Ivan along with his father and mother, and their royal counsel rode towards the Risa Kingdom. The royals had been invited into the kingdom for a party to celebrate the deal of peace. It has been years since they interacted in any positive way, so this came as a surprise for the people on both sides. Unbeknownst to him however the King of the clan and the King of the humans decided, and signed the contract to wed their children, as a symbol of peace between the kingdoms. Their hopes were to combine the two peoples, species, and the lands. The two species had been at war for years resulting in thousands of deaths for both the vampires and humans. The joining of the species would not be complete until an heir to the thrones were born with both bloods. Ivan wore a simple, yet elegant, royal military suit. He had fought alongside his countrymen many a times. As the group arrived Ivan headed into the Risa’s ball room. He was unaware of the deal to wed him to the human princess. He believed to be here just for diplomacy. There were many of the human kingdom in the ballroom.. But only he, his family, and a handful of the other royals that were invited. It was a very classy party, he had dressed for it. A powerful perfume scent entered his overly sensitive nose and he glanced over, seeing the princess. "Ah, Princess Charlotte." He said with a heavy accent, one that sounded almost Russian, and bowed, offering his hand to her. "Thank you for the invitation to the kingdom." He said politely. Though at the moment, he despised the humans. They hunted his men and were ruthless with how they treated the vampire prisoners of war.

There was still a heavy dose of skepticism in Charlotte despite the fact that her father had told her that peace with the vampires had been settled. She did not know what they were playing at, but simply enough she did not trust it. After all, they literally fed on humans. Why would they ever be interested in peace with people that they only saw as their meals? The vampires needed humans, of course, for they were their source of food but that was really about it. And why her father insisted that they needed the vampires was beyond her. She was more than sure they could get along just find without the predators. After all, it wasn't just the way they fed on her kind that turned the woman's stomach. They were not a species that was kind to hers. They fed on them, ripped them apart, and some tormented them. And to make it worse, the vampires were stronger. It was just lucky enough that they managed to outsmart their brute strength.

But despite her worries and concerns over the vampires, peace had been made and her father was insistent that she act her best. Which she could do. The King and Queen and their son would be joining them for a ball. Charlotte could keep the smile on her face for a night, keep her thoughts to herself as well. How hard could it be? So she dressed in the beautiful pale pink ballgown that was made for her and got ready for the ball by getting her hair, nails, and makeup done. And, she was in the ballroom before the vampires were set to arrive.

Charlotte took a champagne flute as she waited for her father to call for her. There was no doubt in her mind that the man would call her over when he was ready to introduce her to their guests. It was what he typically did, after all. Though she was surprised when a man with a heavy accent walked up and she was quick to deduce who it was, as she knew everyone else that had been invited. The young woman curtsied to him before lightly laying her hand into his. She had not want to do it, just touching a predator made her skin crawl but she had promised to be on her best behavior. "You must be Prince Ivan," Charlotte said. "It is an honor to have you here for such a momentous occasion. I hope your trip here treated you well." Of course, it would be more of an honor to have him and those bloodsuckers in her dungeons.

Ivan made sure to control his face. He may be feeling annoyed or upset, but he didn’t show anything. His time in the army had trained him well, as a fighter, a diplomat, and in hiding emotions. For someone reasons the humans loved getting a rise out of the vampires and so if they controlled themselves and showed no elations they could keep themselves safe. He stood straight, in his dress blues, a sword sheathed and attached to his hip. He held his cap under his arm as he stood in the ballroom.

Ivan nodded as Charlotte spoke. “Yes, your highness.” He said and looked down at her as he straightened out. “Travel was well. Let us sit.” He said and moved across the room, sitting between his parents at the ballroom table. Ivan knew they were going to have a dinner of sorts before signing the peace treaty. They could eat and be polite, even though this would not give them any sustenance. Leo nodded to the other King, and kissed the hand of the Queen. Then looked among the other royals. His eyes shifted to the prince, eyes narrowing for a moment before he turned his attention back to the head of the table. Both his father and the other King were standing up there and seemed to have an announcement. Ivan straightened up, leaned back against the seat, and folded his hand on the table as he listened.

Ivan’s father started the discussion. “Thank you everyone for being here. This is a monumental moment in both our species history.” He proclaimed and smiled diplomatically. “While there are finer details in the peace treaty, there is one more important piece we are here to discuss. It is the piece that will ensure peace is kept and will last for centuries” he said and held up his wine glass waiting for a toast. “King Risa and I have come to the agreement, to wed my son, Prince Ivan, and Princess Charlotte. As a union between our two people, for peace.” He said and grinned at the guests. “We also expect snd heir of both bloods to be born, and cement the union of our people, showing both sides there is no reason for hatred when we can have one another.”

