Sybil dragged herself off the little city bus that had managed to take her from the airport to her dad's house. It was a nice, two story little home that looked like it belonged on the cover of a home and garden magazine. It surely outdid the small apartment that she had lived in with her mother for the last several years. Looking up at the address made her heart seize, it ripped the air from her lungs and brought tears to her eyes. A father she had never really met and a sister she had never really known. Sybil had been so young when her parents divorced, that all she could remember was her sister's name had been Brielle. Though, she remembered nothing of her dad. Her mother had kept photos of her sister, but she refused to ever even speak her dad's name.

With her left arm in a sling, bandaged up from being fractured in the car accident, Sybil shifted her bag on her right shoulder. Wincing as the strap cut into a bruise. The accident was a blur. One moment they'd been driving, it had been raining, slick, cold out and before she knew what was happening... The car was turned around in the median, glass shattered, her mom's body laying lifeless on the hood. Sybil barely remembered a moment of that horrible night, but that didn't make it any easier on her.

Walking down the driveway, with her eyes fixed on the little red door, Sybil found herself growing more anxious with each step. There had been a few calls with her father, one after the accident when he offered to take her in and then the other being before her flight. They had been short, bitter sweet and left Sybil wondering if this was the right decision. Stepping up on the porch, she hoped her concealer was hiding most of the bruising on her face and that the loose long sleeved sweater she wore covered any on her arms and shoulders. The last thing she wanted to do was be a walking memory of that night.

Slowly, taking a deep breath in, she brought her fist up to the door and quietly knocked. For a second, she wondered if it had been loud enough for anyone to hear. Part of her hoped the answer was no, that she could just turn and run away. No one would remember her, no one would miss her. She felt like a burden being placed on a strange household, not one she belonged in.
Luca had been sitting on the back porch, relaxed back in a rocking chair, his eyes shut tightly. But still, he had heard the bus pull up and he knew the new addition to the family was here. Gritting his teeth, he considered just sitting there, letting the event just pass him by. He was the odd Abelle out, only sharing a father with the two other girls, but not the same mother. He looked at Brielle like she was his world and he truly loved her like a real sibling, not a step. This other girl, though, he felt no claim to her. If anything, Luca even hated his old man for what he did to his mother.

His father, before Brielle's mom was ever in the picture, had tossed his mother aside like she was garbage. And if he had anything to say about it, he believed Dmitri was dealing with some bad karma. Ever since the divorce, Dmitri had tried to date again, but had never been able to get more than a second date. Served him right. The only reason Luca was here today was for his younger sister. He knew she was overwhelmed, nervous over the realization that she was meeting her sister. Someone she had always missed, even if she'd never really known the girl.

Forcing himself up from his seat, he'd figure he'd go find her, warn her that it was almost time. He only hoped he could sneak around his father. The two couldn't even hold a pleasant conversation anymore without it turning into a fight. Luca never came over and visited anymore because of it. He'd show up if Brielle needed him, but that was it. And those times were few and far between, but today had been one of them.

Stalking up the stairs to her room, he took a deep breath in before rasping his knuckles against her open bedroom door. "Munchkin?" The nickname rolled off his tongue though it was far from the truth anymore. Brielle wasn't the snot nosed little girl he remembered anymore. She didn't call him crying in the middle of the night because of a thunderstorm anymore, nor did she come running to him when she was being bullied at school. His sister had grown up. And he hated it.

"She's here." He sighed, crossing his arms over his chest as he entered the room. "Probably about to knock on the door. Wanna give Dad some time alone with her first?" He knew eventually all four of them would be in a room together, but he didn't want to rush into it.

Today was a weird day. Supposedly her sister was coming, well half-sister or something like that. She honestly didn't really know the full story of everything. Just that her dad was her dad and well, supposedly he was never actually married to her mom. That had been a lie, well no. They were married by law as they've lived together for years, but not because he never stood in front of a judge to swear it. Whatever though, Brielle didn't care. She couldn't really care. It was the past, this girl was her sister and they were going to be living together. That was the end result and she wasn't going to be fighting it. End of story. At least, that's what Brielle was saying to herself anyways.

Hearing the knock followed by her old childhood nickname, Brielle opened her eyes and rolled to her side on her bed. Facing the door now with her eyes half-open, she watched as Luca came into her room. A small smile playing across her lips, then a small wince followed because of the small cut she had on the right side. He was her best friend growing up. Her rock, her superhero. Then, he left when he got into a fight with dad and refused to come back unless she really needed him. The fact that he was actually here really made her heart swell. She missed his hugs, he was always so warm and comforting. Luca was still her rock, but it was hard now that she was older. She couldn't freak out about small things like thunderstorms or bullies to him anymore. She needed to try and deal with that stuff on her own.

"I think that'd be best," Brielle mumbled quietly as she sat up in bed. She didn't mean to fall asleep, but waiting for Clover and cleaning had really made her exhausted. "Cuddle with me?" Brielle asked quietly and held her arms out for her brother so that she could lay against him as she used to when she was younger. "Are you still mad at dad about having Sybil?" Brielle asked quietly, resting her head on Luca's shoulder once he was laying on her bed with her. Bright green eyes looked up into dark ones that always seemed so warm and comforting to her.

Reaching up, Brielle ran the tips of her fingers along Luca's stubble as he spoke. "Your stubble feels funny." She mumbled quietly, sleep still laced with her words.

    ----

Carpet vacuumed, check. Windows washed and polished, check. Walls outside painted, check. The house looked welcoming, it smelled welcoming. Well, it should. Dmitri had spent twenty bucks on fucking cleaning supplies to get the whole place cleaned and ready for his little Sybil to come live with him. He couldn't remember the last time he had actually laid eyes on her. Did he ever lay eyes on her? Hell if he knew, her bitch of a mom practically ran off with her when she was a couple of weeks old. She was surely unaware of everything that went on between her and her mom, right? Hopefully, she didn't hate him like an ungrateful little bastard that was over. Trying to play a good sibling.

Sitting at the kitchen table, Dmitri rested his elbows on the table. Fingers interlinked as he rested his mouth on the side of his hands. His eyes focused straight ahead. He was nervous for some reason. He wasn't really sure why. Hell, he had Brielle clean the house for her. Brielle, the little brat that he was stuck with, that did nothing but take up space in his house. That grated on his every nerve. The useless bitch. Closing his eyes, Dmitri breathed in deeply and the froze. He heard the back door open and then closed, followed by heavy footsteps moving upstairs. That bastard of his was going to comfort the little pest. Breathing out slowly, Dmitri opened his eyes and stared ahead once more. Boxes of twenty-four packs of beer were stacked in the pantry, begging for him to drink them. To ease his pain, to ease his mind.

There was a light knocking at the door, followed by silence. That little distraction was the only thing that Dmitri needed. To snap him out of his thoughts, his twisted dirty and angry thoughts. Standing up on slightly shaky legs, Dmitri walked towards the pantry and quickly closed the door before he moved towards the front door. Reaching out to the door, Dmitri paused for a moment. Collecting his courage before he willed himself to relax and open the door. A calm and kind smile playing on his face as he looked down at the little bandaged girl that was on his front porch.

"Sybil?" Dmitri asked his voice calmly and kind sounding. Not the normal tone that he usually talked about when he talked to the other two upstairs. Once she nodded or spoke to tell him if he was right or not, Dmitri grinned a little and stepped to the side. "Well don't just stand there all day, come in. Here, let me take that from you." He said and reached to take the bag that was on Sybil's shoulder. "Are you alright? How was the trip?" He asked her. "Did you eat anything on the plane? Are you hungry now?"

