Cady was tired, she had been hunting non-stop for nearly a week and no matter where she went another case would arise. There were times when she believed that it wasn't random, that perhaps she wasn't entirely choosing her destinations and that something bigger was guiding her to where she needed to be.

Parked up outside a dingy, run-down bar, Cady killed the engine and made her way inside. She wasn't one for drinking, but the idea of being surrounded by people sounded good and she needed to be around other human beings for a while.

Sam sat at a table in a bar that Dean had found and stared at the laptop screen, unsure of what he was actually looking for. On one hand, he wanted to find another case to throw himself into and yet, hunting was the last thing he really wanted to be doing.

All his life had been a continuous loop of motel rooms and demons trying to kill them, but it was what he felt he was born to do. His destiny, the family business, was hunting demons with his brother and keeping the world safe from the things that lurked in the dark.

"There're a few possible cases that I can find," Sam told his brother, "Looks like possible werewolves and a haunting, any of those peak your interest?"

Dean looked at his little brother and sighed. "Honestly, not really." Dean admitted to Sam as he took and heard the door to the bar open. Chugging some of his beer down he looked towards the door seeing the young woman walk in. A grin formed into his lips as he looked at her, "She is something." Dean smirked to himself.

Jessie sighed listing to Ellen and Jo explain what had happened. Sighing she bit her lip, "I'll be on my way there as soon as I stop get some food and gas." She told the woman on the other end.

Ending the call she pulled the door open and walked into the bar. Going to the counter she ordered some tea and a burger. She tapped her fingers impatiently looking at her watch. Ellen had told her, her dad had went missing a few days ago. She hoped he was alright and no demon had tried to take him again.

"Dean, honestly, leave the poor girl alone," Sam argued with a glare, "We have important things to be getting done, you know what dad always said about distractions... they'll end up getting you killed."

Sam didn't actually agree with what his dad said, he wanted nothing more than to see him and his brother settled with a family one day. That day was not today though, especially with how exhausted the poor girl looked and Sam couldn't help feeling concerned for her.

The sensation of being watched didn't disappear and so, Cady scanned the room to find out who was watching her. It wasn't long before her gaze landed on two guys sitting in the far corner of the quiet bar, one with a laptop and the other looking directly at her with an all too familiar smirk on his face.

There was no denying that he was pretty and not far off of Cady's type, but tonight was not the night for hooking up. She was too damn tired, both mentally and physically to make an effort.

Dean looked over at his brother, "I can have fun if I please." Dean argued getting up. "She does look tired and drained. I am going to check on her though." Dean admitted walking over to her.

With a sigh, Sam returned his attention to the laptop screen and ran through some of the other cases he could find. Dean hadn't been as into the whole hunting thing lately, it was as though he had given up completely and resigned himself to the fact that they were going to die in this life.

Cady stared into her empty glass, raising it towards the bartender and offering him a weak smile as he refilled it for her. The liquid burnt her throat as she knocked back the whiskey, not feeling its effects and wondering if it would hit her later or not at all.

Movement out the corner of her eye caught her attention and she glanced up, groaning when she spotted the guy that had been staring making his way over.

Dean heard her groan and chuckled shaking his head a little. "Not here to flirt." He promised her. "I was just wanting to check see if you're alright. You look like death rode over." He told her. "I'm Dean Winchester." He extended his hand to her.

Jessie finished her food and paid. She got up noticing a man on the laptop in the far corner. He seemed oddly familiar but didn't act on her instinct. She took and headed out going to her Jeep as she unlocked it and climbed inside before pulling out heading to Ellen's.

"Cady Matthews," Cady replied, shaking his hand and frowning slightly, "As for the looking rough, it's been a rough few weeks..."

Unable to decide on a case, Sam looked up and watched as a girl left. Something about her was familiar, he was sure that he had seen her before and couldn't help the curiosity that peeked within him.

"Nice to meet you, Cady." Dean smiled at her. "Few weeks? That's not good at all." Dean told her as he slid on a stool near her. "Let me buy your drinks." He told her paying for whatever else she may have down the road.

It didn't take her long to get to Ellen's. Walking in she looked at Jo then to Ellen. "What the hell happened? He said he was going home when we left the case we'd worked together back in Chicago." She looked at the two.

