Cassidy smiled brightly, trying not to let it falter as she went careening toward the ground, knowing her team would be there. She hear the oof of the two guys as they caught her, stumbling slightly.

"Cass keep it straighter! Let's try three on her base!" Their coach called out, waving one of the other male cheerleaders over to her. Cassidy frowned, she never liked having to be corrected, and she especially didn't like having extra guys placed on her base... It meant the coach didn't think she would land it well enough for two people to safely catch her. She sighed loudly, dusting off her uniform and getting ready to run it again, plastering a smile back on to her face. This time she landed it better, beaming as the coach praised her.

She took a break to get some water, rolling her eyes at her friends as she spotted a brunette boy coming running on to the pitch. They all began to giggle amongst themselves as they watched him apologise for being late and pull out his camera. "Too busy trying to figure out how to get shots up our skirts to be on time?" She called out mocking him, a fake pout on her face before she began to laugh. She knew he didn't necessarily choose to be here, but she couldn't help but mock him, he just tried too hard.

Frankie nibbled on her lip as she flipped the page of her book. The table around her pilled high of books, as she did her best to research the new topic for her English class. She'd been lost in her school work, for the past few hours she'd been rooted in her spot writing endless words in her notebook. It was the last assignment she'd had for her classes, and she'd be caught up. That was true for all classes but her physic. Her teacher had given her an extension on her work but he'd instructed her to find the notes else where. And because he didn't teach out of a book she was left struggling.

She'd already tried several of the tutors just asking if any of them could help her out. Though money was the issue. She'd never thought she'd be in this situation so it had never thought about getting a job. And it had been the first thing she did when she knew she wouldn't be getting anywhere. But it seem like all the places that were willing to hire college students weren't hiring. So her only options were to fail the class or drop it. And seeing as her scholarship prohibited both of them. She knew she'd have to keep trying. And if no one was willing to help her then she'd might as well start packing her bags. Because passing this class with out help would be next to impossible. So if they wouldn't tutor her, then getting their notes was the next best thing she could try for.

But so far she'd ended up falling short, because it seemed that none of the tutor's she'd encountered so far had the said notes. So one of the reason why she'd chose to do her work in the library, Ryker. He was one of the tutors she'd been to who could actually help her. But he was always so busy with his helping students that she'd been waiting her the entire day just trying to get a chance to speak to him about his notes.
Ben stumbled as he exited the classroom, his back pack hanging off his arm loosely as he set his camera up. The professors' lecture had ran longer than normal and now he was late getting to the cheer squad. They were practicing and he'd been invited to take pictures. It wasn't something he enjoyed doing as the cheerleaders where always bitches to him. Treating him like he was below them. And always shooting him down when he was just trying to be friendly to them.

Though there was Cassidy, she was the one that pulled his interest to cheerleading in the first place. And ever since he started taking pictures of them he'd gotten really good at making sure his picture were clean, clear and crisp. So the teachers constantly demanded that he be the ones to take the girls pictures. Sure they'd had guys on the squad but really the focus was the girls and that's really all the school wanted to see. He ran to the pitch hoping they were still practicing as he'd been asked to take picture of the new routines. "Sorry Mr. Carts lecture ran long." He told the coach knowing she didn't like having to wait on him, she was one of the only ones that thought his responsibly was stupid. So he did everything he could not to anger her.

She ignored him like always, and he moved down to the edge of the field placing his bag down. Before getting his camera ready. He rolled his eyes as the insults started coming. He lifted his camera to his face taking a few test pictures of the groups. Before looking at them deciding that they were good enough. Deleting all of them he waited till they were ready to take the field agian. But Cassidy's word cut through to him. "Yeah, I need to think of better ways to make you spread your legs." He smirked at her, he knew his words were laced with perversion. But really it was a stupid remark on her behalf. As she'd kick foot over her head giving him a clean view of her spanks. Honestly if he wanted pantie pictures the cheerleaders would be where it was at. Though it wasn't his thing.

Cassidy couldn't help but laugh as the coach ignored Been yet again, week in week out he tried to make an effort with her and she barely even looked in his direction. She knocked back some more water, before reaching in to her backpack and breaking off half of a protein bar just to keep her going for the rest of practice. "God Cass, you should watch the snacks. I'm not sure we have a fourth base to catch you" one of her team mates quipped. Cassidy noticed the looks that went among the group, but pretended not to notice them. "Oh well, at least I'm light enough to be a flyer!" She said easily, as if the whole comment just rolled right off her back, however she left the remains of the energy bar fall from her hand in to the grass.

After applying some more deodrant she headed back out on to the field to begin practicing the routine again. She had always tried to keep the fact that she was here on a scholarship on the down low, but she always found it hard when she got pulled up front and centre for everything. It was obvious the coach wanted her here, and Cass worked hard to make it look like that was just because she happened to do a good tryout. As they we're getting ready to start, she heard Ben's reply to her comment and stopped still, staring at him. Pretending to dry heave, she shook her head at him. "Don't go there Kingston, c'mon" she said, turning her nose up at him before beginning to join on the routine.

