"Yeah, yeah
Run, running back
Tell 'em where I'm coming at
I was on that bullshit
Yeah now I'm done with that"
Singing at the top of her lungs, Emi danced around her room. Jumping on her bed, throwing her pillows around, just anything to get her energy and anxiety to leave. It had been such a horrible day for her. Kids were bullying her, pulling on her backpack, spilling her lunch on the ground, being horrible little pricks. She's gone to the teachers, principals, hell she even went to the cops. No one did anything, no one cared. She was just the weird witches grand-daughter. She was an outcast because of her relative. She was all alone here, no one cared. No. One. Cared.
Then, as the song that Emilia was belting out at the top of her lungs came to an end, she stopped jumping on her bed and panted ever so slightly as she stared out her bedroom window at the darkened sky. The moon's reflection on the water outside calming her ever so slightly.
Although, when she looked down slightly her breath caught in her throat. Red eyes, glowing in the darkness. Staring right up at her.
A loud gasp escaped from Emilia as she awoke. Her head throbbed horribly like she was hit with something. Her black PJ shorts were a little damp from the dripping water that seemed to be coming from the ceiling, and her pink tank top had a random claw-like rip on the back right side. "What the?" Emi mumbled quietly as she slowly sat up. Then she flinched ever so slightly as she felt another drop of water hit her in her head.
Placing her hands on the stone floor, Emi used the energy she could muster to scoot back. Back until her back hit a wall. Then, her bright green eyes looked around where she was. A cell of some sorts, stone walls was on both sides of her and behind her. Metal bars that looked a little rusted were in front of her, allowing for a little bit of light from the hall to show through.
Slowly, Emilia ran her tongue over her lips as she brought her legs to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. "Where am I?" She mumbled quietly to herself before going completely silent. Down the hall, she could hear a moaning, then what sounded like a metal door squeaking before footsteps coming her way. Breathing in deeply, Emi held her breath as she scurried to hide in a corner. Hoping that she wouldn't be noticed by whatever, or whoever was walking down the hall.
