Even after Jason unwrapped his arm from her waist, Savannah laid there, wide eyed and terrified. It felt like a trap to get up and go use the bathroom - what was Jason’s ulterior motive? She wasn’t so sure that she wanted to know. So she laid there for a moment longer until Jason nudged her toward the edge of the bed. Savannah practically flew out of the bed then, rushing toward the bathroom.

Jason’s words stopped her dead in her tracks, her eyes going wide as she glanced back to Jason. She opened her closed her mouth, several times over before she finally gave a tiny nod of her head. She turned, disappearing into the bathroom.

Savannah spent as long as she could in the bathroom, not wanting to face a phone call to her family. It wasn’t until Jason called out to her that she came back into the main area of the hotel room, her arms wrapped around herself. She inched toward the bed, reluctantly sitting down. She eyed the phone that Jason offered to her, reluctantly taking it from him.

Savannah’s fingers flew over the screen, dialing her mother’s phone. Clamping her eyes shut, Savannah sniffled as she waited for her mother to answer. “H-Hi, Mom,” Savannah paused as she cleared her throat. “It’s me. I just.. I wanted to call you. Tell you that I’m.. I’m doing good. But I found someone that’s really..” she paused for just a moment, her face scrunching. “Special. And I want to spend some time with them before I come back home. It’s going to be a little while before I get there. Okay?” Savannah refused to look at Jason, wanting nothing mroe than to cry as hse listened to her mother.

Jason got up from the bed after Savannah disappeared into the bathroom. He looked towards his cellphone lying on the night stand, before grabbing it and wondering if he was making smart decisions. It didn’t matter if she used his phone to make the call to her parents, he was taking her to a movie premiere later in the evening. Her face would be plastered everywhere, all over social media, in magazines, on television… It wouldn’t be a secret who she was with which is why he had to be careful.

He tossed the phone down on the bed and went over to the couch where his luggage had been thrown. He rifled through it to find something to wear and once he was dressed that’s when he decided Savannah was taking to long in the bathroom.

“Savannah? What are you trying to do, escape through the little window?” His laugh was loud enough to travel to the bathroom. “Get out here!”

She finally appeared, coming out of the hallway, her arms wrapped around her small body in an effort to comfort herself. Jason picked the phone up and handed it to her, reminding her not to say anything stupid, or else. He watched as she trembled, reaching out to take the phone. Once her mother picked up, the first sounds out of her mouth were almost sobs, her voice stammering. Jason could feel himself start to get annoyed by it, but he walked over and ran his hands through her hair to keep himself calm.

He couldn’t help but feel so pleased with himself when she finally hung up on the call. “Your acting skills need a little bit of work, Savannah.” His hands softly running through her hair turned into him wrapping the delicate strands around his fist and yanking on it until she cried out, finally letting loose of his anger. “You better get it together before the premiere tonight. Can’t have you crying or shaking in front of the cameras, can we?”

Savannah flinched as Jason reached out to begin running his fingers through her hair. She bit back a whimper at the sensation, unable to deny just how uncomfortable it made her. She knew he wasn’t doing it to be kind. Hell, she was sure it was some sort of mind game that he was playing on her. He seemed to enjoy torturing her, both physically and mentally.

Swallowing thickly after she hung up the phone, Savannah dropped the phone beside her. She bit down on her bottom lip, only to cry out as Jason yanked her head backward. Tears welled in her eyes as she made eye contact with him, shakily reaching to set her hands on his wrist. “J-Jason. Please. ‘M sorry,” she croaked, whining as his grip seemed to tighten in her hair. She let out a shaky breathe, trying to figure out what to say to him that could at least distract him from his anger temporarily.

“I-I... I don’t have anything to wear. For tonight,” she started, panic filling her as she realized she had absolutely nothing at all that could be suitable for a movie premiere. “Especially b-because of... the... m-marks,” she tried to add, whimpering at the fear that flooded her system. “People will ask questions and I don’t... don’t want them to get suspicious. You know?” Savannah added, praying that she could somehow weasel her way out of going with him. If she could just get some time alone... she could figure out a way to get free.

