‘Mom, Rebecca I’m home. You guys here?’ Simon walked inside his mothers medium sized house in Brooklyn. His mother called out in here from the living room. He noticed his mother and older sister sitting with two couples. They all looked up at him when he entered, ‘mom what’s going on? Who are they?’

‘Come here and sit down baby.’

Simon walked over to his mother and sister. He sat down on the opposite side of his mother that Rebecca was sitting on. He was confused. What the hell was going on? He looked at the two couples sitting on the other side of the coffee table on the opposite couch. The women wore dresses down to the knee, small heels, had jewels sitting on their necks, and their hair done up all fancy. The men wore suits he would have to save years for. They looked Simon up and down, like they were assessing him for some reason. He said nothing, waiting for his mother to explain why they were here.

Sehun sat on the floor inside the dance studio in their label’s building, ‘hey Lay, where have our parents gone. All mine told me was that they were taking a trip and they would be back soon.’

‘They went to America.’

‘When will they be back?’

‘I don’t know. All mine told me was that they were taking a trip to America and they would be back soon. It’s probably a business trip. Something to strengthen their company. Anyway we need to get back to practice. Break time is over.’

Sehun nodded as he stood up and got back into position with his band mates.

Danny had just gotten home from his job at the cafe and upon walking into his living room, he saw his parents sitting on the couch with two couples, who he had never seen before, sitting across from him.

“Uh, what’s going on?” Danny asked as his parents. “Come sit down, son.” Danny’s father said. Danny could feel both sets of couples eyes on him as he made his way over and sat down.

Danny didn’t say anything but he felt this strange vibe coming from the two sets of couples, and he didn’t like it.

Xiumin was chugging water as they stopped practicing for a moment. His parents had left to go to America. They didn’t really explain why, but he knew Chen’s parents had left too, along with Lay and Sehun’s parents.

“We’re starting back up.” Suho told the boys, after wiping sweat from his face. Chen finished stretching before getting back in line, Xiumin joining him a moment later after finishing his bottle of water.

“Where did our parents go?” Chen asked the older boy, as Suho went to turn the music back on. “America, that’s all I know.” Xiumin said before shushing him as Suho started the music and got back in place.

‘Simon, they are here for you. Honey they run a very well connected business back in Seoul, South Korea. Our business wants to do business with theirs so they made us a deal. They want you for their sons in exchange for allowing our company to purchase stocks and to get involved in new building designs in South Korea. It’s a good market. This could help our company so much. Do you know how much our stock prices would rise, how many more buyers we could get from this deal?’

‘You want to give me to them for a business deal? Are you serious?’

‘Simon please honey. This could help the company a lot.’

‘I don’t care, I’m not property or an object to be given away for anything!’ Simons voice rose to a near shout as he stood and headed for the door.

‘Simon,’ his mother shouted after him.

‘No I refuse to do this. I’m going to stay with Clary for a few days maybe a few weeks,’ he yanked open the door, before walking out and slamming it behind him.

Later on that night, the boys were in their dorm house lounging around, trying to decide whether they should go out and hunt or not.

‘I’m hungry,’ Sehun complained, laying on the couch by Lay.

‘We’ll what do you want to do? Go out and hunt or drink one of the blood bags in the fridge?’ Lay asked him.

‘I kind of want to go out and hunt for fresh blood.’

Baekhyun looked over at the couple, ‘then go out and hunt then. I personally just decided to stay in. I don’t feel like going out. It’s tempting because fresh blood sounds better than refrigerated.’

“Danny, these couples are willing to invest in our business with their business back home in Seoul, South Korea, but they want you to be with their sons.” Danny’s mother explained.

“Excuse me?” Danny asked.

His father sighed, “this will help our business, son.”

Danny shook his head, “no, I’m not an object or property. You can’t just sell me off to people I don’t even know! What if they murder me?” He said, looking at his parents with wide eyes. He couldn’t believe what they were saying.