She didn't really know much about Ben, but from what she had heard he was one of those annoying people who was good at absolutely everything he tried, a natural all rounder. Cassidy was always really aware of people like that, she liked to be top of her game and hated the thought that somebody could undermine that so easily. She had put in a lot of time and effort in first semester building up her profile and she didn't need someone who could poke holes in it hanging around.

    ***

Ryder sighed softly, rubbing the bridge of his nose before offering the girl who sat with him a smile. He enjoyed tutoring and certainly enjoyed the money that came from it, but sometimes he just got tired of how demanding and bratty the people he was tutoring could be, and he often found himself having to reiterate the fact that he wasn't taking the class for them. They needed to actually attend lectures and then seek his help. Either way he got payed at the end of it, and that's what he kept reminding himself of over and over.

He nodded along as this girl tried to talk her way through the math in front of her, trying to hide his feeling over just how wrong she was... He wondered how she had even made it this far in to the course, but by how she was dressed, he was guessing by spending some extra time at office hours. Looking at his watch, he quickly stopped her and explained what she should be doing to her, and how to apply this to other problems before telling her that time was up and He'd see her next week. He knew he had ten minutes to grab a coffee before his next student and it was greatly needed. He gathered up his notes and some other valuable items, leaving the textbooks and his pencil case open on the desk so that nobody would have taken it by the time he came back and began to head towards the library door.

He sighed loudly as he tripped over the leg of his chair. In his rush he hadn't thought to look where he was going, and now the contents of his wallet we're spilled across the library floor. He began to gather them quickly, a. Lock mentally ticking down in his head how much time he had left of his break.

Ben wasn't surprised by her reaction to his words, if any thing he was expecting it. It sadden him to know her hatred for him. He didn't know what he did to make her hate him so. But ever since he took the very first picture of the cheerleaders she'd acted like he was scum. Sighing he brought his camera to his face, taking pictures.

It was harder than it seemed as they were constantly moving, so he had to focus his camera manually instead. And if he did over did it the pictures turned out blurry. But since this was something he'd been doing for months now he was able to adjust it on the fly and most of the pictures came out perfectly. As they finished up by stretching out he sat on the side of the field flipping through pictures. He smiled at how good they turned out.

Standing he moved over to the girls as the guys had already left the field to do god knows what. He stopped in front of them, but before he could even get a word out. "Stalker alert." Said one of the girls. Sighing he didn't know why he expected it to be different. "I uh, was wondering if you wanted to take a look at the pictures." He showed them the camera. Honestly every other group of people he took pictures of they always wanted to see how good the pictures had turned out. Seeing as most of them never made it onto the school site. He knew it was just his way of getting approval, and letting them know that he was really good at this. But the one he really wanted to see the pictures was Cassidy, he really wanted her to see that his work was art and not perversion.
Frankie noticed that the girl Ryker was tutoring getting up from the seat and rushing off. It was almost like she was relieved to be away from him. Peyton pushed her chair back and started to head over to his table. Though she was lightly confused when he himself got up and started to leave. Hurrying after him she watched as he crashed to the floor. Hearing a few snickers as people around him started to laugh.

Moving around she noticed he was picking up his money. Squatting down she started to help him pick his stuff up before handing it back to him. "Are you okay?" She asked him softly not wanted to disrupted the room. After all the library was suppose to be a quite place to study.

Cassidy took her time stretching out, she liked to make sure her body was warmed down properly so she didn't get any stiffness.... And besides she liked being one of the last to hang back on the pitch because it meant she could get some extra pointers from the coach. As most of the girls were finishing up, Cass watched as Ben came over towards him. She stayed on the edge of the group, wanting to stay stretching for now. She smirked softly as she heard a couple of people call things out to him, but she noticed they all peeled away pretty quickly, not wanting to see how they looked on the camera.

Cass continued to stretch waiting a few minutes for some more of them to leave before making her way over to the small group still gathered by Ben. "Can I see?" She asked a little sheepishly, wanting to see how she looked I them, not wanting anything worthy of mocking to go anywhere. She sighed softly as he scrolled through them, before taking the camera from his hands and zooming in on herself in all of them, flicking through for any ones he had of her up close. She bit down on her lip softly as she evaluated them, telling him to delete a couple. "There good photos" she commented, handing the camera back to him and pulling her gear bag up on to her shoulder. "But I guess you have to get good at focusing the lense when your taking photos from the bushes" she chiped, straightening out her uniform as she stood before him, flicking her hair off her face. She had realised she was almost friendly to him, and she didn't want any reason for him to think she wanted him to know more about her.

