Finley tucked her long red hair behind her ear before she opened the doors to walk into this new school. She knew she was on a mission there, one that she couldn't fail at because the lively hood of a lot of people could end up relying on the success of it. Plus Deaton had made it very clear when he'd recruited both her and her sister that Scott and his pack needed an emissary, not at the current moment because Scott wasn't the alpha yet, but apparently according to Deaton Scott was well on his way to become a True Alpha he just needed a little bit of help getting there. Which apparently was where they came into play. And Finley didn't mind being part of this, after all, being a member of the Hunter family just kind of meant you were automatically thrown into the middle of things involving the supernatural, mostly werewolf business.

Honestly, Finley had spent most of her life at this point waiting for the day when she'd finally be able to work closely with an alpha without her parents. And it kind of made it that much better knowing that if Deaton was right and Scott was on his way to being a true alpha not only would she hopefully get to be part of that journey, but she'd be working with a true alpha. And they were so rare that the last known one was at least over a hundred years ago.
Scott stood next to his locker with Stiles still trying to wrap his mind around a few things. "So apparently a family Deaton's really good friends with moved back into town recently, they've been gone for a while, but and they have this set of twins that he asked me to show around. Would you mind helping? I really don't know that I have the energy to do it alone?" He asked Stiles really hoping he'd be able to count on his best friend. Scott wasn't worried about the twins being mean, annoying, or anything else like that. He just had so many other things on his mind that he was worried about at the moment that showing a set of twins around just didn't fit in. And he knew that Stiles was just as worried about everything, but if they did it together at least it wouldn't be as bad.

"Also you haven't heard anything from Derek have you?" He asked wondering if anyone had any updates about whatever was going on with Isaac. As far as Scott knew they were still looking for him, Boyd, and Erica. Which Scott was sure if they had heard anything he'd be the first one to know, but he still felt like he should ask just in case for some reason he hadn't gotten the message.

Stiles dumped his text books from his backpack into his unruly locker, most would find it hard to find anything inside of his school locker, but Stiles did have a method to the messiness. At least he did, most of the time. Half listening to Scott, he turned his head, so he could look at his best friend when he had been asked a question. “Yeah, I’ll give you a hand showing them around.” He agreed knowing this was the last thing Scott wanted or needed to do, perhaps if it had been anyone other than Deaton who asked Scott to show the twins around the school, Scott may have said no, there would have been a fifty fifty chance. Stiles wasn’t completely certain that they should trust the twins, as they haven’t had the greatest luck with people since Scott had been bitten. At the same time, however, Deaton knew this new family who moved to Beacon Hills, and Stiles did hold an enormous amount of trust in Deaton.

Shutting the metal door to his locker, he then leaned his shoulder against it. “I haven’t heard anything, I was going to ask you the same thing.” He knew worrying about the others wasn’t going to be anything, Derek was out there searching for them, he would contact Scott whenever he found something. None of this sat right with Stiles, he felt strangely off about the entire situation with their friends, though he mostly tried to ignore how he was feeling in his gut as he forced himself to be positive, if anyone could find them, it would be Derek. It wasn’t long before his eyes moved past Scott when a figure catches his attention, “Dude…” A mumble fell from his lips when he saw who he assumed to be the twins, yet his attention had been captured by a beautiful red head and he suddenly prayed that he was correct in thinking she was who he was going to help Scott show around the school.
Piper adjusted the straps of her backpack to sit more comfortable over her shoulders, as she followed her sister through the main doors of the high school. Her blue eyes scanning over what was now in front of her, she was there for one reason, the mission that had been given to both her and Finley. This would be the most important task that had been given to them, it was not only their first mission, but it had also been given to them by someone Piper admired, Alan Deaton. They had studied and worked hard their entire life for this moment, Piper couldn’t fail this mission. Not that she expected that to happen, as this mission would never be given to them again. It was rare for a werewolf to be a True Alpha, Deaton had explained to them that Scott was a bitten werewolf and was still learning all he could each day about becoming the best person he could be. If Finley became the emissary, Piper would be so damn proud of her sister and she would have still enjoyed and learnt from the experience as it was an honour to even just meet a True Alpha.

“You ready for this, Fin?” Piper asked her sister as she stood beside her, even though they were here for their mission. It didn’t mean they could slack on their grades, they were still going to graduate from high school and go onto further education. Being an emissary for a werewolf pack, didn’t mean that person didn’t have a life of their own at the same time. They were still allowed to have a career, get married and start a family, being an emissary wouldn’t limit them in their lives.

