Seeing the book appear from no where caused Rosemary's eyes to widen for a moment. The magic in this place confused and, in a way, elated the young woman. After all, who didn't like to see something like that? It was mythical and interesting. Plus, a book was not scary in anyway, unlike the mythical half goat half man creature she had seen earlier. But she would keep her desire to see more of his power like that to herself. Although she found it interesting, Rosemary had no interest in the chance that it would go overboard. That Hades would do something that she really didn't want to to see.

So, the young woman started to step away from Hades, ready to go lay down like she said she would do. Though she was still a little uncertain in her steps until she was a few feet away from it. It seemed, that perhaps, the man was not as stubborn about everything as he was about Rosemary staying with him in the underworld. Though, in truth, it was hard for her to say that at this point. She barely knew the man. Most of the things Rosemary did know about Hades were from myths, and who knew it any of that was true.

Turning around, Rosemary looked up at the large, blooming cherry blossom tree in front of her. She couldn't explain it but she felt some kind of connection, some kind of urging to come closer to it. So, she did. Rosemary moved under the tree, laying a hand against the truck gently for a moment, taking a deep breath as she did so. After a moment, she shifted down until she was laying in the warm, long grass under it's branches. It was such a comfortable, peaceful spot. One that Rosemary felt at home in. And, in a moment, she was fast asleep. It was an hour later before Rosemary started to stir.

It had been about an hour or so, servants had come and went but Hades kept his word. He'd stayed in his seat the whole time. Reading a book from the library that he'd been reading over and over for the past hundred years. It wasn't anything special, but it was one of the first books about him and well. Hades quite liked to feel his ego grow, learning how the mortals feared him and worshipped him in the same way. He was one of the best gods around, in his opinion. No one could strike fear into those who knew they'd done wrong or had simply been led astray. He was fear in a human's body when they wanted it, other times, he could take form as their worst nightmare. Whatever caused them the most fear, then so be it.

Glancing up, Hades noticed the slight change in Persephone's breathing. The girl was stirring from her slumber under the old cherry blossom tree. A quilt that Hades had one of the servants fetch for him was laid lightly over the young girl to keep her warm. As Hades might be the ruler of the underworld, but he sadly couldn't control the weather as that was assigned to another god altogether. The right corner of Hade's lips twitched up as he watched the girl through the corner of his eyes, she looked so beautiful when she slept. Like the beautiful goddess that she was like it was the only time she actually allowed herself to reveal her true self to the world.

"Afternoon, Sleeping Beauty." Calling her the name for some made-up Princess that the mortals were obsessed with for a while. "Have you slept well?" Hades asked once he saw the woman was actually fully awake, not wanting to bombard her with thousands of questions right off the bat. His lips staying in their signature pursed stated as he waited for his reply. He wasn't going to speak to her and force her to reply, he wanted to get the mortal to trust him. Which was something he wasn't used to. It was different with gods, as they've all known each other for eon's and once a new one's created or an old one is destroyed then well. Things in the realm of gods change. So, making relationships is always a hard thing for them to do. Especially in the way of reincarnations.

The first thing the mortal noticed was the heaviness that was over her body. She shifted under it, only taking a moment to realize that there was now a blanket on top of her. A hand slipped out from underneath it, grabbing onto the edge of it before pulling it close into her face. It took a moment before her eyes opened and she sat up. The nap the young woman had taken was restful. The ground had been warm and the shade under the tree welcomed. But it was time to leave the spot. At least for now.

That was when she heard Hades calling out to her. Rosemary turned her head to look at the God, who was still sitting in the spot she had left him, holding onto the same book. She was a little surprised that he had waited for her, although he had said that he would. It was just that she would have thought him to grow bored from waiting. Rosemary got onto her feet, taking the blanket with her. "Afternoon." Rosemary responded back, her voice still soft from having just woken up.

Slowly, she made her way over to the table, folding the blanket as she did so. "I slept really well, actually." Rosemary told him honestly. There seemed no reason to lie about it besides just wanting to generally be disagreeable. Which she didn't want to be towards him. At least, not yet. After setting the blanket down on the ground, Rosemary sat down from across from him. Her eyes going back to the food in front of her for a moment. "Did you enjoy your book?"