    ***

Rider scoped up the change he could see, shoving it in the wallett and his pockets. He ignored the eyes he could feel watching the back of his head, he just wanted a coffee. He glanced up realising, somebody else was picking up his stuff. He was just about to let them know that the cash was his when she held it out to him. "Oh great, thanks" he said, taking it from her and shoving it in the wallett, standing up quick to get going but he noticed the girl still standing by.

"Can I help you with something?" He asked her, raisin an eyebrow as he shoved his wallet bck in go his pocket, quickly glancing at his watch. He stood there as the girl began to talk, trying not to seem impatient or rude, but he wanted to get going.

Ben was surprised by the response he'd gotten from the girls normally they just ignore him and call him desperate. But he wasn't trying to be any of those things, in all honesty he was just hoping the photography class would get some new students. So that he could stop wasting his time taking pictures of people that were such ass holes. Feeling proud of himself for the first time since he'd started taking the cheerleaders pictures. But he couldn't help the way his breath caught in his throat and his eyes lit up as Cassidy asked if she could see his work. And for the first time since they'd met they were alone together. He knew that he should at least talk to her. But he knew she hated him and it would ruin this time he had with her. He sounded pathetic but he just wanted to enjoy the time she allowed him.

Watching as she flipped through the photos he found himself more focused on the girl beside him instead of the camera in her hands. Right now she could drop it and he'd not have a care in the world. But like all good thing it came to an end, she was handing him back his camera. And his heart soared when she complimented his photos. It had a smile pulling at his lips. But he knew he shouldn't have gotten his hopes up. Because as nice as her words were they didn't erase the next ones that fell from her mouth. "God and I'm the pathetic one." He scoffed, before shaking his head and powering off his camera. "You don't have an ounce of decency in you do you?" He was fed up with her constantly putting him down and treating him like he was weird. When whatever happened she seemed to be the only one aware of it. "You don't have to answer that, but I do find it funny that someone who's here on a scholarship thinks she's so much better than everyone." The funny thing about being part of the photography class is they have access to the schools website, supervised of course. But when someone accidentally leave the administrator page open, one can't help but browse through. It was one of the main reasons why he started to really like Cassidy. She wasn't a super rich kid who's parents gave her everything. She had to work for what she wanted. And she was lucky that she'd gotten a free ride to do what she loved. And he couldn't hold that against her, because he was one of those rich kids who had everything they wanted. But money doesn't buy happiness nor friends.
Frankie smiled at Ryder as he stood seeming to be okay. She was going to ask him about the notes but it seemed his attitude was either ruined by the fall or he was embarrassed. What ever it was she knew now wasn't the best time to ask, "good, sorry to bug you." She told him, before heading back towards her chair. She knew that she had a limited time to get the notes but really there wasn't much of a rush yet.

Sitting at the table she buried her face in the books, groaning lightly as she felt like a failure. She didn't know what came over her, normally she'd have just taken the time to blurt out her problems and ask for him to help fix it. But she'd already asked him if he could help tutor her in the subject. So having to go back and speak to him agian made her freeze up. Something about him just intimated her. And she wasn't sure what it was.

Cassidy could feel his eyes on her as she flicked through the photos, and it made her feel very self-aware... Was he judging her for looking at herself so closely in the photos? All of the other girls just assumed they looked beautiful and left it at that, but that wasn't good enough for Cassidy. As she handed the camera back to him, she crossed her arms across her chest, trying to hide the blush that flushed her cheeks as he called her pathetic, she knew he had been judging her for the way she looked at the photos.

Cassidy was just about to begin arguing with him, when all of a sudden she felt herself ground in place. It was like all of the blood had suddenly rushed to her head as she stood in front of him, rooted to the spot. The brunnette felt about 10 feet smaller than him as he began talking about her scholarship. "H-how would you even know if I was on one?" She asked him, narrowing her eyes at him, trying to act like she could see right through him. "Because I'm not." She added quickly, uncrossing her arms slowly feeling like she was becoming herself again. She took a step closer to him, her voice low as she spoke. "Besides, What about being on a scholarship would make me any less likely to be above you?" She snapped, shaking her head at him. "Daddy's money doesn't mean you don't have to earn people's respect Ben. God, I thought we were joking when we called you our own personal stalker... But maybe we weren't so wrong." She managed to get out, pulling her bag up on her shoulder and glaring at him once more before turning on her heels and storming away.

Cassidy felt like her whole body was shaking as she got back to her dorm. She began scrolling through all of her social media, for anything that could have let him know she was on a full ride but she knew there was nothing there. She felt so nervous, what if he told everyone? She knew to so many it really wouldn't be a big deal... But it would throw the whole persona she had spent so long building up out the window.

    ***
Ryder's eyes followed the girl back to her table. She seemed familiar to him but he couldn't place her right now. He was almost certain she had come over to him with a purpose too, but perhaps he was misreading things. He shrugged to himself and rushed off to get a coffee. He got himself a double shoyt knowing he still had two tutor sessions to get through and some of his own work too. He payed for the coffee and rushed back to the library to start his next session. Now caffeinated, he didn't feel as stressed out trying to help the younger guy who sat with him. Once he finished up he checked his watch. He had an hour until his next session so he decided to work on some of his own theory work while he waited.

