She asked softly, looking up at him with tired eyes. "I slept alright. How did you sleep?" She murmured, rubbing sleepily at her eyes.

Rosemarie hummed as she heard him moan. She knew it had been hard for him to not be intimate this whole time, and she wanted to show him how much she appreciated everything he'd done for her. Celtin looked around and shrugged. "I don't know. I usually get up early with the tides." he said and grinned. He watched her sleepy expression and wished he could roll her over and tell her to go back to sleep but he didn't think that was going to happen today. "I slept great. I think I might be the only one in the house that did but I'm going to enjoy that extra rest."

He wanted nothing less than to stay here with her and convince her to stay with him every night but he was here to support Zane and that meant getting to know Cassia.

I have to think of a way to distract Thibault today." he said and ran his hand through his hair not sure what in the hell he was going to do today with him.

Cassia sighed feeling him relax against her. "Mmm I love you. I never want to go without making love to you." she said and felt him pull out of her after a moment. She turned and wrapped her arms around him. She kissed his chest softly. "I need breakfast now." she kissed him softly and went to finish getting ready. Once she was she adjusted her spell on their room to hopefully help Thibault feel more easy with her being here with him.

"But what about when I wake up?" Harriet murmured sleepily, snuggling closer to rest her head against his chest as her eyes closed again. It wasn't very long before she fell asleep again, absolutely exhausted from working so hard the past few weeks. In an attempt to keep Celtin in bed with her she hooked one of her legs over his waist, holding onto him tightly.

"You're my life now, though, and I know this is hard for you." Rosemarie murmured, returning his kiss before settling back into his arms with a tired sigh, pouting when he said that he needed to get up. "I wish you didn't.. Will you at least eat breakfast with me? Or send Celtin to keep me company while I eat?" She asked, knowing he wouldn't allow her to leave the room. "Maybe you could have Thibault help you set up the nursery? There's that one wall that still needs the wallpaper to be done, and the changing table and dresser have to be built, and the rocking chair brought in.. That might be a good way to get to know him." She suggested, hating the idea of making Zane do all of the work on the nursery without her, but it had to be done, and if he wasn't going to let her leave the room she could at least get him to work on it.

Thibault hummed, pressing a loving kiss to her lips. "I love you, Cassia." He murmured in return, squeezing her before he let her go so that he could take a quick shower, getting dressed as she finished. "Alright, breakfast?" He asked, holding his hand out for her.

Celtin grinned and kissed her head. "Sleep." he said. He wanted to stay with her and on any other day he would but Thibault and Cassia where here and Zane needed him. Celtin waited until Harriet was asleep and he grinned how even sleeping she was holding onto him. He gently rubbed her leg until he watched her body relax. Once he was free of her he slipped from the bed and went to change. As he moved silently out of the room having left a little note for Harriet he stopped by a maid. "Have some cloths brought to my room for Harriet." he said and handed the cloths sizes he had gotten from her cloths over tot he maid. He then moved tot he kitchen knowing the other human in the house he needed to see would be there eventually.

Zane nodded. It was important that he knew where Thibault was so he would need to check before he could really relax but breakfast with his bond was not going to make much difference in all of that. "Alright love. What would you like for breakfast?" he asked her. She told him what she though they should do today. He rubbed his neck. It would be unusual for sure to have a council member help with the nursery but he could ask. It did need to get done and he would be happy for the help. "We'll see if he's willing to work." Zane said.

Cassia grinned her hair up in a ponytail and jumping from foot to foot. "Yeah something light. "If I'm running with a vampire I don't want to be two weighed down." she teased and snuggled under his arm as he lead the way out of the room.

Harriet slept for another hour or so before waking, frowning a bit when she saw that Celtin was gone, although she wasn't surprised. After reading over his note she dressed in the clothes that had been brought for her before going to check on Rosemarie, wanting to make sure that she was handling the stress of the situation alright.

"Can I have bacon? Ooh, and cheese grits. And a biscuit? Oh, and maybe some chocolate pie?" Rosemarie asked in response to his question about breakfast, knowing she was asking for a lot, but she felt hungry pretty much all the time at this point, and her hormones were all over the place. She waited patiently with him while they waited for their food, letting him get up so that he could get dressed while she ate, smiling at Harriet when she came in. "Good morning, Harriet. See, I'm eating, so you don't have to fuss at me."

Harriet laughed a little, setting her bag down in a chair to begin pulling out the supplies she needed. "I'm glad to see it. Did you sleep well last night? Good morning, Zane." She smiled politely at Zane when he returned from the bathroom, moving over to the bed to begin taking Rosemarie's blood pressure and doing other tests.