Hearing the soft patter of the human's footsteps caught the gods attention long before she decided to come towards him. The corner of his lips that she couldn't see flickered up slightly before being held down by his sheer will and power. "Afternoon," Hades murmured quietly as he slowly turned his head towards his beloved Persephone. His eyes taking in how relaxed she seemed to now be now that she had napped and woken up slightly. "I did enjoy my book, did you enjoy your nap?" Hades asked, returning the favor of asking the young beauty a question that would keep then speaking.

Slowly, Hades placed in the bookmark and set it back down on the table as Persephone sat across from him. He glanced down at the food that had been placed in front of them for lunch. He wasn't sure what could be good still or not, as he usually only really ate as something to do. "What would you like to eat? Surely, I can have a chef prepare something to your liking." Hades suggested as he sat up straighter in his seat. Offering the young girl a small smile as he did so. Doing his best to please the young lady.

Then, raising his hand Hades swished a finger and had the tea warmed up for them. Watching as steam started to come from the tea kettle that had been sat on the table to steam once more. "Tea?" Hades offered, although he was already pouring her a small cup before Persephone could tell him no. "I feel like you've got questions swarming your mind. Why don't you ask them while we're relaxed? Hm." Offering Persephone a chance to ask whatever she wants is a rare gift, usually Hades would assume things and would sometimes be right while others are wrong. Right now though, he hoped to be right about the mortal version of his beloved's current mental state.

"It was actually really nice," Rosemary told him, her voice still soft and quiet after the nap she had. She felt oddly calm for someone that had been kidnapped, brought into the underworld and told that she was their lost Goddess. But the sleep had done her so good and, strangely enough, Rosemary had felt strangely at home under the tree. In the least, the tree had allowed her to rest under it and she felt a little better about handling the situation that was happening.

A little hum left her as her head tilted to the side slightly, glancing over the tray that had been placed in front of her. "I can just eat what is here," Rosemary told him, looking up at Hades and noting the small smile that he was giving her. It was just so... odd. He was Hades, God of the Underworld. But he seemed so nice? Not that he seemed all that mean in the myths about him but, well she wasn't expecting this. In truth, Rosemary wasn't sure what to do with it. Should she even trust this man? Though what were her options if she did not? It was not like she knew anyone down here and Rosemary didn't really have the desire to piss off a God.

Reaching out, Rosemary picked up one of the small sandwiches that was on the tray before beginning to eat. Her eyes were still on him, though they widen as he started to heat the tea kettle just using his magic again. She was incredibly interested in it, but like before, she kept her mouth shut. Her eyes drifted down to the now hot tea that was in front of her. It was such a small thing but it was truly amazing.

"Of course I do but I don't know where to start." Rosemary responded as she picked up the tea cup. She looked it over for a moment before taking a long sip and setting it back down. Why did the tea here just make her feel so much better? Surely that was magic as well. "Now that I am here, what are you hoping for me to do? Surely you have realized that I can't be much help to you. I don't have powers or know how to run a kingdom. I... I don't love you like Persephone did. I don't know you. So why do you want me here at all?"

A small hum escaped from Hades as he listened to the human version of his Persephone. She was just so kind and docile, it amused the lord of the underworld greatly. He was expecting more of a fierce woman for some reason, except now that he'd been around this mortal. He could really see the similarities to his beloved Persephone. Kind and smart, not one to jump to conclusions. She really was like his better half. Not one to just jump in and cause chaos in the least bit. She was his beautiful lover, and he wished she'd just accept that once again. So that they didn't have to go through the trouble of the past like they did when they first met centuries ago.

