Thibault smiled up at her, humming a little as he nodded. "Alright. How was your studying? Find out anything interesting?" He asked, rubbing circles on her hips with his thumbs where his hands rested. He was glad that she was happy, that for now she was being safe, but he'd have to talk to Walter about making sure she stayed safe during their training.

Rosemarie squeezed his hand in return, nodding with a little sigh. "I know.. I just.. I worry about him. I'm worried he'll think I don't care about him or his friendship, that I'm taking advantage of him because I know he has feelings for me.. I don't want to hurt him, Zane, but I don't know how to help him. He seems so sad, even though he hides it well."
