“You’re not damaged goods, unnie. Plus, if you are, then so am I.” Solar said with a sigh as she looked down. She felt her phone vibrate and pulled it out to see a text from Namjoon. “I guess I should answer Namjoon’s text.” She said.

“I think you’re right.” Jin said and hushed up whenever Yoongi’s door opened and he came shuffling back into the kitchen and put his plate in the sink. “Hey Yoongi, how are you feeling?” Jin asked. “Like I could use a nap.” Yoongi said.

Jua shook her head no, "You're not damaged goods. You have bright future and have a chance to break free. Me on the otherhand. I just have a lot of issues to deal with myself before I feel less damaged." She sighed but pushed the thought away. "What about you and Namjoon. You two are awfully close."

"Can we ask you something, Yoongi's?" Namjoon asked softly, hoping that he will talk to them. "what's bothering you? What can we do to help you out man? We care about you and we don't want you to fall off the edge."

“I have a lot of stuff bothering me...I just...don’t open up as much..” Solar sighed and shrugged. “Taehyung says he likes me and I think he does? But I know deep down, he doesn’t deserve me...I wouldn’t be good for him and he deserves someone who would love him back..” Solar sighed.

“I told you, this song is bothering me.” Yoongi said. “Then let Namjoon and I help you, hyung. It’s not healthy for you to lock yourself in your room all day and all night and work.” Hoseok sighed.

"Do you not like him back like that?" Jia asked the younger girl. "Because if you do, then I don't see why you two shouldn't date. I can tell he loves you so much, and would worship the ground you walk on."

"Holding back of not asking for help when you need it can be harming. Look at you, you look like you've woken up from the dead. It's not healthy man. We just want to help you. So tell us how we can do that for you, please." Jin asked.

“I don’t know, Jia. I don’t know what it’s like to have feelings for someone like that..” Solar said as she looked at her. “My step dad and step brother would always tell me that no one would love me...that’s when they started sexually abusing me...and I guess I heard it enough, I started believing it..” Solar said as she looked down.

Yoongi looked at them and sighed, “I would if I knew the answer myself, hyung.” He sighed before sitting down at the table, across from Namjoon.

Jia frowned when she said that wanted to tell her that they were wrong, which they were. But she also didn't know about love either because her parents and foster parents would tell her the same. "That's why I think Jin should be with someone else, not me. I still don't even know why he chose to save me from killing myself back then I didn't even know him, yet he saved me, a stranger. Im not worth a single second of his time but he keeps me in his life."

Jin frowned sadly. "Can you think of something that gets you so stressed out like this?" He asked, rubbing his back.

“I’m glad he did though...or else I wouldn’t be sitting here with you.” Solar said as she looked at her. “Jin oppa has a habit of saving people at the right time it seems, he saved me too...except I wasn’t trying to kill myself then..he just happened to be walking by when he saw some of my bullies assaulting me..” she said. She hadn’t told anyone this, Jin was the only one who knew, and when he brought her to the warehouse after the incident, he told the guys that she was a friend of his from a different school.

“And think about your answer before you say anything.” Hoseok said. “I don’t know...Jia stresses me out a lot.” Yoongi shrugged. “Why though? Jia tried to be nice to you when you first met her, but you’ve always had some kind of discontent with her.” Namjoon sighed. “I don’t know...I just don’t trust her.” Yoongi said.

"That he does. He is such a kind person and is very popular. When he and I were in high school, everyone knew who he was and wanted to be his friend. So the fact he saved me when he could have hung out with his circle, and seeing him talk to other people in need and me gave me a new perspective of him and someone I respect."

Jin frowned, he didn't understand why he didn't trust her. "What makes you not trust her?" He asked, hoping to end this beef between him and Jia.

“It really does. Everyone loves him, even people in town at shops know who he is, he is very well loved and respected by everyone.” Solar nodded.

“Because I know she’s hiding shit from us, especially from you, hyung.” Yoongi said. “Like what, Yoongi?” Namjoon asked. “I don’t know...but every time she comes back here, there’s always something off about her and I can’t be the only one who notices it.” Yoongi said, looking around the table at all three of them.

"He is and I'm hated within the town. Everyone expected me to fail or end up dead, and he came up to me of all people to stop me from killing myself. I am forever in his debt, but he also deserves to be happy."

"I don't know what you are talking about. Jia wouldn't hide anything from me. Besides the rest of the crew, I'm all she got. She wouldn't ruin that."

“I don’t hate you, unnie. No one in the warehouse hares you, I don’t even think Yoongi oppa hates you,” Solar said. “Jin oppa said he is weird when it comes to showing affection, especially for girls.” Solar said as she looked at her.

“And what if she is, then what?” Yoongi asked. “What could you possibly be thinking she is hiding?” Namjoon asked. “I think she is doing drugs.” Yoongi sighed. “She always has this glazed look on her face...like my mother used to have..” Yoongi mumbled before getting up. “I’m going to work on my song.” He said before walking off.