"I'll start with your last question," Hades said as he reached out for his cup of tea. His large fingers delicately grasping onto the cup's handle. "I want you here because you've been reincarnated as my lover, Persephone," Hades said calmly, raising his cup to his lips the ruler sipped his drink and then set it back down. "You simply need to remember, to relax while you're here while I try and find a way to make you remember who you were in a past life. I'm well aware that mortals don't believe in resurrection or gods, and yet. You're here talking to one." Hades eyes glanced at the young woman, taking in her mortal beauty. Feeling his cold dead heartbeat ever so slightly when they share a glance at each other.

"For now, your powers seem to be dormant. Your mortal psyche is not allowing you to connect to your true self, but I believe being in this garden that you've created is going to be able to help you tap into your true self. To help you remember what you are, as well as who you're born to be." Hades offered a small smile to the young woman. "I'm well aware that you're not my full Persephone, but I can feel her inside of you. In here." Hades raised his hand and pointed towards his heart. "Don't you feel a warmth inside when you're near that tree? Or the flowers that are around us?"

"So, in the meantime, you just want me to relax here? No responsibilities, just do whatever I want as long as I don't cause any trouble?" Rosemary asked, wanting to clarify his expectations. If that was the case, she had certainly accepted worse deals before. The underworld seemed frightening to her but if Rosemary just stayed in the castle, it couldn't be so bad, could it? Besides, it wasn't like she was going to get out of there anytime soon even if she wanted too. She felt confident in the fact that there probably was not a large door that said 'Earth' on it.

She tapped the side of her tea for a moment as she thought about it. "What if I don't want to remember? You already said that you aren't going to allow me to go back but what if I wanted to keep myself as I am now. What makes you think that I would be so excited to be a goddess that I would be willing to throw who I am now away? Or are you just going to put your foot down on that too?"

Rosemary glanced down at the garden for a long thought as he started to talk about her connection to the garden. She wasn't sure if she wanted to admit to anything, to encourage what Hades was going to do to her. Essentially, he was going to bring out his wife, where she was in the recesses of her brain. But it felt like that would erase her. Why would her mortal life mean anything to a Goddess that has lived for centuries? Her life would simply be a drop in the bucket. "It's just another garden, Hades. Lovely but, it's not like I feel some pull." She gave him a shrug before taking another bite to eat.

The right corner of the underworld gods lips twitched. This mortal was quite observant and smart. She was really paying to every little thing he did or spoke. Like she was waiting for him to let something out that would suggest some sort of ill intent. Which, Hades was full of but not towards his beloved Persephone. A small hum escaped from the god as he sat up a bit straighter in his seat. "As well as practice your powers, yes," Hades murmured quietly, shifting so that he rested an elbow on the table as he rested his head in his hand.

A small snort escaped the King of the Underworld as he slowly shook his head. "What make you think remembering who you used to be would erase who you are now?" Hades asked, his head tilting towards the side slightly as he allowed her to ponder his own words. "What if it just allows for you to see a better part of you? To make you feel whole once more, complete in a sense." Hades said, his tone neutral so that it didn't seem like he was pushing himself onto her.

"Give it time, My Love. Things will start changing, just be patient and you'll see." Hades said as he slowly sat up straight once more and lifted his drink. Taking a couple of sips and then setting the cup down. "How's the food? To your liking?" Hades asked, trying to change the subject or he'd start to feel himself start getting agitated.

The woman went quiet for a moment as she looked over at the man. His requirements for her staying here were not so bad. It sounded like she was allowed to do whatever she wanted as long as she caused no trouble and practice her supposed powers. Not that she had too much of a choice but to accept this. Rosemary was stuck in the Underworld and the last thing she wanted to do was to cause trouble in a place so dangerous. Though she took note that the King had not said he would not force her to remember. It had been what she was expected but it was still disappointing. There was a chance that he would fail in finding the way... As of right now, she hoped he did.

