His New Dog Toy

"No, stop. Get your hands off of me." Aelia muttered as she squirmed in the grasp of a strong knight. Her wrists were bound in front of her, and the man only needed to hold onto one of her arms to be able to pull her along like a rag doll. He acted like she wasn't even worth his time, damn mutt.

"Don't you even know who I am?" Lia asked as the man continued to drag her down the hall. "I am a princess of the Ruval Kingdom, Princess Aelia Rose Pierce. If you so much as leave a bruise on me, my father will have your head." Lia went on, threatening the man. Even though in this situation, she was no longer a royal family member. She was now the property of some dog. A new toy, all to try and get onto his good side.

A scream escaped from Aelia as she was shoved into a room. She stumbled for a moment before turning and sending a glare towards the Knight. "The King will see you soon." The knight said before closing the door. Then, the sound of the door locking echoed through the room.

Releasing a huff, Aelia turned her gaze from the door and looked around the room. It definitely screamed money, with how it was decorated and all. Definitely a room that was meant for a royal.

Once again, Aelia released a huff and walked towards the bed. With her hands tied, she really couldn't do much. They were to tight to try and undo herself and not to mention then hurt every time she tried to move them. "Why me," Lia mumbled quietly as she sat down on the plush bed. Then, she leaned back till her back hit the bed. Her dress fluttered a little bit at the odd movement from the Princess.

Kane had always known that he wanted a human as his own little pet. He wasn't all that sure what he would want from her. It was clear as day that he would turn her into a little sex slave but he'd never owned a human before. Were they useful beyond sex? Beyond little punching bags? Beyond something that he could use to reward his closest men? His face scrunched at the very thought. The only reason he thought Aelia was even worth spending time with was because she was royalty - she was a gift to him to keep his forces at bay.

Oh, how he would have loved to rip her city apart by the seams. It would have been entertaining, the bloodbath that would have ensued. But the king of the Ruval kingdom had sent him an offer, a plea - his daughter for his kingdom's safety. What sort of wolf would Kane be if he had denied that?

Kane lingered outside of Aelia's room, his arms clasped behind him as he inclined his head toward the door. He listened to the sounds of Lia's mumbling to herself and he couldn't help but smirk, did she even know why she was here? Had her father told her or did he send her away, blindly?

His face scrunched at the thought before he pushed the door open, stepping inside wordlessly. He closed the door, straightening up with his eyes trained on the girl in front of him. "Tell me something, little dove," he spoke, using the nickname that he'd already decided to use. "Do you know how you came to be here, Hm?"

The silence seemed to be Aelia's only friend in this situation. Her mind was spinning with what had happaned the past couple of days. She had her sixteenth birthday, her older brother was hailed as the next King as her twin was deemed unsuited. Her brothers fought, but got over it. Her older brother then met with her father to discuss Lia's future now that she was almost an adult. An somehow, that ended up with her being sent to the mutts. Why she was here, she really didn't know, but she did know that trying to run away really pissed her father off.

The sound of the door opening caught Lia's attention and caused her to quickly sit up. Her hands rested neatly in her lap. Even with them bound together in front of her, Lia still remembered her etiquette lessons. Her hands making sure that her dress didn't flash more then what was publically accepted.

At the mans words, Aelia couldn't help but to frown. "Do I look like I know what's going on?" Lia asked, raising her bound wrists as if to show him something he didn't notice. "Am I tied like a prisoner and sent here because I thought my twin would be better as a ruler then my older brother? If so, I'll take my words back to make my brother happy." Lia let out a small sigh before resting her hands in her lap once more. "Can I go home now?"

Slowly, Aelia's shoulders slumped. She was tired of being tied up, never in her life had she been punished like this. Sure, she'd been grounded before, but never had she been tied up and sent off as a punishment.

Kane simply blinked after Aelia answered him. He ground his teeth together after a moment, his eyes narrowing just slightly. Her own brother had sent her away without a single word of why she was leaving? That almost seemed barbaric to him but it didn't even surprise him, her kind had always been known for just how stupid they were. He scoffed, shaking his head as he took another slow, calculated step in her direction.

"Oh, sweet, Aelia," Kane's voice came out light and smooth despite Aelia's precarious position. He laughed, shaking his head slowly. His eyes were trained on her, taking in her reactions as much as he could. "There is nothing that you could say, to get the chance to go back home. There is nothing that your twin could say, to get you back to your homeland," he said, holding his wrist behind his back. He came to a stop in front of her, his face scrunching slightly.

Kane reached forward, lifting Aelia's wrists up wordlessly. He smirked, his eyes locked with hers as he held up his free hand. His nail grew and he allowed it, just to frighten her, before he sliced through the rope around her wrists before his hands dropped back to his sides. "Tell me something, Aelia," he said, tilting his head to the side. He knew the answers to his question before he even asked them but still, eh wanted to see if she was willing to lie to him. That would set the tone for their entire relationship. "Are you afraid of me? Of what I might do to you? Even so, do you know who I am?"
