"Okay, let's go on the rides now and once it gets dark, we can go into the haunted house," Bailey said with a warm smile. "And then we can see if you can win me a prize at one of the shooting games." She teased him lightly, letting out a small laugh as she did so. Though, in truth, Bailey liked the idea of Justin winning her a stuffed animal that she could bring home. Hell, she knew she wasn't very good at fair games but maybe Justin would be? Plus, she would like it better if it came from him.

As Justin wrapped an arm around her waist, Bailey stepped into him and moved closer into his side. It wasn't very often that Justin held her close to him, but when they were in crowded spaces like this one, it was nice. They didn't have to worry about losing each other, or getting run into by other guests at the fair. Plus, Bailey felt protected when Justin did so, which was always a lovely feeling. Who didn't like feeling safe? "Let's go on the tilt-a-whirl!"

Soon enough, they were in line for the ride. Like most fairs, the line was rather short and the moment the first ride was done, they were making their way in, after handing their tickets over of course. They walked around the cars until they found an empty one, at which point, Bailey moved up onto the car and took a seat. "You should sit on the edge, otherwise you are going to squish me." She teased him lightly.

Once Justin took his seat, the attendant walked around and ensured that everyone's bar was safe and secure. He then headed up to start the ride.

With a shake of his head, Justin couldn't help but let out a small chuckle. He couldn't believe how childish Bailey was acting. Who would have guessed that a sweet talkative girl, liked fast-paced rides at a fair? To be honest, Justin thought that Bailey would have been terrified of the fair rides, he's always imagined her as a girl who liked to stay in with hot chocolate and watching movies or something girly and innocent.

Following Bailey, Justin kept his arm wrapped around her waist. Following her in whatever direction she decided to lead them. His right brow arched as he looked down at the girl. A teasing smile on his lips. "Are you sure you're tall enough to ride this?" He asked as he did as she told him and sat on the end so that he didn't squish her when the ride started.

"I am tall enough!" Bailey exclaimed at him as the ride started. Though she wasn't able to focus on the insult to her height for long as they started to spin and spin around. The force of the ride was causing Bailey against Justin and she was unable to slide away from him. And soon enough, she was almost completely in his laugh. But as they spun, Bailey laughed and laughed, a bright smile on her face.

Once the ride came to a stop, Bailey slid out and moved back into Justin's side. A bright smile on her face, and her hair a little fizzy now. "Let's go on another one before we head into the haunted house." She told him, making her way towards the swings ride with him. Though her attention quickly shifted as she noticed a man selling cotton candy. Bailey's head completely turned, her eyes widening as she watched him make the sugary, colored floss. "Do you like cotton candy?" Bailey asked Justin without turning her head away.

As the ride started, Justin kept his usual calm and collected expression on. His focus mainly on Bailey as they had spun around. She thought to cause a small smirk to appear on his lips, and he was suddenly glad that the cheap ride was working. Then, as the ride ended, Justin once again wrapped his arm around Bailey's waist. This time, his thumb hooked into her pocket as they walked.

"Hm?" Justing turned his head and looked towards the direction that Bailey was talking about. "Never had it." Justin said as he watched some dude pulling together something that looked like a spider web onto a stick. "Want some?" He asked, already dragging Bailey towards the vendor. "What color?" He asked the young girl as he looked at what the man was selling, not a clue in the world what he was about to buy for the both of them.

"You never had cotton candy?" Bailey asked, pure surprise in her voice as she did so. She knew that it was not something that one had the option of getting often, but it was surprising to hear that Justin never even had the opportunity to eat it. And before she could even answer his question of wanting some, Justin was pulling Bailey towards the vendor.

Once they were in the front of the line, Bailey took a moment to glance over the colors before turning to the vendor and asking sweetly for one pink cotton candy. The man spun it around the paper stick before handing it to Bailey as Justin handed over the money. Cotton candy was a rather cheap think. Bailey pulled a bit off and took a bite out of it with a pleasant hum before pulling some off and offering it to Justin. "Try it. It's basically sugar."