Thibault chuckled, pressing a kiss to her forehead as he led her out of their room and to the dining room, requesting something light for breakfast from the maid before sitting down with her, squeezing her hand. "I'm sure he'll have a tough time keeping up with you." He teased.

Zane chuckled and got her the breakfast she asked for. He drank his breakfast. Since he hadn't been able to feed from Rosemarie in a while he had been more hungry knowing soon he was going to start to feel the effects negatively start messing with him but he would refuse to put Rose or the baby in danger.

When Harriet walked in he waved and kissed Rosemarie once more before he left to go find Thibault. When he walked into the dinning room he saw both the council member and his bond finishing breakfast with Celtin and he was grateful for his friend.

Celtin looked to Zane as he came in. "Cassia and I are going for a run in a bit." he said. "I'm going to give her a tour of the house first. We should stop my the nursery first." he said.

Cassia smiled brightly. "Oh yes I would love to see the babies room." she looked at Thibault. "What about you Honey would you like to as well?" she asked.

Zane looked at Thibault. "I was actually going to ask you to help me in there today. With Cassia occupying my extra pair of hands I would be most grateful for your help in the nursery. I have a few projects that can't be done alone."

Rosemarie was glad that she and Harriet had thought about taking her blood and storing it for Zane months ago, having known that he wouldn't be able to feed from her as the pregnancy went on. She knew it wasn't the same as getting fresh blood directly from her, and she knew that Zane must be miserable at this point, but she hoped that it wouldn't be too much longer before he could feed from her. As she finished her breakfast she smiled at Harriet, returning Zane's kiss as he left, although she pouted as he didn't say anything before leaving.

"Will you help me get dressed, Harriet? I want to go for a walk." It took a bit of convincing and a lot of pouting, but eventually Harriet agreed, sending a quick note to Zane to let him know that she was going to take Rosemarie up to the rooftop garden for some fresh air and a little walk.

Thibault gave a little nod as Cassia asked if he wanted to go on the tour as well, offering her a smile as he squeezed her hand. "Of course. I'd hate to get lost on my way to the kitchens." He teased. He was also hoping that maybe they'd run into the bond or the midwife on their tour, although he doubted it. He blinked a little in surprise when Zane asked if he'd help him with setting up the nursery, genuinely surprised by the offer, although he nodded. "Of course, I'd be happy to assist you." It would give him a good chance to get to know Zane, and perhaps even get in a question or two about the child.

Zane nodded at Thibault's acceptance of his for help. He looked at the servant that brought him a note. He read over it and his eyebrows creased a moment before he shoved it in his pocket. "Alright lets go." he said notting that they had all finished breakfast. He had to find a way to keep them from the roof gardens for now though he was sure that they would be Cassia's favorite part. Women tended to love it and how it was a live at night.

Cassia stood and took Thibault's hand and smiled at him knowing that this was good progress. She was really very glad that they where all going to be able to work this out. It pleased her that Zane seemed so stable. She wanted to do some studying later and see if there was a magical way she could help Thibault make the determination if they would be able to handle the baby. But that was something that would happen later anyways. They toured the house and only saw Zane's room in passing with a brief mention. She was sure he wasn't wanting to invite them in because of Rosemarie. As they passed by a door and there wasn't an explanation of where it let she looked up at Thibault in curiosity. She could feel that witch over in that direction and was starting to believe Rosemarie was also up there.

Thibault noticed how Zane seemed to tense as he read over the note that was brought to him, and he could only assume that it was from his bond. He nodded as the vampire led him and Cassia on a tour, keeping an arm wrapped around her waist as they walked, taking in the house. He was surprised not to sense the bond when they passed Zane's room, glancing over at Cassia to see if she'd felt anything. When they passed a door that seemed to spark Cassia's interest he slowed, coming to a stop. "What's up this way, Zane? I believe we saw a rooftop garden when we first arrived, and I know that Cassia loves the garden back home, so being able to spend time up there might make her feel more comfortable."

Zane had to think fast but he also didn't want to lie. "Your right that is the rooftop garden. I know Cassia would like it that is why I am planning lunch up there when the garden is at it's prime. Cassia your welcome to spend as much time as you like up there." He said and she smiled softly noticing how tense he was while speaking. "That is very nice of you Zane. Thank you." She said and patted Thibault's arm. Zane was not ready for them to meet his bond. Forcing that to happen right now might end in a fight. It defiantly would not make this progress. "Lets take a look at the nursery." She said and Zane relaxed just a bit. "It's this way." He said looking at Celtin as he passed him. Cassia gently pulled on Thibault's arm. She hoped that them working on the nursery together would give Zane some confidence. They walked down the hall and Cassia asked Celtin were he normally went for a run. He was talking about this particular beach and she looked excited. "We'll have to try that next time." She said still trying to fill the silence with idol chatter. Celtin must have had the same idea because he asked her when she started practicing magic. She smiled not surprised he knew after all he had a thing for the witch midwife. "Just recently." She said with a grin seeding Zane had tuned into their conversation now. "Here we are." He opened the door to the work in progress of a room.

