Carter ignored the fact that Devyn was right beside him, deciding to text the other girl he had on the side, instead. But still, he was uninterested in this whole scenario, and he had no qualms in behaving like he didn't want to be there.
Abigail exhaled quietly, but didn't bother debating against Elliott, knowing there was no point. Their relationship had been empty for a long time, but she didn't want to be the one to give up; to walk away so quickly. "At last." She teased Devyn, offering her friend a sympathetic smile, tucking a strand of dark hair behind her ear. Still, as she heard two different voices, she looked up, her gaze landing on the shorter of the two boys, her heart skipping a beat as she noticed he was looking right at her, too. "Hiya." She grinned.
Luke followed Michael into the living room, grinning. "Hey guys." But as his gaze drifted over everyone, he took note of the four new figures sat on the sofa, but his eyes drifted to the beautiful blonde, sat beside a man who looked like he'd rather be in Hell than in that house at that moment. "Well, hello there." He grinned, his confidence a facade at best, but hoping it got her attention. "I'm Luke, it's nice to meet you." He smiled. "Hayley's told us a lot about you."
Hayley grinned at Michael and Luke. "Bout time you two got here," she complained.