"I think my life to a goddess would be a drop in the bucket. What is 20 something years to someone who has lived for centuries?" Her eyes shifted down to the tea up in front of her, wanting the liquid spin in the cup. She then looked back at Hades, meeting his glaze. "But it seems that I do not need to worry about that right now as it is rather clear you don't know how to bring her out." Rosemary lifted the tea up to her lips. "I just hope you ask before you do it... If my time as a mortal has any say in it, I'll be furious if you don't. And I am sure you won't want the first words from your fully returned Queen to be ones of anger." Rosemary took a long sip from her tea before setting it back down on the saucer. She was trying her best to get a little say back into her life, although it felt like the woman was just ripping out the smallest corner of paper from the God's hands. But, it was clear he loved Persephone, which both was and was not her... Hopefully, the little threat would stop Hades from pissing her mortal self off in his attempts of getting back her immortal self.

Rosemary looked down at the food with a little smile before she picked up a small dessert that was on the tray. "It is the best thing I have ever eaten." She told him honestly. Although she wanted to keep poking, to see how far she could take things with Hades, Rosemary didn't actually want to piss him off. Just like she didn't want Hades to push her too far, she didn't want to push him over the edge either. "I will..." The mortal woman hesitated, thinking over what she wanted to say. She didn't want to promise anything she had no intention of keeping. "I will try to practice my powers and keep the amount of trouble I cause to a minimum." Her eyes lifted up to meet his, a bit of an amused smile on her lips. She was sure that the God would catch that she did not promise to not make any trouble. If there was a chance to go home, Rosemary knew she might very well take it. "In the meantime, I suppose I can try to be patient like you are requesting."

Pursing his lips together, Hades watched the young human in front of him. Slowly nodding his head, showing that he was paying attention to her speaking. "I've lived long enough to be able to read women, girl," Hades said in a monotone as he watched the human version of his beloved Persephone. "I know when to push, and when to pull back. When a simple touch can make things right. I've lived long enough to know that it's better to give when a woman gives me an attitude. I'm not as simple-minded as you might think." Hades said as he grabbed his own teacup and slowly raised it to his lips. Taking in the flavor as he sipped it before setting it back down into the saucer.

Looking towards the girl, Hades sat back slightly. Taking in the girl's mannerisms and appearance. "I'll be assigning someone to teach you how to use your magic once more," Hades explained. "I would have liked to teach you but well, it's hard to teach someone a skill from the start and run the underworld. So, I'll be getting reports on your progress and you better be showing progress. As I'm not a fan of my time being wasted listening to others talk with nothing important coming of it."

After a couple more moments, Hades slowly pushed back his chair and stood up. His gaze looking towards the sky before looking down at the young girl. "Why don't I show you more of the place. We've spent quite a bit of time in the garden and there is only so much left in a day. Even in the underworld." Offering his hand, Hades waited patiently. Allowing the woman the chance to accept his help to stand if she wanted to, or reject him.

"I don't think that you are simple-minded," Rosemary mumbled to him as she glanced off towards the side. The young woman just simply thought he cared more about the Persephone he knew rather than who was sitting in front of him. So, to her, it was likely he would worry less about her than to bring back his lost love. And, based on his words, it seemed that the man was still going to do whatever he wanted, despite what her wishes were. She had been expecting that, but Rosemary had every intention of giving Hades Hell if he attempted to do so. Especially if he succeeded. If there was even a little bit of her last in that instance, she was going to push for rage.

A bit of a frown came over the young woman's face as Hades started to go over his expectations concerning her training. She had no issue with someone else teaching her how to use magic. But she certainly did not like to hear how he didn't want his time wasted by hearing that she wasn't doing well with progress. "Well, that is hardly something that I have 100% control over." Rosemary sat up in the chair a bit as she looked over at him. She was getting rather confident in the idea that Hades was going to be difficult to deal with... What would happen if she didn't try at all during her training? Now that was a thought.

There was a moment where Rosemary did not move at all. Instead, her eyes lifted up and met his for a long second as she thought through whether or not she really wanted Hades to show her more of the castle. But as tat second moved past, her eyes shifted back to the rest of the garden. The gardens had been nice but she could not say she wanted to see more of those... things? People? Beings? Rosemary did not know what to call them but she was quite good on getting another scare at the moment. Besides, admittedly the God was pissing her off. But she took in a deep breath before getting onto her feet but she did not take his hand in the process. Instead, she just looked at Hades, waiting for him to start walking.