“It will only be for a short time, my love. Then you can come back here.” His mother explained.

“No. I’m not doing it.” Danny said and jumped up; running up to his room and closing and locking the door.

“Are you guys going out?” Xiumin asked as he walked into the living room.

“They are. I’m staying here.” Baekhyun said, stretching out on the couch.

Xiumin nodded, “Chen and I will come with you two.” He told Lay and Sehun.

“Chennie! Come on, let’s go hunt with Lay and Sehun!” Xiumin called.

Chen came into the room, smiling, “did someone say hunt?”

“Yes, get your shoes on.” Xiumin said as he pulled his own shoes and jacket on.

Simon walked fast toward the subway. He took the stairs two at a time till he reached the platform. It was dark and quiet while he waited for the next train. Nobody was in sight, mostly because it was a rundown part of the station and not the fancy new one they just finished building. He stood, waiting for the train that would be arriving in the next few minutes to take him to Manhattan where his best friend Clary lives. He is going to be staying with her for a few days or a few weeks. He is not going to be sold to those couples to help his mom's business. No it wasn't happening.

The train arrived a few minutes later. He went to go step into it when somebody grabbed his arm, stopping him. He started struggling, trying to yank his arm free, ‘let me go! Who the hell are you!?’ He was hoping a police officer down below patrolling on the Brooklyn streets could hear him because this dude's strength was overpowering. He couldn't pull himself free.

‘Your coming with me. You belong to my boss's company now. They are giving you to their sons.’

‘I already told my mother I am not property and I will not be sold to them! Now let me go!’

Lay and Sehun were waiting outside in the nice night air for the Xiumin and Chen to join them.

‘I wonder what business our parents are taking care of in America…’

‘Stop thinking about that Lay. Relax. Well know when they get back and tell us.’

Lay pouted but nodded, ‘fine…’

‘Xiumin, Chen will you two hurry up. I'm hungry and I'm not waiting all night on you two.’

Danny’s parents tried to come talk to him but he turned his stereo on, turning his music as loud as it would go, to tune them out.

He couldn’t believe his parents were willing to sell him off to some strangers from a whole other country.

He decided then that he would run away. He had some money saved up, it would be enough to get him away from his parents, and then he could easily pick up another job and not come back here.

He began packing a bag, keeping his music on and door locked. Once he had everything ready, he opened his window and climbed out.

Xiumin rolled his eyes as they walked out. “We’re coming.” He said.

Chen chuckled as he followed behind them, the four of them taking off towards the busy part of Seoul.

“Should we split up?” Chen asked the small group as they walked through the streets.

Simon gasped as he was turned around forcefully. He was met by the two couples from his house. They approached him and the man holding them.

‘It was not wise to run away.’

‘I am not property and I will not be sold to your company like I am so screw you,’ Simon bit out, glaring at the couples.

They sighed, ‘you do not belong to our company, you belong to our sons to do with as they please. Honestly I really don’t care what they do to you but you are going to Seoul now.’

‘I’m not going with you and I will not belong to them!’

‘Bring him to the house our sons share. Do not damage him,’ one woman ordered the man holding him before they got into their car and drove away. The man holding him, picked him up before disappearing into the shadows.

‘Yes let’s split up,’ Lay disappeared into the shadows of a building, reappearing in a nearby area. A young male in his twenties was walking by, not paying attention to his surroundings. Lay was in front of him in the blink of an eye. The man did not notice until he collided with Lay who caught him and steadied him.

‘I’m sorry man. I didn’t see you.’

‘I can see that but it’s alright.’

Sehun went off in a different direction toward a different male a bit older but not by much, judging from his looks.

Danny got into his car and backed out of his parents driveway. He sighed as he drove away from his childhood home. “It’s for the best..” he told himself as his home disappeared from view.

It didn’t take long for him to notice a black car following him. He looked behind him and kept driving, slowing down to see if the car would go around but they never did.

