Henry's face only continued to twist in anger as Sadie pressed herself against the bars and kept crying. He stepped into the cage, take only a couple large strides before he stood directly in front of her. "Already scared and nothing's even happened yet?" Henry raised his hand to the top of her towel, wringing his fingers into it before he stripped it from her body. She jerked and whined, her hands instantly going to try and hide her body from him. There wasn't much Sadie could do in this moment to help herself. Almost anything she could do would only serve in one way or another to piss Henry off more. The longer he just looked at her, the more angry he grew, seeing a pathetic excuse for an omega.

"Your goal in life should be to please an alpha, omega. How are you going to do that with a college degree and a career? You'd never have any time to keep the house in order." Henry tossed the towel to the floor behind him, before turning his attention fully back to Sadie. Tears were pooling in her eyes and for a second, he felt more angry at himself. He hadn't been a proper alpha, he had let his wife and omega ruin their pup. "I'm sorry, I've failed you as an alpha..." Henry's voice dropped, his hand running up her arm up, over her shoulder until he could cup her throat. "I'm going to start making up for that right now."

If he had just been stricter with her mom, if he had only forced her to be the perfect role model for their pup... He could only blame himself. He was willing to admit that much. His thumb stroked over her skin, before his grip tightened on her throat, slowly applying more and more pressure. His eyes ran down her trembling body, and before he knew it, his free hand was roaming up her side, sliding up her curves. "isn't there any part of you that feels the urge to give in to your instincts?"

Sadie could practically taste the anger in Henry's scent. It was an unfamiliar thing that she certainly hadn't been able to get used to before. She squirmed, trying to get even closer to the cage as Henry neared her. She flinched as Henry reached for her towel. "P-Please, Dad, I-" she whined as the towel was torn from her body. Her arms wrapped around her chest as she squeezed her thighs together, desperate to conceal herself from his wandering hands. She shook her head at his words, turning her head to the side in an attempt to wipe her tears off on her shoulder. She didn't want to move her arms away, not wanting any chance of Henry touching her.

Her breathing quickened when Henry's fingers found her throat, the colour draining from her features. "D-Daddy," she whimpered, her bottom lip wobbling as she let out a quiet sob. She shook her head, reaching one of her hands up to try and peel his fingers away from her throat while trying to maintain some of her modesty. "St-Stop," she protested, slumping against the cage. Sadie tried to arch away from Henry's touch, desperate to get away from his travelling fingers. It felt so wrong for Henry to be the one touching her in the way an alpha was supposed to. Sadie wondered if she would have reacted differently if the alpha that was with her wasn't him. It only felt so wrong because it was her father.

Sadie trembled as Henry spoke to her. "P-Please," she whined, flinching as she tried to inhale. Each breath that she took made her struggle more, her face slowly starting to turn a deeper shade of red.

The way Sadie's body squirmed and thrashed about to try and get away from him only made him want to hang on tighter. Henry pressed his body against hers, squishing her against the bars of the cage so he could feel her body wiggle against his. Blood was rushing to his cock, he could feel it hardening, pressing against his jeans. The more she begged and cried, the more turned on he became, but also the more his anger spiked. It seemed she wasn't listening to him at all. If she wanted him to stop, if she wanted out, she had to obey, and she wasn't.

"You're still trying to tell me no, omega?" Henry growled, his hand sliding around her waist and roaming down over the curve of her ass. He loosened the grip he held on her throat, but only to bash her head back against the bars of the cage. "Do you not fucking listen, Sadie?" The volume of his voice rose as he forced himself to step away from his daughter. He couldn't do that to her. So instead, he gave into his anger. Grabbing her by the arm, he gave her no time to get over the pain throbbing in the back of her skull before he tossed her onto the ground. He could throw her around so easily, like she was a little doll.

He walked over to where she laid on the floor and stared down at her. "You're certainly book smart, but you can't figure out how to be a good omega? Is that education helping you now, Sadie?" Henry yelled at her, his boot colliding with her ribs, twice, back to back. If he couldn't kiss and touch all over her and make her realize why she'd want to please an alpha, how good it could feel... Then he'd have to beat her into submission.

