Her back was pressed against the exterior wall of the tavern. The moon was already hanging high above her head, surrounded by a mass of twinkling stars. Tears crawled down her face hearing the men's laughter echoing inside. Bunny could still feel their hands...all over her. The coins the old man had slipped into her dress pocket weighed heavy as she forced herself to push away from the wall and move along. For your service, he had told her, knowing full well she hadn't been offering what they had taken.
Sometimes she ran errands for the barkeep for bread, but never again. She'd never step food inside another tavern. Her hands held on to fistfuls of her skirt as she sniffled, walking through the dark, almost abandoned streets of the city. Searching for anywhere she felt was safe enough to rest her head. A back alley, underneath an empty vendor stall, the church steps. Bunny never thought this would be her life. Her father had made amazing money as the kingdoms blacksmith, everyone loved him... But now that he was gone, no one seemed to care or remember he had a daughter.
Sinking down onto a bench outside of the cathedral, Bunny laid down on her side and wrapped her arms around her torso. The relief knowing she had money to get something to eat in the morning did little to stop the aching she felt between her legs. It didn't help her forget the dried semen on her thighs.
Bunny had barely closed her eyes before she beard the clinking of guards armor. You've gotta be kidding me... Tears welled in her eyes again as she forced herself to get up off the bench, quickly running to hide behind one of the pillars leading up to the steeple. Guards always gave the homeless a hard time, especially when it came to them sleeping out on the streets. Especially homeless omega. Knights didn't much care because it wasn't their job to, but still, Bunny hadn't stopped to check who it had been.
