After all the times Luna found herself escaping out of the third story balcony window of Mr. Sanders estate, it never got easier. Cascading down the wall of entangled vines from the roses that grew up the side of the house in a dress that felt like it weighed fifty pounds was more than just a little difficult. She was just glad the room he tried to lock her away in didn't face the main street of London, or else she would never be able to breath fresh air. The harder part, though, was actually climbing back up, and usually her dress would get small tears all over it from the thorns, and sometimes she just took a risk and would re-enter through the back door.

Today was one of those days when she just came in through the side door of the home, knowing Matt was supposed to be away on business for at least another hour. She snuck inside and shut the door, turning around to see one of the maids giving Luna a disappointed look as she shook her head. "Sneaking out again, Miss?" She asked, holding Luna's snack for the afternoon on a tray in her hands.

"I just went to see my uncle."

There was only one place that Luna always went to, and it was the Red Lamb- a little pub downtown that was mostly out of the way and shrouded in a dark alley. It was ran by her last living relative than Luna knew of, her uncle, Zacky. Most people knew him just as Zachary, and Luna didn't know if she'd actually say he was a good uncle. He only offered her help when she snuck out if Luna brought him a girl every now and then. Luna didn't know what he did with these girls, she would just see him have someone lead them down into the basement of the pub and she never saw them again after that. Then again, London was huge, he was most likely just having one night stands.

"Do you realize how dangerous that is?" The maid sat her food down on the table, but as she did, Luna heard the front door open and Matt come in, talking loudly with someone who was with him. Luna gave the maid a concerned look and quickly grabbed up the bottom of her dress in her hands and darted up the kitchen stairs that only the help used to get upstairs quickly. She didn't even want to think about what the Lord of the house would do if he caught her outside of her bedroom.
Zacky let his eyes glance over the pale, brunette beauty that Luna had brought him this week in exchange for the help he offered her. In truth, Zacky wasn't her real uncle, but he had just so happened to share her mother's last name, and the moment he saw her sneaking around downtown like a quiet mouse, he knew who was she was immediately. It was no secret what Lord Sanders had done, having her poor mother slaughtered and dropped into River Thames like some cheap whore. When he saw Luna, he knew he could get her to help him.

The scary story mothers told their daughters about the Ripper held truth, and Zacky knew that truth all to well. He loved to prowl the streets of London under the guise of the moon, catching prostitutes and whores- but that had been growing stale. Whenever he found a woman in the middle of the night, who was a respectable lady, with a family, and some respect to her name, those were his favorites to take, but it was like finding a four leaf clover. That's where Luna came in. No one was afraid of a sweet looking little girl with bright eyes, the women she brought here just followed her without even a second thought.

And then they never left the pub's basement.

Something was different about Daniella, though. Usually Luna brought him blondes with nice blue eyes, but Daniella was a brunette, with dark brown eyes, and looking into them with a dagger in his hand, just didn't feel the same. When he looked into a blue eyed girl and rose up his knife to strike, he could see the fear her eyes held with such intensity, but when he looked into Daniella's eyes, twisting the blade in his fingers, it was like her dark eyes just looked into him, without an ounce of fear.

"I'm guessing you've figured out who I am by now?" He asked, lowering the knife he held to his side. Talking to his victims was something he never did, but he just felt so intrigued. Even though her body was trembling beneath his hands, her eyes said something completely different.