"Nope." Was Justin's honest answer as he paid for the treat when it was their turn. Watching with skepticism as the weird string candy was wrapped around a piece of paper that was supposed to act as the handle for the sweet treat. Leading Bailey a little bit away from the stall, he watched her warily for a moment.

As Bailey offered Justin a piece, he looked at the pink puff for a moment before getting an idea. Instead of reaching out to grab the cotton candy, he leaned forward and wrapped his lips around her fingers and the candy floss. Sucking on her fingers and tasting the sweet sugar as it dissolved in his mouth almost instantly. All while his gaze never left Bailey's. Running his tongue along the crease between her fingers as she held the new dissolved candy as he pulled away from her.

"That's quite sweet," Justin mumbled quietly as he stood up straight and slowly ran his tongue over his lips in slow motion. His eyes looking straight into Bailey's face as he did so.

Bailey waited for Justin to take the cotton candy from her fingers patiently. Though her eyes widen slightly as he leaned forward to just bite it from her hand. Okay, strange enough but nothing to freak out over. But the moment his lips wrapped around Bailey's fingers, her eyes were suddenly huge. Her face instantly started to turn a deep shade of red. She even let out a little gasp as he ran his tongue in between her fingers.

The young woman could feel her heart pounding against her chest as he pulled away from her now wet fingers. Her hand dropped to the side and now that his eye contact wasn't so intense, Bailey glanced off to the side. She was speechless for a moment before she cleared her throat a little. Unsure as to what to say about what had just occurred, she moved onto something else that didn't involve asking why he sucked her fingers.

"Did you like the cotton candy?" Bailey asked, her voice coming out slightly squeaky, clearly still in shock.

A small hum escaped from Justin as he thought about what Bailey had asked him. His eyes studying the girl as he thought. Then, a small smirk slowly appeared on his lips as he started to speak to her once more. "It was alright." He said, and then started to lead her in the direction of the haunted house. Not really in the mood to tease Bailey about how she tasted better than the candy. That will come with time, if they decided to take the next step in their relationship.

Relationship?

The word briefly swirled through Justin's mind as he led Bailey towards the line for the haunted house and stopped at the end of the line. "Alright, you ready to get scared?" He asked as he glanced down at the young girl he still had his arm around. "You're not going to get so scared I'm going to have to carry you out, are you?" He asked, teasing her lightly.

By the time that they made it to the line at the haunted house, Bailey had calmed down from Justin's odd move of sucking on her fingers. Well, for the most part, at least. The blush was leaving her face, her eyes back to normal and her speechlessness gone as well. But her heart was still beating a bit quicker, unable to calm down. Especially with the way she was kept close to his side. And her mind was now whirling with the thought that perhaps there was a possibility that Justin liked her? There were some things he did that indicated that, but still, Justin tended to hold back on his emotions so it was hard to tell if he just enjoyed teasing her or if wanted something more.

So, she continued to eat the cotton candy to keep herself busy. At least, she did until Justin went back to teasing her. Bailey's eyes lifted up as she looked to Justin, shaking her head at him, but a hint of a smile on her face. "You are going to be the one who needs to be carried out, not me!" Bailey told him. "I am not a scaredy-cat but I am willing to bet you are," Bailey said with a small smirk on her face.

A small twinkle slowly started to appear in Justin's eyes as he looked down at Bailey. An amused smirk slowly drawing up on his lips as he slowly tilted his head to the side. "Oh?" He murmured, tilting his head to the side as he stepped forward as the line moved up a little bit. "A bet?" He asked, repeating what she had just told him, interested in what she could want to bet on.

"We can bet sweetheart, but you better be prepared to lose," Justin said as he leaned his head forward a little bit so that his face was close to hers, but not enough to kiss her. "What do you want to bet on? The winner gets what?" He asked, his voice dark yet teasing as he waited for Bailey's reply.