There was no way for Sadie to hide her fear as Henry's hand wrapped around her waist. She squeezed her eyes shut, praying that this would be over fast. She was sure she knew what was coming so when Henry slammed her head back into the bars of the cage, her body slumped as she cried out. Sadie started to reach up to hold the back of her head, hardly even paying attention to the fact that Henry was yelling at her. Before she could even cup the back of her head, Henry was throwing her on the floor. She yelped as she hit the ground, letting out a broken sob as she started to cry. What little composure she had managed to keep was gone as she tried to push herself away from Henry.

Sadie had curled into a ball, only for Henry to close the distance between them. "D-Da-" the word was cut short as Henry's boot connected with her side. Sure, she had hurt herself before. She had felt pain before but this was nothing compared to Henry kicking her several times over. Her body wracked with sobs as she curled into a tighter ball, trying to protect herself from any more blows. Sadie cowered as Henry stood over her. She lifted her head and glanced toward him but she couldn't see more than his outline, her tears had blurred her vision entirely.

"P-Pl..Please," Sadie begged, shaking her head as she whined. "S-Stop, I'm sorry!"

Henry didn't hear her apology, only her demanding he stop. His vision was going red, but he had never intended on hurting his daughter so badly. He thought she'd be easy to reform, but he was wrong. Reaching down to tangle his fist into her hair, Henry pulled her up on her feet, and forced her to look into his eyes. "You don't tell me what to do, little one." Her breathing sounded more like strangled wheezes and he wondered if he could've fractured or broken some ribs. She'd be fine.

Tossing her back onto her nest, Henry took a deep breath and turned away to the cage door. "You don't seem very hungry," he declared, walking slowly back out of the cage, before turning back around and locking the door in place. He knew that couldn't be true, that she had to be starving after being left alone for three to four days straight. "We will try again tomorrow, hmm?" His hands lingered on the bars as he looked back up at Sadie. She was already trying to hide herself among the blankets and sheets, embarrassed and terrified. He had gotten so worked up, his hair was disheveled and his body was quaking from anger. He needed to shower before her mother returned home and wondered what was bothering him.

"Maybe by then, you'll be more willing to behave and then I can reward you with a meal, omega." The sigh that left his lips sounded defeated. Henry didn't want this to take very long. The longer it took, the longer he had to push back his other plans... And he had never been a very patient man. He looked down at Sadie once more before he turned away and stomped up the basement stairs.

Sadie could barely support herself on her legs as Henry dragged her to her feet. She choked on a sob as she listened to him. Each breath that she took seemed to hurt worse than the one before, her tears falling steadily. Sadie winced with every movement, only to yelp as she was thrown backward, into the nest. The fabric of the hammock dug into her ribs and made her whine as she arched away from it before twisting around so that she was laying on her other side. Vaguely, Sadie heard Henry mention trying again for food later but she was trying to hide in her blankets, absolutely terrified of how Henry was acting.

Completely and utterly exhausted, it wasn't long before she fell asleep, wrapped up in her blankets. Even when Sadie awoke hours later, she didn't move from her spot on the hammock. Her head was throbbing and when she reached back to touch her head, there was an evident goose egg. Whimpering as she pulled away from her fingertips, Sadie sagged against the hammock. She had glanced down to her side and noticed how bruised up it was. THe bruise took up most of her side, Henry's boot having made more of an impact that she even realized at first.

Sadie didn't so much as lift her head when she heard the basement door open the next day. What little energy she had had was gone. She hadn't eaten in nearly four days, had nothing to drink, and what little rest she had had been plagued by nightmares of Henry lashing out at her. Her body tensed, her breathing came in short, ragged bursts as Henry's footsteps neared her. She was sure that he was going to hurt her more because what else could he possibly have planned?

Henry took each step down back into the basement slowly and carefully. He held a plate of breakfast that Kelsey had made for him that morning before work. She was taking the absence of her pup so hard, it was difficult to be around her. "omega?" Henry called, flicking on one of the lights in the basement as he got to the last stair. He hoped that she'd be more willing to comply this time, not wanting to keep food away from her for yet another day. How long would it be until she was grovelling at his feet, begging to do as he said?