As they walked up to their parents, Charlotte curtsied to the King and Queen before sitting down at the table besides Charlotte. Luckily, they did not have to continue to converse as the Kings had stood to make an announcement. Her hands folded together and she watched curiously, wondering what they would say. Surely it would be something profound as this war had been going on for as long as she could remember. It was a mistake, in her eyes, but nonetheless, a grand occasion.

Once the two men started to speak, all of the blood seem to drain from her face. A wedding. Between her and Ivan? Surely this was some kind of joke? Or a trick? Certainly her father was not serious about marrying her off to a vampire. Even if he had lost his mind in that regard, surely the man would not be so cruel as to surprise her with this information at a goddamn party that he had made her promise not to make a scene at. God, she started to feel sick as an heir was mentioned. A child? With a vampire? Did they really expect her to just pop out an heir at their command? To sleep with who they choose?

Charlotte dropped a hand down to her stomach, truly feeling nauseous at the news. Well, that and pure anger. Her fingers twitched for a moment as the thought of chucking her glass at the two men passed over her mind. Though she had managed to keep her glass in her hand. But she was quick to stand up as they started to toast to a future that Charlotte would be hell bent to ensure that would never happen. She had promised to not make a scene but since her father was making dumb decisions, why shouldn't she?

"Excuse me," Charlotte said, managing to keep her voice even but there was a clear rage in her eyes. "I do not remember receiving a marriage proposal. Or, for that matter, accepting one. And I can also say quite certainly that I have no intentions in producing a child with Prince Ivan either."

Ivan didn’t think he heard his father rig her. He cocked his head to the side and continued to listen, confirming he had heard right. He remained as calm as he could on the surface, no emotions coming from his features. On the inside, however, he was boiling with anger. He knew his eyes had probably changed to a dark shade of red, signifying the anger that was deep inside him. His hand clenched the glass right. Ivan knew he would break it if he didn’t set it down, so he did.

Ivan looked from his father, to the other king, to Princess Charlotte. He could tell she was feeling the same way. Ivan folded his hands on the table snd looked down at them. He closed his eyes, his hands clasped together. It looked as if he was praying. He wasn’t. Ivan was just doing his best to calm down and return his eyes to normal. He couldn’t believe his father had made a decision like this without consulting him. Ivan had been a consultant ever since his time serving in the military had ended. He had given information on missions. He had given his ideas for peace before, why was this different. He knew his mother knew by the look he had seen on her face. And he felt betrayed by her, for not telling him. They told each other everything.

Ivan looked up when he heard Princess Charlotte speak. He had been able to calm down enough that his eyes went back to their icy blue color. Ivan laughed dryly. “Don’t flatter yourself, Princess.” He purred. Ivan stood up and straightened his jacket. “I’m not doing this.” He said snd looked across at his father. “You can find another way for peace or we can go back to war. But I’m not doing this. I fought alongside my countrymen. I watched them die, I had them die in my arms. And I’m not marrying someone who is responsible for their deaths. My men would declare me a traitor.” He said, standing talk and proud in front of the kings. Ivan’s father shook his head. “It is already done, Ivan. We’ve signed the treaty and have the ceremony planned for tomorrow, everything will be done here. Then we will go back to our kingdom with your wife. You don’t have a choice, Ivan. You will listen to me, and King Risa.” Ivan frowned and clenched his jaw tightly as he listened to his father speak. His eyes flashing red again.

"I don't believe I was talking to you, Man-child." Charlotte retorted as Prince Ivan stood up. She was still enraged and part of her wanted to slap the prince across the face now. Though, nonetheless, she turned quiet when he started to argue with his father. But as he mentioned her being responsible for his men's death, her jaw clenched. Of course he would see it like that. Humans were just trying to protect themselves from monster but of course a monster wouldn't see it that way.

"Maybe you can force him but you can not force me." The princess snapped as she stepped forward. "I refuse. The both of you must have simply gone mad to do this. The arrangement is insane to begin with but you also thought it would be a good idea to surprise us with it? To simply tell us that the ceremony is tomorrow. Or was it that you just thought we would be easier to control with less time to stop it?"

