Feeling Tempted

Brian scoffed, shaking his head. They weren't fine yesterday, at least he wasn't. "I'm not ignoring you." He growled before standing after her. "Everything, you happy." He told her, knowing it covered a wide range of things but it didn't tell her shit. And he knew it was a cheap shot but he was tired of being the boyfriend she didn't want but wanted. He knew that if he wanted anything from her it was only ever going to be sex. But he needed more from her she couldn't give it. He was okay with that, but he needed her to at least give him space when he needed it and not treat him like she owned him. He watched as she stormed out of his room. "Bye." He sarcastically called after her, knowing he wasn't helping the situation any. Nor did he care.

Skylar couldn't help but smirked at him, shaking her head a bit. "I guess I can go for ice cream." She told him before stepping back, grabbing the helmet from the back of the bike. Waiting till he got on so she could. Once her arms were back around his waist she relaxed, knowing things were going to be okay even if she was on a killing machine. She knew that ice cream wasn't the top of her list to get, but he seemed to want some so she wasn't about to put a pin in his fun. This date had really turned into just letting lose and having fun over getting to know each other. And she was fine with that, because he was really all over the place. And she knew that was just who he was, instead of the focused book nerd.

Mina frowned when she heard his comment before she looked at his door, "Asshole!" She screamed. She walked off before she headed to her dorm. She crossed her arms, thinking about how Brian was acting. Maybe she had been treating him worse than she though. She had thought they were kind of on the same level though. Once she got to her dorm, she got changed before she climbed into her bed. Mina stared at her phone, looking at the texts from Brian from earlier that day. Did I do something wrong to make you mad? She sent the text, knowing he probably wasn't going to answer her.

Zacky smiled when she agreed to ice cream. He climbed onto the bike with her, then headed to a local ice cream place he knew had some pretty good ice cream. He parked his bike outside of the small place before he helped her off of the bike, getting off after her. He took his helmet off before walking with her into the place. "So what kind do you want?" He asked when he noticed she had glanced over at the flavors. They had good amount of ice cream flavors.

Brian sighed as she left knowing he wasn't about to pick up the phone and call her and beg her to forgive him. He wasn't like that. Instead he pulled himself from the couch and headed into the bathroom. Deciding to wash himself now. After stepping into the water he felt his tense body start to relax. Knowing he needed to get over this quickly or it was going to ruin his life like it did in high school. Stepping out of the shower once he was clean he wrapped a towel around his waist before heading to his room. Deciding he was just going to turn in for the night. Even though he'd just has sex he still felt a strong need to get laid again. But he wasn't about to ask either of the girls in his life right now to come satisfy his need. Crashing on the bed he heard his phone chime. A groan leaving his lips as he grabbed it off the side table. I aint mad. He sent back, hating that she still though he was mad about her not returning his feelings. It wasn't the case. If anything he was depressed and a bit sadden about it. But not mad. How could he be mad that she didn't want a relationship.

Skylar walked up to the counter, her eyes taking in the items they had. "I'd like the chocolate and vanilla swirl of frozen yogurt." She said out loud after he asked what she wanted. "Do you want that on a cone or in a cup?" The woman behind the counter asked. "Cone, please." She said to her, thankfully she'd be able to enjoy a dessert that she hadn't eaten a hundred of times. "What about you?" She questioned Zacky while the woman made hers.

Mina looked at her phone and sat up in her bed, leaning back against her headboard. She looked at the text message, feeling like she had messed things up with Brian. Well, what did I do to upset you then? Can you at least tell me that? I don't like you going silent on me. She sighed as she rested her head against the headboard. Mina bit her bottom lip lightly, hoping that he would start to talk to her like normal again. You know I really care about you right?

Zacky looked at the lady behind the counter, "I will have the same actually." He said as he pulled out his wallet. He paid for their ice cream then slipped his wallet into his back pocket. Zacky took the ice cream cone, before he walked with her to the small table by one of the windows. "The chocolate and vanilla is actually my favorite." He said as he sat with her. He had always like coming to the ice cream place. His dad use to take him and his sister there all the time when they were younger.

Brian sighed as he sat up, he looked at the phone and debated if he should tell her the truth or not. And after several attempts he finally managed to send. You just got me to thinking that there's no point in being with someone. He was vague in what he meant but truly. She was breaking his heart by not wanting to love him back, but he was doing the exact same thing to his girl. And he didn't like the way it felt so he didn't want to do it to anyone else. So even if that meant he had to be alone for the rest of his life then he would. As he didn't think he'd ever want to feel this way about someone else again.