In fact, they sped up and bumped him with their bummer. “What the fuck?” Danny said. He sped up but the car continued following him. Suddenly, someone ran into the road and Danny slammed on his breaks, swerving to miss the person and ended up crashing his car.

Xiumin disappeared into the shadows, reappearing in a nearby park. He saw a guy probably in his mid twenties, sitting alone and reading. Xiumin smiled to himself as he snuck up behind the guy, taking him by surprise.

Chen continued walking and eventually found himself outside a bar where he heard a woman crying. He decided to use his charm. “Excuse me miss? Are you okay?” He asked softly.

“No. My boyfriend dumped me.” She cried.

“Well, he’ll regret it, sooner or later.” He smiled, trying to console her.

Simon struggled, screaming and fighting with every ounce of strength he had to try and free himself from this man's arms to no avail. Nothing worked. He didn't even notice what the man did, he was so busy trying to get free. Suddenly he was dropped on the floor in the middle of a living room, ‘this is your new home. Get used to it.’

Only then did Simon stop and look around. It was a large house from what he could see of it, the living room was three times as big as his whole house. Two guys came out of the kitchen from all the sounds they heard coming from their living room. Baekhyun and Kris looked at the man who dropped him on the floor before he vanished into the shadows then at the guy he dropped on the floor. Simon looked over at them, fear and panic in his eyes. What the fuck was going on!?

He scrambled to his feet and ran out of the house. He didn't look back or stop. He just kept running. He didn't even pay attention to where he was running, he just kept running.

Lay and Sehun appeared near the same area, wiping excess blood off their lips as they met up. It had been exhilarating chasing them and drinking their blood. Lay had gotten a man who had type O blood, that was his favorite. He got lucky that night.

‘That was fun. We need to do that more often. We haven't for a few weeks now,’ Lay told Sehun.

‘I want to but manager says we need to limit it to avoid suspicion.’

‘I know but that doesn't mean I have to like it.’

Sehun smirked at his pouting boyfriend.

“I’m assuming he’s for Chen and Xiumin, we need to stop him before he gets away.” Baekhyun said. He and Kris chased after the guy that had ran from them.

He almost got away but Suho managed to stop him, well more like the guy collided with him. Suho looked down at him, raising a brow.

“Whose pet is this?” He asked.

“Xiumin and Chen’s, I think.” Baekhyun said, as they came around the corner.

Xiumin and Chen were both done feeding now, meeting back up with Lay and Sehun, as they walked back towards the dorms.

Danny was out cold from the crash but he quickly woke up when he felt his body hit the hard floor. He sat up, looking around at the house he was in. He had no idea how he got there, or who brought him there.

He jumped up as he heard someone come into the room. Luhan smiled, “you must be here for my brothers.” He said.

“Of course he is.” Chanyeol said. Danny jumped, he didn’t even notice the other boy sitting on the couch.

Simon glared at the guys as he got up, dusting himself off, ‘I am nobody's pet. I don't belong to anybody,’ he tried to walk around them but was stopped by Suho grabbing his arm and holding him in place. The grip was tight and it hurt, ‘let go of me!’ He screamed at him. Suho just picked up and threw him over his shoulder before walking back towards the dorm house. Simon pounded his fists against Suho's back and managed to get in one hard kick which made Suho drop him.

Simon scrambled to his feet and took off running. He got inside a nearby building and locked himself inside the bathroom in the back. Who the hell were these people and how were they so strong and fast? He leaned against the wall, catching his breath. Shit he needed to get away. He needed a plan to get out of here and away from those guys.

Sehun and Lay were walking back with the Xiumin and Chen when they saw a pissed off Suho go running past them. They managed to catch Kris and Baekhyun before they could run past them.

‘What are you guys chasing? Another meal?’ Chen asked.

Luhan walked closer to Danny, ‘they'll like you. They'll definitely like you.’

‘Awh it's too bad he belongs to them. He's cute, I'd like to keep him but they'd kill me if i took their pet.’