Slowly, Hades folded his fingers into a fist as he lowered his hand back towards his side in a relaxed position. "On the contrary, my love. You can have control over everything. All you have to do is put in a little bit of effort and you'll be able to do something you've set your mind to." Hades said as he slowly motioned for the young female to follow him as he headed towards the Palace once more. Hades eyes gazing up towards the dark-colored stone building. It's been centuries since he'd first laid eyes on it, creating it with his own imagination. Yet, the building still amazes him each and every single time he looks up at it.

Taking in a deep breath, Hades releases a small sigh and heads towards the building. His steps even and steady as he walked. Being the ruler of a realm makes him have max confidence. Nothing upsets Hades, he may get a little annoyed but nothing had made him upset in quite a while. This girl though, he's feeling the layers under his outer skin bubble and raise. She was being a little annoying with pushing him, and not stopping to bow down. While she may be the mortal vessel of his beloved Persephone, she was still a lesser creature and one that he was not fond of.

Once again the doors opened for Hades and the human version of his Persephone as they neared. "Are you interested in the full history of the place, or do you just want a simple tour that brushes over everything?" Hades asked as he glanced behind himself towards the young human. Who, he wasn't even sure that he'd gotten the name of yet.

Once they headed out of the gardens, Rosemary moved to wrap her arms around her chest. She did not enjoy it out in the rest of the castle as much as she liked the gardens. The gardens were comfortable, they were warm and nice looking. The rest of the castle... while it just did not give off the same kind of feeling. Though she wasn't sure that it was the castle as much as it's own and the residents inside. After all, it was filled with literal monsters. What the Hell was she meant to do with that as a human, who only a few hours ago believed these kinds of things didn't exist. Were they kind or cruel? Did she have to worry about her safety while she was here?

Well... That seemed like a bit of a ridiculous thought. Of course, she had to worry about her safety while she was here. Rosemary was in literal Hell and it was very possible she might get on the God's bad side. It was clear that they didn't see eye to eye. Not that she thought that Hades would ever hurt her all that much when she had the incarceration of his lover's soul somewhere inside of her but he could make her life very difficult while she was stuck in his domain... It still made her wonder if it was even worth trying to escape. Was it even possible? Clearly he was able to reach from the... mortal realm? Rosemary supposed that was what she should call it.

"A simple tour would probably be better to start out with," Rosemary told him honestly as her head turned to glance out the window. She wasn't sure she was ready to gain so much information on the underworld at once. Being back out in the castle was already overwhelming enough. She didn't exactly what to hear about the ongoings of the place before she found herself here.

"Very well," Hades said calmly as he then slowly looked forward and started to move through the castle. His footsteps light as he walked through the place with the mortal human. He made sure to take a pause and give the girl a chance to ask a question if she so wanted to. Or, to just give him a nod that she understood where they were and how to get back to the room she'd be staying in if she so got lost somehow. Which, she most likely will be since the place was huge and often took a while to get from one side of the castle to the other.

Once Hades was done showing the mortal human the whole place, Hades stopped in front of the throne room and turned towards the girl. "Are you ready to see the last place?" Hades asked, hoping to get the girl's interest since it was the last place he needed to show her. Rather she became interested or not though, Hades turned around and headed towards the two large wooden doors. Heavy looking metal outlined the two and skulls of some sort of bull demon were on the middle of each door. Their eyes glowing red whenever something passed near them, which also alerted the King of someone requesting his presence.

Pushing the two double doors open, Hades stepped inside of the room and started to walk towards the throne that sat on top of a half flight of stairs. High enough so that he looked imposing to those where came to speak to him and close enough so that he could hear the quieter of the creatures. A long red rug ran from the bottom of the throne, down the steps, and down towards the floor. Gold elegant designs decorated the rug and made it seem sophisticated and interesting to look at. The walls were pure stone and wooden torches hung from the wall every few feet to give the room warmth and lighting.

"Well?" Hades asked once he was at his throne and sat down. The one for his queen was currently in storage and would be brought out once his beloved was brought back to him and ready to rule at his side once more.