Charlotte looked directly at her father. "I will not. It does not matter what you say but I will not allow you to marry me and ship me off to a land where I will be a sheep among wolves. And I certainly will not sleep with someone because you wish an heir from them. How selfish and ignorant." Charlotte held her breath for a moment before standing straighter, her next words stinging sharper than the others. "Mother would be ashamed of you."

The King of Risa's face went red with anger at his daughter's words but the moment she brought up her mother, he started to yell. "Don't you dare speak about your mother like that. Don't you dare speak to me like that! This decision has been made and you will be married by nightfall tomorrow!"

Charlotte was quick to turn on her heels as she started out of the room as he yelled after her.

Ivan couldn’t help but smirk as she called him a name. He knew he had the upper hand now. If he had irritated her with one comment, he knew he could take control of the situation as it pleased him. Ivan felt his mother tug on the arm of his coat. He saw the pleading in her eyes and he sighed, relenting snd sitting besides his mother. He rubbed her arm and gave his mother a soft look. He could tell she was not as happy as she was putting on, but that she had no choice. Ivan knew how controlling and domineering his father was.

Ivan looked across the table at the Princess as she began to go off on the two King’s. He smirked again as he watched it. He loved powerful women with opinions, not that he liked her. He detested her mind for killing his men. He had plenty of women like him to choose from. Ivan’s eyes widened as she seemed to strike a nerve with her King. He clapped, not loudly, just enough, after Charlotte finished speaking. He liked what she had to say, he agreed. But he also wanted to push his own father’s buttons.

Ivan stood as the princess left the room. “I have to say, I agree with her sentiments, your highnesses.” He said and grinned at the Kings. “I’m going to use the restroom. You can figure out how you plan to force us to marry in that time. It should be a good story.” He said, smirking as he bowed snd walked off in the same direction as Princess Charlotte. Ivan found the restroom nearby and stepping in. He looked in the mirror. He straightens out the rank on his shoulder, then his tie. Ivan wet his hands and ran the water through his hair. Just touching it up. He wanted to stay calm and collected. When he finished he stepped back out, walking back into the ballroom. Ivan moved to his seat and looked at the kings. He licked his lips and nodded to them.

Once Ivan came back into the room and sat down, the King of Risa turned to the other King and spoke. "Perhaps, Prince Ivan and the Queen should be shown to their rooms?" The king saw little reason to continue this discussion when one member of the happy couple had runoff. He was still determined to make this wedding happen, and it certainly would occur tomorrow. Though he also was not stupid enough to reveal both of the King's plans to ensure that the wedding would occur.

When the other King agreed, the man motioned for the servants to walk up. One man for each the Queen and the Prince headed to their sides, bowing to them both. "Prince Ivan, will you please follow me?" The servant said as he straightened up and stepped back, waiting for the prince to stand up. If he did so and followed the servant, he was quick to bring Prince Ivan to a lavish guest room that was in the same hall as where Charlotte's room was. Though if he did not, the servant then looked to the Kings in worry, unsure of what to do next.

Charlotte, on the other hand, was already in her bedroom, beginning to pack up a backpack. They could not marry her off if she was not there to be married. And it was certainly a better option to run away and live her life as a commoner for a year than it would to be forcibly married to a monster that would potentially kill and eat her if he were to get too hangry.

Ivan rolled his eyes as the other King spoke. He wasn’t one to be a rude guest. But he was annoyed with his father. Ivan looked over at the servant and stood. He held his hand up as he looked down at the smaller man. “Don’t touch me.” He said coldly. Ivan turned back to his father. “We better discuss this, father.”
He said and turned his head back to the servant. “Let’s go.” He said. Ivan followed the servant, his hands crossed behind his back. He made note of the way they went. He noticed the windows, the exits, the rooms. He wanted to make sure he had an exit plan if needed.

Ivan looked back at the servant when they arrived at his room. “You have anything for me to eat?” He asked with a sneer, grinning devilishly down at the servant. Ivan had fed earlier in the morning so he didn’t need to eat, he just wanted to scare the servant. Have a little fun. When Ivan saw the color drain from his face, he laughed snd waved his hand dismissively. “I’m fine, just kidding.” He said and flashed his fangs. “Thank you.” Ivan said.

Ivan stepped into the bedroom reserved for him, shutting the large door behind him. He looked around the room. It was beautiful, he would admit that. He looked at the suite bathroom, opening the cupboards and looking around the closet. He wanted to check for any bugs or any cameras. He wasn’t sure why they would want to watch or listen to him, but he didn’t trust these humans. Ivan continued to check the room and when he was satisfied, he moved to the bed. Ivan took off his dress blues, carefully hanging them up in the closet, not wanting them to be wrinkled. If they had to be married he would do so in his military uniform. He laid in the bed, in a white undershirt and boxers.

