Erase Me

@ Taehyung

Taehyung looked over at his roommate and best friend Yoongi. “Hyung, it’s time to get up.” He said, getting out of bed and running a hand though his ashy blonde hair. He yawned as he grabbed his towel and uniform. “I’m going to shower.” He mumbled, before heading out of the dorm room and towards the showers.

Zuri and her sister Seung had moved into the dorms s week ago but had mainly been keeping to themselves. When they moved in, they were warned by several students that there was a group of boys here that basically ruled the school.

“What they say, goes. No one has tried to go against them, not after last year when three of them beat the shit out of a freshman.” One of the girls in the sisters’ dormitory told them on their first day of moving in.

Zuri sighed as she got up and waited for her sister so they could go shower and get ready for their first day of classes.

"It's never time to get up," Yoongi groaned, turning over and cuddling one of his pillows. Would his first period teacher mind if he skipped school? Yeah, probably. But he didn't care, what would she do anyways?

"These uniforms are the worst," Seung complained as she left the bathroom and saw Zuri waiting on her. She was quick to get back to her dorm to hang her towel up and start doing her makeup so she didn't go to class looking like a potato. The school had been really nice, and so were a lot of the students, but there were also a lot of snobs, and apparently some bullies. Seung couldn't stand bullies and dared anybody to treat her or her sister like shit.

So far, nobody had mess with them; there had been more warnings than there were incidents. Seung had missed her friends from her old school already, missed going home to her parents at the end of the day and have her own room and privacy. Now her parents were working abroad, leaving her and Zuri here. She sighed, looking in the mirror of her makeshift vanity.

She wondered how Zuri was doing with the move.

Taehyung came back and began to get dressed and fixing his hair. He looked over at Yoongi. “Yoongi hyung. Are you skipping the first class?” Tae chuckled, before shaking his best friend.

Zuri sighed, “these uniforms suck. I feel like the skirt is too short, but I guess this is how it’s suoposed to be?” She asked as she looked in the mirror, smoothing her skirt out some more. “Today already sucks.” She mumbled.

"The point of skipping class is to sleep, Tae. I can't do that if you're talking to me," Yoongi grumbled into his pillow. Hopefully Taehyung would take the hint and leave him alone so he could go back to sleep. It's not like he'd miss much in art class anyways; the most eventful thing that happened since he started that class was some new chick transferring into it. As long as she knew not to talk to him, he didn't even really care about that.

Seung was finished getting ready, now putting her finished homework and books for class in her backpack. One of the few upsides to living at school was there wasn't really a need for lockers. Zuri was usually the last to get ready, but Seung waited for her so neither of them had to walk around the new school by themselves. Plus, most of their classes had been near one another. After school let out, though, Seung had a dance class, leaving Zuri by herself until dinner.

Taehyung smiled and shook his head as he left the room, going to meet up with the rest of his friends. He wondered what the nee girls looked like. There were rumors already flying about about them.

He met his friends in the cafeteria, having breakfast. “Where’s Yoongi hyung?” Jimin asked as Tae sat down. “Sleeping.” Tae chuckled.

“I guess we should go check out breakfast.” Zuri said as they left their room with their backpacks. She walked with her sister as they made their way to the lunch room.

Despite his best efforts, Yoongi wasn't able to sleep in. He sighed as he threw his pillow to the end of the bed and his blanket off his body. Instead of sleeping in, he decided to shower and get ready for school, and maybe he would catch breakfast in time and meet up with his friends before class.

"Great, I'm starving," Seung grabbed her bag, knowing she was a foodie and would eat as much as she could before the day started. She walked with Zuri to the cafeteria, not paying attention to any of the other students in there. She bee-lined right to the buffet and reached for a plate. Somebody else's hand grabbed the same plate as her, and she looked up to see a tall boy with black hair and wide shoulders. He seemed unamused before picking the plate up and walking past her, bumping into her on the way.

Taehyung looked up as Yoongi finally arrived in the cafeteria. “Guess he couldn’t sleep.” He said as Jin hyung came back with food. “What’s with the look on your face, hyung?” Namjoon asked Jin, seeing the annoyed look on his face.

He turned his attention to Jin’s gaze. “Is that the new girls?” Namjoon asked.

Zuri saw the boy who bumped into her sister and was going to say something but didn’t. She figured it was one of the bullies the other students had told them about.

“That was rude.” She remarked to her sister as they grabbed themselves some food before going to find a place to sit.

Yoongi grabbed food from the buffet line before sitting down with his friends. He felt tired, and glared at Taehyung while I’m his mind, blaming him for the reason he couldn’t go back to sleep.

“Why do you all look so annoyed. You usually wait until Hoseok does something embarrassing,” he said before stuffing his mouth.

“Yeah, it was rather rude. If it happens again, I’m gonna have a few things to say about it,” Seung grumbled before looking at the guy she had seen earlier. Some of the other guys at his table were looking their way, and our of instinct, shot them a dirty look. “Have you seen any of them around before today?”

