Peter has it all figured out, he has been thinking about his summer plan for awhile. He had talked to Thor about his niece and that he was thinking about asking her out. Of course Peter was afraid Thor might crush him or break him i half but that didn’t happen. Thor did advices Peter to be careful Lady Raleigh was not to be messed with. She was very strong and could break the man of spiders if she chooses too. He did wish him the best as excitedly as possible. Peter went back to Ned and spoke with him about his plans but he insisted on doing the single bachelor thing in Europe. “We’re in high school we’re not bachelors..”

Peter was going to take Lady Raleigh to the Eiffel tower and hand her a beautiful necklace. He hoped that this would maybe work, Peter wasn’t good at relationships or speaking to pretty girls in general but he was going to try. He did ask Mr Stark for some advice and as always it was always extravagant he explained to him that he was just a kid. That’s where Tony told Peter just to be himself and that any girl would be lucky to have such a handsome nerd, to which Peter laughed at. Mr Stark was like a father to Peter he loved him dearly and he couldn’t believe he almost lost him. Thankfully he was fine he couldn’t lose another father figure.

First his father who was with his mother on a plane and they crashed, then his uncle Ben who died because of Peter’s carelessness. That was something he’d always have to live with and he hasn’t talked to anyone about that, not Ned, Tony or even May. He couldn’t bring himself to talk about it, he did catch the man who did it though and he’s rotting in jail. “Happy thoughts Parker” he mumbled to himself. As he walked home from school, he hasn’t talked to Railiegh all that much lately and he wanted to spend more time with her but Peter was a mess.

Raleigh walked around her room working on packing her bag for a school trip to Europe, she wanted to be prepared for every occasion that could come up. This was a huge deal for her she was going on a school trip to another country with people she had become friends with over the short time she'd been on earth. This was going to be her first time riding on an airplane too, though she was sure that wouldn't be too bad. It couldn't be any worse than traveling through the Bifrost or riding a pegasus. Which honestly was very similar to riding on what Midgardians called horses just without the wings. Really Raleigh wasn't sure what to expect, even though she'd been on earth for a while a lot had happened and she was still in the process of getting adjusted to it all. She was still trying to get the whole going to school thing figured out. There were some things she was good at but there were other things she struggled to grasp.

"Raleigh I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. You will be fine," Loki said as he walked into her room and sat on her bed. "I can sense when you're nervous about things and this is not something to be nervous about. You were training to become a warrior on Asgard and you were afraid of nothing. This is no different, you have nothing to fear but rather than becoming a warrior you're training to become an earthly teenager," he told her hoping he made her feel better.

She smiled at him and nodded her head. "You're right. Nothing to fear. I mean what's the worst that could happen? I don't like the plane ride. In that case, I'll just teleport off the plane and to our destination," she said feeling a little bit better.

"Exactly. But um maybe try not to do that. Because well normal teenagers here on earth can't teleport, so if they don't already know you can do that it might freak them out a little,"

"Right, I'm a normal teenager. This is so hard," she sighed pushing her fingers through her hair. "I think I'm going to take a walk," she said as she closed her suitcase and walked out of her room to head out for a while to try and get some air. Every since everyone had come back after the five-year gap they were all 'dead' everything seemed different. Everything was different. And Raleigh was doing the best she could along with everyone else to try and figure things out again.

Peter continued to pace around his room trying to figure this all out, Lady Raleigh is so beautiful and sometimes he felt like she was out of his league. She was a goddess after all and he was just a guy in latex, but peter wanted to spend more time with her. She was perfect, her long beautiful blonde hair and bright blue eyes, the way her smile lit up the room. Or maybe he thought that because peter had a crush on her.

Ned kept telling him about doing the whole bachelor thing in Europe but Peter didn’t want to do that. Mr. Stark has always told him to be himself so maybe he should just act as normal as he could. Peter decided to clear his head by taking a walk, he had so much to think about. As he walked out he looked around peter thought about the five year gap missing from his mind, well, being alive again. It was strange.

He sighed, how was he ever going to do this? What if she said no? Peter was sure that someone like Raleigh could have anyone Peter was just Spider-Man, more dork than anything. He swallowed hard when he noticed Raleigh coming he began to get nervous.

Raleigh knew that trying to get used to being a normal human teenage was going to be difficult. It was also still proving to be difficult for her to readjust to after the whole blip thing where she’d just vanished for 5 years. She was however doing her best. Earth was so different from Asgard, especially New York. There were so many buildings, and so many people, and so much always going on that it was a little overwhelming at times really. Thankfully though she had made a few friends who did make it a little easier.

“Peter!” She called when she noticed him a little ways ahead of her. “So are you ready for this trip to Europe?” She asked him after she’d ran to catch up to him. “Because I am not, I have no idea what to bring. And I’ve never been on a plane before so I am a little nervous. And of course I was told I shouldn’t teleport off the plane if I don’t like it. So there’s that. Which I don’t know why I’m nervous because I am Asgardian and I was in training to be a warrior for my home so I’m sure a simple plane ride is nothing to be scared of. Anyway I’m talking way to much. I’m sorry,” she finally said mentally facepalming.

The last thing that Raleigh wanted to do was embarrass herself in front of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. Even though she knew they were friends she would like to eventually court with him and become more than friends in the future. Which she didn’t want him to not want to court with her because he thought she was weird. Talking to human boys was just different than talking to boys from Asgard. Yet another thing she would be adding to her list of things she had to adjust too.