    -The next morning-

Charlotte had tried her best to escape in the middle of the night. She had managed to get out of the castle but, unfortunately, did not make it very far. It had turned out her father was having her room watched closely. So they were able to find her running through the woods before Charlotte was really able to get away. They captured her and dragged her back to the castle, and during the chase, Charlotte had managed to slam herself into a tree and proceed to roll down the path. Which led her to have a rather thin but long bruise that started at the back of her hand and went all the way down to her elbow. Even worse, Charlotte was taken back to the castle and endured a rather long talk with her father at one in the morning.

Though morning had come and any hope or will of escaping was gone. But Charlotte did receive her own personal guard to keep an eye on her. So when she headed down to breakfast the night morning, the man tailed behind her. And when she sat down at the table, he was standing only a few feet behind her chair. She folded her hands together, setting them down in her lap as she waited for the others to come. This was going to be a rough breakfast. Her lecture came last night but the King had already warned her that there was more coming her way.

Her head dropped a bit. Father had threatened her last night to ensure that she would follow through with the wedding. Either she marry the vampire or become one. Apparently, the foreign King had already agreed to change her in an attempt to force her into a corner. And here she was, forced into one. It took no time for Charlotte to decide she wanted to stay human. She did not want to be one of those monsters... At least there was still a chance to get away after marriage.

Ivan had decided to sleep for the night, not that he needed it as much as humans. But he had nothing more that he wanted to do or deal with in this room. He didn’t know the area or the land enough to escape snd he was sure his father would kill him if he tried.

When Ivan woke in the next morning he stood and stretched out. He looked towards the door and saw his suitcase sitting there, he frowned at the thought of someone having come in during the night, but he was grateful to have his new clothes. He would change into his uniform if needed, but for now he would relax and wear a suit. Ivan changed into a grey monochrome suit. He was dressing for how he felt. The suit hugged his body well. He heard a knock on the door snd sighed, at least he was ready.

Ivan opened the door and saw his mother, and he couldn’t help but smile. “Hello mother.” He said, giving her a hug. Ivan’s mother held her hand out and slipped a bag into his suit pocket. He raised an eyebrow and reached in, feeling the bag he recognized it. A bag of blood. He raised an eyebrow. “I know you ate yesterday, but stress will make you hungry fast. Eat up now so you’ll be okay.” She told him. Ivan nodded snd smiled, thanking her. “I’ll eat and come to breakfast like a good boy.” He teased. The Queen nodded and headed to breakfast. Ivan stepped back into his room. He pulled the bag out from his pocket and sunk his fangs into it.

Ivan finished his breakfast quickly, checking his teeth and approving of them he decided to head out. Ivan went into the room and saw everyone was there except for him. “I’m sorry for being late.” He said, his face returning to its emotionless state. He sat at the last chair, across from the Princess.

When Ivan walked into the room, Charlotte's head dropped down. While she had already felt unwell about what was going to happen that day, her anxiousness and fears only rose once her future husband entered the room. She didn't want to marry him. It felt so wrong to her very core to marry someone like him. Someone who only prayed on her kind. Someone who stood for everything she disagreed with. Someone who had literally kiilled her people. He liked to call her a murder but Charlotte had never laid a hand on a vampire. He, on the other hand, was in battle against her country. His hands had surely been around some poor man's neck.

The King of Risa, William, grinned widely once Ivan took his seat. Everyone was now at the breakfast table, Charlotte, Ivan, his parents and William. "Now that everyone is here, I am pleased to announce that Charlotte has agreed to go through with the wedding today. We had a discussion about it last night and she has come to the realization that it will be in her, and our countries, best interest. Right, darling?"

Charlotte's jaw tightened for a moment from hearing her father's words. Though her face slowly untensed and she gave a small nod. "Yes. I am... sorry for my outburst yesterday. This news had surprised me and I reacted inappropriately." Charlotte kept her face down as she spoke, not wishing to meet anyone's eyes. She had no interest in apologizing to them but it was required of her. And, right now, she felt incredibly betrayed by her own father.

William's smile widen once his daughter apologized. His eyes then shifted over to Ivan. "Have you changed your mind from yesterday? I do hope that you plan on following through to unit our countries into peace."