Finley nodded her head as her blue eyes scanned the hallway in front of her. "I'm as ready as ever, I hope this school challenges me as much as our last one did," she said knowing her and her sister were on an important mission that needed to be handled properly, but she was also expected to keep her grades up, graduate, and eventually continued education. Her parents likely wouldn't have it any other way. Being an emissary would not pay her bills or support her throughout life. She was expected to make a living for herself as much as the next person was, she had a few extra responsibilities added onto her plate. Responsibilities Finely would happily take on because it was in her blood. Being emissaries to werewolf packs was just something that her family had always done, they had groomed both Finley and her sister it. If they hadn't been being groomed for it, then their parents never would've let them come here. But the parents thought they were ready to test the waters so here they were.

"Are you Scott McCall?" Finley asked once she'd approached two boys who looked like the boys Deaton had shown them a picture of, and when he nodded she smiled and held out her hand. "I'm Finley Hunter and this is my sister Piper, Deaton told us to look out for you and your friend to help us around. Which we totally understand if this is a complete burden on you and you'd rather not. I'm sure we can find our way around pretty easily. Especially since I'm sure Deaton sprang this on you last second and showing two new students around probably isn't on your to-do list," she said hoping to get her own feel for Scott and his friend Stiles, whom Deaton had informed her about. Because while she trusted Deaton with her life, she valued his opinion and admired him as a person, a vet, and an emissary this was a thing she needed to do for herself.
Scott had no clue what he'd do without Stiles sometimes, and there weren't even words for how much he appreciated his friend helping him out with this task. Scott was sure it wouldn't be hard at all to show them around, he was also sure that they could more than likely be trusted since they were family friends of Deaton’s, but that didn't mean he had the room on his plate to do it. Scott hadn't met either of the twins yet, he knew they were starting today and to try to look out for them. When he saw Stiles' body language change suddenly, and he suddenly caught a whiff of the sweetest perfume he'd ever smelled and turned to see where it was coming from.

Scott nodded his head when the red-headed twin, whose name he learned was Finley introduced herself. "Yes, Deaton told me to be on the lookout for you guys," he said smiling at Finley then turning to Piper, the prettiest blonde he'd ever seen. Which he thought because he rarely went for blondes, but there was something about Piper that stood out to him. "This is my best friend Stiles," he said realizing that he should probably introduce his friend especially if Stiles would help him show them around, which Scott was sure he had no problems with at all now. "Oh, it's not that big a deal at all, right Stiles," he said glancing back to his friend. "Yea Deaton did just spring this on me but it's not a problem at all for us to show you around," he said with this feeling that if they didn't show them around someone else would, and while Scott had things on his plate, he felt like he could make space to show around two new beautiful students. This was a blessing. It had to be.

Stiles hadn’t really been listening to what was being spoken between his best friend and the two new students, he was more taken aback by the beautiful red head who was now standing in front of him. He did, however, catch her and her sister’s name. Finley. He glanced over at Scott when his friend turned to him and he nodded his head, “Oh yeah. No, it’s no problem at all.” He agreed immediately, not only did Deaton ask them to help the girls out, Stiles would do whatever that man said as he knew more than Stiles could imagine. But also, because Stiles knew that if he didn’t show the girls around the school, there would be a line of other students waiting for the chance. “Obviously, you two would be completely capable of finding your way around. It isn’t a huge school by any means, but I’m more than happy to be your personal tour guide of Beacon Hills high.” He grinned knowing that he should probably stop talking, it was a nervous habit of his, and he was definitely feeling the nerves being around Finley.

Nerves are now a feeling that Stiles is accustomed to having, ever since Scott was bitten, nerves have become a daily emotion that his body now expects to feel. Although, it normally isn’t from a pretty girl, it’s from a dangerous plan that Scott has come up with to save someone he cares about, or having a threat and him not being able to help as much as he wanted to because he was still just a human who could be killed at any second. “Have you gotten your class schedule? We might even share classes,” Stiles hoped that he did share some classes with Finley, as it would give him a reason and a chance to talk to her more, get to know her which he absolutely wanted to do.
“We’re sorry that Deaton sprung this on you at the last minute,” Piper moved her blue eyes onto the true alpha to be, she knew this would probably be the last thing that Scott wanted to do, yet he was still willing to spend time showing her and Finley around the school. Stiles was correct though, she was more than capable to find her own way around the new school, but having these two friends show them around personally would be ideal for her. It would give her a chance to form her own opinion and thoughts on both the boys, as Deaton had briefly mentioned how important Stiles was to Scott. They came as a pair which Pippa understood completely, as she would follow her sister anywhere. “Yeah, we got our class schedule the other day.” She reached her hand to the pocket of her jeans and pulled out the folded piece of paper which had her classes and classrooms printed on it, she held it out for Stiles to scan over so he would know which areas of the school that he should show them.