He pushed his notes away from him on the next and looked around the library quickly before popping in his headphones. He briefly made eye contact with the girl from earlier. He really wanted to know where he had met her before,as it was clear she needed something. He glanced up at her again, trying to figure it out. It took him a minute to realise he was staring.

Ben felt like she'd punched him in the chest when she basically called him a stalker. He wasn't to yell at her and tell her that she was wrong. Explain he'd happen to stubble on to her being on a scholarship. But her words about being above him still rang in his ears. Grabbing his bag he stuffed his camera in to the bag. He couldn't believe that she thought she so little of him. Never had he used his parents money to make himself appear better than someone. His himself had applied to several scholarships so that he didn't have his parents paying his way through school. The last thing he wanted was to have to pay his parents back for his degree. Heading into the photography building he headed for the his assigned darkroom, stopping in front of the door he pulled his camera out he started going back over the photos he took. He was so tempted to delete all the photos of Cassidy, to prove he wasn't a stalker.

Knowing he was just being petty he stepped into the darkroom, before he started to develop the pictures. It was one of the things he enjoy and actually like about the school. The photos he developed however went into a personalized binder for the students. So any picture he took of the cheerleaders would be put in a portfolio, while others would be posted on the schools website. When they graduated or left the school the portfolio was given to them. As the school was a pristine school and nothing a student did was stupid. They wanted a career in cheer leading the school would set them up.
Frankie sat back down at her seat, cursing herself in the back of her mind. She felt stupid for walking away from him, but something about him had he back peddling. She could have used helping him out to her advantaged. But it would only just make her appear to be desperate. And she didn't want her kindness to be misread. She'd have help anyone else as she had him, it wasn't in her to laugh at people who were misfortune. As she was one of those kids. Her looks could be a bit misleading, but she'd worked two jobs every summer to buy her clothing and make up. Though she knew once it was gone it was gone. She wouldn't have the money to replace it. But she didn't care for now it wasn't important to her. She couldn't let her scholarship be pulled, they'd been more than generous when she'd been in the hospital. After all they'd be seen as ruthless animals if they yanked it away from a girl who could have died from cancer. She knew her chances of dying was slim, but if the media got a hold of it they'd spin it that way. And she knew they wouldn't want any bad press. So she knew it wasn't out of kindness. But none the less she was going to do everything in her power to keep it. Even if it meant having to sleep with a tutor to get it. But part of her knew that Ryder wasn't your typical guy. He seemed more collected and cold.

Every now and then she'd find herself glancing over in his direction, her eyes lingering longer on him, before she'd remember she had work to do. It wasn't till their eyes met that she realized she'd been staring to much at him. Tucking her head down, she did her best to focus on her work and not the man across the room. But it was very distracting feeling his eyes on her. Sighing she set down her pencil she stood, knowing that neither of them would be getting much done if they were constantly staring at the other. So she should just get it over with now. But as she walked to him she could feel the nerves creeping into her, because she knew that he could still tell her no. "Hey." She greeted him, smiling. Though she felt her knees weaken when he looked at her. She'd not remember his cold stare, or how he seemed to be a bit irritated by the disruption. "Sorry to bug you, but I was wondering if you had any notes for physics 101." She knew that he took the class as she'd found herself keeping her eyes opened for anyone who could give her notes and low and behold he was in there.

By the time Cassidy was pulled out of her vortex of scrubbing her own social media of any deeply personal infoation, she realised it had begun to get dark outside. She slowly got off her bed, walking over to answer the knock on her door which had forced her out of her little bubble. "Hey Cass, you coming down for dinner?" Her neighbour asked, smiling at her hopefully. "I've already eaten Lucy, thanks for the offer though" she lied easily, trying to make her voice sound kind before shutting the door and heading back to her bed.

Cassidy always felt a little bad for Lucy, they had been introduced on the first day and gotten along pretty well, bit as Cass got more and more involved in the world of cheer and everything that it brought with it, she hadn't made any time for Lucy and it was clear that the girl really wanted to be her friend. With a soft sigh, she logged back in to her laptop, typing Ben Kingston in to her Facebook search bar. She clicked in to the picture of his smiling face and was brought to his profile. She saw that it was prompting her to respond to a friend request that had been sent 6 weeks ago, but she looked past that and began to scroll, trying to figure the boy out. Cassidy began clicking around some of his other accounts, and felt her heart jump in to her mouth as she accidently like an old photo graph on his Instagram. She quickly unliked and hoped to go he didn't have home screen notifications set up. A couple minutes after that she shut down her laptop trying to shake everything from today out of her head as she got changed and headed toward the campus gym .