“Oh, don’t worry about that. I’ve already thought of everything.” Jason stood up, finally releasing her hair from his grip. He could feel the excitement starting to bubble up inside of him. The fun was just about to begin. “What kind of a gentleman would I be if I didn’t get my date a mind blowing dress to wear? We’re going to go shopping.” He knew the sickeningly twisted smile that was rising to his face had to be enough to turn to her stomach.

Heading over to the dresser, he leaned against it and gave Savannah a good look over. Luckily, he hadn’t given her any black eyes or anything like that, but she did have some bruising along her arms and collars. “Trust me, no one will ask.” He could see the mix of fear and distaste in her eyes. Not one member of his team would ask about any bruises and whatever clothing store they decided to visit, he would make sure it would be empty and the owner would know better than to ask.

“So, let’s get ready, shall we?” He clapped his hands together and tossed her one of his own hoodies, knowing it would cover any bruising she had anyway. He couldn’t wait to get her out in public, that would be the real fun. Out in public, Savannah would have no choice but to pretend to really like him, otherwise she wouldn’t like what would happen in private.

Savannah swallowed thickly, giving a timid nod of her head when Jason told her not to worry. Of course she was going to but the even more pressing matter at the moment was the way he was speaking to her. The way he promised no one would ask about any marks on her skin. how was it that he had a whole team of people that weren't going to care or question? The thought turned her stomach, it made her outraged for all the women that had come before her and... she prayed not the ones that would come after her. She didn't know how she was going to do it but she was going to have to find a way out of this. Perhaps when they went to the movie premiere, she could find someone to help her. They would be around thousands of people, there was no way that Jason could keep her quiet. Was there?

Catching Jason's hoodie, Savannah was quick to slide it over her frame. She pulled on her shorts as well before sliding her feet into her shoes. She couldn't even begin to explain just how nervous she was because Savannah wasn't stupid. If she acted out now, before she was guaranteed help, Jason wouldn't take her to the premiere. She knew that she had to play this right if she wanted any chance at freedom.

Savannah shoved her hands into the hoodie, lowering her head. She tensed as Jason pulled open the hotel room door. How was Jason expecting her to act? THere was no way he could expect her to act happy and in love with him, was there? Shuddering at the thought, Savannah chewed on her bottom lip as she continued to follow him out of the hotel.

Leading Savannah out of the hotel through one of the side exits, the black shiny rental Jason's team had acquired was already waiting on them, a driver waiting patiently with the back door opened. Jason placed his hand on the small of Savannah's back before helping her into the car. He headed in after her, sliding towards her once he had the door shut. "Aren't you just so excited for tonight?"

The car began rolling, heading in the direction of their destination. Jason wasn't sure of what dress store they were going to and he didn't care. Everything was always taken care of for him. "Now listen, tonight at the premiere you better be on your best behavior." He wrapped his arm back around her waist, pulling her towards him until she was shoved right up against him. He began to twirl a strand of her hair around his finger. "And just so you know it's not an empty threat, I've handed my phone over to my legal team and they're tracking the location of your mother's home... from the call earlier."

He was sure that was all Savannah needed to here. If she did absolutely anything at the Aquaman premiere, it was unimaginable what he would have done to her family. But if it wasn't, he leaned in close to her ear and whispered, "I will always be able to find you."

Savannah's thoughts were racing a mile a minute as she sat beside Jason in the rental car. She swallowed thickly, staring down at her lap as she wrung her fingers together. She flinched when Jason pulled her tight against him. She hardly listened to his first words, only cluing into his comment about giving his phone over to his legal team. The color drained from her features as she looked up, fear settling into her form. "N-No.. please. I-" she stuttered, trying desperately to sort her thoughts out but all she could do was stare up at Jason dumbly. She opened and closed her mouth several times over, her stomach twisted into a firm knot.

Savannah let out a choked whimper, shaking her head frantically. She hated herself for even wanting to reason with him but Savannah was completely under his control. If she said no to him or acted out in any way... she had no clue about what Jason would do to her family but it wouldn't be pleasant. It would be used as a punishment for her. She was sure of it.