"I'm sure someone misses their mommy's cooking, hmm?" He asked, keeping his eyes away from her as he moved over to set her food down on a small chair in the corner. Close enough to where she could smell it and crave for it, but it was far out of her reach. She'd only get it if he gave it to her. That was something she had to learn. Alphas will always provide and care for their omegas, if they're good. He finally brought his blue eyes up to the cage, seeing Sadie curled up in the pile of blankets on the hammock. Exhaustion was all over her face, her eyes even looked pale in color. Her scent was fading, barely there and the sad scene was enough to feel like a punch to the gut but it was all necessary.

Sadie had to learn who was in charge.

Henry stepped up to the cage door and unlocked the padlock, allowing it to fall to the floor. The door swung open and he sighed, crossing his arms over his chest. "I know your hungry, sweetie. How badly do you want it?"

Sadie flinched when the light was flicked on. Her breath hitched as she flinched, terrified of what Henry was about to do to her. She felt tears come to her eyes. Sadie had shifted to the ground by the hammock from early on in the evening because she couldn't get comfortable with how badly her ribs ached. She gritted her teeth as she pressed herself back against the wall, trying to make herself as small as she could. Each step that Henry took made the pit open in her stomach. She was terrified, sure that Henry was about to hurt her again.

She had hardly gotten any rest the night before, completely exhausted but each breath that she took made her wince. Sadie wanted to sob at the sound of Henry's voice. Had this happened even a week ago, she wouldn't have been afraid. But here she was, shivering and shaking as Henry approached her cage. Would he hurt her again? Sadie didn't know and she certainly didn't want to find out either.

Sadie's eyes welled with tears as she curled up even tighter, her hand pressed into her side in an effort to ease the pain. She didn't know what she was supposed to say to him. Did he want an apology or did he just want to know she was going to do in the future? Sadie was torn, not sure of how she was supposed to respond to him. "I-I.. I'm.. s-sorry," was what she finally came up with. THe smell of her mother's cooking was enough to make her mouth water but she had little energy, she wasn't about to try and get to it. Without Henry giving it to her, Sadie realized she would go another day without food.

Henry was somewhat pleased with her apology, but he partially knew that it was just what Sadie thought would be enough. Moving into the cage, he closed the door behind him and slowly moved over to where she laid curled up on the floor. A couple of blankets were wrapped around her small frame and he could see the small admission of pain with each breath she took. His poor omega... Crouching down in front of her, he reached out and gently pushed her hair back away from her face. He also knew her surroundings weren't the most comfortable. "Don't worry, omega, this is only temporary." Henry was already scheming in his brain, planning out exactly what he intended to do about his wife, what he would do once he was sure Sadie was completely loyal and subservient to him... She wouldn't be cooped up in this little cage for very long, he hoped anyway.

On his knees in front of her, he leaned forward and pressed a little kiss to her forehead. He lingered in her space, close enough to revel in her scent. It was so intoxicating... He wondered how long it would be until she would be in heat. Knitting his brow together, he looked down towards her lips and grazed his tongue over his bottom lip. "Are you hungry, sweetie?" He asked, speaking slowly as he lingered in front of her. "Give daddy a kiss and I'll bring you your food, hmm?"

It was a little test, to see if she had learned anything yet. He hadn't been intending on living out his fantasies, but why not? This decision had changed his life, he could never just let her go. And now, he was already planning on ridding himself of his wife. Why? So Sadie could replace her? Would Sadie ever be broken enough to go along with it? His eyes fluttered open a bit more, as he looked up to meet her eyes. It was a heavy request, but he was almost sure she would give in. Running his fingers through her hair, he tilted his head to the side, his gaze fixed upon hers.

Sadie bit down on her bottom lip, silencing a whimper when Henry moved to kneel in front of her. Her entire body was tense, anticipating the worst as he neared her. Her eyes were trained on the floor, trying to keep herself calm as he brushed the hair out of her face. Tears burned the corners of her eyes as she took a shaky breath, wanting nothing more than to go upstairs and hide in her room where she could wrap herself up in her blankets. She only gave the tiniest nod when Henry told her not to worry. Sadie pressed back against the wall the closer that Henry got, the longer that he stayed so close to her. She felt sick to her stomach and she wanted to tell him to move away but she was too afraid to speak, choosing to stay silent instead.