    ****

Ryder let his eyes drop back down to his work quickly, not looking back up until he Felt a prescence hovering over him. He glanced up, assuming his next client may have arrived early or got his time wrong . "Oh hi, it's you" he stated, not meaning to be rude he was just caught a little off guard. "Is everything okay?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at the girl as she began to spoke. "Ahhh you. I remember you now" he said, straightening up in his chair a little and gesturing for her to sit down in the chair next to him. "We have spoken before, if I'm not mistaken?" He said to her quietly."I'm very sorry but your name has slipped my mind he told her, nodding as she filled him in. "Frankie, it's an interesting name!" He commented with a laugh.

He cleared his throat looking straight at her."so Frankie... As I said before, I don't tutor for free. It's one of my golden rules, to match that I don't just hand out my notes to anyone, I'm too afraid of copyright infringement he admitted. Holding his hands up in defeat. "I told you my fee per tutorial when you got in touch before... And of course if you don't have that,I'm sure we can arrange some forms of giving the money which would make things easier for you.

It seemed like hours that he'd slaved over developing photos. Even if it had only been two, but it he felt even more stressed out now. The only time he felt like himself as of late was when he was running. The outlet of taking pictures had been tarnished by the snobbish and accusing words of the entire cheer squad. So right now instead of taking pictures like he normally would, his feet were hitting the pavement. Running laps around the gym, he hit the stairs running up one set before heading down the other, then doing it over and over agian. He didn't stop even after the burn kicked in, nor when his phone chimed in his ears.

The only think he could focus on was pounding music that blasted through his head phones. And the drive to push through to run off his stress. Sex would be the best solution, but no girl would touch him with the rumors that were floating around about him being a stalker. And the only girl that really interested him was the one that started the rumor of him being a stalker in the first place.
Frankie took the seat next to him, not surprised when he mentioned he couldn't remember her name. The reason why was she never told him, "Frankie." She told, her brows knitting together when he laughed at her name. She nibbled on her lip as he started talking about money. And she knew that it wasn't going in her favor. She tilted her head as she started to try and think what she could do. Without the notes she'd end up failing the class and that wasn't an option. She knew that unless she could pluck up more time or hell even start tutoring people she didn't know how she'd get him the money. "Yeah and what do you suppose?" She asked willing to talk it over it. Because she did need the notes. And as much as she needed them something about him had her brain shutting down. The way his eyes bore into her, it felt like he was seeing right through her. And it was chilling her to her core, and she enjoyed it. But at the same time it scared the hell out of her.

Cassidy dumped her gear bag in to a locker and locked it before checking herself out in the mirror from every angle. She always had to make sure she looked okay in the gym. After all, she was supposed to represent the athletic elite, she couldn't fathom the thought of people thinking she looked slobbish. Once she had confirmed with herself that she looked alright she picked up her phone, shoving her headphones in with her workout playlist blasting. Cass then picked up her protein shake, knowing there's no way she would cope with her routine without it and headed for the workout room.

As she headed for the stairs, she reached down to grab her phone and change the song when she was suddenly tackled by somebody coming against her. "fuck" she swore quickly, straightening her self out, frowning at the shake which was now spilled all over her gear.
She sighed loudly, bending to pick up her phone which had clattered to the ground and yet again bumping heads with the guy. "Watch it" she snapped, glancing up and falling silent when she saw who it was. She found herself caught kind of off guard seeing Ben I front of her shirtless. She never would have disagreed that he was incredibly attractive but that didn't make her trust him any more. Standing up, she began running her hand through her hair as she looked at him trying her hardest not to let her eyes drop to his glistening torso. She stook her hand out against the wall to balance herself for a second, letting her eyes lose before she looked at him again.. "stood up too quick" she answered quickly, running at the bridge of her nose for a few seconds As she stood there, her mouth trying to form words she felt very aware of how idiotic she looked, but she didn't want to risk being mean to him... He already had something on her, and she worried he may know even more.

Ryder turned to her as she took the seat, crossing his arms across his chest. He would really much prefer to be working on his project. All the same he offered her a warm smile and tried to act friendly. "Well Frankie, who does not look like a Frankie at all, it's nice to meet you" he said with a laugh, shaking her hand quickly. "I'm Ryder, but given that your sat here in front of me I assume you knew that" he added, glancing down at his papers before looking back to her. She looked so pale, and worried.. he wondered why it was she felt so anxious? He couldn't believe that it would be because she had to approach him

She was pretty though, and he thought perhaps she thought those looks might get her somewhere with him. While he wouldn't be opposed to her advances, he was too in demand to exchange his time for sexual favours. "zo I mean, as I said before... Generally I charge $70 per session or $50 if you need to meet more than once a week. However if you need time to get the money, I can meet you for a half hour a week for $30 dollars, but ideally I would like three sessions paid in full before we begin as I've been let down by people before." He explained bluntly, his eyes trained on hers the whole time. "is any of that any good to you Frankie?" He said, prompting her to speak as she sat there in silence.