‘Yeah so don't even talk about it,’ Luhan looked pointedly at him.

‘Okay, okay. I'm sorry.’

“We’re chasing yours and Xiumin’s pet.” Kris groaned. “Oh? So that’s what our parents went to America for.” Xiumin chuckled.

He looked at Lay and Sehun, “which means you might have one back at the dorms to.” He added.

“You guys head back, we’ll go with Suho.” Chen told Sehun and Lay, before following the rest of them to where Suho was now banging on the locked door.

Danny scooter away from the boy in front of him, “pet? I’m no one’s pet.” He said and tried to stand up, but his leg was injured from his car crash and it only caused him to fall back down, letting out a small cry.

Kai was leaning against the door frame, D.O standing beside him. “It seems Chen and Xiumin’s pet is trying to escape still, so everyone went after him.” Kai said.

“What’s wrong with your leg, kid?” D.O asked.

“I got into a car accident and then I woke up here...I don’t know..” Danny said.

“Chanyeol, do you think you can control yourself and take a look at it? Besides Suho, you’re the only one who knows a lot of medical shit.” Kai said.

“Of course I can.” Chanyeol rolled his eyes before getting up and bumping Luhan out of the way.

Simon looked up at the window, it was small but just big enough for him to fit through and get out. He flinched when the door started to splinter and crack. Shit. He quickly climbed on the toilet and started to shimmy the window open. He just got it open when he heard the door bust open. He quickly jumped up and climbed out. He took off down the sidewalk, running as fast as he could. He ducked into another building. He slowed down, mixing into a crowd of shoppers. He had run into what looks like a shopping district. He was hoping it was enough to conceal him from the crazy people who were chasing him.

Luhan glared, ‘hey no need to bump me. You could’ve just said asked you please move. Rude.’

Kai, D.O and Luhan watched as Chanyeol got down close to the kid who looked like he wanted them to be as far away from him as possible. Whatever. What the guy wants doesn’t matter anymore. What the other pet wants doesn’t matter anymore. They are pets now, property, they belong to their masters and that will never change.

Everybody’s eyes darkened to a deep blood red as Chanyeol cut Danny’s pants into shorts to get a better look at his leg to best help him. It took everything for them to control themselves and not attack Lay and Sehun’s pet.

“Shit. He went out the window.” Suho growled lowly. “Let’s split up, we can track his scent.” He added, walking back out of the room after getting a good whiff of the boy’s scent.

“I’ll go with Xiumin and Chen, you two go the other way. He couldn’t get far, he doesn’t know his way around Seoul.” Suho added.

Baekhyun and Kris nodded before going in the opposite direction of Suho, Chen and Xiumin, who headed towards the shopping district.

Danny flinched whenever the boy touched his leg. He only flinched because his touch was so cold, almost like ice.

“So what’s wrong?” Kai asked, practically holding Luhan and D.O back from lunging towards the injured boy.

“His leg is broken and he’s got a pretty nasty cut.” Chanyeol said as he stood up.

“I’m going to find something to sew his wound up with and then we need to figure out how to reset his leg.” He said, disappearing out of the room as the front door opened and shut in one quick movement.

“Sehun and Lay are back.” Luhan said.

Simon walked with the crowd till he saw a few policemen. He broke away from the crowd and rushed toward them, ‘officers please you have to help me. Some crazy men are after me,’ his eyes widened when he saw one of them and two he hasn’t seen before heading straight toward him, ‘please you have to help me,’ the policemen followed his gaze when he looked back and saw three young males heading toward the guy and one looked pissed. One of the officers approached them, ‘what seems to be the problem gentlemen? Are you bothering him?’ He gestures behind him to Simon who stood with the other officer.

Luhan and D.O rushed out of the room to go talk to Sehun and Lay. Anything to get away from the blood. It was driving them crazy. They wanted to jump him, drink him dry but Sehun and his boyfriend would kill them and they liked living well dead living. They met them up in the living room.