Her gaze was lowered as Henry spoke to her, urging her to kiss him. Her stomach turned and a protest was on the tip of her tongue, right there... but it died before she could even speak, a hunger pain shooting through her. Sadie whined, curling up tighter for a moment before she had straightened back up. Sadie refused to meet his gaze as she leaned forward. Her lips brushed against his for the briefest moment before she pulled away, leaning back against the wall.

Sadie slumped, having such little energy that she didn't think that she could have given up any sort of fight if she had wanted to. "C-Can I.. can I have juice?" She croaked, her voice hoarse as her face scrunched up.

There almost hadn't been enough time for Henry to enjoy the small intimacy between the two of them. Almost in the exact moment as their lips met, she had pulled away, taking the sweet embrace from him before he could completely savor it. Still, he allowed her to shrink away from him, his tongue gently grazing over his bottom lip. He could almost still feel her. Even though it had been so short, it was still something and that was a good thing. She was doing as she was told. Tilting his head to the side, he looked across at her before he nodded. "Of course." It was a simple enough request, and she had been behaving so well. What kind of alpha would he be to not reward her?

Rising to his feet, Henry slowly backed out of the cage, his eyes still fixed on her. It was becoming more and more obvious why he was so upset. His little girl was growing up and he just couldn't cope with it. All he could remember were the days when she would call for him for every little thing. How many monsters had he chased away from under the bed? How many scraped knees did he bandage up? And now suddenly, as if in the blink of an eye, she just didn't need him anymore.

Leaving the cage door open, he moved over to the small chair in front of his desk, where he had left her breakfast. Bringing it back over to her, he sat it down in front of her before locking the cage door back. The last thing he needed was to forget and leave this damn thing open. He was sure he could win at a little game of chase, but he didn't really want to opt for it. "I'll be right back."

Heading up the stairs out of the basement, he left the door cracked open, hoping he'd be heading back down in a quick second. After searching the fridge for what Sadie had asked for, he quickly realized they were out. Cursing under his breath, he knew he'd have to run out. Luckily, there was a little grocery right around the corner. If Sadie hadn't given in so easily to his request for a kiss, he wouldn't feel the need to track her down exactly what she wanted. But she had, and so Henry felt the need to make sure she got what she asked for. Without much more thought to it, he grabbed the keys off of the table and was out the door before he could even realize it.

Henry returned home with more than just a couple litres of apple juice. A plastic bag was hanging off of his wrist, filled with things he'd never thought he'd be buying again in his life. It certainly hadn't been what he planned. It had happened so fast, he hadn't really thought about it. Moving through the little grocery store, he already had the juice in his hands when he passed the children's aisle. Before he knew, he was piling things into his arms.

Setting the bag down on the kitchen table, he pushed by the pacifiers and the diapers, to grab the sippy-cup. He told himself, they'd be helpful. He couldn't always be down there with her and she was locked up in the cage, with no bathroom. Filling the little cup with juice, he placed the jugs in the fridge and quickly grabbed the bag back off of the table. Turning back towards the basement door, he felt like a pit was opening in his stomach. This certainly wasn't something he expected to happen and he was almost certain he knew how Sadie would react.

Forcing himself to stand tall, perfect posture, he pushed the door open and headed back down into the basement. The stairs creaked under his feet, and he rubbed fingers into his palms, realizing how clammy they had become. "Sadie?" He called, keeping the sippy-cup to his side, mostly out of her sight. "I had to run out. We were out of juice, but I got it for you, sweetie." Dropping the bag by his feet, he unlocked the cage door and slowly stepped inside, making sure to securely shut it behind him. Turning, he lowered himself down to his knees again and hesitated before he reached his hand out, offering her the drink.