The tour of the castle had been overwhelming to say the least. She figured that this place would be big but she had no clue that it was going to be this big! They had seen so much and Rosemary was more than aware that there were rooms that they skipped. As to why they skipped some of them was a mystery but it just meant that there was more that she didn't see.... Not that Rosemary really thought she would be able to retain everything that she did see. Gods, she didn't want to get lost in this castle. What would she do if she did? If she ran into someone?

Her eyes lifted up to Hades though as he asked her if she was ready to see the next place. Rosemary nodded before turning her eyes to the doors... The frightening looking doors. This place really did embodiment the spirit of the Underworld. Frightening. Even so, she watched Hades push open the doors and head inside, at which point she followed. Her eyes immediately went to the throne of the room, which was clearly the focal point of everything. Ah... Hades' throne room.

Rosemary would give him the fact that it was interesting room, and that she would have wanted to see it if she knew that it was here. Though he was quick to head up the stairs and sit down in his throne. It only made him seem more untouchable. The man was already a God but this room just emphasized his power. How the Hell was she going to stop him from imposing his will on her?

The woman walked down the carpet slowly but stopped at the front of the stairs. It felt wrong to move any closer, for some reason. Though she also didn't want to upset him if it was actually wrong to do so for other reasons besides how she felt about it. "It's..." Rosemary glanced around the room, trying to find an adequate word to describe the room and how she felt about it. "everything I would have expected from a throne room in the underworld." Rosemary finally settled on as her eyes dropped to his.

The ruler of the underworld rested his elbow on the arm of his chair. His hand curled into a fist as he rested the side of his cheek against it. A small smirk slowly forming along the man's lips. "It does." Hades agreed, a playful smirk slowly displaying along his lips. Amusement dripped through his words. This human was entertaining, Hades would give her that. Although, how long he'd accept her sparks of rebellion was yet to be determined by the ruler of the underworld. He didn't want to kill her spark quite yet. She was still adjusting and he would hate to tear her apart so soon.

Although, a couple of words of advice shouldn't be so bad. Right? "I think it'll do you good, girl. To remember that I may be nice to you, but I'm still a god of the underworld and my patience can only go so far." Hades said in a neutral-sounding voice. He didn't want to sound like he was threatening her, more so. He was just offering some life advice. Like a friend talking to her and caring for her.

Then, Hades stood up from his chair and slowly made his way down the steps. Extending a hand towards the young beauty. "Come, you must want to rest after walking around the whole place. I'll take you back to your room to rest." The ruler of the underworld said, offering Rosemary a small smile. His personal way of trying to get the young woman to relax a little bit around him. Although, he really didn't care if she did or not.

    ----

Sitting back on his throne, Hades listened to the man who he had assigned to become the mortal's magic trainer. Originally, he was a demon with eyes as black as the night and horns protruding from his head on both sides. Now though, he had a spell cast upon him to look human, so that he didn't scare the young human. He was also under contract to the lord of the underworld to not speak of the girl's lack of power to anyone. For all he knew was that the human was the ruler's new plaything and he wanted to test her out before he made her one of his soul-binding servants for eternity.

A small smile slowly displayed along the man's lips as Hades agreed to the training plan. It shouldn't be too tough for a human to follow. Especially one who had his wife's soul swirling inside of her. She'll be blossoming with power in no time. Hades was sure of that.

After the end of the tour from the day before, Rosemary was convinced that she needed to leave. Hades had threatened her that his patience only went so far. That was not a good sign. It sounded like she was doing much more than just stepping on his toes. But during the tour, she had not found a way to exit the castle - or the underworld for that case. How in the Hell was she going to get out of Hell!

No matter the way, Rosemary was going to figure out the way out of her. She didn't trust Hades not to hurt her. At first, she had thought that being his past lover would protect her but it seemed that was not the case.

It took a lot of convincing but eventually, Rosemary got dressed for the day and headed out of the room. Hades had never said that she wasn't allowed to move about the castle as she wished, so at least she should not get in trouble for doing so. Though, she was going to try her hardest not to run into any... unusual creatures.