‘Your pet is down in Chanyeol’s room. He’s helping him with his leg. Before he got here, he got into a car accident that broke his leg and he’s bleeding. We couldn’t take it anymore.’

Luhan nodded, ‘Kai is still there with him. Were going to stay up here until Chanyeol is finished with helping him and cleaning up the blood.’

Sushi smiled, “no sir, no problem at all. He’s a friend of ours and I think he might be drunk. We’re just trying to get him back home to satety.” He explained, using his charm to charm the officers. “Of course, come on son, they’re not going to hurt you.” One of the officers said, pretty much pushing Simon into the boys. Xiumin instantly grabbed a hold of him, holding him tightly, as they thanked the officers before dragging him off, away from the crowd.

It took a few minutes, mostly Kai having to distract the boy, so Chanyeol could sew his wound up and reset his leg. It hurt but soon, Danny didn’t feel the pain anymore. “Thank you..” He quietly said to Chanyeol, who gave him a smile. “Don’t mention it.” He said and got up. “I’ll go tell Sehun and Lay, he’s done.” He said, exiting the room.

He headed to the living room where he found the boys. “I fixed him.” He announced to the four boys.

Simon struggled, ‘let go of me! I am not going to be your pet!’ He kicked Xiumin hard where the sun don't shine and ran into another store. What the hell did they do to those officers? They were going to help him, get him away from those crazy people then they just handed him over when Xiumin fed him that lie. He hid in one of the changing rooms. He knew he cornered himself. There was no where else run from here. He pulled out his phone, dialing Clary's number.

‘Clary listen to me, my mother sold me to these couples son's to help her with her business and they think I'm their pet. I'm trapped in this room in a place I don't recognize and I'm scared and pissed. I don't know what to do.’

‘Simon describe the place to me.’

‘It's a marketplace with different stores like the ones we shopped at with new ones I've never heard of before, ice cream and food places I've never heard of, there are alot of people. I don't know what to do.’

Simon jumped when Suho pounded on the door, ‘leave me alone!’ Simon yelled at them.

‘Simon!’ Clary yelled.

Sehun and Lay followed Chanyeol back to the room where they saw a young guy sitting on the floor in the middle of the room. This was what his parents and Lay's parents were bringing back to them. A gift. A pet.

‘My name is Sehun.’

‘Mine is Lay.’

‘What's yours?’ Sehun asked him.

They both walked closer to him, sitting close to him, not caring that he flinched back. They just moved closer.

‘Look your stuck with us. Your not leaving and neither is Xiumin and Chen's pet although he's in a world of trouble for what he's putting them and Suho through. I would advise you not follow his example,’ Sehun told him.

Lay nodded, ‘so tell us your name so we know what to call you or would you rather us call you pet because I can do that. That's all you are, anyway.’

Chen groaned before using the shadows to sneak up behind Simon. He quickly grabbed the boy’s head and slammed it against the wall, knocking him out. He stepped on his phone before picking him up and unlocking the door. “There.” He said.

“Danny..” the boy replied, looking between the two of them. They were definitely beautiful, but there was something odd about them, something Danny couldn’t put his finger on.

“I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere for a while, with a broken leg..” he assured Lay and Sehun.

Suho handed the guy over to Xiumin and Chen, who lay limp in Chen's arms, ‘if he was mine, I'd put him through a world of pain for all the shit he just made us go through,’ Suho growled before walking away from them, ‘stupid human,’ he muttered under his breath.

‘Yeah it's a warning for the future when your leg heals. Don't try anything stupid. It's not a good idea,’ Lay told him.

‘Hey guys Xiumin, Chen, Suho, Baekhyun and Kris are back. Xiumin and Suho are pissed. I don't know what else the guy did but run but he pissed them off,’ Kai told them coming back into the room.

‘Shit I ain't going out there until they calmed down,’ Sehun told them.