Ben's feet lead him down the stairs and coming off the steps he ran smack dab into someone. "Oh shit." He panted out pulling his ear buds from his ears, his eyes fitted across her body, her strained voice sounded familiar but the ringing in his ears distorted it slightly. It wasn't till her eyes met his that he felt like his entire body went rigid. The trouble he'd been trying to get rid of was right in front of him. He stood there not knowing what to say to her. The last time they parted she'd been royal pissed at him. And he was left hurt and angry at himself, and that's what he was doing down punishing himself.

But the moment she staggered he reached out and grabbed her arms. "Whoa." He said shaking his head knowing that this wasn't just standing up to fast. "Have you eaten lately?" He asked before pulling her over to the steps and making her sit down. She was paler than normal. He didn't know what it was but he must have been so absorbed in his own self pity that he'd not noticed her, like really noticed her. Unless she was getting sick, which could explain why he hadn't noticed it before. Reaching his hand out he touched her forehead, but found no heat.
Frankie did her best to keep stare as she wasn't to sure what to say to him. He was actually useless to her. Unless he was will to teach her everything that his notes held for the past month. "Wow, you must be really busy with those prices." She could only imagine, what she could make, but no one would let her tutor them unless she had some sort of in, tutors weren't just people who posted flyers. They were the top students who would actually give up their free time to do so. And even though she'd been out for the past month she was still a very good student. Most of her class she'd managed to pass with A's. As her scholarship required her to maintain a 3.5 grade average. Meaning one C and she could kiss it good bye. "Yeah, no." She told him honestly. "How about this," she grabbed his pen before writing down the list of the classes she took, and her cell number. "I can help you with your tutors." She pushed the list at him. "I won't take any of your cut, we can discuss for how long I do it. But I get a copy of the last month of your physics notes." She looked back at him, before continuing. "And if you say one thing about copyright infringement, I'll smack you with this book." She tapped the closest book to her. "Because I know for a fact you copied them from the teacher, so in fact you'd be infringing on him." She told him. It was honestly a good deal. He got to keep all the money she earned from tutoring for a months worth of notes. And if he'd be reasonable with how long she had to tutor then it would be a fair trade in her book.

Cassidy sat down on the steps, pulling her hair back out of her face in to a messy bun quickly as she glanced at him her brow furrowed. "I had lunch at 2, I always eat after the gym" she told him quickly, messaging the bridge of her nose for a second. She felt really embarrassed, and still angry about how he had known she was on a scholarship. She flipped she'd back away from him when he went to feel her forehead, looking over at him through slitted eyes. "Don't do that" she snapped, pulling her arms around herself, it seemed really cold out here.

"How do you know?" She demanded from him,, leaning back against the wall, staring at him intently. "We aren't even friends on Facebook, how did you know how I got here?" She asked him again, her voice dripping in ice as she tried to hide how anxious she was on the inside.

Ryder nodded "I am, that's why I'm expensive. It's practically a full time job at this point and I want to see that reflected in my bank account" he said with a soft laugh. He passed, watching her for a moment. He could see the dogs turning in her brain, and he wondered what kind of plan she was trying to hatch inside there. He sat back in his chair, smirking at her as she spoke, she really was trying very hard to get his notes, she must have been really desperate. He glanced down at the sheet, and back up at her before pulling it close to him and reading over it. "So Frankie, tell me... How am I to trust a girl who needs to catch up on over a months worth of work to take on any of my students?" He asked her, raising an eyebrow as he posed the question. He chuckled as she threatened to hit him with a book and slipped the paper in to his pocket. "How about this. I have a first year English literature student who needs some help, but I don't have time to fit her in. How about, you take her for two hours a week, and in return I can offer you an hours tutoring a week until you catch up?" He suggested. "As I said, under no circumstances do I ever hand out my notes, so unfortunately that isn't going to happen" he told her with a soft shrug waiting for her response.

Ben sighed out rolling his eyes as she quickly pulled away from him. "Whatever, I won't care." He said standing back from her. Moving to his bag, he grabbed his bottle of water. Taking a huge swig of his water her turned back to face her hearing her question about about knowing she was on a scholarship. Chewing over his words he grabbed his towel wiping the sweat from his face. "I have access to the staff's computers through photography class. And one day I had to use a computer the teacher before me had left open something and I noticed a few names and seen something about a scholarship." He shrugged acting like it wasn't that big of a deal. Though he wasn't going to tell her it was her cheer coach. He knew it was one of the reason the coach didn't like him, was he'd supposedly snooping on her computer. Though it had been clearly a mistake. He wasn't able to access the page she was on unless he had her password. So that was the only reason why he wasn't banned all together from the computers.
Frankie looked at him before raising her bow, "well for starters I'm all caught up on all my classes but not physics." She informed him, before starting to tap his pen on the table. Because she really didn't want to divulge in her personal life to much. But she needed him to understand that she wasn't a slacker. "And the only reason why I am behind is because I was hospitalized." She told him watching the pen not wanting to talk to much about it. She listened to his suggestion and shook her head. "It won't help any, I've got a dead line." She told him, before looking at him. "Though I will take that girl off your hands if you really don't have time for her." She would just have to do her best at completing the paperwork with out the notes. She knew that a lot of the work he assigned them were things he'd put together himself. So it was harder than a normal physics class.