Luca lingered in the door way, his hands nervously padding against his jeans as his lips parted. Just watching her as she called to him. Cuddle? Just like old times. Slowly, he moved forward, further into her room. Kicking his heel back against the door, it mostly closed shut. If Luca even for a moment knew how Brielle was being treated... How after he moved out, his father became more violent. Open palm strikes across her face, fingertips digging deeply into her arms, being thrown around like a doll... If he knew about any of it, Luca would kill him. He'd want too, at least.

Lowering himself down on her bed, Luca turned on his side and leaned into her arms. His own wrapping around her waist, pulling her close against his chest. His little princess, he was always supposed to protect her. He had always loved playing the big brother role. "Yes," he quietly admitted, not afraid to tell Brielle the truth. Though he wasn't just angry that the girl was showing up. It was the same reason he hated his dad and they couldn't get along. The way Dmitri treated his mom, ran around behind her back... It had been seventeen years ago, he was only a few years old. They had been young, and he didn't know what was going on, but still, he held the grudge.

And now, after leaving his mother, he was bringing this girl into his home? A young girl from a slut of a woman that he's never even known? And after how his father treated him and his sister ... It made no sense. He couldn't wrap his mind around it. It was easy to forget when he felt Brielle's fingers scratching through his beard, the touch enough to soothe him. He closed his eyes slowly, relaxing against her bed, with her against his chest. "That feels good though..." A grin stretched across his face as he hoped she wouldn't stop.
Sybil was ready to turn around and run back down the drive, feeling like she was completely losing herself to her anxiety. Before she could fully consider moving, she heard the lock on the door and suddenly, it was pulled open in front of her. Suddenly, her eyes had landed on her father. Or who she supposed to be her father. She hadn't time to fully take him in yet before he was speaking, questioning her name. Her mouth fell open to answer with something, but instead she just nodded. The sequence of questions that rushed out of his mouth the next second was enough to confirm to her, that yes, indeed this was her father.

He was tall, broad shoulders and very muscular. It seemed like he never missed a day in the gym. His dark hair was brushed back away from his face and he had a strong jaw that was a couple of days past stubbly. It was odd to say about her own father, she guessed, but he was handsome. For some reason, she hadn't been expecting that.

Stepping inside, she winced, feeling how sore her thighs were. The moment he ushered her in, he was reaching for her bag and she was all too eager to hand it over. It didn't weigh much but it was enough that she wanted it off of her shoulder. The last thing she wanted to do was come across as broken and beaten down, not wanting anyone to feel the need to show sympathy. If anything, she wanted the least amount of attention possible. She felt awkward enough. Not only that, but she had lost everything. Her mother had been her only guidance, and not to upset Dmitri, but truthfully, her only parent. A couple hundred around Christmas and her birthday was nice, but it didn't make up for the lost memories. And now she'd never see her mom again. Even her old town, her old school, her friends... Gone.

Looking up at her father, she remembered he had asked questions. "S-Sorry. Little distracted," Sybil whispered, but shrugged her shoulders. "Trip was fine. B-but yes, starving." She had wanted to just say she was fine, but she couldn't remember the last time she had eaten... It certainly hadn't been today, or yesterday. Fidgeting with the sling around her arm, she quietly followed after him, before the sentence sort of just fell off of her tongue. "I-I'm happy to finally meet you." It was almost so quiet she hoped he hadn't heard.

Delight filled Brielle as Luca came into her room to cuddle with her like old times. She might be a teenager now, but cuddles with her big brother were still her favorite. Something that she never wanted to give up. Ever, not in a million years. Slowly, Brielle closed her eyes as she listened to his heartbeat. Hearing his deep voice as he spoke to her. She understood his feelings completely, and it made Brielle happy just knowing that he was being honest with her.

"Are you going to start purring like a cat?" Brielle asked teasingly as she opened her eyes slowly and glanced up at Luca. A small smile playing along her lips. "I remember when you just had the stubble on your chin." She mumbled and moved her fingers to run back and forth on his chin. "You used to rub your chin on my shoulder, and it'd freak me out." She mumbled, remembering all of the times she was reading or doing homework. Then all of a sudden Luca would sneak up behind her and rub his chin on her. The feeling reminding her of bugs and she'd scream. "Those were fun times."

Glancing down towards her jean covered legs, Brielle stretched them out and watched as she relaxed once more against the bed. She gently kneed Luca's leg playfully. Then she looked up towards Luca. "How's everything with you going? Work still stressful?" Brielle asked quietly as she hoped that conversation would start to flow between them. Her fingers then moved back to rubbing against his cheek that was nearest her. "I wonder how you'd look with a full Santa beard." She mumbled to herself.

    ----

Taking the strap of Sybil's bag, Dmitri easily slipped it onto his own shoulder. It was pretty light, showing how little the girl in front of him must have owned. Even Brielle had a few suit cases full of shit to wear. What the hell did Sybil's mom do with all of the money he had sent to them for the holidays and his daughter's birthday? The fucking bitch, she probably drank it all away, the stupid skank. That, or she was doing some sort of drugs. Who knows and good riddance. Sybil was back home, she'll be taken care of. Dmitri would be sure to get her some clothing. She deserved some nice things, rather she wanted them or not.

Closing the door behind his daughter, a small smile played across Dmitri's lips. "Let's get you something to eat then." He said as he motioned for her to follow him towards the kitchen. His steps faltered for a moment though as he heard what could have only been his imagination, but. Glancing over his shoulder, Dmitri knew it was real. This was his chance, to be a good father. To have someone love him again. "You too, kid," Dmitri said quietly as he continued on to the kitchen. He placed her bag next to the counter and then went to the fridge. "Why don't you sit down? I'll make you a grilled cheese. Do you like those? I can make you something else." He offered, Stopping in his rummaging through the fridge to glance towards Sybil.

Once she said what she'd like, Dmitri went on to make her something. A calm quiet over taking them. "So, I had a room cleared out for you upstairs. So I hope you weren't scared about intruding and sleeping on the couch or something weird like that." He tried to tease, glancing over his shoulder at Sybil. "Didn't know what sort of bedding you'd like, so we opted for a spare blanket and pillow for now. We can go shopping tomorrow or something for things that you'll need. Sound good?" He asked as he plated the food and then brought it to Sybil. Then, he went and grabbed a can of pop from the pantry, keeping the beer hidden behind his legs as he did so. "Cherry Coke, or sprite?" He asked, trying to be as accommodating as possible. Wanting this one kid to like him.

Luca enjoyed feeling Brielle's small body against his. They were so different. She was soft and warm, her touch inviting and he was hard, like stone, still. Sometimes if he thought about it long, he started to feel guilty. He was supposed to be around for her whenever she needed him, but he had gone off and left her with the one real life monster he knew. How could he call himself a big brother? "I might," Luca smiled, shooing the thoughts from his head as he brought his attention back to focus on his little munchkin. "If you keep scratchin' like that, I can't be held responsible for the sounds I make."

Peeling one of his eyes open, he smirked as he looked down at his sister. This was how he liked to think of her, happy, recalling back memories of how things used to be when they were both a bit younger. Days he never thought he'd be able to relive. Brielle just didn't need him hanging around her like that anymore. But she did need him right now. She had said so herself, when she had called him. It made him feel so weird, it had given him a weird tightness in his chest, but in a good way. He was excited that she had finally called him, begging for his help again.

Rolling his eyes at her mention of a beard as big as Santa's, he shook his head and barely let out a chuckle. "We will never know." Wanting to distract her from what was about to happen downstairs, Luca moved his hands up her sides and quickly began tickling her. The last thing he wanted to talk about was work. The factory he worked in was a real cesspool, filled with nothing but degenerates, any pathetic sod the company could hire was in there. Luca could've followed in his father's footsteps, trailed right behind him to the family owned carpentering business he had worked for. The money had been fine, and even after dad had crushed his hand, they had taken care of him. But Luca didn't want anything to do with his old man.

