The waitress brought their drinks over and placed them down in front of them, ‘is there anything else I can do for you, while you wait for your food,’ she looked at Annie as much as she did Steve.

-skip few months later-

Annie was lying on her back smiling as she looked at the ceiling it has been six months. She and Steve were dating and she was happy, while their relationship was sometimes difficult because he was away. He would always write her and she’d write back, like what people did before technology existed.

He smiled, ‘I’m so happy you helped me learn this thing so I can at least talk to you while I’m away but I miss you. Your smile, laugh, everything,’ he blushed. He still blushes around her and when he talks to her. He doesn’t think he’ll ever stop and he doesn’t mind.