Cassidy chewed on the inside of her cheek, watching him as he wiped his forehead. "Don't act like that, I don't like people touching me unnecessarily" she said, rolling her eyes at him as she rubbed her arms softly trying to get some heat back in her body. She stared atraight at him as he explained how he had figured it out, her eyebrows furrowing as she listened. "So you snooped in my file?" She asked him, crossing her arms over her chest, slowly standing up to face him, although she wished she hadn't. Cass was only 5'3" and he towered over her, but still she tried to seem as threatening as possible. "Don't bullshit me Kingston, I know you can't see that shit unless you click in to the file" she demanded. It was a bluff, but she felt confident in it.

    ****

Ryder nodded gently, reaching out to take the pen from her as the tapping was driving him mad. "Well Frankie,I'm very sorry to hear that you were in hospital, but I really don't hand out my notes, your going to have to find someone else" he told her with a shrug. "My offer stands and that's about as far as you'll get. I can meet you at 4 on a friday, and 3 on a Wednesday for the next two weeks if you need the extra help and that really is all I can offer you" he told her honestly, looking straight in to her eyes as he spoke. "If you'll excuse me, I was hoping to get to the after of the football game tonight, so I should really get back to work" he said and tapped his copy book.

Ben furrowed his brows at her, one minute she'd telling him that she wasn't him to care, then the next moment she'd back to calling him a stalker. "Do you even listen to yourself?" He asked her, "you sound so fucking paranoid, like you're that fucking important that I'd give up my life for you." He scoffed. "You're not worth it." He told her, his anger getting the best of him. But he was tired of the girl he liked hurting him the way she did. And if that meant he had to hit below the belt to stop her from attacking him then he would. He didn't know what to say to her any more. Nothing he said or did would ever change anything between them. She'd always attack him and hurt him, while he'd allow it. "I just take pictures for the school, and you happen to be one of the air heads that I have to photograph. But you believe whatever you want, but you might want to get that paranoia checked. Or not it's really up to you." He told her, his words coming out in a rush and laced with anger.
Frankie nodded hearing his offer at least she'd be able to do something with his help. "Alright." She told him frowning as he took the pen away from her. She stood smiling rather sheepishly. "Sorry, I'll leave you alone." She told him, before heading straight back to her table. She wasn't surprise to see someone had taken one of the other chairs. And quickly she gathered her things up before shoving them into her bag. And quickly darting out of the library. Once outside she sat on one of the benches, feeling a bit light headed. Panting out she knew that she needed to eat, but first she had to take her pills. She'd been having problems with nausea, so before she'd eat she'd have to take her pills just so she would be able to keep her food down. Digging through her bag she found the little pill bottle before taking one of the white pills. Never would she have though that she'd been 19 and have won a battle with cancer.

Cassidy stared at him blankly as he shouted at her. The hurt registered clearly on her face, byt as quickly as it did she tried to push it away, trying to seem placid and unbothered. She hadn't ever thought he'd talk back to them like this... Would he have done tthis to any of the the other cheerleaders or did he just think that she was a weak link? The brunnette thought she was doing a good job of seeming like his words didn't get to her until he said those two little things she couldn't stand."I'm not an airhead" she blurted out argumentatively, her hands clenching tightly at her sides. "I might not be as intelligent as you Ben, but don't you dare try and tell people I'm an airhead" she said her voice raising as she argued with him. She was afraid she had pissed him off too much, what if he told everyone all about her scholarship and God knows what else he might have seen in her file if he had access

With a soft sigh, Cass looked down at her now stained gym clothes. "I need to go get ready for the game tonight" she excused herself quietly, a lot more timid than she ever usually appeared.

    ***

Ruder finished up with his last clieny, and got a little more of his work done before packing up his things and heading toward the dorms to get ready for tonight. He usually like to show face at the after game ragees as they were sort of fun, but also good for business. Being seen at a party meant he wasn't to biggest loser of a tutor on campus, which meant a lot to the jocks and popular people who needed some assistance. In all honest, that girl Frankie or frieda or whatever who had approached him earlier? He was almost certain she was gonna be one of those girls who wanted his notes just to say she was using his notes.. but after chatting he didn't think she was that type, there seemed to be something much more going on with her.

Once freshened up and changed he headed towards the neighbourhood which house most of the football players and cheer team. He made his way toward the house that seemed busiest and slipped in, letting himself be enveloped by the groups of people as he glanced around.