"What? Stop?" Luca mocked her, hearing her pleads for mercy between each gasp for air, each laugh. His hands roamed down her sides, his fingers dancing across her clothes, until they ran over her hips. Before he knew it, Luca was cupping her ass, gently squeezing her as he pressed her up against him, a giant smile on his face as he laughed. Completely carried away.
Sybil was more than eager to assure him that a grilled cheese was just fine. Stepping into the kitchen after him, her eyes roamed around the brightly lit space. It was simple, rustic, the black finished wood a nice touch against the white. Much nicer than the counters she was used to. As if the upgrade was somehow supposed to make it easier that she was missing her mom. Moving over to the island, Sybil quietly scooted a stool out and took a seat. Her eyes never left Dmitri, watching as he moved around the kitchen. Effortlessly. It seemed he was eager to please her, ready to offer her anything she needed. Most likely it was just because he was trying to make up for so much lost time, or he felt horrible for what she had just gone through, the situation that brought her here. Still, she couldn't help but wonder if this was how her sister had lived her whole life. Comfortable.

Not that she thought her life had been horrible. Her mother had done her best to make sure she never went hungry, that she always had something to wear over her back. That was all Sybil could ask for, a parent that tried. That didn't detract from the fact that she was still more than relieved that Dmitri was welcoming. Her biggest fear was that she was going to meet her father and he was going to be a nasty man. Someone she'd have to fear. So far, that didn't seem to be the case...

"Cherry coke! ...please," she cleared her throat, reaching out to take the soda from his large hand. Sybil was certainly short like her mother, but it still surprised her how large her father seemed. Like a giant compared to her. Hearing him speak her fears out loud, for a moment made her worry that he was in her head. That had been one of the exact things she was worried about, feeling like she was just interrupting their lives. Nothing but a bother. "I'm... sure it's fine," she chewed on the inside of her lip, nodding when he mentioned they could go shopping. "That sounds great, thank you." Sybil hadn't brought much with her. A few outfits, her tablet, her colored pencils. She hadn't much to her name, but she had never really thought about it much before.

Looking down at the plate once it appeared in front of her, she thanked him once more, before reaching out to pull the plate a bit closer to her. Her eyes glanced around the room once more and she realized how silent it all seemed. She didn't hear anything. "So... I have a sister? ...and a brother?" Sybil picked up the grill cheese, ripping it in half before she took a bite, feeling absolutely ravenous but she forced herself to pace herself.

Another childish grin appeared on Brielle's lips as she listened to Luca. It was nice to joke around more like they used to. He might be ten years older than her, but he really understood her at times and that was the best. They could talk about pretty much anything it seemed. The only thing she didn't bring up was girly things because talking to your brother about periods was a definite no-go in her book.

Then, it was like all hell broke loose as Luca's monstrous fingers started to dance along her skin. Causing loud giggles to escape from her as she tried to fight him, albeit it was a losing battle because he was so quick. "Luca!" Brielle squealed out as she felt him squeeze her side as he ticked her and then wiggled around on the bed as she tried to escape from his attacks. "I give! Uncle! Uncle!" She laughed as she leaned back a little, not realizing that she was pressing her crotch forward as he squeezed her ass and pushed her towards him.

Raising her hand, Brielle lightly slapped his chest as she sent a grin his way. "Meanie! I couldn't breathe." She murmured as she leaned forward and booped her nose against his. A large grin on her face, in a form of bliss, because she had Luca with her in her room. Then, she turned her head as she heard their father calling their names. A small groan escaped from Brielle as she fell against Luca and laid her head against his shoulder for a moment. "Father wants us." She mumbled, refusing to move for a couple of moments before she moved to stand up. "Will you watch a movie with me tonight before you have to head out?" She asked as she slid from the bed, her eyes on Luca as she made her way towards the door.

    ----

A small smile played itself along Dmitri's lips as he placed the cherry coke on the table in front of Sybil. Then, he went to the seat across from her and sat down slowly. He opened the can of sprite before he raised the can and took a sip. The sweet taste washed over his tongue and barely did anything for him as he sipped. Beer, he needed a beer. Something that will have a stronger flavor, something that would burn. Make him relax, make him feel nothing. He liked feeling nothing, but for some reason, Sybil seemed to make him feel something. She was a sweet girl. She spoke to him with respect. Something that he loved. His two other brats didn't care about him. They were just like their mother, lowlifes. Wanting to just use him, even though he paid for their livelihoods with his own sweat and tears.

Glancing up at Sybil as she spoke of the devils themselves. A small smile displayed along his lips. "Yes, you do." He agrees, doing his best to not seem annoyed that she had brought the two brats up. "Your brother is the oldest. His name's Luca. He's a bit of a hardass, so don't feel bad if he's mean to you. He's not very good with change." Dmitri explained, trying to make his son seem better then what he actually was in his eyes. "Then, there's your sister, Brielle. She's a good girl, she's about your age. Maybe a month younger." He told her, forgetting the young girl's birthday. "Brielle is excited to have a sister. I think you two will get close quickly"

Standing up from his chair, Dmitri walked out of the kitchen and towards the stairwell. He rolled his eyes at Brielle's giggles. The girl was so annoying sometimes. "Kids, come down here, please! You should meet Sybil!" He called out to them and then turned and headed back into the kitchen. A small smile playing along his lips. "How's the sandwich?" He asked as he relaxed back into his chair. A small smile playing along his lips as he watched Sybil through gentle eyes. She was so pure and innocent, like a little angel. Maybe, just maybe she'll be his second chance? At everything?

Luca's hands fell away from her butt when she began smacking her palms against his chest. Not even a blush from the girl, she was so naive. It might've looked like she had done a lot of growing up, but clearly, she was more similar to the little girl Luca had left behind. Running his hands back up to her sides, he laughed, nodding his head as he tried to calm her down. "Okay, okay, relax, little tiger!" Reaching up, he brushed the hair from her face, tucking the silky locks behind her ear as he gave her a bit of room away from her chest.

He almost wanted to lean up and bite her on the nose, playfully, and he almost did, until he heard his father. His loud voice boomed up the hallway into the room and stopped Luca dead in his tracks. He could only imagine his father's reaction if he came through the door in this moment. How would he react, seeing his grown son in the bed with his daughter, even though it looked so innocent to Brielle? "I hear him," he sighed, wishing they had more time. Truly, Luca wished he didn't have to meet the brat at all. The first time he heard her call him brother, he'd certainly correct her.

Moving up off of the bed, he ran a hand through his short hair and forced on a smile. "I'll try to look welcoming, but no promises." Standing to his feet, he held his hand out for Brielle, offering her the help up. He knew she was a little excited, what girl wouldn't be? Even he had wished for a brother growing up and who knows, maybe it would be good for her. To have someone else around. "A movie?" He asked, leading her from the room, down the hall. "I guess, as long as it isn't any dumb, like a chick flick." It was just a tease, but it held some truth. He didn't know if he could make it through some romance comedy.

Luca changed his demeanor slightly as they headed down the stairs. Moving in front of her, he stiffened his shoulders, puffed his chest out a bit. He often came off as intimidating and he liked that about himself. He didn't want to give this new girl any wrong ideas. He wasn't about to play big brother to someone else. That, and he had to let dad know he wasn't a pushover. He stapled a frown on his face and barely glanced at Dmitri as he entered the kitchen.
Just moments after mentioning them, Sybil could hear giggles from upstairs. She arched an eyebrow, looking towards the ceiling. The two of them sounded close. She wondered if she had any chance of having any sort of connection with either of them. It surprised her even more when her father mentioned their age difference. That wasn't shockingly close. Sybil didn't know anything that had gone down between her father and her mother, but that was certainly a huge clue. He hadn't been very faithful, had he?