"We're unsure. I am about to call Sam and Dean Winchester." Jo told her.

"Wait, John's boys?" Jessie asked.

"Yeah." Jo said walking off dialing Sam's phone filling him in about Bobby being missing.

"You really don't have to," Cady argued, not wanting to feel obligated to speak to him, "I'm not hanging around, places to go and things to do."

Once he had hung up with Jo, Sam approached Dean and greeted the girl at the bar with a smile as he tapped his brother's shoulder.

"Dude, we have a situation to deal with."

Dean looked at her and smiled, "I don't mind. I've had many times like this. Wished someone would've been nice to me." Dean told her hearing Sam. "Alright, alright." He tossed his hand up handing his phone number to Cady. "Ever need help don't heistate." He told her before walking out with Sam.

"What the hell is going on?" Dean questioned his younger brother.

"Bobby is missing," Sam replied, a small tremble in his voice and he saw the moment that Dean's anger turned to worry, "We need to get over to the roadhouse."

Cady stared at the number for a few moments, before shoving it in her pocket and ordering one final drink. The drive to the motel was quiet, but she knew that tomorrow would bring with it a whole new evil to fight and she was glad for the time out.

Once they arrived at the roadhouse. Dean got out and headed inside. Stopping at the sight of another girl with Jo he looked at Ellen. "What the hell is going? Bobby missing? Who the hell is she?" Dean questioned pointing at Jessie.

Jessie turned around narrowing her eyes at the man. "I'm Bobby's daughter, Dean." She snapped narrowing her eyes.

"Jessie?" Sam said, frowning slightly and giving the girl a once over, "You sure grew up... What happened?"

Laid on her bed, Cady fought against sleep and finally succumbed to the darkness that pulled her under.

"Wait, who is Jessie?" Dean questioned not remembering her.

"She's Bobby's daughter you idiot." Jo sighed.

"Daughter? He had a daughter." Dean questioned.

"Yes he had a daughter, that is me. Jessie Singer, Dean." She rolled her eyes. "I mean shut up five minutes." Jessie told him. "Ellen said he was on his way back home. Him and I done a job up in Chicago. We parted ways cause I had another job lined up after that one alone. Told him when I got done I'd come home and work with him." Jessie sighed.

"Ellen was on the phone with him and it went dead. There has been a demon after me, because Lucifer says I am special. I am thinking they might have took dad to get at me." Jessie sighed running her hand through her hair.

"Okay," Sam stated with a frown, "So, we need to find out if there are any omens nearby or along the route that Bobby would have taken home. Did he mention where he was when you spoke to him on the phone, Ellen?"

Vampires. It just had to be vampires that decided to take up residence in the next town that Cady drove through. It wasn't the first time she'd dealt with them, but they were tricky little buggers and unpredictable.

She had just taken down the nest, when something hit her and she gasp. Unsure of what was happening, she climbed into her SUV and made her way back to her motel. Once inside, she lined the doors and windows with salt, before sliding down to the floor.

"He told me he was almost near his house." Ellen told Dean and Sam.

"Then they could've been any where's along that route. He probably took the back roads like normal." Jessie said sighing. "This is all my damn fault. I shouldn't had let him leave till I was with him." She frowned.

"Alright so we need to break off into groups." Dean told the group.

"It's not your fault, Jessie," Sam stated without hesitation, "You had no way of knowing that anything was going to happen, we just need to retrace Bobby's route home and see what we can find."

Though Sam was acting as though he wasn't worried, the truth was that Bobby had always been like a dad to them and the thought of losing him was too hard to think about.

Cady patched herself up as good as she could, before pulling out her phone and staring at the device for a few seconds. There was no one that she could call, well, that was a lie and she knew that it would have to be the stranger from the bar. Dean Winchester.

I need your help she sent, not wanting to tell him that she was hurt and bleeding out on the motel room floor. All she needed was to get him there and that text should do the trick, unless he wasn't serious.

Feeling his phone, Dean glanced down seeing the message. "Ya'll I have to go. I'll be back." Dean said without another word he was in the Impala and gone. Once he got to where Cady had sent him the address. He rushed up to the door pushing it open. "Shit." He said running to her.

Jessie sighed nodding her head, "Guess we should start where his car was found. About two and half hours from the house." Jessie looked at Sam seeing Jo and Ellen nodding.