Jia softly scoffed when she said Yoongi doesn't hate her. "Now that I don't believe. But I know you and the others don't hate me and that means more to me than you guys will ever know. Jin and you guys have helped me change for the better. Before I tried killing myself, I used to get into a lot of fights with people from school, I would do drugs, and I was mentally, physically, and sexually abused by the foster families that would take me. I only fight with Yoongi because he treats me like people used to treat me." She admitted. No one knew about her past except for Jin.

Jin looked down, "She can't be using again. I thought she stopped." He mumbled to himself but the other two boys heard him. He sighed, "When her and I were in school together, before I saved her, she used to get into fights with other students but she was also drinking and doing hardcore drugs. But once I saved her life and kept her with me, I helped her away from the drugs. She has been clean for almost 10 years, she can't be using again. Maybe she's drinking again. I never really worked on her with her drinking because it wasn't that bad back then." He sighed.

“I’m sorry unnie.” Solar said softly. “I know what you mean though...I mean, I have never done drugs or drank but I know what it’s like to be physically, emotionally and sexually abused by people in your life..” she said. She felt the car stop and looked out the window. “Are we here?” She asked the older girl.

Namjoon sighed. “Hey, Jin hyung, we will help you with Jia, okay? Whether she is doing drugs or drinking or even if Yoongi is making all this up and pulling it out of the air, Hoseok and I will help you.” He told him.

Jia nodded, "Yeah this is my place. It's not much, but it's cozy." She smiled softly. Her 3-bedroom house is one of the few things she is most proud of because she bought it on her own. It was one of the things she accomplished that many people had told her that she would never have. "Come in, I'll show you the room you'll be staying in." She smiled at the younger girl.

Jin nodded, "Thanks. I'm just going to keep an eye on her. i don't want to assume or accuse her of anything, then she'll think I'm just like everyone else who judged her." He said softly.

Solar nodded and followed her inside. “Wow, unnie, your place is amazing.” She said as she looked around while Jia led her to the room she would be staying in. “It is definitely cozy.” She said.

“Understandable, so we won’t say anything just yet.” Namjoon said, seeing Hoseok nod. “If she is doing drugs, we should try to get her to stop...before the kids find out.” Hoseok suggested.

"Thank you. The house came with three bedrooms, but I turned one of them into a studio since I produce music myself, but more as a hobby. Which is why it's a shame that Yoongi and I don't get along because I would love to collaborate with him." She shrugged, but then moved to the guest room. "Here's the guest room, which will be your room. You can stay here for as long as you need. Feel free to make it more homey for you. My room is in the other side of the house." She said softly. "Just to give you a heads up, I do have visitors come in often...you know...to fuck...so don't be alarm if you hear a different voice in the house. But they won't bother you." She said softly, feeling a little weird about letting people know that she sleeps around.

Jin nodded in agreement, "but let's just hope Yoongi is wrong. I just can't imagine her ruining her 10 year sobriety." He said, but then sighed. "I'm just gonna stop thinking about it, for now."

Solar nodded. “No problem, I’ll probably still spend most of the time at the warehouse, I just needed to get out of there...oh...where is the bathroom, unnie? I would really like to shower if that’s okay?” She asked as she sat her phone down on the bedside table.

“We should take the kids out for ice cream, maybe see if we can get a hold of Jia and Solar. I would say Yoongi too, but I don’t feel like listening to them fight.” Namjoon said.

Jia nodded, "Of course you can. The bathroom is right next to your room. Feel free to put any of your stuff in there. It will be your bathroom since mine is attached to my room. Also here is a spare key to the house, just in case I'm not home when you come back." Jia smiled as she handed the key to Solar. "Also help yourself to whatever food or drink is in the house. All I ask of you is if you do drink some of my alcohol, just drink responsibly and stay in the house so that nothing happens to you. Other than that I'll let you get comfortable. I'm going to be in my room for a few hours, if you need me."

"We can invite Yoongi, I think Jia said she was going to be busy today. But call Solar to see if she wants to go out with us." Jin said as he cleaned up the kitchen from breakfast.

Solar nodded. “Thank you, unnie.” She said as she put the spare key in her room, before going into the bathroom. She closed the door before stripping out of her clothes and starting a bath. Once it was at the temperature she wanted, she climbed in and laid there for a few moments before standing up to wash herself.

When she was done, she let the water out and got out, grabbing a towel and drying off before wrapping it around herself. She remembered she didn’t have any clothes, so she went to Jia’s room and knocked on the door.

“You call Solar, I’ll go tell the kids and Yoongi.” Hoseok told Namjoon before he walked out of the kitchen and went to go tell the kids about going out for ice cream.

Jia looked up when she heard the knock on her door. She was about to go into her drug stash but closed the drawer and went to the door. "Hey Solar. What can I do for you." She asked.

Hoseok nodded and took out his phone and dialed Solar's phone. He watched Namjoon tell the boys and smiled when they got excited.