Once out of the room, Rosemary moved carefully through the hallways, looking to find anything that might indicate an exit was close by... Perhaps it was a bit foolish but she knew where the entrance of the castle was, perhaps she should go there? After taking in a deep breath, Rosemary made her way to the front of the castle, ready to step out entirely. Hopefully it wouldn't be entirely terrifying.

A couple of moments later, and Hades was finished constructing a training regimen for the mortal that was now in his care. The demon seemed to be brimming with questions on why he had to waste his time on a mortal, but with one look from the King. He was silenced. As he should be, as no one has the right to question Hades on things that he wanted to be done. No one had the right to think ill of them. As Hades wasn't against erasing them and replacing them in with a quick snap of his fingers.

Walking down from his throne, Hades caught sight of one of the devil statue's eyes flashing a quick red color. Causing the devil himself to pause in his movement and stare at the statue. His eye narrowing as he concentrated. The Castle was filled with multiple statues that were replicas of his true form and inside he put a spell to let him know when others pass them by. Right now, he had them set to track his little mortal friend. Allowing for him to follow her and know where she's at all times, even when she's not near him. "What a feisty little thing," Hades murmured to himself as he looked forward once more and started to walk. He was going to allow for the small human to have some freedom, then he'll come and sweep her back into her cage.

Wondering the halls at a leisurely pace, Hades would stop every now and again to check the statues. He got an idea of where his little Persephone reincarnation was heading and was slowly making his way there. Knowing full well that she wouldn't be able to open any doors to escape without his say-so on the matter. Or to override his magic spells.

After allowing the little mouse to run free for a little while, Hades finally caught up to her. Turning a corner, Hades spotted his mortal pet at the other end. Heading towards the door that was locked by magic. His stride was slow and leisurely as he walked, not a care in Hade's step. "Where do you think you're heading? Girl."

There were a few moments where Rosemary swore that she had gotten lost within the palace. She didn't fully know where she was or if she was going in the right direction. Though she had hoped that if she walked around enough, that at some point, Rosemary would find the way out. All the way, she could not help if this was some kind of mistake. Rosemary wanted to get out of here, away from Hades, but was heading into the underworld the right way to go about it? Now that was hard to say. But it was worse the risk if she was able to avoid whatever Hades planned on doing with her if she got on his nerve.

When she finally saw the exit to the palace in sight though, hope started to fill her up. It seemed she was not as lost as she first thought! Her steps moved a little faster. Hopefully she'll find the way back to the mortal world... if there was a way to do so without their powers. A smile started to move across her face. Though before she got too close, the God she was trying to run away from suddenly turned the corner.

It caused her to jump a bit, her nerves suddenly disappearing. Rosemary's little smile faltered and after a moment, she suddenly came to a complete stop. Fuck. "Heading?" Rosemary repeated back, trying to think of something to tell the man. "I am not heading anywhere, just wandering the castle so I can know it better."

A small hum escaped from the ruler of the underworld as he listened to the terrible lie the girl was telling him. "Just wondering," Hades repeated as he stopped walking in front of the young girl. His dark eyes shifted up towards the door that was right in front of him. He could feel the magic that wrapped around the handles. Keeping his servants inside to obey him and those who weren't chained to him out.

Releasing a small hum, Hades turned his head back towards Rosemary. He didn't believe her for a second, but he was going to play along. Human minds were fragile after all, right? "Did you find anything cool out while you were wondering around?" Hades asked, keeping up this sort of calm and casual town. Acting like he bought that terrible lie of hers. He could read the fear that was flowing from her in waves. She was terrifying, and if memory serves him right. If a human got too scared they could die. Right?

"This place has so many twists and turns, I'm glad you've not accidentally ended up in one of the dungeons," Hades told her and offered a small smile. "Those aren't very welcoming places to explore, trust me." He did his best to offer her a small smile. "Do you think you could find your way to the mess hall, or so you want me to escort you?" Hades asked, offering the girl his arm as the gentleman did on earth in the olden days.
