He nodded, holding Riley close to him as he cried, rubbing his back, ‘okay,’ he could feel and see the pain he caused his lover and he didn’t want to ever do that to him again.

Ray walked past them and back to his room where he began to write things down wondering if he should expand his coven. So far maybe they had twelve? He sighed tapping his foot on the wooden floor.

Ray got a text from Andy, ‘my flight got moved up because of future weather conditions. I leave tomorrow. If you want, you can come over. I really don’t want to be alone right now anyway. Some guy just tried to kidnap me.’

Ray was lying in bed when his phone buzzed, he read the message and smirked. “I’ll be right over. Just tell me when and where..”

He sent Ray his address before he put his phone down, sighing. Fuck. Some guy just tried to kidnap him. He would call his friends but none of them are in California right now and wouldn’t be able to get back for a few hours or maybe more. He went into the kitchen to pour himself a drink to relax.

Ray fixed his hair and made sure to walk as human as he could he didn’t want to freak him out. Not yet anyway. He chuckled at the thought.

Andy drank his drink before placing the glass in the sink and going upstairs to change into some night clothes.

In twenty minutes he got there and Ray forgot how annoyingly slow humans walked or got anywhere. He knocked on the door, wondering how he’d go about this..

Andy walked downstairs, opening the door, still wet from a shower he decided to take last minute, ‘hey.’

Ray ran a hand through his hair and smiled at him, “you okay?”

Ray stepped in “what happened exactly are you sure you’re okay?”

‘I was unlocking my door and about to walk inside and the man just grabbed me. I don’t know where he went once I got free from him but I’m glad he’s gone. I didn’t get a good look at the guy so I didn’t have much to tell the cops when they got here.’

Ray was relieved and nodded “so when are you leaving tomorrow?” He asked as he took a seat.

‘I’m still packing so you can come in and follow me,’ he closed the door, locking it before walking back upstairs to his room. Clothes and essentials plus extras were laid out on the bed.

Ray walked into his room surprised at how easily this man was willing to trust him. Why? He had so many questions.

Andy started packing more of his stuff. He put away all of his clothes and essentials before he heard Ray speak again.