She watched as Stiles took a look at her class schedule, his head nodding here and there, but Pippa found herself glancing over at Scott. Deaton had showed her a photo of him and his friend, yet Scott still wasn’t exactly what she had been expecting. Not that she knew what she had been expecting, maybe someone who was a little more overly self-assured, but Pippa was pleasantly surprised at how he held himself and she had only just met him.

Finley smiled at Stiles before she dug through her bag for a copy of her class schedule. "We really appreciate you both showing us around, I'm sure we could find our way around on our own but it's just so much easier and faster this way," she told them wishing Deaton hadn't sprung this on them like he had but she supposed he didn't have any other options either. They had only just found out about everything a few short weeks ago and there hadn't been much planning involved at all. "Well, I hope we have some classes together," she said tucking her long red hair behind her ear and handing over the paper for him to look at. She wanted to be somewhat bold and make a subtle comment about hoping they had chemistry together so they could be lab partners, even though she also meant physical chemistry as well but she didn't. Because she could tell that Stiles was nervous right now and she didn't want to make him more nervous by very purposefully flirting with him. Partly because she'd only just met him and that could totally come off as weird, and she could see how anyone might get the wrong impression from that, and also because that's not why she was there.

Finley hadn't come to Beacon Hills with her sister to have a larger pool of males to choose to date. She'd been asked to come by Deaton to help with official supernatural business, and Deaton had made it very clear that they were to lead things with their brains not their hearts or emotions. And pretty much that meant don't get attached to anyone because they weren't there to stir up drama or fall in love. They were there to help guide a young werewolf into becoming a true alpha and hopefully one of them would become his emissary. Not to find boyfriends. "So do we have any classes together?"
"It's really not a huge deal," Scott told Piper shaking his head, and it really wasn't. Scott was more than happy to help out Deaton all the time. Especially because the man was always there when Scott needed him for anything. And because finding out that the girls were super pretty girls almost felt like Deaton was sending him a blessing. He didn't know why he felt that way, and the last thing he wanted to do was make a move on her after just meeting her, but he was thankful that he was the one who got to show her around and not some other guy who might actually take advantage of the situation.

Scott took the copy of Piper's schedule and looked over it so he could compare it to his own and was pleasantly surprised to see how many classes they had together. "I think the only class we don't have together is AP French, which is impressive by the way," he told her with a smile as he handed it back to her. "Well, I guess whenever you're ready we can head into English since that's the first class of the day," he said glad that he would get the chance to spend the day with Piper in each class giving him a better chance to get to know her. This was also perfect for him because it meant all those classes he'd need a partner in he would finally have one. And he knew that because he and Stiles didn't have as many classes together this year which was rough, but also they weren't exactly allowed to be partners for things most of the time. Which sucked because Stiles was his best friend and they did everything together, but it also made sense because they were notorious for not using class time properly to work on things and rather to talk about well everything else.

Stiles handed Piper’s class schedule to Scott when he noticed that he only has a couple of classes with the blonde, he grinned Finley as she also handed her schedule over for him to look over. Which he was far more interested in having a look at, as he desperately wanted his classes to match up with the redheaded beauty. He wanted to be able to spend more time with her, talk to her, know her better, take her out on a date. “You two can stop thanking us, really it isn’t an issue on our end.” Obviously, Stiles would have agreed to help Scott out either way, it wasn’t just because the twins happen to be the prettiest girls in Beacon Hills. He would have helped show them around the school no matter what, because he could imagine how daunting it must be to move to a new place and then have to start at a new school.

