Thor walked down to Loki’s cell with a vial, containing the love potion their mother had gotten from a friend of hers. Love could save his brother. It was the one he has craved above all else since he was a child. If he took this, one of two things would happen, he would find his soul mate and his soul mate would love him back or he would meet his soul mate and that person wouldn’t return his feelings. He hoped it was the first because mother said if it was the second, they could lose Loki to more hate. He knew it was a risk but if this could save his brother, it was worth the risk.

He just had to convince him to take the liquid but he was hoping with their father agreeing to pardon Loki and give him his freedom, he would take that in exchange for drinking the love potion.

Loki heard footsteps coming near his cell. He instantly knew that the moving feet belonged to his brother, Thor, because didnt have much of a quiet presence. He also knew the sound pattern of Thor's feet, but not by choice but because of boredom.

Loki sighed when he was now facing his brother. He wasnt thrilled to see him either. "To what pleasure do I owe this visit?" Loki asked with sarcasm, not even bothering to look up at the long, blond hair man in front of him.

‘I have a proposition for you Loki. I come here to offer you your freedom exchange for you drinking this,’ Thor told Loki before opening his hand to show the vial to his brother. Loki arched an eyebrow and told him you really expect me to drink that when I don’t know what’s in it.

‘It is a love potion Loki. It will help you find the right path again. Brother you are going down the wrong path,’ he told him. Loki just gave him a smirk and told him he was wrong to which Thor retaliated by telling him, ‘I didn’t know you would be scared to drink a little love potion brother.’

Loki stood and biased out, ‘I don’t know why I would drink it if I am not getting anything for it.’

‘I told you your freedom and not just that but you will be pardoned for your crimes. You will not just be an escaped prisoner on the run but you will but still a prince of Asgard. You have my word brother. You know I do not lie.’

Loki looked between Thor and the vial in his hand, skeptically. He really wanted his freedom but he wasnt sure if he could trust his brother or anyone for that matter.

"What if it doesnt work? What will you do? Send me back to prison?" He had to know if the risk was worth it or not.

‘I told you Loki, you will be pardoned for your crimes. You will no longer be a criminal but still a prince. You will not be thrown back in jail for the crimes you committed to be here. Brother you know I have never lied and I will not start now.’

Loki glared at his brother for a moment, but the blonde man was right, he hadn't lied to him before. However, he still felt uneasy about the proposal. Dropping his eyes and looked away. "Fine." He sighed as he agreed to the deal, but still wouldnt look at his brother.

Thor went to the back of the cell and unlocked it before holding it open for Loki. When the younger walked out, he gave the vial to his brother. Once Loki had taken the liquid, he took him back into the palace, ‘you are free loki. You may stay here or go wherever you choose. It’s up to you. I meant what I said brother, you have your freedom and you have been pardoned.’

Loki looked at his brother in the eyes to see if they would show any signs of deviousness, but they didnt and Loki looked away. "Thank you brother. I think it's best that I dont stay here. I need a fresh start." He said and then left the palace.

Tony didn’t like waking up in the mornings and what this day worse was the fact that one it was Monday and two he had gotten drunk the day before so now he has a hangover. When he looked over at the clock, it read 1 pm. Who got up at 1pm, who wanted to after a night of drinking as much as he did. He pulled himself out of bed not to long later and went into the kitchen to make himself a nice cup of sugar saturated dark coffee. He didn’t even notice Loki was in his kitchen at first but when he did, he turned and looked at him, staring. What the hell was he doing in his house?