Sadie lifted her head, a frown forming on her face when she realized that Henry had shut the basement door after having moved around for a few moments. Was he not going to bring her a drink? Admittedly, her mouth was so dry that she wasn't sure she would be able to eat much but she wasn't about to deny the chance to eat a bit. She inched forward, toward the plate that Henry had left a few inches away from her. She haunched over it, deciding that she couldn't lift it long enough to be able to eat properly. Sadie ate rather slowly, wondering where Henry was. If she had had more energy, Sadie thought she might have yelled out but she was afraid of angering him. If she yelled too much, would Henry be angry with her?

When the basement door finally opened again, Sadie could have cried from relief. She was hopeful that he would have a drink for her because she was so thirsty she had only managed to work through about a third of the food before she gave up. Sadie looked up to Henry, giving a tiny nod of her head when he explained his disappearance. If he was bringing her something to drink, juice or not, Sadie would be happy. "T-Thank you," she stuttered, surprised that Henry had gone out of his way to get something for her. She had half expected him to return with water or milk maybe but he had gone out specifically for what she had asked for. Maybe Henry did still care for her.

A frown flashed across her face momentarily when Henry presented her with the sippy cup but she didn't say anything about it, deciding that it was probably just meant to be easier for her to drink from. So that a glass wouldn't get broken down here. Surely, that had to be it.

Sadie cleared the cup, pouting slightly when she pulled the cup from her mouth because she had finished the drink before she could even realize just how thirsty she still was. Sadie looked up to Henry with wide, pleading eyes as she held it back out to him. "C-Can I.. Can I have more? 'm thirsty..."

Henry felt his heart halt, it just ceased beating when he saw the frown flash across her face. He could already hear her questioning him, disgustingly demanding that she refused to drink out of it. So when she reached out, her fingers wrapping around the pink cup as she took it from him, he finally breathed out in relief. The alpha wasn't so certain himself about what he was forcing onto her and as much as he didn't care for to play the role of a parent, he didn't want to feel embarrassed himself.

"Good omega," he smiled, his eyes lighting up when she sat back with the drink. His blue eyes stared at her, watching as she sucked on the cup, almost tossing her head back. So thirsty. She must've been so thirsty. He felt guilty for leaving her alone, at the least he could've brought her some water, and told her where he was going. All he could focus on was giving her exactly what she had asked for. He hadn't expected to hear her speak again so soon, but when she was asking him for something yet again... It would've been so easy for him to get aggravated, but how could he? It finally felt like she needed him again.

Nodding, he reached out to take the cup from her. "I promise, I'll actually be right back this time." His attempt to be playful with her, as much as he could in this situation. She was still so skiddish, afraid of him. Back up to the kitchen he went once more, to refill the cup before bringing it back down to his omega. "Here, sweetie," he smiled, entering her cage once more. "Finished eating?" He asked, before handing her the cup. Henry didn't quite like her being on the floor anymore. Squatting down, he scooped her up, being careful to mind her bruised sides. He even kept the blankets all wrapped around her before he pulled her up and sat her back down in her hammock.

"I know this isn't the most comfortable, but maybe soon I could get you a little nesting bed? Would you like that?" His voice was quite, his eyes lingering on her face as she brought the cup back to her lips. As long as she was complacent, willing to let him push her in whatever direction he wanted, he wanted to make her happy.

Fear flashed in Sadie's eyes at the joke that Henry attempted. Would he return right away or was she being too needy? She hung her head, worrying at her bottom lip as he disappeared back up the basement steps. She was all too eager to start eating again, now that she had managed to have a little something to drink. When Henry returned, Sadie was quick to take the sippy cup from him. She glanced over to the plate that she had managed to eat a bit more off of before nodding her head. Sadie had managed to eat nearly half of the plate before she decided that it was enough, not wanting to upset her stomach too much after having not eaten in so long.

When Henry moved to lift her into the air, Sadie's eyes widened as she tensed. She wanted to push him away, her body beginning to shiver as she tried to remind herself to calm down. Sadie wasn't naive, she knew that if she tried to get away from him, it would probably serve to piss him off. Tears threatened to fall as Henry set her back down in the hammock.