His grin turned into a smile when his eyes moved over the classes that Finley had, “Looks like you’re going to be stuck with me now. There’s only one class that we don’t actually have together and that’s AP Physics, and that’s just wow.” Stiles was for once in his life, at a loss for words. His eyes moved to Finley as he was incredibly impressed by her already. Clearing his throat, he handed her schedule back to her. “Unfortunately, we have Economics first up. I’m ready, whenever you are.” Though now he was looking forward to his classes as he would be sharing them with Finley, how had he gotten so lucky? Things like this never just fall into place for Stiles, but he knew to enjoy this as it all could get taken away at any time. And that was the last thing he wanted, to have Finley taken away from him.
“Thank you,” Piper smiled as she took her schedule back from Scott, and she was silently ecstatic when she heard that she had so many classes with Scott. Deaton’s voice was constantly in the back of her mind though, that she wasn’t there to find love, she and Finley had a much more important mission which they needed to stick with. Love and new friendships couldn’t get in the way of the mission, but Piper could feel there was something different about Scott. It wasn’t because he was a werewolf or in the process of being a True Alpha, it was more so that he was generally a nice guy and that could be hard to come by. “Lead the way,” She smiled at him before looking over to her sister, who surprisingly seemed to share most classes with Stiles. “I’ll see you later,” It was strange how everything was falling into place perfectly, but Piper wouldn’t question any of it.

Turning her attention back onto Scott, she stepped beside him as he guided the way towards their English classroom. “Any teachers or students that I should watch out for?” She asked looking at Scott with a smile on her lips, she wanted to ask him questions about himself, but wasn’t sure if it was too soon for that considering they had only just met.

Finley smiled at Stiles glad that she'd get to spend her days in class with Stiles. There were a lot of perks that came along with that, like always having a partner for things. And usually her and her sister either weren't allowed to be partners, weren't in the same class and couldn't be partners, or truly didn't want to be partners anyway so it would be nice to have Stiles as an always option. "Thanks, science of all varieties is very fascinating to me but physics specifically is what will get me to where I want to be," she said fully aware already of what she wanted to do after high school, and taking AP physics was going to help her get there. After all, Finely could easily be classified as an overachiever and this was one of the signs, or at least that's what people at their last school would say about her.

"So is there anything I should know about teachers here? Or maybe even certain students? People I should avoid at all costs or anything?" She asked him smiling and motioning for him to lead the way to their economics class. "Also do you guys have like sports teams here? I was asking Deaton about it and he didn't really have a lot of information about it other than there's a guys lacrosse team here which is pretty cool. Though I know nothing about lacrosse, so I'd be totally lost at a game unless someone walked me through everything," she said kind of rambling about sports, but Finley just wanted to keep Stiles talking about anything really. After all, it seemed pretty obvious to her in the moment who was getting close to who to try and stay connected to Scott and his pack and that was fine with her. Though Finely did know that she wasn't here for romance, something she was going to have to remind herself a lot probably.
"No problem," Scott said before motioning for her to follow him towards English. "Let's see I'd keep my eye on Mr. Harrison, the Chem teacher he's kind of had it out for me and Stiles since well he first met us. So if you're seen associating with us that'll probably make him have it out for you too," Scott said still not even sure why the man hated them so much. It wasn't like he or Stiles had ever done anything to Mr. Harrison. "I would also be careful around the Econ teacher. He's our lacrosse coach as well and while he's good guy at heart, I think, he can sometimes be well aggressive," he said still wondering how the man had even gotten a job teaching just with how he acted towards all of his students.

Scott tried to think of any students that maybe she should look out for but he couldn't really think of anyone off the top of his head. At a different point in time he would've said Lydia, but they were friends now so she was cool to be around. Plus with everything that had happened over the last year, and then with Jackson moving away to London or where ever he'd gone, Lydia had been a million times nicer than she'd ever been in the past. And Scott wasn't complaining about that at all. Though things had been really weird lately with Lydia and Allison. Of course, he and Allison had broken up over the summer so it all made sense. But things would all work out, hopefully. "I will say if you're looking to make girl friends I'd look for Lydia and Allison. It may be a little weird because Allison is my ex girlfriend and Lydia well there's a lot there. But well I know them both very well and they're super great so I'm sure they'd make you feel welcome," he told her hoping that was helpful, because he wanted to help make the transition here easier not harder.

