Youngjae was sitting in a corner booth, downing shot after shot that he kept ordering from the waitress. His boyfriend just dumped him earlier that night. He went to go surprise him after work at his apartment and he was fucking some girl. Said he just wanted to see what it was like being with a guy but he preferred women so he dumped him for the girl he brought home from work.

Youngjae was just about to down another shot when he felt somebody take the shot from him. He looked up, glaring at whoever stole his drink from him. It was a man, who looked like he would tower over him if he stood up, blonde hair and from what he could see, a toned, slightly built body.

‘What the hell? That was my drink. Give it back and go get you’re own.’

Zelo sat the drink back down, sliding it back over to him. He didn’t say anything, just watched the boy with the light brown hair as he downed the shot. “People only drink that much for one or two reasons; they’re heart broken or they lost someone or something close to them.”

Youngjae just picked up another shot and downed it, ‘my boyfriend dumped me for a woman. Apparently I was only an experiment to see if he liked being with men and he found out he liked being with women more so he brought home a woman from his work and fucked her. I went over to surprise him and walked in on that. He dumped me then proceeded to ask her out right in front of me,’ he told him before downing another shot.

“I’m sorry to hear that. You’re better off without him.” Zelo said, ordering a drink for himself when the bar tender asked if he wanted anything. “I know you’ve probably heard this before, but there are other fish in the sea.”

He just downed a few more shots in response to that. He just wanted to get drunk and black out at his house. He pushed himself up before pulling out his wallet to put some money on the table to pay for his drinks, ‘well I’m going home to finish getting drunk there,’ he told the other man as he started to stumble to the front door of the bar.

Zelo got up and followed him, catching him just in time before he fell over. “Seems like you could use some help getting there.” He grunted, pulling Youngjae out of the bar.

‘I don’t need any help. I’m fine,’ he told Zelo, pulling away from him, only to fall on his hands and knees on the pavement outside. He hissed in pain, ‘fuck.’

Zelo followed him, “right, that’s why you keep falling over.” He said as he picked him up again.

Youngjae sighed and let Zelo help him walk down the sidewalk, ‘I live a few miles from here. Unless you want to carry most of my weight the rest of the way home, we have to get a taxi or bus.’

“I have a car. Are you coherent enough to tell me your address?” Zelo asked as he led him to his car.

‘Yes,’ he told him before he proceeded to tell him where he lives. A one floor apartment on the top floor of a big building, ten minutes from the bar.

Zelo nodded and put Youngjae into his car, strapping him in. He got in and buckled his seatbelt before driving towards the building Youngjae he mentioned.

‘Thankyou,’ he told him as he looked out the window.

Zelo nodded, “is this the building?” He asked Youngjae whenever he spotted an apartment building.

‘Yes that’s it.’

When Zelo parked, Youngjae got out, ‘thanks,’ he told him before stumbling to the front door.

Zelo waited a moment before following him. “I’ll help you.” He told Youngjae.

‘You don’t have to. You’ve already helped me a lot.’

Zelo ignored him, continuing to follow him inside his apartment.

Youngjae got out his keys after a struggle and inserted a card into the elevator to take him up to his floor.
