"I couldn't ask you to sleep on the couch... I know how your back gets," Sienna spoke softly as she followed Rian out to the car. She had to admit, it was nice having him call her babe again. It felt familiar, like your favorite hoodie. She climbed into the passenger seat of Rian's car and buckled herself in, offering her hand to hold on the center console almost as if by muscle memory. The brunette yawned gently, rubbing her eyes again. Sienna was exhausted, but she was determined to eat her Jalapeno Poppers. "I remember one time when I was pregnant with Jags, I had a big ass thing of jalapeno poppers and Zack ate the last one-- I yelled at him and made him cry! I still feel kinda bad about that one." Sienna laughed. Her pregnancy with Jagger had been rough from the get go. Morning sickness for the first two trimesters, hormones like crazy-- but she had her little nugget so at the end of the day it was all worth it.
Sienna smiled gratefully as they pulled up to the drive through window and Rian handed her her food. "Thanks," she whispered quietly, taking a popper and eating it before putting the container in the center console so they could share. "Could you do me a favor when we get home? Can you call my mom and tell her what happened? You're the only one who can stop Joann when she freaks herself out." The brunette teased, mentioning her mother. Truth be told, Sienna would rather step on broken legos barefoot than deal with another one of her mother's 'You never should have divorced Rian, you guys were meant to be together' speeches. Even if she was right.
About twenty minutes later, they pulled into the driveway and Sienna stared up at Rian's new house in amazement. "Not bad," she gave him a smile. "It looks like a beautiful house."
