‘Vespyr...you know I’m a federal agent based in London? What if this turns into something and because of your life and mine, it doesn’t work and we both get hurt. I can’t,’ Tuck was rambling because he was panicking.

Vespyr shifted to plant a kiss on Tuck’s cheek. “I can always move. My work is portable,” he murmured. He didn’t want to be without Tuck anymore. The blond bit on his lip. “Please...”

He looked at Vespyr, ‘you would move your entire life to be with me? Is that what you really want? Don’t say this now and then run later,’ Tuck wanted to give in and accept Vespyr but he was still scared.

He shook his head. “I would never run. I promise, Tuck.” The bassist nuzzled his former band member happily. “Please,” he repeated. “I want to be yours.” He chewed his lip harsher, begging him now.

Tuck wrapped his arms around Vespyr holding him close, 'I didnt expect this when I came here you know. I expected to get here, play then leave and go back to my own life. I'm glad it happened though,' he kissed the blonde's cheek.

The male kissed the other’s lips. “Me too,” he murmured softly, nuzzling Tuck again. Vespyr closed his eyes, resting his head on the other’s chest. He was quiet now, content to stay in his arms.

Tuck wrapped his arms around Vespyr's waist, holding the younger male on his lap. He kissed the top of his head and held him close, 'so did you want to go out with me on a date tonight or tomorrow since it's late?'

The blond shivered as the other wrapped his arms around him. A small smile came onto his lips. “Tomorrow. I’ll look better than,” he said, meaning his black eye. He looked Tuck in the eyes. “Thank you...”

'What are you thanking me for?' He looked down at the blond nestled in his arms, 'if it's for beating that loser's ass then it's not a problem and if it's for finally telling you how I feel, dont thank me for that. I'm sorry it took me so long but you understand why right?'

The male nodded. “I understand, Tuck,” he breathed out, snuggling against him. It all made more sense to him now. But he was so glad that they had finally gotten together now. The blond pulled back slightly. “Tuck?”

'Yeah what's up?' He looked down into Vespyr's eyes. He tilted his head to the side, so many questions and emotions running through his head. Maybe he changed his mind last second? Maybe he wasn't what he needed. Happy, sad, painful feelings all mixing together. He tried not to show his panic in his eyes when looked at the blonde and spoke to him.

Instead of answering with words, he planted a kiss on Tuck’s lips. His fingers intertwined with the other male’s. The blond curled up into Tuck’s embrace further. “I really really like you,” he murmured in a soft voice, afraid this was just a dream.

I had fallen for you and it would have broken me if you didn’t feel the same and all I was to you would be a one night stand or a string of them. I didn’t want just sex. Vespyr frowned slightly. “I wish you had told me sooner,” he mumbled softly. But he stayed close to Tuck anyway. His new boyfriend, if he and Tuck could even be called boyfriends yet, was just perfect.

Tuck took a deep breath, ‘Vespyr can I ask you something?’ He was going to do it. His partner back in London told him over the phone to just tell Vespyr already . The worst thing he could do was say no and even if he did, Tuck had to find out if Vespyr felt the same or he’d always be wondering.

The blond man looked up into Tuck’s eyes, nodding. “Of course you can.” He swallowed slightly, before lacing his fingers with Tuck’s. He wondered what the other wanted to ask him, afraid now it wasn’t good.

‘Do you want to go on a date with me? I know a place here in Los Angeles and a place in London that I would love to take you to. Both beautiful secluded spots. Just you and me.’

He nodded again. “Yes. Oh my. Yes.” He cuddled up to Tuck, yawning. “We can go to that plave here tomorrow?” he asked, smiling faintly as he found himself getting tired.

Tuck smiled, holding Vespyr close to him, ‘I’m glad love.’ His eyes started closing a few seconds later. He was more exhausted than he thought he was. He didn’t feel exhausted when he went to beat the bands old manager to a pulp but he was running on anger and adrenaline. Now he’s coming down from that and he’s tired. He was asleep within moments.