Shuddering, Savannah wrapped her arms around herself as she turned away. "P-Please. d-don't.. I.. I'll be good. J-Just.. just don't hurt them. Please. I.. not them," she whimpered, tears welling in her eyes. Savannah reached up hurriedly, wiping away the tears before they could fall. "Jason.. please." She let out a shaky breathe, wrapping her fingers into the fabric of his shirt. "I promise."

Jason enjoyed watching the tears pool in the girls eyes before they trickled down her face in rows. Her whole body trembled, her face flushing of all color. The smile didn't leave his face until Savannah gripped his shirt tightly in her hands.

He slapped her across the face, watched as she cowered away from him. Straightening his shirt out, he ran a hand through his long hair, pulling out a few tangles. "Dry up those tears before we get to the shop." His voice came out ridged and dry. "Remember to smile. You love me remember."

Jason had always gotten away with this. He was rich enough that it was easy. Four women had came before Savannah. Three were still alive, being paid off to keep quiet and the fourth had been brutally murdered. So instead, her family was being paid to help soften their loss. He felt cocky now at this point, completely assure of himself, completely assure that he would never be caught.

When they arrived at the clothing store, he pulled Savannah up straight and glared into her eyes. "If you know what's good for you, be happy."

Savannah yelped, flinching backward when Jason reached out to smack her. Tears welled in her eyes as she reached up, wiping away her tears as Jason glared at her. She shrunk backwards, squeezing her eyes shut as she listened to him. She gave a small nod of her head, biting down on the inside of her lip as she frantically tried to stop her tears. The thought of truly angering Jason terrified her. Right now, he was just annoyed. But if she managed to screw up this shopping trip or during the premiere? She didn't even want to think about what would happen to her. Or her family.

Biting back a whimper when Jason dragged her closer, Savannah looked up to him reluctantly. She could only convince herself to give another nod of her head. She was completely petrified and she was sure that Jason had to know that. She wondered if he was finding joy in the knowledge.

Savannah let out a shaky breathe as she scooted to the door, carefully climbing out. Savannah took a deep breathe, looking up when Jason wrapped an arm around her waist. Savannah forced a smile to her face, knowing that she had to remain strong at the moment. If she lost it, she'd end up punished. She kept the smile on her face as they approached the store, only letting it falter when they finally stepped into the shop.

"I should get something with sleeves," Savannah spoke gently, glancing toward Jason to see if her approved of her comment. She wouldn't so much as look toward a dress if Jason didn't want her to. She was properly terrified of him.

Jason glanced towards Savannah and barely made a grunting noise in agreement. He crossed his arms over his chest and started wandering around the store. It was completely empty as he requested, even the employees had been removed from the premises. His management would pay for whatever they wanted after they had left. Jason had a reputation to keep up, he was happy and so friendly and giving, after all.

That's how he portrayed himself, after all.

"Find something you like." Jason spoke as he mindlessly walked over to waiting area. In the center of the lobby were three black curry couches with mirrors surrounding them. He gestured to the mirrors with a smirk on his face before taking a seat. "You can model them for me." He knew it would make her uncomfortable, flaunting around in front of him after all the things he had done.

    {i got way too far down the rabbit hole of dresses... oops }

Savannah felt her heart skip a beat when all he did was grunt in response to her suggestion. She hardly knew Jason at all; was her suggestion good or bad? She couldn't quite read him yet. All she really knew was that it seemed like anything that she did seemed to piss him off. If it wasn't for the fact that her mother's well being was being held over her head, Savannah didn't know if she'd even be able to keep it together.

Standing in the middle of the room, Savannah looked around anxiously. What would Jason prefer? She thought plenty of the dresses were pretty but she didn't care one way or another if Jason ended up disliking one. She just didn't want to piss him off again. The bruises littering her body were proof enough that she needed to keep him happy with her.

Eventually deciding on a few different options that she thought were pretty and that Jason would enjoy. It was the only thing running through her mind as she stepped into the dressing room. She tried on a few different dresses for Jason. She flaunted each of them, her eyes not quite reaching Jason's each time that she came out of the dressing room.

Chewing on the inside of her lip, Savannah didn't dare look up. "W-Which do you like?" Savannah paused, clearing her throat. "Or did you want me to try on a few more?"

