"You're right. I was a coward back then. I absolutely felt horrible for making you look stupid in front of both of our family and friends. I didnt leave you because I had doubt about us. Because I loved you then and I still love you now. I left because I kept being told that I wasnt good enough for you, that I wasnt going to make you as happy as you deserved, and that I was going to destroy you instead of lifting you up. So I just never showed up figuring you would be better off without me, which was the worst thing I could have done. I let the enemy talk me out of marrying the love of my life. I should have went to you about this and worked together on proving this person. So I wanted to say I'm sorry. I'm sorry for leaving out stranded like that, when I would have been mature enough to talk to you. If you can forgive me and try to work out something between us, even if it's just us being friends, then great. If no not, I totally understand. And I will never bother you again."

‘So you took the word of somebody else over mine. I told you everyday I loved you, I told you everyday I didn’t want to be with anyone but you. You made me happy. You weren’t destroying me and you weren’t dragging me down. This really hurts Taehyung. I thought you trusted me. I didn’t think you’d let somebody else destroy our relationship when I showed you nothing but the opposite.’

"I did trusted you. I didnt doubt you. I doubted myself and then I let someone further confirm my doubt." Taehyung explained. "You know I'm always hard myself and that I dont believe in myself. So once I realized that my choice made me lose you, the only person I ever loved, I knew that I had to get help. So I have been talking to a therapist about my issues. I'm sure if she sees me in this position with you right now, she would be disappointed. But it's the only way I can get you to hear me out."

Kyle looked away, ‘I just wish you would have talked to me about this and not somebody else. Maybe it would have been different if you had,’ he told the older boy as he looked away from him. Taehyung still hadn’t let him go. He was still pressing him against a building in an alleyway, standing kilometers away from him.

"I wished I talked to you instead of making the choice I have made. But I didnt, and I'll have to live with that for the rest of my life. But I just wanted you to know the truth." Taehyung said before letting Kyle go. "Again, I'm sorry for everything." He said softly before back up and turning around to walk away. He was sure that Kyle didnt want to talk to him, so he made it easier for himself to leave.

Kyle sagged against the wall. He stayed there watching Taehyung leave until he could no longer see him. Once the older was gone, he sunk down to the ground. He pulled his knees up to his chest and buried his face into his arms. He stayed like that until he felt a hand on his shoulder, he looked up to see Wendy, ‘Wendy...’

Wendy eyes soften at the boy. "I overheard the whole thing. I'm so sorry. I know that you are hurt, but Taehyung is also hurting too. I think you two should try to work things out, at least be friends. But know that me and the girls are here for you."

He nodded, thanking her as he wiped away his tears, ‘that means a lot Wendy. I really appreciate that but I don’t know about fixing things. I don’t know if I can. I never stopped loving him but I don’t know...’

"We can help you, but honestly I think the first step that you can do is tell Taehyung that you accept his apology and that you want try to mend things." Wendy suggested. She wiped his tears away before holding her hand out to help him up

He took her hand and stood up with her help, ‘I just don’t know if I can trust him again. What if we mend things and if comes to that day again and he leaves me standing there by myself again? I can’t go through that again. It was too painful the first time.’

"I don't think you have to worry about that happening again. I'm sure he knows the hell it brought to you and I'm sure he doesn't want to hurt you again. But to make sure that doesn't happen again, just take your time. Don't jump back into a relationship with him. Just start out as being friends until you are ready to date again."

Kyle nodded. He followed Wendy back to the other girls, ‘I’m sorry for lying to you about Haley but I couldn’t be in the same room with him at the time. It was a quick excuse to run. I’m sorry.’

"It's okay, we totally understand. We won't do that again." Irene said and went to hug him, followed by the other girls.

Taehyung was sitting in his room, scrolling through his phone, hoping that Kyle would message him.

He hugged them all back, ‘you guys didn’t know so it’s okay. Do you guys maybe want to go back to my place. Watch Netflix and eat ice cream. I think I need a night to think before I text him.’

"Yes of course!" Joy squealed in excitement. "Come on, lets go shopping to pick up some junk food and drinks." Seulgi suggested.

He smiled lightly and let Wendy and Joy take his hands and walk with him and the other girls to the supermarket to pick up any and all kinds of junk food and drinks which ranged from candy to ice cream and chips and soda to alcohol.

"I think we have all that we need, don't you think girls? Yerin suggested with a giggle with everyone nodded in agreement, laughing as well. "Let's go pay for this stuff so we can pig out on some junk food and watch movies."

Kyle smiled, ‘how did I get so lucky with you guys?’ He smiled, ‘you guys are the best,’ he told them, distracting them enough so he could pay but he really meant what he said to them.

"Oh hush, this was already a thing before it happen." Wendy joked, knowing that he was distracting them so he could pay, but decided to let it slide. "It was destiny." Joy added.

Kyle smiled as the cashier handed him back his card. He got a few smacks for distracting them and a few comments, ‘ouch what were those for?’