[It was great! Also, we can definitely change Finley taking AP physics, we don’t have classes like that in high schools here, so I just googled it]

Stiles couldn’t help but to look at Finley in awe, he could listen to her voice for hours on end and he’d never grow tried of it. But hearing her words, she knew what she wanted from her life, she knew what she wanted to do with her life after high school. Sure, some of his peers knew what they wanted to be after school, but Stiles for one, didn’t. He had ideas of what he could try to be, but there wasn’t one career that stood out to him just yet. “I’ll have to keep that in mind, for the times when I get stuck on something. You’ll definitely be the first person I go to for help,” He smiled at the redhead as he had never been great at any of the science subjects, most of the time the information that the teacher was giving, just didn’t stuck inside his brain. Plus, this would also give him a reason to see Finley more and spend more time with her, if she wanted that as well, of course. “Well… most of the students are great, you’ll have no trouble with making new friends.” There was no doubt in Stiles’ mind that Finley wouldn’t make friends, which was disheartening for him as she could easily be taken away from him.

He wasn’t part of the popular kids, though he never wanted to be, but he could see Finley fitting in perfectly with them. “You might want to watch out for Mr. Harris, he’s had it out for me for a while now and he teaches chemistry. Then there’s also Coach Finstock who is actually our economics teacher and the coach of the lacrosse team, he’s a good guy, just a bit eccentric, you could say.” It was mainly Mr Harris who seemed to enjoy making Stiles’ time at the school harder, it was something that he could handle, though he didn’t want to be the cause of Finley becoming a target for the chemistry teacher. “You play sports?” He asked looking at her, he wasn’t shocked hearing this, he could tell that she took care of herself and her body. She was intriguing to him. “We have the lacrosse team, which I could teach you about. Or there’s a swim team, track team, cross-country team and the basketball team.” Stiles explained as he glanced over to Finley yet again, clearly there was a lot more to her and he was eager to learn everything. “Thinking about trying out for any teams?” He asked knowing that if she did, he wanted to be there to cheer her on.
Piper nodded her head lightly as she made a mental note about the two teachers Scott had mentioned, “I’m sure I can handle this chem teacher, if he does decide to try anything with me.” She wasn’t going to be scared by some teacher, she was there in Beacon Hills for a reason and that reason was walking beside her. Nothing was going to get in her way, especially not some teacher who had it out for Scott and his best friend, which certainly isn’t something that should occur between a teacher and any of his students. “Deaton mentioned that you play lacrosse, maybe I could come to the next game.” Piper looked at Scott as she followed him through the busy hallway, the only sport that Piper enjoyed was running. She was on the track team and the cross-country team at her old school, she had always found running to relaxing, a time where she could be on her own and think or clear her mind from any concerns she was having.

She wasn’t sure if she’d join any teams, she wanted to enjoy her first day at Beacon Hills and get herself settled in before putting her name down for anything. She also had a mental note to find Lydia and Allison, not that it should be difficult if these girls were already friends with Scott. Though Piper couldn’t stop but feel a sense of ease hearing that Allison was an ex-girlfriend, and not Scott’s current girlfriend. However, as soon as Piper realised the thoughts she was having, she pushed them to the back of her mind. She couldn’t be thinking in that way, Deaton had made it clear to her, as did her parents, that she wasn’t there to find a boyfriend. She had a mission and that was her top priority, only once the mission was complete, then she could think about finding love.

    [ oh no it's perfectly fine! ]

Finley smiled at Stiles glad that he seemed so friendly and welcoming, even though she didn't need that from him or anyone really it was always nice to be welcomed well somewhere unfamiliar. "Gotcha, well I'll keep my eye out for this chem teacher you speak of," she told him tucking her hair behind her ear. "So at our last school, I was always very busy. I played soccer during the fall and that has always been my favorite sport. But you don't play all year around. So normally during the off seasons, I would do gymnastics and then of course practice so I'd be ready for when it started again. But you guys don't have a soccer team here. And I probably won't try out for anything because I don't enjoy running just to run like my sister so that's out for me. Trust me no one wants me to be on their basketball team, and swimming is fun if I'm like at a beach or a pool but I don't think I would enjoy swimming competitively," She told him not upset that there wasn't a team for her to join. Finley did love soccer so much but there were just more important things for her to worry about recently that she probably needed to take a step back anyway.