"Someone sounds rather cocky." Bailey responded, rolling her eyes at Justin slightly. Though, still, the smirk was stuck on her lips. Justin had no idea what he was getting himself in for. As he moved closer to her, Bailey's hand raised up and pressed against his chest. Their faces were so close. Was Justin trying to scare her or make her heart pound harder than it already was?

"If I win, I want you to invite me to your home," Bailey told Justin flat out, looking back into his eyes as she did so. Justin had been over to her house a few times but Bailey hadn't been able to see where he lived yet. She was curious about the man, always had been and as far as she was concerned, Bailey made that clear from the start. "But what is it that you want?" Bailey asked, humming slightly as she was curious. Justin didn't seem like the type to want much from another person.

"As for the bet itself, I am not positive. How about whoever gets scared first loses? That means no screaming, no pulling the other in for help, no jumping out of fear. nothing." Bailey said.

"Oh babe, you have no idea," Justin replied, a Cheshire grin slowly playing along on the man's lips as he looked the girl in the eyes. There was no way in hell he was going to back down or lose this bet. Nothing scared Justing, nothing. He was a man of steel, he was an enforcer for one of the most ruthless gangs in the state. He's seen people get killed and has killed. There was no way, he was going to be scared of some haunted house.

Although, as Bailey said what she wanted, his lips wavered ever so slightly. Shit, that was not something that he had expected from her. No one knew where he lived beside his boss, as the man was the one who let him take over his old place before moving to a much more extravagant place when they took control.

Slowly, Justin closed his eyes as he tried to control his breathing. He could do this, the whole bet was about something that he was able to do on normal bases. He could so easily fucking win this. "Alright," Justin said casually as he looked down at Bailey as he stood up straight. "Bit if I win, and I know I will. I want you to cook me dinner." He told her, a small smirk playing along his lips.

Bailey let out a playful scoff at Justin. "Oh babe, you don't have to play the tough man act for me." She mocked Justin, now pulling away from Justin as the line moved forward again. Now they were only two groups away from entering the haunted house and Bailey could not be more excited. She knew that Justin was a pretty strong man, especially due to his job. But she just needed to get one little gasp or scream out of him. She could see the prize in her grasp already.

Her eyes then glanced back at Justin as the lined stopped moving. She could see the way he stood up straighter. An eyebrow raised at his direction, her head tilting to the side. What could Justin possibly want from her anyway? He already had seen her place and she wasn't too keen on keeping secrets. Though when he announced his prize, Bailey's mouth opened slightly, licking the side of her teeth as she did so. After a moment, she let out a huff of air before responding. "Very well then. If you win, I'll cook you dinner. And if I win, you'll let me into your home."

"Deal?" Bailey said as she reached her hand out to Justin to shake it. "Oh, but do me a favor. Don't be a crybaby when I beat you."

The reaction that Bailey gave him when Justin announced his prize was amusing. He couldn't help the smirk that was appearing on his lips. Bailey was becoming more and more amusing to him as the time seems to go by. Usually, he'd get annoyed and just stop talking to women when they get to this stage, but Bailey. She was something special. That's for sure.

A small snort escaped from Justin as he reached out and gave Bailey's hand a small shake. "Alright, deal," Justin said, then released her hand as he shoved both his hands into his front pockets casually as their turn to enter the haunted house came around.

"Ladies first." Justin said, trying to sound like a true gentleman as he motioned for her to go first and then was a mere step behind her as they walked into the entrance of the haunted house. His dark eyes looking around in amusement at the cheap things they had on display for people to see.

"Oh, too scared to go first?" Bailey teased Justin before turning forward and heading into the haunted house. She didn't care if she had to go in first, Justin was right there with her. And anything that popped out at her would also do the same to him in the same moment.

