Playing With Fire

Jisoo pouted when she looked at her alarm clock that read about five a.m. Time to get up and get ready for practice but she didn’t want to. She was tired and feeing lazy so she just turned her alarm clock down and snuggled back into her bed, wrapped up in her sheets and comforter. She closed her eyes falling back asleep in moments.

Rose trudged through the dorm into the kitchen to make some coffee for her and the others. She saw Lisa walk into the bathroom and Jennie walk out into the living room to wait her turn. She didn’t see Jisoo but knowing her, she was probably still asleep or went back to sleep. She set her coffee down on the dining room table before going to walk the older up.

Lisa groaned as she walked into the bathroom to have her morning pee and also brush her teeth. There wasn’t a point in showering just yet, they had practice soon and she’d get all sweaty anyways. She wiped her face off, getting the sleep out of her eyes, before walking out. “Bathroom is all yours, unni.” She said to Jennie before taking her spot on the couch.

Jennie gave a half sleepy smile as she went into the bathroom. She preferred showering before practice, unlike her band mates. After her shower, Jennie brushed her teeth before going back to her room she shared with Lisa and began to find an outfit for the day.

Rose walked into the room she shared with Jisoo and started to try and wake the older up. She tried calling her name then shaking her and calling her name. Jisoo just groaned and snuggled deeper into her covers, trying to block Rose out but the younger wasn’t having it. She walked to the end of the bed, grabbed Jisoo’s ankles from under the sheets and comforter before pulling her out of the bed and onto the floor.

‘Ow what did you do that for?’

‘You wouldn’t get up. It was either that or I was going to flip the bed but either way you would’ve ended up on the floor.’

Jisoo rolled her eyes before getting up and going to get back in the bed but Rose stopped her and picked her up, carrying her out and into the living room.

Lisa looked up as Rose walked in carrying their leader. She giggled as she sipped her coffee. “Unnie looks tired still.” She commented as Rose sat Jisoo down on the couch across from Lisa.

Jisoo curled up on the couch and started to fall back asleep. Rose sighed, frustrated, ‘Jisoo get up. You cannot go back to sleep, we have to go to practice. You can sleep all you want after practice but right now we have to get ready and leave.’

Jisoo fell back asleep during while Rose was talking.

Lisa giggled, getting up to help Rose get their sleepy leader up. Jennie raised a brow as she walked into the room. “What’s going on?” She asked the girls. “Jisoo being the typical sleepy girl.” Lisa smiled.

‘Oh I got this but she’s going to be angry,’ Rose said as a sudden thought occurred to her. She picked Jisoo up and carried her into the bathroom. She placed her in the tub before turning on the shower spray. Jisoo screamed when the water hit her and she was out of the tub in seconds, somewhat soaked.

‘What the hell Rose?’

‘You wouldn’t get up so I had to take drastic measures.’

Lisa and Jennie stood by the doorway, shocked looks on both girls’ faces. “That was all Rose’s idea.” Jennie said, before pulling Lisa away, the two girls giggling softly.

Jisoo glared at Rose as she stomped back to the room they shared with a towel to dry off and get dressed. The water had shocked her awake and now she was angry. She got dressed in a pair of shorts and a long shirt that almost covered up the shirt and a pair of boots before tying her hair up and walking into the living room.

Rose was sitting innocently on the couch, sipping coffee, ‘hey Jisoo. You feeling okay? You look a little red in the face.’

“I feel like there’s going to be a cat fight.” Lisa said as she watched her two unnie’s. Jisoo was absolutely livid and Rose thought it was the funniest thing ever.

Jisoo just stomped out of the dorm house, toward the van. She opened the door and got in, sitting in the far back before placing her headphones in and turning on some music. She planned on tuning Rose out on the ride over to the dance studio to practice their new song.

The rest of the girls followed. Lisa deciding to sit beside Jisoo instead of Rose. She leaned her head on her leader’s shoulder, giving her a small smile when the older looked down at her.

She took out her Samsung buds, putting them back in the case, deciding to talk to Lisa, instead of ignoring the world because of Rose, ‘hey Lisa. Sorry for snapping in there but she really pissed me off and then joked about it.’

Lisa sat up, knowing Rose and Jennie couldn’t hear them since they were a couple seats up.

“It’s okay, unnie. I don’t agree with what she did but you also need to start going to bed earlier.”

‘I try but the television, my iPad, my phone, they all distract me and then before I know it, it’s late.’

“You should do I like do and turn them off.” Lisa nodded. “I know it’s hard but you need more sleep, we don’t want you passing out from exhaustion or anything.”

‘I think you’ll need to take them from me at night. My phone, my tablet and my remote control so I’m not tempted.’

Lisa nodded. “I can do that, unnie.”

‘Thankyou,’ she told her maknae. Her inability to control herself when it came to using her electronic devices was getting out of hand and it ended with her being tired in the morning and not wanting to get up.