"But you know what, I would love for you to teach me about lacrosse. Then when you play I can cheer you on and know what's going on at the same time," She said not even trying to tone herself down like she probably should've. But there were times when flirting wasn't a bad thing, and she would never take complete advantage of someone, especially someone like Stiles, that way. Making a guy think he had a chance with her only to totally tear him apart wasn't something she did, because she didn't like to play those games. But she had never seen the problem with harmless flirting or flirting with someone she was into. Though Finley knew she wasn't there to flirt with Stiles, she wasn't there to hook up with Stiles, and she wasn't there to fall in love with Stiles. That didn't mean she couldn't do those things. Actually, who was she kidding, her parents and Deaton would probably lose their minds if she let something like that happen while she was on a mission. After all, she should be able to be level headed and be in complete control of her emotions at all times.
Scott wasn't sure why he felt his palms get all sweaty when she mentioned coming to his next game and watching him play. He had literally just met this girl but she was for some reason making him all kinds of nervous. "That would be nice, I'm sure you'd enjoy it. I mean I think lacrosse is a lot of fun, but I play the sport so of course, I do, but usually the people watching seem to have fun as well," he said before he shut himself up not wanting to ramble and look like an idiot in front of her. While these feelings weren't new to him, it was still odd for him to be feeling them right now. He hadn't felt this way around a girl since he'd met Allison. And eventually, all the feelings he'd had like this went away as he'd gotten to know her and they'd started to date. But of course things had gone south and they weren't together anymore. It was weird though feeling this way for someone else. It was also nice, it helped him realize that maybe there was a life beyond Allison. Maybe there was someone else out there he could be with who made him feel as good as she had. And that maybe his mom was right and there was more than one great love for him in the world.

"So are you planning on joining any sports teams yourself? Or I guess a better question would be are you into any sports? Like playing wise or just watching for enjoyment," he said knowing that some people were totally into watching sports but not so much playing. And she could go either way, she could be into both or even neither for that matter and maybe just wanted to come to watch simply because she wanted to be friends and friends support each other in the things they do.

[So sorry this reply is so late!]

Stiles found himself really enjoying the sound of Finley’s voice, and wanted her to continue talking just so he would be able to listen to her. Her voice was calming to him, she had the perfect pitch and tone, and was very modulated. He would have liked to watch her be part of a sports team, though it seemed like none of the teams that Beacon Hills High offered to students would suit her. Which was still completely fine, it meant that Stiles would hopefully get more time to spend with her, because her time wasn’t being taken up by a sports team. “Maybe I can get some friends together and we can have a game of soccer, though you’ll have to go easy on us.” He grinned wanting Finley to know that she was going to be welcomed into his group of friends, he already had a gut feeling that she would settle in easily with everyone. If that is what she wanted, of course, if she wanted to make her own friends then Stiles knew he would need to let her do that. No matter how much he wanted her to stick by him and his friends, he would never make anyone do something that they didn’t want to do. So, if Finley didn’t want to be part of Scott’s pack, then he would deal with that.

“Oh, um. Yeah, I can definitely teach you about lacrosse.” Looking over to the beautiful red head, he suddenly somewhat regretted telling her that he was on the lacrosse team. As he didn’t normally get much time on the field during actual games, as Coach Finstock wanted to win as many games as he could, meaning Stiles was often sitting on the benches watching the game himself. He wasn’t the best player that Coach had on the team, but he has improved his game over the years. He wanted to tell Finley that if she came to a game, she may not be able to cheer him on, but instead she could cheer for the team. But he also wanted to impress her and telling her he sat on the benches for most games, wasn’t going to be a way that he could. Yet he didn’t want to lie or hid that from her. “We have gotten more students on the team this year, and only so many can be on the field during the game. But you should still totally come and watch,” He decided to tell her but not go into the details, his footsteps slowed down as they neared the classroom. He didn’t want to walk into the room, as it meant he would have to stop talking to Finley as he wasn’t going to ruin her first day, by getting her into trouble.
Piper couldn’t help but smile as she looked over at Scott and listen to him simply ramble about how he liked playing lacrosse, and how the crowd at the games seemed to also enjoy themselves. She knew she would enjoy being there, watching a game of lacrosse as it meant she would be able to watch Scott play. Plus, she knew what the atmosphere could be like, from going to every soccer game that Finley played. Having the crowd get behind the teams and cheering them on to play better, it could be electric. “I do actually enjoy going to games and just watching them, for as long as I can remember, I’ve been going to Finley’s soccer games and her gymnastics meets.” She was used to being in a crowd and cheering her sister on, just like how Finley came to race that Piper was in, whether it be on the track and a cross country run. They would be supporting each other forever. Piper thought about Scott’s question, would she try out for the track and cross-country teams here at this new school? She wasn’t sure, if she didn’t have the mission, she would be signing up in an instant.

