Jessie smiled. "I have sold a couple best sellers already but nothing as intense as I am looking to write." She grinned as he invited her back anytime. "Okay deal but I don't usually get up early. The creative juices are best at night... and honestly I don't usually go to bed till 8 in the morning. The sunrise is always so inspiring." she said and blushed. "So I will be over again soon." She said and grinned. "I am really glad to have spoke with you more as well Viktor." she said and smiled stepping out of the door and waved before closing it and taking off with a skip.

Viktor nodded softly, "well that sounds amazing, Looking forward to your next visit," he said cheerfully. He was trying to keep up the facade of normality. He watched her leave, before turning and heading upstairs. He could feel his hunger rising, and knew he'd have to feed soon, or he'd lose control. He maybe had another day.

He went back to work, clearing up the lower levels of the home, taking the covers off the furniture, and dusting away the cobwebs.

Jessie went home and started to write moving for her desk to her bed to the porch. Whatever spot held the most comfort and inspiration. She smiled as she let the inspiration flow. She fell asleep as as the sun shinned in on her bed and her computer was nearly dead. She plugged it in and curled up into the night came again.

Jessie woke and cleaned dup her place and herself. She ate whatever leftovers were in the fridge and realized she didn't have Viktor's number to let him now she was heading over to help clean up. She stopped picking up some Chinese before knocking on his door. She had brought her computer as well hoping she might earn a spare moment to sit and writing in his front entryway.

Viktor had spent the daytime, upstairs sleeping. He work at dusk, as the sun set over the mountain. He got dressed into some of the clothes he'd purchased the previous day. His stomuch growling, and his fangs descended, told him he'd need to feed tonight. He sighed softly, as he heard a knock on the front door.

He made his way downstairs, flicking on some of the lights. He opened to door for Jessie, "evening Jessie, come in," he said in his silky voice. He moved through towards one of the dining room's he'd completely cleaned up the previous night.

Jessie smiled as she came in. "Hey how are you?" she asked and grinned as she came in looking around at what he had accomplished the night before. "Wow you really got far." She said smiling as she looked around. "So what are we doing today?" she turned to him. "The kitchen, a living room?" she asked grinning at him excited to get started and explore this place, every inch.

Viktor smiled brightly, "Ah I'm okay, a little off," he said softly. He nodded, "yeah nothing better to do in this place for the moment," he said lightly.
He kept walking towards a living room, "I was thinking this room, if you are okay with that," he said lightly.
He was finding it hard to hold back his feral side, the beating of her heart, was a thumping in his head.

Jessie noticed Viktor was acting strange and frowned bitting her bottom lip. "Well are you sure you are up for it? Maybe you pushed yourself too hard yesterday and now it has you off." she suggested trying to give him the space he seemingly needed to take care of himself.

"Yeah this would be great." Jessie turned from him looking around and then back at him. "How about I go pick up some food and you take a quick rest?" she suggested because he looked like he was in pain.

Viktor nodded his head, and smiled weakly. "That sounds like a good idea actually," he said softly. He moved away from her, "I'll leave the place unlocked, feel free to look around," he said. He was feeling out of it, from hunger, and he needed to clear his head.

He looked her over, as her scent fulled his nostrils. He fangs descending again, as he found himself moving closer to her involuntarily. He struggled internally for a moment, then caught himself, "I'm gonna go up for a rest," he said lightly before walking away.

Jessie was turned away as he spoke grabbing her wallet out of her bag. She turned as he said he was headed up and she was about in interrupt but decided she would just guess what he might want to eat. She smiled. "Feel better." she said softly before turning and heading out of the house. She looked back grinning and heading into town walking int he night enjoying the crisp air. She went to one of the all night spots and grabbed some food randomly picking something for Viktor. She started her walk back to the house slowly hoping he would rest up and be able to join her soon.

Jessie got back to the house and looked around deciding to go look for the kitchen. Jessie walked from room to room looking around. This place needed a paint job but it was still so stunning and she was right she could literally sit in ever room in the house and just absorb the creativity that each room held. She bit her lip watching the shadows how they hugged the rooms. It almost seemed like the house was meant to be cast in the shadows.

Viktor made his way upstairs to get away from the sound of her heart. He didn't want to feed on a human, but he could tell it was becoming an inevitable fact at this point. He moaned in pain, as his hunger slowly took over.

After awhile, he escaped out of a window, to go hunting. A fresh animal kill would sate his hunger for awhile, at least he hoped it would.

It took him longer than usual, to hunt down a deer. His body shinning from the sweat and the rain. He drank his fill before leaving the rest for the wolves.