Sadie hesitated, chewing on the inside of her lip at the offer he gave. She hesitated a moment further before she was nodding her head. "I-If.. if it's not too much..." Sadie trailed off, not wanting to seem too demanding and somehow serve to upset him. Sadie refused to look up from the floor, curled in on herself as she sat back in the hammock. "Can I.. go to the bathroom? Maybe shower real quick? I won't be long.." she said, hoping that she could get a bit of time out of the cage before she was locked back inside for God only knew how long.

At the suggestion of a shower, Henry realized it might be a good idea. Her mother wouldn't be out for much longer and after her shower, perhaps he could show her the other things he bought for her. Reaching up to gently run his fingers through her hair, he slowly nodded. "Sure, sweetie. I'll get you something comfortable to wear from your room, okay?"

Offering her his hand, he wrapped his fingers around hers tightly and helped her out of the hammock. He pushed the blankets aside, guided her out of the cage, swinging the door open for her to step through. Reaching down, he grabbed the plastic bag up off the floor before turning to the stairs. He went up the stairs first, slowly creeping the door open and listening for a moment before pushing it open wider. He had to make sure they were still alone. Couldn't risk getting caught now. Not now.

Up the stairs towards her bedroom, he guided her to the door across the hall. "I'll be right there. And don't try anything, omega." Henry's face fell serious, a stern glare settling in his face. She wouldn't like it if she made him chase her. He could promise that she wouldn't get far and when he caught her, she wouldn't like it one bit. Watching her disappear into the bathroom, he slowly relaxed his face, though the frown remained. Entering her bedroom, he tried to ignore how horrible he felt, keeping her locked up in a cage now. Making a beeline for her dresser, he searched through the drawers until he found a little striped tank. That was all he grabbed, otherwise holding one of the diapers in his other hand from the bag.

Henry didn't give her much alone time in the bath. Not even knocking before he entered. Setting her clothes down on the toilet, he held a towel over his arm for her. "I'm sorry, omega, but only a few more minutes. Okay?"

Sadie visibly flinched when Henry reached out to run his fingers through her hair. She couldn't help but be nervous around him, the light movement of her hair enough to make her whimper. The back of her head wasn't as painful as it had been at first but it certainly was still sore. She gave a small nod of her head, chewing on the inside of her lip as she moved to her feet. Sadie had wanted to drag her blankets with her but the moment that Henry had pushed them away was all she needed to know that she wasn't about to do that. She wasn't even going to ask him, afraid to push him any further than she already had.

She didn't even glance at the bag that Henry carried up the stairs, her arms wrapped around her body as she followed him up to the bathroom that was across from her bedroom. Sadie wanted desperately to turn and head into her room but Henry seemed so intent on leaving her down in the basement for longer that she didn't even want to test her luck with it. She nodded at his comment before heading into the bathroom, eager to relieve herself before turning on the water so that she could shower. Sadie had tried to ignore the mirror but she simply couldn't, most of her left side was bruised and the pain she was in with each breath a stark reminder of what had been the cause.

Sadie hung her head as hse climbed into the shower, starting to clean herself under the spray of water. She was so focused on what she was doing that when Henry burst into the room, she yelped in surprise. Her head lifted as her eyes widened, wondering if he was going to bother her. "O-Okay," she agreed in a small voice. Eventually, Sadie turned the water off and leaned forward to peak around the shower curtain, frowning when she saw Henry still standing in the room. "C-Can I.. just.. privacy?" She winced at how pathetic she sounded, her eyes dropping to the floor between them.

Henry found himself lingering with his hand on the doorknob. Tempted to leave and give her some few minutes of privacy, but rather, his eyes stayed fixed on the shower curtain. He could see the blurry shadow of her petite frame behind the fabric as she moved around and rinsed her body off, before the water shut off. His eyes instantly ran over to meet hers when she looked around the curtain, clinging onto it for modesty.

Moving away from the door, he dropped his hand away from the handle and turned towards her completely. "I don't think so, Omega." His voice was quiet, his best attempt to keep her calm. He focused on scenting the air, taking a few steps closer towards the shower. ""C'mon, omega, step out." Reaching down towards the towel, he grabbed it up and unfolded it. Holding it open for her, he motioned for her to step out so he could dry her off.