She froze when suddenly her father was calling up the stairs. The bit of sandwich fell out of her hand and back to plate. Suddenly she was too nervous to eat. Barely comfortable around her father get and now, two more people were being thrown her way. Hiding her hands below the counter top, she nervously fidgeted with the sleeves of her shirt. Pulling them down over her fists, tearing at the the threads. What if her sister didn't like her? What if they both thought she was weird? How hard would it be to walk around this house, living with people who didn't want her around? All she could do was silently hope everything would go fine.

Heavy footsteps on the stairs indicated she didn't have much time to prepare. Taking in a deep breathe, she noticed Luca first. Tall and muscular, like his father, dark haired too. Brielle followed behind him, a spring in her step and a smile on her face. Her hair was practically glowing, bouncing around her shoulders as she skipped down the steps. What would Sybil even say to them? They were so old now,how could they possibly form a relationship?

Luca entered the kitchen quietly, a look on his face that screamed don't even try it. He looked so unapproachable. Sybil quickly peeled her eyes away from him, forcing a smile towards Brielle as she entered the kitchen. "H-Hi."

"No chick flicks, not it," Brielle mumbled as she followed Luca down the stairs. A small grin playing along her lips as she bounced own the stairs behind her brother. Her father would pull a bitch fit if she did what when he was the only one home with her. With Luca, she was allowed some small freedoms. Being bubbly around guests, was one of them. It hit her fear better, made her less nervous when asked how she's been doing.

As they walked into the kitchen, Brielle's eyes widen slightly as she glanced at Sybil over her brother's side. She looked very rebellious. "Hi!" Brielle greeted back, doing her best to give a friendly grin as she stepped to Luca's side. She leaned against him slightly, as a way to offer comfort without outright telling him to calm down. Luca was always the one to scare the mean kids, and while Brielle loved that about him, it wasn't needed right now.

Then, Brielle's eyes went back to Sybil before looking towards the meal she seemed to be having. Pop and grilled cheese, both extremely unhealthy. Something that her father forbid her from eating. Telling her that no one would love her if she had a muffin top. Doing her best to ignore the comments flying through her mind, Brielle looked up at Luca again. Wondering what was possibly going to come out of his mouth.

    ----

Keeping his eyes on Sybil, Dmitri could see the change in her posture quite clearly. Her shoulders tensed. Her breathing picked up a little bit, and the pulse in her neck seemed to be moving quicker as well. She was freaking out. She was nervous, which was understandable. She was in a completely new environment. She didn't know any of them, she didn't know this house, this city. Everything was new. Maybe he should of had the two brats come down one at a time instead, instead of both at the same time. Mentally scowling at himself, Dmitri prayed that Luca didn't make a fool out of everything.

Glancing up, Dmitri's eyes narrowed as he watched the kids come into the room. Luca looking like the arrogant prick that he was. Like the spoiled little boy, he used to be. Mommy's little bad boy. He made Dmitri sick. Then, his eyes looked towards the little bubbly brat. The one that was so dumb he could probably shuck a book at and she looks around for what hit her when it was right in fucking front of her. An the stupid useless one was the first to greet his sweet little Sybil. Of fucking course. Leave it to the ditz to make the first move.

"Well, Luca?" Dmitri asked as he glanced up towards his son. An eyebrow arched a challenging sort of way. "Are you going to greet your little sister?" He asked, his eyes narrowing, daring him to make a fool of himself and anger him. To start a fight in front of the girls.

Luca couldn't believe what he was seeing. Not even Brielle pressed up against his side could calm him. And he knew that was what she was trying to do. It was clearly written all over his face, just how aggravated he was. But now that he was actually seeing her, he felt infuriated. Sybil was nothing like what her father forced them to be and yet, he was waiting on her hand and foot? Something told him that if Brielle could say something to him, she'd remind him that Sybil just lost her mom, but that didn't make him feel any better.

His eyes darted towards his dad when he spoke up. His little sister. Luca was damn near twenty seven years old and he wasn't about to accept a new little sister now. His hands began to tighten into fists and he shoved them into his pockets to try and hide his agitation. "Right .." he muttered under his breath, rolling his eyes up to the ceiling once his dad was finished.

When he looked back down, his eyes landed on the little goth bitch. "Are you still dressed for the funeral or something?" His jaw clenched as he stepped away from Brielle, not wanting her to be standing directly near him when his father lost his cool. He knew it would happen. It was bound to if he was in the house. A smirk appeared on his face and he chuckled, "I don't blame you. You were in the accident too, right? Saw your mommy dead right in front of you? God, that must've been something, huh?" Luca didn't know why it felt good to take his anger out on the his new little sis, but it did. And he didn't care if it pissed his father off or not. Dmitri asked for it when he decided to chest on his mom.
Sybil could almost feel the tension between Dmitri and Luca. She almost wanted to speak up when he demanded Luca say something to her. It was enough for her that Brielle seemed friendly, willing to have some sort of relationship with her. Sybil almost hoped Luca didn't live here anymore and he looked old enough that she was sure he didn't. He seemed very off-putting, very angry... Her mouth opened to assure them both that it was fine, that Luca didn't have to say anything to her, but before she could, Luca was speaking.

Now her mouth fell open for a different reason. Her gaze moved from her father back to the younger man, feeling her vision go blurry from the tears that burned her eyes. Reaching a hand up to her face, she tucked a strand of dark hair away behind her ear. Had she really heard him correctly? Before she could even consider any other alternative to his first jab, he was asking what it had been like. The accident, her mother's death. She felt sick, vomit rising in the back of her throat.

If this had been any other situation, she might've bit back at him. Ask him who the fuck he thought he was talking to. But she was so nervous, and still so hurt. Instead, her eyes fell to her hands and she quickly got up off of her seat. Sybil didn't say a word as she ran from the kitchen, right by Brielle, through the living room towards the back door. She wanted away from that whole situation. She sank into one of the chairs on the back porch and just cried. She hadn't cried since the funeral, over a week ago. And now here she was, tears just streaming down her face.

It felt like the air had been sucked out of her lungs. Brielle's eyes widened in shock as she listened to Luca, never in her life had she heard such dark and heavy words leaving his mouth. Never in her presence at least. She's heard ghosted rumors of how harsh he could be when she'd ask him to help her with the bullies at school, but this. Actually seeing this, hearing the words right from his lips. It was new and surprising and she had no idea how to even react.

"Luca..." Brielle mumbled quietly as she watched Sybil bolting from the room. A small frown taking over her lips as she watched in silence. Not sure what she should do or say. So, instead. She glanced at the two men. Her father was giving Luca a death glare, and she didn't want to see what happens next. So instead, she walked out of the room slowly and sat down on the stairs. She wasn't sure if she and Luca would watch a movie as she had asked, or if he was just going to storm out of the house. Either way, she wanted to see him. He was her salvation in this life. She'd wait for him, he never talked badly to her. He cared for her.

    ----

It was like a bomb went off inside of Dmitri's mind. Red hot anger filled his veins as he watched young Sybil running from the room. Tears were most likely going to be pouring from her eyes at any moment. Glaring back at Luca, Dmitri stood up abruptly and caused the chair he was sitting on to flip backward. His usual anger was back in full fucking blood and Luca was the cause. Yet, he couldn't go fully unleashed, he didn't want Sybil to see. She was too pure for his rage. "What is fucking wrong with you? That isn't how you treat a young girl!" Dmitri yelled as he slammed a hand down onto the table loudly. Causing the cans of pop to rattle at his action.

Moving away from the table, Dmitri stalked towards Luca. "You worthless piece of shit. I did not raise you to speak like that! She is your sister for Pete's sake!" Dmitri stopped in front of Luca. Raised his right hand and backhanded his son across the face. He may be an inch or two taller, but he was still easy to smack around. "Get out of my fucking sight, you filthy piece of shit. An don't even dare try to talk to Brielle again. She doesn't need you rubbing off on her. I'll gladly ship her off to a nunnery if she tries to act like you."