But she would have a lot more on her hands at this school. Not only the mission but her grades would need to stay high, and she wasn’t sure if she added a sports team on top of everything else, if it would be too much for her to juggle. Yet, there was also never a time in her life where she wasn’t in a track team. She would still go for a run when she needed to be on her own or to clear her thoughts, that would be no problem for her. But being on any sports team, there was always a lot of pressure to still perform. “I’m not sure if I’ll join any teams just yet, I think I’ll wait and see what happens.” She could always sign up and pull out if it gets in the way of her mission, because the mission was more important than her being on the track team or the cross-country team. Her parents had made sure that she knew that, that she knew the importance of the mission they were giving to her and Finley. All they had to focus on was the mission and keeping their grades up, those were the tasks given to them. Everything else wasn’t important at this stage of their lives, and Piper didn’t want to disappoint anyone. Especially not Scott, he was the entire reason she was there.

    [ it's okay! ]

"You have no idea how much I would love that," Finley said smiling if ever it was a logical choice for her to become a professional soccer player she would. Simply because soccer was her favorite past time really, and she already knew for a fact that when she went to college she was trying out for the teams so she could be on a team again. However, become a professional soccer playing wasn't logical, and especially not with the family she was from so that was kind of out. And that was okay because she did quite enjoy science and finding a way to incorporate things she loved into her future was always a win in her eyes. "And I can promise to try my best to go easy on you guys. But I'm warning you now I have a tendency to be a little competitive, even without meaning to be competitive," she told him knowing full well that it was what some people saw a flaw. But there were worse flaws to have surely.

Finley nodded her head, "of course I'm happy to support the whole team. I didn't mean to pressure you or make you uncomfortable so if I did I'm sorry," she said not wanting to give off the wrong impression. Finley knew she was there to befriend certain people so she could get close to Scott and help lead him to become a true alpha so that either she or her sister could become his packs emissary. She wasn't there to step on people's toes, make them uncomfortable, or date. And the last thing she wanted was to pressure people and make them uncomfortable, end up blowing her cover, and screwing up her entire mission. Not only because her parents would be so disappointed in her but also because she knew the consequences of messing this mission up were not something she wanted to bring about. "So is this the class?" She asked him once she noticed him stop in front of a door, which she didn't know why he'd done that, but it probably wasn't important anyway.
"Wow, sounds like you and your sister are pretty close then," Scott said pretty amazed that they supported each other so much. Sure he knew that people were like that, they supported one another in the things they did but he felt like it wasn't as common for siblings to be like that. Normally what he'd noticed was the siblings didn't really want to go to all the games or meets or whatever because they normally had their own lives and friends they'd rather be around. But the vibe he was getting from the two of them was that they were best friends. And he could only imagine how that dynamic worked. He'd always wished that he had a brother, someone he could be like that with. And while he hadn't been blessed with a biological brother he had Stiles who was close enough to the same thing.

It was hard to believe really that he and Stiles had been friends for nearly their entire lives, there were just a few short years when they were kids before Scott and his parents moved to Beacon Hills that they hadn't been friends. But since day one they'd been pretty much attached to each other. They did everything together growing up, to a point where their parents only real way of punishing them was telling them they couldn't hang out. So he understood the whole thing really. The biggest difference being he and Stiles weren't actually related and they didn't live together. "I'm sure it's nice to have a bond like you two seem to have," he said smiling. He really was thankful that the twins Deaton had asked him to show around weren't weird. Scott was glad that they both seemed normal down to earth girls. It was a little interesting how since his freshman year of high school they'd gotten three new girl students, and they were all quite attractive but he was sure that was nothing to think into. There was no way it was all related and he was going to keep tell himself that these girls were just normal girls not tied up in all the supernatural business going on like Allison's family had been. Deep down in his gut though he knew they were simply because they knew Deaton and Deaton was always tied into things. But he didn't want to admit that until he had to. "Well, here we are, English,"

Stiles chuckled softly while also giving his head a light shake, before looking at Finley once again. “You don’t have to worry about that, Scott is the same way. So, as long as you two are on different teams, then I don’t mind how competitive you are.” He already knew that he would struggle to keep up with the friendly game of soccer, as it’s a sport that he’s never really played before. Not that he was bothered by that, he would enjoy the time spent with his friends either way, whether he lost or won the game. It would be a good chance to take the twins out, show them around Beacon Hills, get to know them more and to just relax. Which was something Stiles and his friends hardly did, as they never got the chance to slow down and enjoy themselves. There seemed to be a new threat just waiting around the corner for them, some creature to learn about and take down before innocent lives were lost.

