Jungkook glared at his blaring alarm clock, wanting to throw the stupid thing out of his bedroom window. His glare hardened as he hit the top of the alarm to shut it off before quickly making his bed before going to take a shower and get dressed in his school uniform. Once he was dressed, he walked into his kitchen and made himself a bowl of cereal and walked out of the house with it, getting into his car.

He started the short drive over to Yoongi’s house, eating his cereal and driving with his knees. When he pulled up on the curb in front of Yoongi’s house, he honked on the horn to alert Yoongi that he was there.

Yoongi didn’t want to get up. His mother had to come wake him up after he slept through his alarm. He sat up in bed, stretching his arms out above his head as he let out a small whine

He scratched one of the black cat ears that stuck out from his black hair, before getting up and going to the bathroom to take a quick shower and get ready for school.

He had just gotten downstairs when he heard Jungkook honk his horn. He grabbed his backpack as he said goodbye to his parents, before rushing out of the door and into Jungkook’s car.

Jungkook smiled at him with a mouthful of cereal. He swallowed before saying, ‘hey Yoongi. How did you sleep?’ He asked before he kept eating his cereal. They would’ve been late if he ate this at home. He pulled back out onto the street, continuing to drive with his knees as he ate his cereal. He occasionally used his hands but he knew how to drive with his knees.

“I slept okay. Uh, hyung, do you need me to drive?” Yoongi asked as he watched Jungkook. He knew he was good at driving with his knees but it always scared him.

‘No I got this unless you want to drive. We can switch seats really quick before the light turns green.’

“Yes.” Yoongi smiled as he got out real quick.

Jungkook moved around the back of the car, getting into the passengers side with his bowl of cereal. He put the seatbelt on really quick before he went back to eating the fruit loops. He smiled when Yoongi got in, buckled himself in then put the car in drive but stayed where he was until the light turned green and the cars in front of him started moving.

‘Feel better?’ Jungkook asked him, around a mouthful of his cereal.

“Yes. Not that I don’t trust you, but, I wanna make it to school in one piece.” Yoongi giggled as he started driving.

Jungkook smirked as he continued to eat his cereal. He was addicted to fruit loops. He ate the stuff every morning and sometimes for lunch. He would eat them for dinner too but his mother, father and brother don’t let him do that. His mom wanted him to eat a good dinner. Not a sugary bowl of nothing.

Yoongi arrived to school and parked in Jungkook’s reserved spot before shutting the car off.

‘I should’ve brought the box of cereal with me. I want more fruit loops. Can we go to the conscience store or back to my house to get more?’

“Which is closer?” Yoongi asked as he looked st how much time they had left before school started.

‘Connivence store would be closer.’

Yoongi nodded, “Let’s go ahead and go.”

Jungkook grinned, ‘thankyou Yoongi. I love you.’

Yoongi smiled, “I know, you tell me all the time.” He said as they got back into the car.

‘You must love me too if you do all of this for hyung.’

“I do. I love all my friends.” Yoongi smiled, resisting the urge to scratch his cat ears which were hidden under his black beanie.

Jungkook smiled, kissing Yoongi’s cheek, ‘thankyou.’