As they headed into the house, Bailey folded her arms in front of her body, not wanting to lose from an accidental bump or a strange fearful twitch. She was determined to win this. Both because she was rather competitive but also because she wanted to see his apartment.

At first, the haunted house wasn't all that frightening. It was filled with normal scares, something that would frighten children and some adults. Though as they continued on, Bailey could feel the shivers moving down her back. It definitely became increasingly scarier by the moment. And once they were ushered into a completely dark room, Bailey's skin started to crawl, worried about the scare that would come when she couldn't see.

"Something like that." Justin murmured quietly as he followed after Bailey. His eyes looking around as they walked. A small smirk playing along his lips. Things he seems a million times appearing in front of him. As a kid, Justin didn't really do much, because he was a broke ass kid from the hood, but, damn. He loved sneaking into the haunted houses with his friends and playing with all of the props and running from the security guards.

The memories caused a small smirk to appear on Justin's lips as he continued on. Acting like nothing was bothering him in the least bit. Then, as they walked into a dark room, Justin glanced around, wondering what could possibly jump out of them in this dark ass room.

After a couple of moments though and nothing happened, Justin couldn't help it. This was to good of a opportunity. He leaned forward ever so slightly and gently breathed onto the back of Bailey's neck. "Boo." He breathed out quietly.

Bailey was so focused on what would come out in front of her, that she paid no thought to what could possibly happen behind her. Though the moment something happened, pure fear ran through her small frame. The small 'boo' itself wasn't all that bad, but the breath on the back of her neck horrified the young woman.

She let out a terrified gasp as Bailey basically jumped out of her own skin. Though she had to fight her own instincts not to full-on shove whoever it was to the ground. Instead, she threw her elbow back which resulted in a lighter hit to the side to make some distance between her and whoever it was before she was quick to rush out of the pitch-black room, basically running into doorway as she did so.

The loud booming laughter of Justin's echoed through the room and bounced off of the walls. He could not believe that he had scared Bailey so badly that she had hit him. It was priceless. Her little gasp, he could practically feel her jumping out of her skin. It was enough to make him not care in the least bit about the fact that she had elbowed him and pushed him away from her.

After a couple more minutes, Justin calmed down enough and walked towards the door with Bailey. A triumphant smirk playing along on his lips as he helped her open the door to the outside. To bring in fresh air for the both of them to breath in. "It seems like I've managed to win." Justin said as he glanced down at Bailey, a teasing smirk playing along on his lips as he waited for the young woman to get mad at him for scaring her.

"The house wasn't very spooky, don't you think?" Justin asked as he tilted his head to the side ever so slightly. "Want to go again?" He asked, wondering what she'd say to his teasing.

Bailey was out of the haunted house way before Justin brought his laughing arrogant ass outside. Though once he did, her eyes narrowed at him. "You cheated!" Bailey told Justin before lightly hitting his arm. "I was doing just fine until you intervened with the haunted house and scared me!"

The young woman stood up a bit straighter, though now she was beginning to pout a bit at her loss. She had wanted to see where Justin lived but it seemed like she would have to wait until he actually invited her. That was normally fine under normal circumstances but Justin was not normal. Something like that could take centuries. "You are a dirty cheater."

"Hey, hey, hey," Justin said as he approached Bailey. A grin still displaying along his lips as his eyes twinkled in delight. "You never told me that we couldn't try and scare each other." Justing pointed out and grinned as he lightly rubbed his arm, pretending that her hit had hurt him. "Is that really how you react when you lose? By hitting people?" Justin asked, wrinkling his nose as he teased Bailey. "Man, if so, then I'd hate to see how you react if you fail a test or something."

Then, noticing that Bailey was pouting, Justin pursed his lips together and stood up straight. His eyes starting to show a little bit of worry as he looked around for a moment before grabbing her hand and leading her towards a game. "Would you feel better if I won you something?" Justin asked as they got in line for the strength game where you have to hit the lever with a hammer to try and ring a bell.