Skylar walked over to one of the tables the offered, sliding into the booth. "Dessert before dinner, if my mom could see this she'd kill me." She teased as she licked the yogurt. "Is that so?" She asked hearing him speak about it being his favorite. "I actually love caramel, though not many places can make." She told him. Before licking the fast melting soft serve. She knew it would only upset her stomach later. But she didn't care, her food was actually in his car still. So she could eat a bit later. She'd just have to remember to do so and take her meds.

Mina stared at the words that were on her phone, and she couldn't believe what she was reading. Brian was such a nice guy and it wasn't like him to say things like that. How did I make you think that? You have always liked being with someone. Is it because of us hooking up? Mina knew it was probably why he felt this way, but she was scared to hear it from him.

Zacky ate his ice cream as he listened to her, "I don't think I have ever had that kind. I bet it is good though." He told her before going back to eating his ice cream. Once he finished he leaned back against his chair as he waited for her to finish. He would have to get her back to his car because he had to be up early for a class. "So, did you have fun coming all the way up here?" He asked.

Brian sighed as he read over her message, no it wasn’t because they were hooking up. It was because his heart wasn’t available for the taking. And he was just leading girls on and breaking their hearts. No it not because of that. He texted her, before sighing and deciding to pour his thoughts out. Whats the point of a girlfriend when all they do is complain, sex is held over your head. Why do I need any of that shit when I’ve got you? He knew that even if he did end things with his girlfriend they’d still not get together however he was just a college guy looking to have fun.

Skylar nodded at his statement not bothering to answer as she was eating her ice cream. And didn’t feel like she needed to compliment the ice cream she enjoyed. She lifted her eyes to notice he was finished eating. Smiling softly she offered him a napkin as he’d gotten some on the side of his mouth. “I did enjoy this.” She told him after she finished her cone. Wondering if he had any more surprises up his sleeve, or if he planned to head back to his car.

Mina couldn't help but smile when she seen what he texted her. You're right. Why do you need them? You do have me. I will always be around for you Brian. I'm kind of sad I had to leave. I wanted to have more fun. Mina laid on her bed thinking about all the times she had been with Brian. He was a great guy, but she didn't think their relationship would be good. They fought a lot already.

Zacky took the napkin from her before wiped his mouth. "I'm glad you did. I am sure I can find a bunch of stuff for us to do. Hell, we can do whatever you want. You name it and I will make it happen." He told her as he got up. He walked outside with her before getting back on his motorcycle. He waited for her to get on then took off back towards the house.

Brian nodded off a bit, before his phone pulled him from his dream. I'm about to fall asleep, but you can let yourself in. He knew they weren't the kind to cuddle up and fall asleep together, but it did happen. It was a limited amount of time. And now that he wasn't worried about getting caught cheating he didn't care if she stuck around. But tomorrow afternoon he'd have one less problem to deal with and it wouldn't be Mina. Drifting off he couldn't help but wondered if she'd take him up on his offer. It would be the first time they fell asleep with out having done anything.

Skylar followed Zacky out to his bike, climbing on to the seat she wrapped her arms around his waist, before resting her head on his back. Once the bike stopped back at his car she stepped off before going and standing next to the car and waiting on him. Propping herself up against the driver door, waiting till he'd put the motorcycle away. "Fun night, is every night going to be like this?" She teased him, knowing that she didn't expect him to take her out every night. She was just giving him a bit of a hard time, by teasing him.

Mina looked at the text message on her phone and decided that going to see Brian wasn't a bad idea. She did feel bad for how she left things. Mina gathered her things before heading over to his place. She pulled out her spare key, opening the door. The door shut quietly before she locked it and walked to Brian's room. She had only fallen asleep with him a few times before and each time always ended in them getting in a small argument about their relationship and what they were. She set her small bag down, before pulling off her shorts and t-shirt. Her eyes moved to his bed, seeing that it looked like he was asleep. Mina climbed into his bed, getting under the covers before moving closer to his body.

Zacky chuckled as he walked away from the garage. "I mean I feel like we will always have an interesting night." He teased her. He opened the car door, then slipped into the driver's seat. "Though, I am going to make you pick what we do next. I want to see what you do for fun." He told her as he started the car. He waited till she was ready before he started driving her back to her place. He really liked spending time with her. Zacky parked his car and looked over at her. "I had a lot of fun tonight. I am glad you agreed to come along with me actually. I don't get to do this very often anymore." He said, shrugging.