Ivan noticed the Princess’ reaction to him walking in the room, he couldn’t help but smirk to himself. He liked getting to people, getting under their skin, pushing buttons. It gave him control, something he loved snd craved. This was a trait that he had most definitely gotten from his own father. Ivan folded his hands on the table as he looked up at the King. When he heard Charlotte speak, he couldn’t help but grin devilishly. He was basking in the glory of her apologizing. He knew how much this would be eating her up and he loved it.

Ivan glanced over, his face wiped clean of emotion when he was spoken to by the other King. He nodded curtly. “I am fine with the marriage.” He said snd his eyes drifted back to the Princess. He wanted to see her reactions to his words. “I believe it to be a great idea.” He said and smirked as he watched Charlotte’s reactions. Ivan relaxed into the chair. He knew this breakfast would be a bunch of peace and treaty talk. As well as discussions about the wedding. He didn’t care, he wouldn’t participate. His only care was to be seen as the warrior he was. He glanced back at the king. “The only condition I have is that I wear my military dress blues.” He said calmly. “I fought valiantly for my kingdom and I refuse to allow that to be overshadowed even in a marriage to promote peace.” It is the tradition in our kingdom for the men and women who fight to show their honors in big life events such as a wedding.” He said and raised an eyebrow, as if daring either King to refuse him that honor.

King Markov glanced at the other King, and waved his hand at Ivan. “Fine.” He said and glowered at his son. The King knew it would probably be scandalous to wear the uniform of a military that had fought against this country in a wedding, but he didn’t want to argue about small things. King Markov smiled slightly. “The wedding will begin this afternoon at 4 PM. It will be closed to the public, just royals and those who need to be there. Once the union has happened we will make the announcements to both our respective kingdoms. We will spend one more night here in the Risa kingdom. Then tomorrow we will head back to our kingdom with the new Mrs. Markov.” He explained. “We except an heir, it is part of the treaty.” He reminded them.

Charlotte produced no reaction when the asshole agreed to the wedding. In this she was not very surprised. Although Ivan had been against it the night before, there was a chance that his father had gotten to him like her father had for her. Or, perhaps, he was some sick bastard that idea the thought of having a human, or female, under his thumb. At the moment it did not matter what the truth was. All that matter was that Ivan was the disappointment she expected him to be... Well, the wedding would go through, there was no stopping that at this point. She could not run, could not deny for the punishment of doing either was worse than the marriage itself.

She had to stop her eyes from rolling when he asked to wear his uniform. Of course, he wanted to. Although it was a symbol of their war, of the men he killed, Ivan cared more about that than anything else. But it didn’t matter. It was insulting and that was it. But it was a sham of a wedding anyways. What he did at it was up to him. Perhaps, she would decide to show up holding a head of a vampire? Same thing, in her opinion.

At the mention of the heir, she once again said nothing. Charlotte had to accept this marriage at this point. There was not enough time to come up with a plan but the heir would surely never happen. She still planned on getting away at some point. And if Ivan tried to force himself in her... well Charlotte had no issues with bringing weapons into the bedroom. God forbid, she did get pregnant, then Charlotte would abort it or kill herself. She was accepting this step back for now but at some point, she would Sacrifice herself to ensure none of them got what they wanted. A last ditch effort but something she would do if she had to. Charlotte would not allow herself to give birth to a vampire or become one.

“May I invite two people?” Charlotte asked her father.

    He raised an eyebrow. “Who?”

“Why should it matter? Surely I can be granted a guest at my own wedding.”

William was quiet for a moment before letting out a sigh. “Very well but we will not wait for them.”

Ivan was disappointed that he wasn’t getting many reactions out of Charlotte, but he was sure he would get plenty later on. She seemed like she was on the edge of exploding snd he just wanted to push the right button and see what would happen. He was sure their time alone would lead to plenty of battle and arguments. Plenty of fun for him to have. He eyed her up and down, he was sure he could take her if needed.

Ivan rolled his eyes at the mention of an heir. He was no rapist. He had plenty of women back home throwing themselves at him. Ones who would be willing participants. He didn’t care much about having a son, or daughter, but he did care about his image. Ivan would not force himself on Princess Charlotte, no matter what. He didn’t care what she was.

Ivan turned his head when he heard her speak. He raised an eyebrow as she asked about guests. “And what about me?” He asked tauntingly. Ivan laughed and waved his hand. “No time I guess to get them from our kingdom.” He said. Ivan titled his head as he looked between the two kings. “So is this wedding a vampire traditional wedding or a human traditional wedding?” He asked. “How are you ensuring that both species will accept it as valid.” He asked and ran his tongue along his lips.

