Small laugh lines formed on Hades' human face as he listened to the beautiful Persephone. She had caught on to his little tease it would seem. Still, though, he felt like a princess was what she should be dressed as, but it wouldn't work well as the royals never explore the cities. So in a sense, she would have still stuck out.

"Lucius." Was Hade's simple reply to what his mortal name was. A play on his name. Hades, the god of death, Lucius meaning light. A simple person wouldn't realize the irony there unless one looked between the cracks. Hades liked that, having contradictions was a great way to play with human's minds. Making it so they never knew what was happening around them.

As the carriage started to head towards the mortal realm, Hades sat across from the young goddess and listened intently as she spoke. A small smile playing across his lips as she finally decided on her name. "Iliana." He tasted the name on his tongue, it was sweet. Just like his little goddess. "Sounds perfect." He told her, offering a small smile as a token of his appreciation for her picking something that fit her so well.

Then, the ruler of hell motioned for the young girl to look out the carriage window to the right. "Watch little flower, watch as the world changes before your eyes." He said as he motioned to the window once more. To the changes in the darkness of hell disappeared into the light of the mortal realm.

A little hum left Persephone as Hades revealed his mortal name. "Lucius," She said back softly, making sure to make a mental note of it. That was what she needed to call him when they were up in the mortal world, and it would be bad if she forgot. Though, she did find it rather odd that Hades would choose a name like that. It didn't quite fit his Godly self, but she supposed it was good enough for a mortal name.

As Hades motioned towards the window of the carriage, Persephone's head turned to look out of it. At first, there wasn't too much to see. Just the underworld laid out underneath them, but this high in the sky, she couldn't make out the land belong. Though, everything started to slowly shift around them. Light and warmth started to appear as it seemed the earth opened up for them. The change from darkness to the bright light was almost cruel, causing Persephone to wince.

Soon enough though, the carriage landed on the mortal realm and plopped down onto a road. Persephone rubbed her eyes slightly before looking out of the carriage once again, a large smile as she did so. The underworld was completely gone and now the two of them were out in the mortal realm. Much of it currently were things that she had seen before, quiet roads and fields that she tended so. But, within moments, they were riding up towards a large city.

Persephone let out a small gasp at the sight. "Wow," She had never been able to see a mortal city herself, and it was certainly an amazing sight. From where she was, Persephone could already tell that it was bustling with life. Persephone turned to the other window, now seeing all of the others heading in and out of the city. She was getting giddy.

Sitting back in his seat, Hades folded his hands in his lap. His dark gaze looking over the young woman. Watching as she took in the shift of worlds, the lay of the land and dare he even say the smell of the air was a little bit different? More of a neutral sort of air around them.

Slowly, Gades sat up in his seat and cleared his throat. He wanted Persephone to look towards him when he spoke. "Where would you like to visit first?" He asked quietly once she finally looked his way. "We can go and see some gladiator games, or we could go look at the markets they have. Or, is there something else you'd like to see?" He asked, tilting his head ever so slightly as he waited for the young woman's reply for what she wanted to see.

Then, as soon as Persephone chose what she wanted, Hades snapped his fingers. The carriage jerked for barely a second before coming slowly turning in the direction of whatever it was that the young goddess had chosen to visit first. This was her adventure, Hades was just coming along for the ride after all.

It took Persephone a moment to before she was able to pull her eyes away from the window and look out at Hades. She wanted to take everything about the human world. Especially since it was hard to say when she would be able to come back. Though, Hades was a powerful God and deserved her attention when he spoke. It was also what she expected from him. So, the young goodness lifted her head and looked to Hades.

A warm smile came over her face as she realized what he was asking her. The young goddess glanced out of the window once again, taking a moment to think through what she really wanted. There were plenty of things she wanted to go do, but there only so much time and she did not know how long Hades would let them stay here as well. So what was the first thing that Persephone really wanted to do?

Once she figured it out, Persephone looked back at Hades. "I would like to go the markets." She figured that would be the best place to go. Plenty of people to see, and things to buy and to eat. It was probably a good place to take everything in as much as possible, right? Though she hoped that their fun would not stop there. Though as the carriage started to move, the young woman smiled, knowing that they were on their way.

A tight-lipped smile was really the only thing that the god of hell could give Persephone. e didn't like nor dislike her choice. It was simply one of the many things that they could go and see. "So be it." He told her calmly, leaning back in his cushioned seat as he did so. His arms casually crossing over his chest as he glanced out the window. Ending the small conversation that was going on between them.

The carriage moved along the dirt path of the countryside of Rome. The sight of farmers was few and far between. The human population was still small, but it was slowly growing. So, the farms that they owned were growing as well. Which was quite interesting for the god to watch. As he often thought the human race quite stupid and immature compared to hundreds of years that he had over them all. Being the god of death and all.

Once they arrived at the city, the carriage stopped moving and Hades turned towards Persephone. "We'll walk there from here. The streets in the city are to narrow." Hades told the young beauty as he climbed out of the carriage. Then, he offered Persephone a hand to help her out of the carriage so that she didn't trip over her toga or anything. "Ready to do some exploring?" He asked casually once Persephone was out of the carriage.