“Oh no,” Stiles blurted out quickly as he looked at Finley, she definitely hadn’t pressured him nor had she made him feel uncomfortable. “You didn’t, I wanted to let you know that if you did come to a game. I might not actually be on the field playing, that’s all.” He explained as he didn’t want her thinking that she had made him uncomfortable, it was the complete opposite really. He was comfortable around her, sure she made him nervous because she was attractive, and he wanted to make the best first impression that he possibly could. “Yeah, this is our first class of the day.” He spoke as he allowed Finley to step into the classroom before him, once she had, he followed behind her and gave her the chance to decide on where she wanted to sit. Most of the desks were still empty as only a handful of students had arrived, so he just followed her as he was going to take the seat beside her.
“We are close,” Pippa smiled as she had always been supportive of her sister, she would always need Finley in her life. Being twins was different from just being siblings, they grew side by side before being born. They’ve never been apart from each other, and often did things together. They could be so similar and different all at the same time, yet complimented each other perfectly. Finley was the one person who Pippa trusted completely, she never needed to think twice about anything Finley said or did. “I couldn’t imagine my life without her, nor do I ever want to.” She looked at Scott and smiled, “You seem pretty close with Stiles too. Deaton mentioned that you two have pretty much always been friends, so you know how strong a bond can be between two people.” From what Pippa knew of these two boys, their bond seemed to just as strong as the one she shared with her sister. Which was unbreakable.

“Here we go,” Pippa murmured to herself as she stepped into the classroom, the first class for the day and she could feel the nerves in her stomach. She could feel the eyes on her from the other students in the class as she walked towards the middle row of desks, which was strangely where she liked to sit in all her classes, if she had the chance to. She knew by the end of the day, no one would be staring, it was simply because she was a new face but she hated having attention on her. Sitting down, she placed her books down onto the desk before her eyes moved back onto Scott. Silently praying that he would take a desk near her, normally when she felt nervous, she would have her sister close by.

Finley smiled at Stiles, "Well I guess Scott and I just won't be on the same team, but that's not a big deal," she said shrugging her shoulders slightly before she walked into the classroom and made her way over to one of the many empty desks. Already the set up of the classrooms was much different from her last school so there was another adjustment she'd have to make. And Finley was fine making all of these little adjustments to her life for the mission because this was actually what she was raised for. She was honestly born into a family of emissaries so there was no way that she wasn't also going to be one. Their parents had spent most of Finely's childhood teaching them all about the supernatural world. So she knew her fair share of what all went bump in the night. And honestly, there was a lot more out there that people simply didn't know about, but her parents hadn't spent as much time going over those things since their jobs mostly dealt with werewolves and their packs.

And Scott's pack was much different from a traditional pack, that was something Finley could easily already tell. Even though Scott wasn't an alpha yet, because surely Deaton would know and would've told them, it was easy to tell in the short time that they'd been there that Stiles was part of the pack and Stiles wasn't supernatural. He was a human, but there was something different about him. Finley wasn't sure what it was about him but there was something. Good thing she'd made him part of her mission too because she could figure out what it was about him that was different. "Okay, so this teacher is also the lacrosse coach correct?" She asked turning to Stiles wanting to make sure she could get the hang of names and things.
Scott nodded his head, "we are close yea," he said laughing softly. "I would call him a brother honestly. He was there to help get me through my parent's divorce, I was there when he lost his mom, we've just been through a lot of life together. And we've never given up on one another. I honestly don't know what I would do without him," Scott said so thankful that he had a friend like Stiles. There was no other friend that he'd want to walk through life with honesty. Plus Stiles was so smart that Scott was sure he would've have made it this far without him in his corner. "It's good that you have your sister because I think having a bond like that with someone is the best thing a person can have in life," he said knowing that maybe he'd find that kind of connection with someone else again but until then he had Stiles and that was enough for him.

"Here we are," he said motioning for her to head in first figuring that he'd let her go in and pick a seat and go from there, "I don't really know much about this teacher either, I mean I know she really doesn't like phones in class. But she's new and I mean new to town and everything. But I'm sure she won't have any issues," he said shrugging his shoulders. Honestly, Scott wished that this school year could go smoothly without any bumps in the road but that already wasn't happening.

[ sorry if this sucked! ]
