Sophia wasn't even afraid anymore. The fear that she had initially felt when she was first brought to the warehouse. She had first been in the front, where the alphas stepped inside first. She should have sold in the first few weeks of being there - an unclaimed omega that was up for sale? But she hadn't. And she found herself in the far back, in a cage so small that she couldn't stand. She could even sit up, the most that she could even do was move to her hands and knees. The cage had become her home for the past four months, only able to leave when the slavers decided that she needed to be sprayed down because she had gotten too filthy. A filthy omega would never sell, no matter how unclaimed they were.
She curled into a tight ball, in the corner of the cage as far from the door to it that she could get. Sophia winced as she shifted slightly, the ground uncomfortable for her to lay on. She wasn't even sure that she could stand on her own two feet if an alpha demanded her to. How was she supposed to stand, if she hadn't properly stood for more than a few minutes at a time, once a week, if she was lucky?
Sophia blinked dumbly when she heard footsteps not too far away from her cage. She was in the far corner, if she looked to the side she could see other omegas who had been here just as long as she had, if not longer. None of them moved when the light in the room turned on, only closing their eyes because any more energy just was not feasibly. Sophia wondered if she was going to be fed soon, was that why she heard footsteps? Perhaps it was... but her heart sank when she realized it wasn't a single pair of wet, but two. Only one person ever came to toss scraps at them, every few days.
She tensed, pressing herself further against the bars of the cage. Sophia had no clue what was coming. The stench from the warehouse the only thing that she could detect. She couldn't even pick up on the scents of the alphas that contained her anymore, Her stomach rolled as she buried her face against her arm, just wishing that maybe she would get relief soon. Sophia was so, so tired.