"We will be combining both wedding traditions into one that both sides can agree to. For example, there will still be vows between both of you but there will be no holy water. The smashing of glass cups will occur, but you both will not bite each other." William explained. "The ceremony has been thought out that it will be seen as legal in both countries and that we are following as many traditions as possible."

Charlotte made a small note when her father mentioned that she would not be getting bit by Ivan. That was good and definitely something she wanted to hear. Though she hoped that would be an expectation throughout their whole marriage. That he would never bite her. It was hard to say at the moment if that was the case and she knew better than to ask. Something that would have to wait until much later.

Though it was too bad that they had thought everything out so thoroughly. Would have been quite enjoyable for her to hear that the marriage wasn't valid. But even without something technically being wrong, she was sure that both countries would have a field day with this. Both heirs engaged and married so quickly? Unbelievable.

Ivan snickered as he listened to the other king. Of course they had thought this much about it. He was sure peace had been a discussion that was going on for much longer than he knew. This thought nearly enraged Ivan. He had fought up until a little more than two weeks ago, he had watched one of his sergeants die, all while his father knew peace was imminent? He was pissed at his father. So many lives could have been saved if he just knew.

Ivan tapped his finger on the able, his head resting on his other hand on the table, propped up on his elbow. He knew how much his father hated his elbow on the table, but right now he didn’t care. If the King said anything he would just walk away. Ivan looked over at Charlotte, noticing the relief on her face when they said there would be no biting. Not that he was disappointed. Of course the tradition was important, but she was no vampire. She wouldn’t understand it, and how meaningful it was. It was a shame to him that he wouldn’t get to experience that.

Ivan looked back at the Kings. “Alright, so we’re wed tonight. Fun.” He said and laughed as he looked across the room at everyone around them. “What are we doing from now until then?” Ivan ran a hand through his hair as he leaned back in the large chair. He was impatient and annoyed. He wanted to get this done with and get out of this kingdom. He wanted to see the reactions of his kingdom at the announcement. He wanted to go to the bars with his soldiers and celebrate peace, but he wasn’t sure if they would want to, or if they would consider him a traitor.

With Ivan asking what they were going to do, Charlotte took that as her opportunity to leave. Despite the fact she had not even touched her breakfast, the princess was ready to get on her way. So she stood up from her seat. "I must go now. Plenty to do today." Charlotte glanced over at her father, waiting for him to give her a little nod of dismissal, which he did so right away. As far as he was concerned, she needed to get packed to leave and get ready for the wedding. But Charlotte had other plans. Like, finding those two special guests to her wedding.

Charlotte glanced over at Ivan, a little smirk on her face as she did so. "Good luck with whatever you're going to do." With that, she turned and headed out of the room. She wouldn't be surprised if the two kings already had plans or duties for the prince to do today. Perhaps wedding planning. Though she was dismissed for it because there was already too much on her plate with having to move her whole life to a different country in the span of a few hours. But, Charlotte already had her best maids and ladies in waiting on it. So, instead, she was quick to get into a carriage and head into town before her father knew that she had left. She needed to get some things done before she was whisked away to the lands of Blood and Hell.

Luckily, the city was close by and Charlotte already knew where to pick up her first guest. The issue would be the second... He would be much harder to find since there were vampires in town. And that man certainly would not care for that at all.

Ivan looked up at the Princess, smirking back at her. Two could play this game. And Ivan didn’t like losing. “Oh, Princess, don’t worry.” He purred. His eyes following the Princess as she moved across the room and out the door. His eyes turned back to the Kings; then to his mother. “Mother, could you come back to my room and help me out? I need your help touching up my suit.” He commented.

Ivan stood at the table, knocking his knuckles on the table. “Well, this was a pleasure. I’ll be going now. Mother, please meet me soon. I’ll shower while I wait for you.” He told them and strode across the room. Ivan saw one of the servants coming to follow after him, he waved his hand dismissively, muttering to himself. “Why are the servants so needy?”

Ivan made his way back to the room he had been provided. He stepped inside and looked around again. He moved into the bathroom and looked at the shower. He was impressed with how large and beautiful and nice things were. He turned the shower on as hot as it could go. He stripped down and stepped into the shower, letting the water hit his pale skin. He turned around in the water, letting it coat his body. Ivan stuck his head under the water water, rubbing his hand through his hair. He looked up at the shampoo and body wash provided. He scrubbed himself snd his hair down for a while before he stepped out of the shower. He rubbed himself dry and wrapped the towel around his waist. Ivan stepped out of the bathroom and back into the bedroom.