Turning and walking away was new to Dmitri, but he did it. He walked away from his idiot bastard of a son and moved to the back door. Slipping out, Dmitri looked around for a moment before spotting Sybil sitting on a chair. Slowly, Dmitri schooled his expression. Faking his sympathy as he neared her. "Hey." He said quietly as he sat across from her. "I'm sorry. Luca isn't the most well behaved." He told her, reaching out Dmitri lightly placed a hand on Sybil's knee cap. An act that was supposed to be fatherly and calming, at least, that's what he read about in parenting magazines.

Lucas expected his father's wrath, but even as he leaned back against the fridge, his head tilted off to the side, tasting blood in his mouth... He was surprised. It had been years since he'd seen his father's rage, years since he'd laid his hands on him. It'd been the exact reason why he had to move out. Why he had to leave Brielle all alone. Tears burned his eyes and he quickly brought his hand up to wipe away any that threatened to fall. He refused to let Brielle see him cry.

What he hadn't expected was to hear his father forbid him from speaking to her again. As if that was a law he'd actually listen to. His hand ran down to his cheek and he rubbed it gently where his father had struck him. That would certainly leave a nasty bruise. Taking a deep breathe, he straightened his posture and squared his shoulders. Trying his best to compose himself before he made his way back to Brielle. "Munchkin?" He called quietly, heading back towards the stairs. He half expected to find her with a disappointed look on her face too.

He found her sitting at the bottom of the stairs. Patiently waiting on him. He'd never leave without saying anything to her first anyway. "Hey, munchkin..." He cleared his throat, nervously moving to step in front of her. "Do you still want me to watch that movie with ya?" He was sure his dad would be to preoccupied with his new daughter to notice if he was stowed away Brielle's room, watching a movie for a couple of hours. And he was sure he could disappear out of the house without being caught, too. But only if she wanted him to stay.
Sybil wanted nothing more than disappear. She had been here for half an hour and already she had made such a lovely impression. One of her new siblings already hated her guts. And she hadn't even said two words to him. Hearing the back door open, and heavy footsteps, she knew her father was coming after her.

Bringing her hands up to her face, she quickly dried her tears. Her eyes were burning and she was sure they were glossy and red. She hadn't heard a word of what had happened inside. "It's...it's okay," she whispered, though more tears streaked down her face, no matter how many she wiped away. This isn't how she wanted today to go. Already crying her eyes out in front of a strange man, her father. Unable to stop her crying, she apologized between bated breaths. "I-I'm sorry, I-I d-don't mean to-" she took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down.

His hand settling on her knee sent a shiver up her body, a weird sensation she couldn't quite ignore. Sybil had hoped her mother wouldn't have been brought up at all. She certainly wasn't going to speak about her, or the accident. But now, it was right at the front of her mind again.

Knees brought up to her chest, elbows resting on her knees and her hands resting on her cheeks. Waiting, patiently for Luca to come and join her or to watch him storm out with little more than a wave. She had heard the slap and had winced from the sound, but Luca was strong. He wouldn't let one slap get the best of him. Hell, he got off easy with that one slap. Brielle couldn't remember the last time that was all she was given. Looking up as Luca came into view, a cool of worry filled Brielle's face. "Yeah." Was all she said as she stood up slowly, she reached out for his hand to pull him up the stairs with her. Intertwining their fingers as they did so,

Once they were in her room, Brielle moved to the door and closed it once Luca was inside. They definitely didn't want there dad to know that Luca was still home. "Want to go and look for a movie? I want to get ready for bed." She told him as she looked up at his towering figure and slowly let go of his hand. Already missing the feeling of being protected. Turning her back to Luca, Brielle went to the other side of the room. "No peeking, I'm going to be changing." She told him, as she started to open drawers and ruffle through a few of them. Looking for her PJ's.

Then, setting her nightgown on top of the dresser, Brielle started to pull her shirt off. She threw it into her hamper with a small plot. Then unclasped her bra, followed by undoing her pants. Leaving her with nothing but her black low rise bikini style panties on. A small hum escaped from Brielle as she grabbed her essential oil roll-on and started to apply it to the insides of her wrists. The smell of eucalyptus filling the air. Then, she grabbed her nightgown and slid it on. Brielle smoothed down the fabric before she turned back around, fully trusting Luca to have not been watching her and moved towards the bed. "What did you pick for us?"

    ----

"You didn't do anything Sybil," Dmitri said in an authoritative tone. He tightened his hold on her knee briefly before letting her go and patting it lightly. Pulling his hand back, Dmitri sat up straight and let out a small sigh. His eyes raising and roaming around the backyard for a moment as he tried to think of how to cheer the girl up. They were family, but he barely knew the girl. Plus he was usually the one who caused the crying and the pain for those insides of the house. He wasn't always like that, only once his wife had found out and then past away a month later.

Looking back towards Sybil, Dmitri stood up and offered the girl a hand. "Why don't we go for a walk? There's a nice trail in the back we can walk." He said as he looked down at the edgy girl. A small smile forced it's way onto his lips and Dmitri forced it to seem normal. "Some exercise will be good to clear the mind. Trust me." He tried to joke as he flexed his arm that wasn't stretched out for Sybil to take. Then, once she did actually take his hand Dmitri started to lead his daughter down the steps of the patio and towards the hiking trail that was in the backyard that connected to the lake that was a couple of miles away.

"It's a stressful time for you, and I understand that," Dmitri said quietly after a while. He glanced down at Sybil. Her hand still in his as they walked. His thumb lightly brushing over the back of her hand in a comforting manner. "Luca doesn't like people, he doesn't even live here. So don't worry about him. He's been bitter since he was young." Dmitri shrugged his shoulders. "Brielle and I like you though." He tried to show her the positive, and probably doing a terrible job at it. "Oh look, a Blue Jay." He said and stopped walking to point to a pretty blue bird that was in a tree above them.

Luca found it much easier to put himself at ease once they were tucked away inside of Brielle's room. With the door shut tightly and knowing his dad was more than distracted, he felt like he had nothing to worry about. If it had been just the three of them, Luca would have gotten a much harsher beating, that be was positive of. And he would've been thrown out of the house on his ass faster than he could think about it. It seemed so weird, how hard his dad seemed to be trying for a daughter he never even knew. He didn't care about himself, but why didn't he treat Brielle like that? Like the little princess she was? Luca wasn't aware of how much more abusive his father had become to Brielle, and once he'd learn of it, he'd feel like a fool. His father used to beat him senseless all over the home. Did he really thinking removing himself would just fix the whole situation? No, of course not. Dmitri had to find another target.

Stepping further into the room, Luca arched a brow in Brielle's direction when she mentioned changing for bed, requesting some privacy. He slowly moved over to the edge of her bed, reaching down to grab the remote. The television clicked on, but Lucas wasn't much paying attention to it. "Of course, get comfy, Munchkin." His hand was moving of its own accord, searching through the apps until he found Netflix. Pretending to scroll through the movies as his eyes roamed. Her back was turned to him, she'd never know... His sister was pretty naive and ditsy, but not a complete idiot like her father liked to remind her. Luca wondered if she'd feel the sensation of being watched, but either way, he didn't care.

Her hands moved quickly, disposing of her clothes and Lucas didn't realize how his mouth was watering until the young girl stood off to the side in nothing but her little panties. His eyes roamed down her curves, drinking in every inch of her until his eyes settled on her ass. No. He tried to pry his eyes away, but he failed. It wasn't until the dark gray nightgown fell over her thin body that Luca could rip his eyes away. That was his younger sister, he couldn't think of her in that manner...