( Laughing also I apologize that last reply was so shitty I had been falling asleep )

Jason barely gave her any attention each time she came out of the dressing room, strutting down the center of the room towards where he sat. She would twirl and lift up the bottom of the dress and swish it around herself but Jason never saw. He would hear the door open and glance up just long enough to make sure the dress covered up everything that cameras didn't need to see.

Placing the magazine he had been reading down back on the table, Jason stood up and stretched a little before walking a complete circle around Savannah, paying much more attention to this dress. It was a silver, smokey gray color with see through bits and embellishments all along the torso, arms and chest. Jason quickly grabbed the collar of the dress, wondering why he couldn't see the bruises along her arms. It was obvious once he was touching it, the inside had been lined with a skin tone colored fabric. He let it go almost instantly and backed away.

"If that's the one you like then it's fine." Jason didnt need to be a dick every waking moment of his life. He only got off on beating on women mostly behind closed doors and when he was in the mood. But that didn't mean he would be sweet.

    {it's okay! XD }

Savannah's breathe caught in the back of her throat when Jason set down the magazine that he'd been reading. Her heart was racing and she had to brace herself as he approached - afraid to flinch or otherwise show that she was afraid of him in front of the shop's owner. Savannah swallowed thickly, biting back a whimper as he grabbed at the collar. All she could bring herself to do was give a tiny nod of her head when he spoke again.

Forcing herself to look up, Savannah cleared her throat. She forced a smile to her face, praying like hell that she was managing to please Jason. It made her sick that she even wanted to make him happy but the alternative didn't seem like a pleasant option. "I'm going to go change," she paused, wetting her bottom lip with her tongue.

Once she was settled back in Jason's sweater and her shorts, Savannah appeared in front of Jason with the dress back on its hanger. "Should we go?" She asked in a quiet voice. She gave him a weak smile, running her fingers through her hair. It wasn't until they were back in the rental vehicle that Savannah found the courage to speak again. Her eyes were locked on her lap, her fingers twisting together. "Should I just... just plan to keep my hair down for the premiere? Or.. or what would you prefer?"

Jason sat looking almost to big to be comfortable in the back seat of this car. His head almost touched the ceiling. "I have someone that will come and do your hair and make up." It all came out in a grumble. Jason crossed his legs and then finally looked up at Savannah. "Listen, you will do as I say. Just act happy and natural at the party. We're going to have fun, after all."

He brushed his fingers over Savannah's cheek, his rough hand gliding over her soft and smooth skin. He could tell in her eyes that would be nearly impossible for her. She was so emotional. "You know, some girls before you continued to love me even after I ...well, you know." He grew sheepish, unable to admit what he had done. "I'm sure you can too." A devilish smirk replaced the innocent blush that colored his cheeks. Jason leaned in towards Savannah's face, until his lips were pressed against her ear. "I've only had to kill two, after all."

His voice came out in a grave whisper. So deep and emotionless that Savannah had to know he wasn't joking. He wasn't laughing and goofing around. Hopefully she also knew that he didn't care to make it three.

Savannah visibly curled in on herself when Jason grumbled his reply. She stared at her lap, her heart feeling like it was ready to beat right out of her chest as Jason started to speak, more clearly this time. She gulped, nodding at his words. she didn't want to agree to his demands but she wasn't about to say no to him. Savannah knew what happened if she angered Jason and that was just about the last thing she ever wanted to do.

Flinching as Jason brushed his fingers against her skin, Savannah bit down on her bottom lip to keep from saying anything as he spoke. She wanted to argue with him, tell him it wasn't a good idea for her to go with him but she wasn't brave enough to. His words made her skin crawl, a nearly silent whimper escaping from her when Jason whispered in her ear. A chill ran down her spine as she squeezed her eyes shut. She couldn't remember the last time that she had seen a woman join Jason at such an evening, what did that mean for her?

Surely Jason had to be pleased with her then, right? Savannah was quiet for a long moment, chewing on her bottom lip. She didn't know how he would react to her question but she hoped it wasn't too wrong of her to ask. "I-I.. I don't remember a woman joining you before... w-what.. what does it.. mean?" Savannah's voice was barely above a whisper, hoping that it meant that Jason wasn't exactly planning to make her the third.