Ben huffed out as she shot back at him, he knew he'd crossed a line and one word from her would cause his parents to be showing up and pulling him out of photography. He knew that they weren't paying for his schooling but that didn't mean they couldn't make a donation to the school to have him removed from the class. He didn't want his dream to circle the toilet before he'd even got to travel and take the photos he really wanted to. "Like I'd bother to even breath your name," he told her. His glare quickly faded when she mentioned the football game. "Fuck." He muttered out before grabbing his stuff and quickly following her lead and leaving so he could get ready for the game. It was the last thing he wanted to do and he would be talking to his teacher and seeing if maybe he could have less time dealing with the cheerleaders. It wasn't good for him or them as he was reaching the end of his rope and they were going to get an ear full before he smashed the expensive camera over someone's head.

After showering and dressing he rushed down to the football field. He needed to be there early so that he could catch his teacher. As she would only give them credit if they were there when she was. It wasn't always fair because they'd missed out on their personal lives for a stupid game. But none the less he needed to see her. If he could just get through the rest of the night with out dealing with people's bullshit he'd be fine. "Hello." He smiled greeting the young woman, by her looks she couldn't have been much older than he was. But he knew she was far older than he thought she was. "Ben, good to see you today. I'll be by later this week to see the portfolios." She told him before walking off to speak with the cheer coach. A groan left his lips as he didn't even get to speak to her about taking him off the cheer squad. He didn't want to deal with this any more.
Frankie sighed as Skylar dragged her through the crowd of the frat house. It was over crowded and really she didn't want to be here. She knew her entire night would be wasted as she wasn't back in her room finishing up her English assignment. A soft groan left her lips as a cup was thrust into her hands. She couldn't even deny it as the girl beside her was already trying to drag her on to the make shift dance floor. Pulling back she was met with resistances as she didn't want to dance but her friend was set on forcing her. After a quick battle of fighting she'd won, but ended up stumbling back and the drink in her hand ended up spilling out of the cup and managing to not only soak her top but land on the person behind her. "Shit." She said, dropping the now empty cup. Not really caring, she grabbed the front of her shirt not wanting the wetness to soak on to her bra. She couldn't allow her sutures to get wet, especially with alcohol. Moving through the room she quickly found an empty room. Pulling her shirt off she quickly looked at her bra accessing weather or not it had gotten wet. A soft sigh left her lips thankful her shirt was the only thing wet. Trying to wring out as much of the moisture as she could.

Cassidy smiled brightly as she tried to get the audience all hyped up, blasting her voice through a megaphone as they all found their seats waiting for the game to begin. The sight of Ben crossing the field fell in to her like o vision, and a sense of worry immedietly hit her, a heavy feeling sitting in her chest. She ignored it, handing the megaphone over to one of the other girls annd beginning to stretch herself out. Cass was studying marketing, and barely passing a lot of her classes. She was staying just above the line of keeping her scholarship and she knew her only saving grace was keeping the cheer squad strong- if they didn't place at Inter-Varsities Cassidy knew it was the end of the line for her. She took a deep breath and a small sip of water, beginning to feel around in her bag for the other half of the energy bar she had been eating at practice earlier. Before she had a chance to get started she heard the coach calling them all over to get started.

As they huddled to hear the rundown of chants and routines Cass nodded along, although her nind was elsewhere. Nibbling on her lip softly she looked around at her teamates faces. Kelly was looking at her funny, had she been told? Why were Amber and Grace whispering and laughing? She bit down a little harder in to her lip pushing the thoughts away as they disbanded to get started. She heatda couple of insults thrown in Ben's direction but she didn't acknowledge any of them, she stayed silent glancing over at him now and again. Once they started cheering, Cassidy felt that tightness in her chest contracting. Every time she saw Ben speaking with somebody, it got worse and worse. She felt like everybody Knew, they were all going to call her dumb and tell her she didn't deserve to be here. After about 20 minutes, Cass had to take a step away, she moved toward the water station, trying her best to take deep breaths as she help her hand against her chest, her face clearly in pain.

    ****

Ryder had a couple beers with the guys he knew before excusing himself to go to the bathroom. He knew he needed to slow down if he wanted to make it to class in the morning. He sighed ambling his way towards where he assumed the bathroom was. He pulled open the door, faced by the back of a girl, clearly only in a bra from the waist up. "Shit sorry, I thought this was a bathroom" he said quickly, slamming the door behind him again. He started to walk away, before deciding to hang back and apologise when she came out, he didn't want whoever it was to think he was just trying to sneak a peak.. that really wouldn't look good for his image. He waited a few minutes, before knocking on the door gently. "everything okay?" He called in, realising whoever it was had been on there a while.. he hadn't seen anyone else and he knew it couldn't possibly be her bedroom- he knew all the guys who lived here. He began to wonder was he making a mistake waiting for her, did it make him look creepy?