Thibault nodded, giving the door one more look before he continued on down the hall with Cassia and the rest. He knew that the bond and the midwife were likely up on the garden, but he didn't want to push Zane if he wasn't ready for them to meet her yet. He nodded a little as they were shown the nursery, offering Zane a little smile. "I'm sure it will be lovely once it's finished, but I can see that you have a long way to go.."

Cassia smiled. "On that note. I am going to take my running partner and get out of her before you get any ideas on recruiting us as well." she kissed Thibault's cheek and placed a token in his hand so they could communicate between minds easily no matter how far she went. It was a temporary spell but she knew it would make him feel better to have. Just call if you need me. Her mind spoke to his then she pulled back and moved over to Celtin. "Alright speedy lets dash." she chuckled and Celtin smirked offering the door for her. She walked through and they made their way outside.

Zane stood there in the now empty room and rubbed the back of his neck. "Well she sure knows how to fill the silence doesn't she?" he smirked. "How long have you been bonded?" Zane asked. He was guessing they where still pretty newly bonded but he could be wrong they acted like they had always been.

Thibault pressed a kiss to his bonds lips as he squeezed her hands, smiling a bit as she pressed the token into his hands, giving a little nod. "Have fun, be safe." He murmured, kissing her one more time before he let her head out with Celtin, turning to Zane with a chuckle. "Yes, she's quite personable.. much more than me." He said as he headed into he nursery, looking around. "We've been bonded for a little less than a year now.. it still feels like it was only yesterday, though.. What about you and your bond? How long have you two been together?"

Zane thought it over. "It's probably about the same length though we have done so much sometimes it feels longer and yet I am grateful of how much time I still have with her." He walked over to the wallpaper. "Alright let's start with this nonsense. I don't know how I let her talk me into wallpaper." He chuckled.

Cassia walked with Celtin outside. They took a bit to stretch but she knew it was for her. He was talking easily about the nearby beaches and teased her about the sacrifice to run with her this morning when he could be on the waves. Cassia chuckled. "So you must really love this midwife if you love her more than the waves." she said and he colored. "Yeah well I still have to convince her of that." he said with a shrug. She's all into let's be friends." he shook his head and Cassia chuckled. "Let me guess she thought because you where protective of Rosemarie that you where in love with her?" Celtin rubbed his neck. "Well it's a little more complicated but yeah." he said and Cassia pressed him until he told her that he hadn't felt able to bond again until he meet Rosemarie and even though he could never bond with her because of Zane, he had still felt extremely close with her. She had been right Celtin was easy to talk to but he was also clever and pumped her for information about Thibault as a council member.

Thibault chuckled as he rolled up his sleeves, following Zane over to the wallpaper that needed to be hung. "You got talked into it because it was your bond who asked, and you couldn't say no." He said with a knowing look, knowing that if Cassia were the one asking he'd give her anything she wanted.

Rosemarie and Harriet were enjoying their time in the garden, Rosemarie very grateful to be out of her room and the house, even if they were only in the rooftop garden. She knew Zane probably was upset with her for disobeying him and leaving their room, but she'd felt so cramped and sick in there and was desperate for fresh air, so she'd convinced Harriet to bring her up here to eat breakfast. As the chatted she spotted Celtin and a girl who she assumed was the Council member's bond, waving at Celtin when she noticed him looking in their direction before going on to tease Harriet about whether or not they were going to start dating.

Zane smirked and nodded. "Yeah that sounds about right." he chuckled. "She''s my first bond. I'm... I'm not sure how I could live without her... So all of this is freaking me out." he admitted after a bit. "I just want to protect her and make her happy. Having a baby was the one thing she was most sad about loosing when she became my bond." he said wondering if this was helpful to say to Thibault.

Celtin waved back at Rosemarie and Cassia looked up and smiled waving as well. "Is that Rosemarie?" she asked wondering because it was so far away she couldn't truly tell if the woman was actually pregnant though she didn't look not pregnant. Celtin nodded as they kept up their pace. Cassia nodded softly wondering how she could help them all to realize she was not a threat to them.