Jason was still lingering over her, his arm propped up comfortably across the backseat headrest, his hand draping over her shoulder, his fingers barely touching her. His mouth was still barely inches away from her ear, he hadn't moved since he had whispered. He wanted to make her uncomfortable, he loved to see women squirm underneath of him.

But he was surprised by her question. He hadn't anticipated it because he was used to his playthings being all caught up in the murderous details. Savannah was looking deeper into it than he much cared for. Jason stifled his surprise and slowly leaned back, keeping the smirk on his face. "What do you think it means? You have a chance tonight to show me you can live this kind of a life with a smile on your face.... Or, you'll have to disappear."

It had been almost two years since Jason stepped out to an event with a woman on his side- costar's and other celebrities excluded. They were always tests. They had been victims he had exceptionally liked for one reason or another, but he knew he couldn't risk keeping them long term if he couldn't trust them to be seen out in public. It was to risky to try and keep a kidnapped victim for longer than a week. Usually he played it safe, a one night stand where he'd be a little rough and if they were okay with it, then a weekend where he would really rough them up. He'd send them home with a pocket full of cash to keep quiet and threats of how he'd be watching them. But sometimes a girl catches his eye that he just instantly feels the urge to own them and break them.

Savannah was unluckily the third girl to ever really catch his eye.

"So remember, your life kind of depends on tonight." He said it so casually, a smile on his face as he relaxed back into the seat.

Savannah's body had tensed each time his fingers brushed against her shoulder. She wanted nothing more than to sit down and cry because she was beginning to realize just how helpless her situation was. Even if she outed Jason to the world when she was at the premiere tonight, Jason would get to her mother. Savannah had no idea what he would do but she was sure it would be horrible. She swallowed thickly, giving a stiff nod of her head. It was all she could bring herself to offer when Jason answered her question. She had still thought that there was a chance she could get out of this arrangement but if Jason wanted to show her to the world. Her stomach twisted into an uncomfortable knot as she stared out of the window.

Sniffling at Jason's words, Savannah reached up and rubbed her eyes. She felt like she was going to be sick. How was she going to to survive? If she didn't please Jason, he had already made it abundantly clear what would happen to her. But how long could she put up with what Jason did to her? He'd been relatively... kind to her for most of the day today but she knew this act wouldn't last forever. Savannah wasn't stupid, Jason would hurt her again. One way or another.

Opening and closing her mouth several times, Savannah couldn't bring herself to look in Jason's direction. "How... um, how long do you want me to.. stay with.. you?" Savannah forced the words out, trying her best to remain calm as she spoke. She prayed that she didn't come across as being too eager to leave Jason because she was sure that would end up angering him. Dropping her gaze to her lap, Savannah twisted her fingers together in her lap.

Jason was relishing in the satisfaction of watching Savannah squirm. Her small body was tensed in fear and she couldn't even get a sentence out without stumbling all over her words. "Until I'm bored of you." He smiled, resting his hand over hers. Her fingers picked at each other, her hands writhing in her lap, but he stopped it the moment his hand blanketed hers. Jason left her with that, knowing that answer probably left her with a lot more questions. He could feel the way her whole body was trembling.

She wouldn't be leaving him alive.

It wasn't long before their car arrived back at the hotel Jason was staying at. "We don't have much time. You'll need to be ready for makeup in about an hour." He climbed out of the car and went around to open Savannah's door, offering her his hand. It lingered in the air for a little longer than he would've liked, so he shifted his gaze down to glare at her before sticking his hand out a little further. "What are you waiting for?"

Sometimes he didn't understand the girls he gave his attention to. He was giving her the experience of a lifetime and at what cost? Some rough sex and a little tough love? That seemed like a good arrangement to him, after all, he could give her whatever she wanted. Why couldn't they see that? Instead, all they ever did was cry and act like abused puppies. Jason took her hand abruptly and pulled her out of the car. "Is it hard to show me a little appreciation?" He whispered into her ear, his arm snaking around her waist as he guided her to the lobby.

(Sorry for being MIA. I needed a break after the holidays. Cool )