Clearing his throat, he settled back on the bed, kicking his boots off. Turning his attention back to the tv, he realizes he had been searching through the same row of comedy movies. "How about this one?" His voice was dry, forcing him to clear his throat a second time before he played the movie. His jeans felt tight, his cock pressing up against his zipper, demanding to be freed. As nonchalantly as he could, Luca palmed himself once through his jeans, just attempting to adjust himself. His face felt hot, though he tried to remind himself that no way in hell would Brielle ever notice.
Sybil sat in the rocking chair, her head tilted down to hopefully hide how pathetically she was trying to dry up her tears. She only looked up when she felt the squeeze of her knee, the way his voice dipped sending little tendrils of electricity through her body. The last thing she wanted was to upset him and she wondered if he was used to crying girls. Brielle was about her same age and with their hormones all over the place, surely Dmitri wasn't new to comforting a distressed teen? If that was the case though, why did this feel so forced? Reminding herself that they didn't know each other, she left it at that, but forced herself to suck up the tears.

Taking his hand, she pulled herself up on her feet. Her fingers intertwined with his. For the moment, the firm hold on her hand was helping to bring her back to center. Only a few feet off the back porch and Sybil's thighs were already burning, reminding her of just how sore and bruised her whole body was. Doing her best not to show the pain on her face, she squeezed his hand gently for support. Tilting her head to look up at him when he mentioned Luca again, Sybil could almost sigh in relief that he didn't live here, but she didn't want to look rude. It was still his son, after all. "I-Its fine. N-normally stuff like that wouldn't bother me," she dropped her gaze back to her feet, until he was stopping and pointing out different birds. He was trying to cheer her up and that meant something right?

There were so many questions Sybil wanted to ask him and now seemed like the perfect time that they were alone. It was just hard to figure out what might be appropriate and what wasn't. Lifting her gaze to the trees around them, she watched the little blue bird flying from branch to branch, quietly singing for a few seconds every time it landed. Sybil wanted to know what happened, why he was never in her life, but she didn't want to seem...rude. So, she decided to just cast some bait, to see if he'd bite or not. If he didn't want to talk about it, she wouldn't press him.

"I... Don't know much about you," she started, her voice so quiet. Evidence of just how terrified she was to start this conversation. It was weird and felt icky, but still, she held onto his hand. "Mom wouldn't ever talk about you."

Glancing up at the small TV that was on her nightstand a small smile played across Brielle's lips. A comedy sounded good right about now. "This looks good." She murmured as she looked back towards the bed. Her eyes roamed over Luca quickly, back against her pillows and his legs stretched out. So at home in her bed. The sight brought a small smile to her lips, glad that he was able to chill even in a house full of anger.

"Bed hog," Brielle mumbled as she stopped walking next to her bed. Her bright green eyes narrowed a little bit as she ran her eyes along the length of the bed. She couldn't ask him to scoot over, the full-sized bed was already too small. One of them would surely fall off, and she really didn't want to lay at the foot of her own bed. So, that really left one spot for Brielle to sit and watch the movie even slightly comfortably. Climbing onto the bed, Brielle threw one leg onto the other side of Luca's and sat down on his lap. Her back pressing against his as she stretched out her legs on the sides of his. Her nightgown barely covered her mid-thighs and had raised a little bit more because of how her legs were positioned over Luca's legs. He'd also have a nice view down her nightgown if he wanted. Her straps easily moveable, with the slightest of movements.

A small sigh escaped from Bielle as she stretched against Luca a little bit before relaxing. Not knowing that she wasn't being poked by his pant zipper between her legs. "Comfy?" Brielle asked, her voice barely above a mumble as she focused her gaze on the movie. Her head moved to the side a little and rested against his right shoulder. Her left hand raised and started to nonchalantly play with his stubble once more.

    ----

A shaky breath entered through Dmitri's nose before slowly being exhaled through his lips. His eyes were focused on the bird that was above them. He had heard Sybil and didn't know how to reply. He wasn't a good man, far from it actually. So many things have gone wrong in his life since his accident at the carpentry job he had. His addictions weren't much of a fun topic to talk about either. So many people loved to point out his flaws, but no one ever dared to try and help him overcome his own demons. Hell, he wasn't even sure he even wanted to fight his own fucking demons. They were so ingrained into his blood that he was bound to be completely empty without them.

"It's probably for the best that you don't think about why your mother kept you from me," Dmitri said quietly after a while of watching the Blue Jay before it flew away. "I was in a bad place in life, and rather not live it. I'd rather live in the now." He told her, a mixture of lies and truths together. "I wish I was in your life more, don't push that out of your mind though. I care about all of my kids." Ha, that was a joke. He had life insurance on Brielle and would be filthy rich if she died. Often times, he wondered if he'd be able to pull the shit off. God knows that he's almost done so with Luca a few times but stopped when his ex-wife kept taking the brat to the hospital and they got social service called on their asses.

Running his tongue over his lips, Dmitri looked down at Sybil as he started to slowly pull her along once more. "Are you getting tired? Anything hurt?" Dmitri asked, his voice soft as he spoke to the young girl. God, she was so pretty. Her bright eyes, dark hair. He wondered if it was as soft as it looked. "There's a bench up ahead, did you want to rest before heading back?" He asked her, looking ahead once more. "If you want to know about me, know that I like being outside, it's peaceful."

Luca's eyes had moved, running up Brielle's legs, over the thin little fabric of her nightgown as she stood near the bed. He could see the look of deep thought on her face as she wondered how to climb into the bed. He was ready to press himself into the corner, up against the wall to give her more space. Even ready to ask if she'd like him to sit up, but instead, he just let his eyes linger over her. Wondering what she'd prefer to do. Or rather, what she was willing to do.

Getting a nice little flash of her panties once more as she swung her leg over his lap, Luca's eyebrows shot up to his hairline. The young girl sank down on him, her crotch grinding slightly against the zipper of his jeans, her back firmly against his chest. Blood rushed to his cock and Luca groaned slightly, but shrugged it off as he shifted their weight around. Just appearing to get comfortable. "Very comfy," he supplied, his hands slowly running up her thighs, until his fingertips could brush across the hem of her nightgown. Being here like this with her, reminded him of how much he missed her. Over her shoulder, it was so easy for him to just glance down, straight down her night gown to see those perky little tits, but he tried to control himself.

    For the time being.

His hands gingerly pushed the hem of her night gown higher up her thighs, though he moved so agonizingly slow, would she even notice? "Munchkin..." He breathed, completely ignoring the movie playing for them. Her bright green eyes seemed fixed on the screen, he wondered if she still remembered he was here. "Do you miss your big brother as much as he misses you?" Luca knew where he was pushing this conversation, but he could feel a ball forming in the pit of his stomach. It was rare that he felt nervous. "You know, if dad is so wrapped up in his new daughter, you...could always come stay with me? If you wanted. On weekends... Or..." Luca would allow her to make the decision. Whether she didn't want to at all, or if she'd just like to visit ...or, if she'd like to stay with him indefinitely... He knew he could do a hell of a lot better of a job than Dmitri.
Sybil was expecting an answer like, oh, we just didn't get along... or a vague explanation of why they ended so badly, but instead... The answer she received made her blood run cold. Just don't...think about it? Staring down at their hands, Sybil slowly loosened her grip on his, but stopped when he assured that he always wanted to be in her life. That he cared. Swallowing thickly, she tried to just get herself to chill out. She was so on edge, obviously from what she'd been through and then how Luca acted... Sybil didn't need to go poking around to figure out what skeletons her father kept hidden. Sybil just wanted a normal life.

The sun was trying it's hardest to shine through the trees, casting little bright lights all over Dmitri's hair and face, he was almost glowing. It was hard for her to just...forgive him. All of the things she'd missed out on growing up, watching her mom pocket the birthday money he'd send her because they needed it for groceries... She loved to dwell on the past and wonder what could've been different... Letting out a shaky breath, she followed him as he began pulling her along, her fingers wrapping back around his again.