"Don't make me ask again, omega." His blue eyes flickered down to her lips and then further down. His eyes begging to see more of her body once the shower curtain fell away. "Daddy isn't going to hurt you again, you don't have to be afraid. You're being such a good omega today," he prompted her, hoping the praise would keep her from refusing him. "Don't you wanna keep being a good omega for Daddy?"

Sadie whimpered, stepping further away from the shower curtain when Henry denied her request. She bit down on her bottom lip, trying to ignore the way her heart was racing. She didn't like the idea of standing naked in front of him by any means. He was her father, he wasn't supposed to see her like that. "B-But I'm..." Sadie trailed off, intending on pointing out the fact that she was naked but she realized that was pointless. That it wouldn't matter to Henry one bit when he demanded he not have to repeat himself. Sadie's resolve dwindled as she let go of the shower curtain. "But, I-" she started off as if she thought it would matter at all.

She was hesitant to start out of the shower, her arms wrapped tightly around her chest to conceal some part of her dignity. Sadie's eyes welled with tears as she rushed forward, into the towel so that she was as hidden from him as she could be. "C-Can I.. go back to my room? I swear I'll listen. I won't go to school. I won't even graduate high school. I promise. I don't want to go back down there," she whispered, her bottom lip wobbling as she thought about being locked in the cage all over again.

"D-Dad.." Sadie's words came out shaking. "Please. I-I.. I wanna be good. Please give me the chance," she tried to reason with what she thought that Henry would want to hear from her.

Henry felt his blood pressure rise the moment Sadie began refusing him. Closing his eyes tightly for a second, creating little wrinkles around his eyes, he inhaled sharply and slowly let it out. Counting down from ten in his head to try and keep calm, he listened to her stumble over her words. She knew better. It was evident in how she was speaking to him, begging for one thing but then backtracking. She knew what was expected of her. Tilting his head up, he slowly opened his eyes, ready to demand she step out of the shower.

But to his surprise, he was met with her all but running into his arms. Suddenly, his anger was gone, replaced by something else. The look of her, shivering, little beads of water running down her supple skin... The only thing he could wish for would be for her to stop hiding herself. Slowly, wrapping his arms and the towel around her, he felt guilt. "Soon, Sadie, I promise." Hearing her offer anything she could to make him happy, just to feel comfortable again. But that was out of the question, until he dealt with her mother. "Real soon, okay?" He whispered, carefully running his hand through her wet hair, trying to calm her down. Scenting the air around him, he held her close to his chest. "but you're doing so good, okay? Keep doing good for Daddy and I promise, it'll all be worth it."

He hated not being able to make her happy. Henry expected her to fight him tooth and nail, he expected to be forcing her into submission daily, but she was already cracking in front of him. One harsh moment had been all it seemed to take. Or could this just be for show? Was she trying to trick him? Letting out a soft sigh, he stepped away from her and lifted up the t-shirt he brought her and the diaper. It was the pull up kind, with frozen characters printed across the material. His face was blushing hot as he held it out to her. "Put these on, okay? I know it's weird and strange, but... It's just for in case." She had already wet herself once, Henry didn't want anymore accidents. That was it.

Sadie's entire body tensed as Henry pulled her into his chest. Her head lowered, willing herself to relax as she tried to calm down. Sadie didn't want to end up pushing Henry to snap on her as he had before, which had resulted in all the bruises littering her body. "O-Okay," Sadie agreed in a low voice, not daring to disagree with him at the moment. She fell quiet as she took the tank top from Henry, yanking it over her head all too quickly. It already felt better to have some sort of covering on her body that kept her hidden from Henry's prying gaze.

When she lifted her gaze again and she listened to Henry try to reason with her to put the pull up on, Sadie started to shake her head almost immediately. Her desire to do as she was told, afraid to upset him, had gone right out the window as she started to back away from him. Her hands dropped to her waist where she covered herself with her hands, her fingers splayed out as much as possible to hide herself away from him.

"I-I.. I don't want to," Sadie responded, her face scrunching as she shook her head again. "I won't! I-I.. that only happened one time," she whined, trying to reason with him as she continued to back away from him. "B-Because I didn't get to.. the bathroom all weekend! That wasn't my fault!"