Jessie finally had found the kitchen and had put the food up in the fridge after cleaning it out of course. She had just turned out of the kitchen when she saw Viktor and jumped. From the corner of her eye he looked like a predator. As she turned her heart hammering fast out of fear her hand over her chest, she giggled. The nerves slowly abated as she smiled. "Viktor... you scared me." She chuckled and moved over to him. "My did you take a walk?" She felt his forehead. "Your clammy. Maybe you should just rest tonight." She said and then took his hand. "Or would something warm to eat help?" She rubbed his cold hand in her warm ones.

Viktor chuckled lightly, he felt much better, having fed. "I thought some fresh air would be good for me," he said softly. He smiled weakly, and nodded, "something warm is probably all I need," he said. He made his way towards the dining room. "So tell me Jessie, have you been writing while I was away?" he asked.

"Well I cleaned up the kitchen a little. I was thinking about it but I just haven't yet. Though I really would love to just sit in each room until the inspiration moves me to another room." she admitted. Jessie took out the food from the fridge and heated it up before turning to him and handing him what she got for him eating her own food.

Viktor nodded taking the food gently, and sitting at the counter to eat it. "Well thank you for tidying this place up a little, it looks good," he said softly. He looked her over, he could still hear her beating heart, and see the vein in her neck pumping around that tasty blood, but he could hold himself back.

He chuckled, 'well some of the rooms have some interesting stories, truly remarkable" he said lightly. He thought for a moment, "there's a story in my family that some of our ancestors, used to feed on people," he said softly.

Jessie chuckled. "Oh? I would very much like to hear this story." she said and took a bite grinning at him. Honestly if she could convince him to give her free reign to wonder the house and absorb the creativity she would be eternally great full. She just had to figure out a way to talk him into it or make him believe it was his idea. She wasn't very good at argumentative writing so that might be tricky but perhaps if she shared her passion with him he might feel the desire to help. She had to think about it for sure.

Jessie payed close attention to Viktor wanting to hear the story of his family. It was odd to have one at all but even more strange to only have one if you were to have one at all. It must be good enough that you only needed one.

Viktor smiled softly, and sat back. He watched her, intrigued by her. "Well as the story goes, my Great, Great, Great..." he paused for a moment thinking how many generations in human lives it would have been, "...great, grandfather, while living in this home, used to throw extravagant parties for everyone in town," he began. He sipped his drink, watching her closely, the smell of her scent, and the sound of her heart, assaulting his senses.

Viktor told her the story, of the first town gathering he'd been too, in this house. Remembering fondly, how the villagers, treated his family with so much respect, and honor. It was the first time, he'd seen a human so happy to allow a vampire to feed on them. He wrapped the story up, with, "But that's obviously just a tall tale told by my family, there is no way it's true," he said softly.

Jessie chuckled. "Oh of course." she took another bite thinking it over. "It's pretty amazing story anyways, normally with stories of the supernatural the people are frightened. It is a great spin that the people where happy, doesn't add to much drama though. I think people are afraid of what they do not know so that is why most stories of the supernatural are scary because honestly science can not prove the nonexistence of the supernatural though logic tells us of course there is no such thing." she chuckled and finished her food. "Thank you for sharing." she said. "So where are we going to clean up? I am really thinking we need to make you kitchen cleaner so we can cook in it. Right now even storing food is an iffy and you really should stock up the fridge. I was a beer and some BBQ sauce? I think..." she chuckled. "Also that fridge is ancient and needs to be replaced. I know you said you just wanted to clean up the house but honestly this kitchen just might need a little updating, at least the appliances and some of the dishes... with I didn't see anything other than china so yeah." She grinned at him. "Not to mention where is the dishwasher?" she smiled as she made a point. "What do you say?"

Viktor smiled lightly and listened to her. "Uh I suppose it could do with some updating, I would imagine the dishes were done by hand," he said lightly. He smirked, "plus if the stories are true, there wouldn't be any need for dishes anyway," he said lightly.

Viktor moved over towards the wall, "shall we start in the kitchen for today," he said lightly.

Jessie laughed. "Well there would be for human guest and I am guessing with a house this size they would also need servants and they would need to eat." She smiled at him. "We can at least get this kitchen cleaned up and prepped for a small reno. It shouldn't be too hard." she smiled at him. "I happen to be kind of handy with some tools." she smiled at him and pulled her hair back as she got ready to clean up the place.

Viktor nodded gently, "Yeah I suppose," he admitted, although the truth was the house was usually empty, his family didn't require much maintenance, and with them not sleeping much, they used to keep the house pretty tidy by themselves, having to do something to pass the time.

He moved over towards the cabinets and began dusting carefully. "So Jessie, if you wanted to stick around to write, I wouldn't mind at all," he said softly.