"I'm fine, promise," Sybil tried to assure him, though she probably wasn't doing a very good job at it. "Just a little sore." Her eyes fell on the bench he led them too and she quietly inched closer to it. It felt like her legs were on fire and one more step, she might collapse. "If you like being outside so much, then we should sit! You can tell me more about yourself," she decided, glad he gave her a reason to accept the offer. Sinking down on the wooden seat, she finally slipped her hand away from his. Hiding her hand under her leg, her other one held in place firmly against her chest she motioned for him to sit with her. The sunlight did feel good on her skin, and the sound of the wind whistling through the leaves was soothing.

The movie was entertaining enough, some parts were funny while other parts were kinda stupid. Distracting was all it was for, and it was doing a decent job of that. "Hm?" Brielle mumbled as she turned slightly to look up at Luca as he called her nickname to get her attention. Her nightgown going completely up for a moment and flashing a little bit of her pantie covered crotch. "Of course I've missed you just as much," Brielle said quietly, a look of slight confusion on her face as she leaned up and pressed a quick little kiss to his cheek. "I love you, Luca."

Turning back to the movie, Brielle relaxed back in her position. Her movements had raised her nightgown a half an inch higher then it was before. Giving Luca more of an advantage on his exploration. A small sigh escaped from her as she closed her eyes. Feeling the vibrations of Luca's voice through his chest as he spoke. Her lips formed together as she listened to his suggestion. "I don't know, Luca. Dad seems to be happy to have Sybil here, maybe having another daughter will cause dad to be kinder?" She mumbled, her voice sounding hopeful. "I kinda want to see how things will play out. Ya know, see if he'll still be a jerk with her around or not. Or if he'll actually act as he'll care. Weekends will be awesome though, so I'd like that for sure. Summer vacation as well, if that's okay?" Glancing up, Brielle did her best to offer Luca a small smile. Trying to defuse any bad thoughts he might be developing from her not fully accepting his idea.

After a couple of minutes, Brielle could feel her eyes getting heavy. She hadn't been able to sleep well the past couple of nights. Too nervous for Sybil's arrival. So, at a boring part in the movie, she thought she'd just rest her eyes as she listened to the talking. A couple of moments of resting her eyes wouldn't hurt. Right? Eventually, her breathing started to even out a little bit. Her lips parting as she fell into a deep sleep. Her legs slipped from their positions on top of Luca's and rested on the other sides, leaving her wide open as an invitation. Her hands rested carelessly on the sides of her, easily movable if need be. Scooting up a bit, Brielle brushed against the erection that was underneath her and a small moan escaped from her. Followed by the twitching of a smile on her lips. Her body was already growing warm from that one small motion, acting susceptible to the motion between her legs.

    ---

He had said something stupid, Dmitri knew that he did. He could feel Sybil's hand lose it's grip on his, only to gently come back as they neared the bench. She was pretty good at hiding her emotions, but she wasn't as good as him. Dmitri was a fucking master at hiding what he was really feeling and thinking. Still, though, he played along. He allowed Sybil to lead then towards the bench and then hesitated for the briefest of moments before he sat down next to the young beauty. The first time that he had actually seen Sybil's picture when child services had contacted him, he could feel his balls get tight. She was fucking hot. The nice complexion, perfect sized tits. She was like a goddess that was thrown into his web of lies and deceit.

As Dmitri sat down, his knee lightly nudged against Sybils before he pulled away. Acting like the move was an accident, but it wasn't. He wanted to see how she'd react. Would she want his touch? Or, would she try to keep pushing him away? All because he wasn't this picture-perfect version of a father that she seemed to want from him. "About myself?" He mumbled quietly, looking up at the darkening sky. His mind roaming over what he should say. How could he make himself out to seem like this amazing guy that she'd like to get to know.

"I used to be in the Marines." Dmitri started, wanting to start with the best years of his life. "I served right out of high school and did for four years. They paid for my college years as well. Allowing me to get a bachelor's in business." He glanced at Sybil through the corner of his eye. "After that, I went into carpentry. Doing things with my hands made me happy, it still does, but.." He left that part hanging. "I'm not able to do that anymore, so watching TV and going for walks really is all that I do now. I'm just a boring old man." He said, trying to get a smile out of Sybil. "I met Luca and Brielle's mom a year after joining the Marines and your mother a year later." That was a lie, he honestly didn't remember the woman. "Both were beautiful women, both had smiles that could light up a room and make a man's heart swell." He lowered his eyes and looked at Sybil. Pouty lips, a button nose, she looked like a little doll. "I couldn't have just one, I loved both and it was tough, Sybil. Your mom didn't want me in your life because I couldn't choose. I'm sorry." He told her. His shoulders slouching as he lowered his gaze to the ground and sighed. Guilt, the ultimate way to get what one wanted.

Luca's lips parted slightly at the small kiss Brielle planted on his cheek. Glancing down over her shoulder, he couldn't help but lick his bottom lip, eyeing the way her nipples pressed against the thin material of her nightgown. Luca was practically salivating, paying close attention to how her little gown kept pushing up higher and higher. His hands were now settled on her hips, the night gown bunched up around her waist. Luca rubbed his thumbs over the sides of her panties, pushing and rolling the fabric around. Even hooking his thumbs in them a few times.

He could hear Brielle talking, but his mind had gone elsewhere. Only snapping back to attention when he realized she was giving him an answer. And not exactly what he had been hoping for. "Well, just know the offer stands though? In case... things don't change." He couldn't even begin to understand just how bad things had became, but if he had even an inkling of suspicion, he'd force Brielle out of the house. The fucking prick had tried to kill Luca a handful of times, and he had been gifted numerous black eyes and bloody lips from his dear old dad, but Brielle was his baby girl. He'd yell and threaten her, but surely he wouldn't lay a hand on her. "But a weekend here or there sounds nice. Summer too."

Luca let the conversation rest there, not wanting to push. It was her decision to make and he had to respect that. Especially since he didn't see even a chance of their father changing his ways. He was hoping Brielle would see that sooner rather than later and change her mind. Focusing back on the movie, Luca continued holding her close, shifting once every now and then to rub himself against her. It wasn't until he felt her legs slip from their position that he noticed she was asleep. Instantly, bad, disgusting thoughts entered his mind and he squeezed her hips, letting himself linger on them. Until that little moan escaped her lips. Shocked, Luca leaned forward, his eyes scanning over her face. Was she trucking him? Was she really asleep?

Lifting one hand away from her hip, Luca slowly reached between her legs to unzip his jeans. Fiddling with the button for a second, he let his jeans pop open and he palmed himself through his boxers. Now that his jeans weren't in the way, his cock was a bit more free. His erection much more noticeable now that the only barrier were his light gray boxers. His eyes ran back up to her face, watching for any sign that she might be awake, while his hand left his cock and gently brushed up her inner thigh. Luca couldn't control himself, it was mad to think he could. Brielle was so fucking hot, and how she had grown in the years he'd been gone... Where did these curves come from? She was so soft and smelled so nice, and the way she skipped around the house, hips swaying and her ass bouncing. Her ass... That was perfect too. Suddenly, his finger tips were brushing the crotch of her panties, his thumb pushing the fabric out if the way. So warm, damp... She was excited. Raising an eyebrow, he kept his eyes locked on her face, his index finger carefully gliding up her slit, gentle enough he hoped it wouldn't wake her. Or maybe, he did want her to wake up.
Sybil wasn't quite sure how she felt about his sudden admission about his relationship with her mother. There was no reason to question him, or think he was lying. It wasn't like she could just ask her mom if it was all true. But it was better she didn't know. It'd break her heart if she knew Dmitri didn't even remember her mom, that it was just a random hook up. Thinking that her mom wasn't enough to get him to stay hurt enough already. So, she tried to focus more on the other things he mentioned. It wasn't surprising he had been a marine. Even it had been years and years ago, he still had a damn near perfect physique. It looked like he lived in the gym.