Hoseok snorted, “speak for yourself, hyung.” He said, stuffing his face with kimchi fried rice. “The new girls are over there and I don’t like them.” Jin said, sending a glare towards the one who had grabbed the same plate as he did.

“They’re okay.” Jimin shrugged. “I’ve definitely seen better.” He said. “And done better.” Jungkook snickered.

“No, this is the first time I’ve seen them, but judging by the looks, they already don’t like us.” Zuri said as she sat down at a table in the back with her sister. “I hope we don’t have any classes with any of them, or else it’s going to be hell.” She said, still feeling their eyes on her as she tried to concentrate on eating.

Yoongi spit his food back out on to his plate after Jungkook's comments. "Kookie, you're like 5 years old. The only thing you do is nap time and arts and crafts," he pushed his food away in disgust before looking over at the girls. "Well, if we don't like them, are we just going to sit here and do nothing?" He got up, grabbing his plate along the way. He stuffed his free hand in his trousers before walking over to the girls, who had since then took their attention off his friends. He hovered his plate over the girl with blue hair, and tipped it over, letting his virtually untouched food spill all over her head.

Seung instantly froze when she felt the hot food hit her head, watching as some of it landed on her own plate. She didn't have to look to know that it had been one of them. The Bangtan Boys somebody had referred to them as. She grabbed a fistful of food from her plate as she stood up, and turned around to shove it in their face. They took a second to glare at each other before Seung grabbed her bookbag from the back of the chair and walked off, not bothering to get the food out of her hair.

All of the boys began laughing whenever Yoongi dropped his food on top of the girl with the blue hair, and laughed even harder as she ran out of the cafeteria.

Zuri was in shock and jumped up after her sister, following her. “Seung wait!” She called, trying to keep up with her sister.

Yoongi walked back to the table and sat down, grabbing a napkin to wipe his face off. "Now I'm going to smell like eggs for the rest of the day because of that slut," he grumbled, trying to get the food off of his face.

"No worse than usual," Namjoon joked between bites.

Seung didn't slow down as Zuri chased after her. She didn't care about being humiliated or embarrassed, but she hated that somebody thought they could just be so cruel for no reason. Before today, she'd never so much as looked at them, and now that idiot's breakfast was all over her.

“Just go back and shower.” Taehyung chuckled. Jimin handed Yoongi some napkins but was still chuckling at his hyung’s facial expression. “That was funny though.” Hoseok beamed.

Zuri sighed, “that was uncalled for. They were the only ones laughing too, it seems they’re the only ones who think it’s funny to bother people who aren’t doing anything to them.” She said.

"Why don't you go back and shower," Yoongi hissed defensively. "Pabo," he muttered, wiping down his blazer just to make sure it was free of that girl's breakfast.

"I'm gonna head to first period," Jimin said, picking up his empty plate.

"Me too," Hoseok said, following him away from the table.

"Because it's not funny," Seung said on her way to the bathroom to pick that asshole's egg out of her hair. Thank god it was dry food. "I hope I'm not late to first period now. If I am, that idiot won't live to see tomorrow." Zuri stood behind her, listening to her rant. "You shouldn't let yourself be late," she told her, looking at her through the mirror.

“Guess it’s time for us to go too.” Namjoon chuckled, as he and Jin got up and walked off. Jungkook soon left and then it was just Taehyung and Yoongi.

“You look fine, hyung.” Tae said, before getting up and dumping his tray out.

Zuri sighed. “I guess I’ll get going then.” She said, leaving the room. She looked at her sister once more before heading to her first period art class.

Yoongi put his ball cap on before getting up from the table, not bothering with his plate. Somebody else would clean it up, he was sure. He wished one of his friends was in art class with him so it wouldn't be so boring. He hated the people at this school. He remembered earlier in grade school, growing up with the same peers. Yoongi had been scrawny, growing up with a single mom, and very poor. Everybody had always made fun of him, but not now. People walked in the other direction when they saw him, not to make him feel bad, but because they were scared of him.

As he walked down the hallway, the students parted like the red sea, making sure not to accidentally bump into him. He walked into art class, stopping dead in his tracks to see his once empty partner table, which he shared with nobody, occupied by one of those new chicks. He walked up, standing on the other side of the table from where she sat. "Get lost," he said harshly, waiting for her to leave so he could sit alone.

Seung was satisfied with how she looked before leaving the bathroom to Science class. She'd already really liked the teacher, who took the students outside during class on some days for, you know, science. She was happy that she got there long before class started, seeing the tables empty, the glassware stacked in the middle of the tables, ready for groups of 2 to use them in their experiments. She grabbed a pair of goggles and a white lab coat to put at her table for the upcoming class.

Zuri looked up from her notebook and made a face. “Uh no. The teacher assigned me here so get over it.” She said to him, going back to writing down the notes on the blackboard. She didn’t owe this guy anything, he owed her sister an apology, if anything.

Taehyung walked into class and saw the girl that Yoongi spilled his food on, sitting at his table. “Great.” He said under his breath as he walked over and sat down. “I see you got all the food out of your hair.” He snickered.