It was hard to not let her mind wander back to the bad stuff, especially when she glanced up and saw him looking broken. His shoulders dropped, his gaze lowered to the ground. And then an apology. Was that enough to just make it all alright? It didn't make her feel better, that was certain. Still, Sybil scooted closer to Dmitri on the bench, able to wrap her good arm around him in a sort of hug. She had to try, she wanted them to have a relationship. A good one. The last thing she'd purposefully do is try to push him away. "We don't have to talk about it," she gave him a tight smile, "and you don't have to apologize. It's fine." It was so hard to pretend that it didn't hurt her as much as it did. But it wouldn't help to make him feel worse.

The two of them sat on the bench for a few more moments, watching the sun dip down behind the horizon as the sky darkened. Before it became too dark, they finally decided it was best to hurry back home. The walk back didn't seem to take as long, and Sybil's mind was racing with such heavy thoughts that she didn't really feel how achy and sore her legs felt. But that finally hit her once they were back inside the house. "Can.. I go take a shower?" Sybil asked, still feeling nervous, like she needed permission to move. "And then, maybe after we could watch TV or something? Unless you're ready for bed, or don't want too-" There she went rambling again, afraid maybe Dmitri would rather her just stay out of his face now.

A small sigh escaped from Brielle as she felt something running up the inside of her leg. A slight smile tugged at her lips, showing that she liked the feeling. Her lips wobbled a little bit and then settled as she adjusted herself slightly, which ended with her pressing down more against Luca's hardening erections a bit more. Her arousal slowly growing and her panties started to stick to her at the feeling of being pressed against. Her breathing picked up for a moment before she quieted down to an even pace. Brielle's lips staying parted as she slept.

Then, another round of arousal washed over her at the tickling between her legs. Instinctively, Brielle raised her right leg a little as she pressed against the feeling. A happy smile playing across Brielle's lips as she moved her head back a little and rocked her hips against Luca's finger. Causing his digit to slowly inch between her folds for a moment before she settled back down. A quiet "Yes." escaped from Brielle's lips as she started to feel the arousal more. A wet dream being voiced out loud, her cheeks turned a light pink color as she mumbled more nonsense in her dreams. Things that made no sense in the least bit, just random mumbled that past from her lips.

Slowly, a loud groan escaped from Brielle as she stretched out her legs once more. Then, she arched her back, her crotch rubbing hard against the erection that was pressing against her as she settled back down. Her right hand moved up to scratch at her right breast for a moment before lowering to the side of the bed. The top of her nightgown was pushed out of place and hung off of her breast. Her nipple hardening in the cooler air.

    ----

Just like that, it seemed that Sybil had forgiven him. She had taken his words with little to no salt and accepted each and every fucking one of them to be true. What a day today was turning out to be. First, Luca showed up at the door because Brielle had invited him. Then the little punk decided he wouldn't even greet his old man. Insult his new sister who was moving into the house and then being offered forgiveness by the little one that no one knew about but him. A light smile played along Dmitri's lips as he wrapped an arm around Sybil and lightly hugged her back. It felt nice to hug someone again. Sybil was so small compared to him, it was nice. She felt nice against him. It was a good idea to take her in.

Walking back to the house, Dmitri arched an eyebrow as he followed a step behind Sybil. His eyes looking over her injuries. She looked so helpless, so innocent. Like she needed someone to take care of her. When she started to speak, Dmitri blinked for a moment in confusion before he realized that Sybil had spoken to him. "Oh, uh." He mumbled, completely caught off guard. "Yeah, you can take a shower. That's no problem. I'll show you to your room and where the bathroom is located." He told her, nodding his head. Then, he offered her a small smile. "I'll throw some popcorn in then if you want to watch TV," He told her, feeling excited by the idea of possibly getting Sybil to relax against his side.

When they got up to the house, Dmitri made sure to offer his help up the steps. Going slow since Sybil was still obviously in pain. Then, when they were inside he grabbed her bag and threw it over his shoulder as he led her up the stairs and down the hall. To the bedroom that was across the hall from him. The room that actually used to belong to Luca when he lived there. "There's a bathroom to the right of your room," Dmitri said as he placed Sybil's bag at the foot of the slightly bare bed. "There should already be towels on the rack for you to use." He told her, taking a step towards the door, then pausing for a moment to look towards Sybil once more. "Are you uh, going to be okay showering on your own?" He asked, glancing towards her cast to indicate what he was getting at.

Luca still wondered if he had any doubts that Brielle was actually asleep. Rubbing gently against him, the little moans, the way she seemed to be enjoying every little movement of his hand. That whispered yes had his cock throbbing, and as soon as Brielle's hand dropped from her breast, the strap falling down her arm, Luca's other hand was rushing to replace it. Rolling her nipple between two fingers, Luca wished he could be kissing all over her breasts. He was confident he could make her feel so good.

Dipping two fingers between her folds again, Luca ran them up to her clit and was sure to move carefully. If she was asleep, he decided it'd be best if she stayed that way. With her cunt absolutely dripping wet though, he knew it'd be a crime to not help push her over the edge. Was he willing to risk her waking up? Pinching and rolling her nipple still, Luca's other fingers began slowly circling Brielle's clit. Luca rested his head against hers, his lips and nose pressed into her hair. Closing his eyes, all he could focus on way the subtle floral scent from her shampoo and how her body was reacting to his touch. Her thighs were trembling and every now and then, she'd gently buck her hips slightly. Surely a sign that she was enjoying what he was doing.

Could he possibly push something like this further when she would come to stay with him? Luca pressed soft kisses to her head, his breath heavy and hot, his own heart rate picking up the closer he knew his little munchkin was getting to her climax. "Are you going to come for me, sweet girl?" He whispered it so quietly, he wasn't even sure if he really had or if he'd just imagined it.
Sybil stepped into the room behind Dmitri and looked around, though there wasn't much to look at. He hadn't lied when he said they'd need to go shopping. She hoped she could sleep, glancing over the bare bed and the one thin blanket. It was only one night, she reminded herself. She turned towards the foot of the bed, grabbing her bag up with her good hand. Letting the bag fall against her to hold it up, she unzipped it and rifled through the few contents she had, believing her dad was gone until he was speaking up again. She stopped digging around in her bag, frozen when his question seemed to be offering help. Showering with only one hand did complicate a lot of things, but she had figured out a system. And luckily, she only needed to wear her splint for a couple more weeks and then she could take it off herself.

But she couldn't ask her dad to help her shower. How awkward would that be... For him too, right? "Oh, yeah, I'll be fine." She gave him a smile, looking over towards the door at him, before pulling out some pajamas and a cover for her splint, so it wouldn't get wet in the shower. Her eyes stayed fixed on him for the rest of the time that he lingered in the door way. He was so large, his t-shirt stretching across his muscular chest, he towered over her. Following him back out of the room, she turned right and quickly disappeared into the bathroom.

Sybil appeared back downstairs about forty minutes later. Showering with one arm also made everything take way longer than it should've. And she may also just have needed some time away by herself. But now she was coming off of the stairs, her hand sliding down the banister before she tiptoed into the living room. Her dad was looking pretty comfortable on the couch, a bowl of popcorn sitting on the table. The buttery smell was filling the whole room, making her mouth water. Dropping down next to him on the couch, Sybil curled her legs up under her and relaxed back into the cushions. "What do you wanna watch?" Sybil was close enough that her arm was gently nestled up against his. Her pajamas shorts riding up her thighs, her legs glistening and smooth from where she just shaved. The smell of apple blossom lingered over her skin from her body wash, making her smell sweet and fresh.
