I don't know about anyone else, but I have backstory and unknown facts in my stories that aren't really important to the story.

For instance, in Dangerous Face, Brendon was drinking with Ryan one night and they ended up fucking, which was when Ryan couldn't deny to himself that he was gay anymore. Brendon didn't remember and no one knows but Ryan.

    Share.

In Sick and Sain, MCR and PATD had bonded over the fact that they were jointly booed/bottled at Reading before that.

And that's how Ryan recognized Gerard. Other than him going to see them when he was younger. (He has a bunch of old MCR shirts in some of his pictures from high school.)

In Cherry Soda Boy, one of the reasons why his mother starts drinking was due to a brutal accident her and Robin witnessed when he was about six. And old woman was crossing the street and was hit by a car and died infront of them. This caused Robin's mother to go into shock, so she drank to keep the memory dead. She stopped drinking when she realized she was destroying her son in the process, 10 years later.

In Dear God, I Think I killed the Sweetest Flower, Justin was raped by the psycholoigist who was seeing him- and dating his mother on the side. The raping only stopped when his mother met Jared's father.

Jared's mother was, in fact, killed by his father. It is possible she did it to save her sons. Brian was kidnapped from his bedroom and shot in the head with a shotgun, then buried in the closet.

In the short story, Zero Hour, Gerard and Daniel were exlovers. Daniel and Gerard broke up due to Dan's drug and drinking habits. Before the story, Gerard also davaled in drugs; but was clean and sober quite before the story.

In Always and Forever, My Love. The Two main characters are in rival bands that hate eachother; which is why have to sneak around.

Smile Forever: Tim and Eric were ex cops and ex partners. Tim was kicked off the force before of his on going drug habit. Eric, who dated Tim's cousin Rufus, was indirectly forced off when it became clear he was gay- and his coworkers made him feel like a second hand citizen. Tim now owns a club/bar with his cousin.

In Muze, Ryan only had sex with Andrea's mother once.

In Dangerous Face, Gerard and Bert had an affair, but Bert broke it off. Bert was the only person Gerard ever really romantically cared about. That was when he started being a dick.

In Billie Jo, there was no dramatic point in her life that made her a girl. She just is. People kept telling me to molest her or have her overhear her grandmother saying she wanted a granddaughter. Billie Jo is just a girl. Plain and simple.

Dru, I love you for telling people that even though you already told me ages ago on a GSB journal that she has a hormone disorder. And it really wouldn't make sense for her grandma to say that since she's so snide about the cross dressing.

I still say it should have started at the age of four when her mother went to the grocery store

Hanyway, random facts...In Fallen Isis' mother was of Egyptian descent (if you can't make that out from the hints) and her father was an anthropologist who turned his life over to God when Isis' mother died. He named Isis in her memory. Isis is an Egyptian goddess for those of you not cool enough to care about mythology. I actually haven't decided whether or not to give it a place in the story.

In Calm and Quiet, I really wanted the reader to form their own story in their head but I finally decided what that whole "she" bit was. Someone was dating either Gerard or Frank and became freakishly suspicious that they were sneaking around behind her back. She freaked out and proceeded to strangle/shoot/rape/stab/whatever Frank.

In my new story, you don't know a lot about Jimmy, but I already have the backstory. He got kicked out of his house for doing drugs and is homeless. He finds a nice person in Melody even though she's rich.

Something I forgot to mention. In the original Cherry Soda Boy, there was a chapter that went inbetween Reno leaving and Reno returning called My Chemical Christmas, where Robing make about 5 or six references to My CHemical Romance.

    1. Robin is wearing a My Chemical Romance shirt.
    2. His aunt makes a comment about how his attire is not "chrismassy" which leads into this conversation:

“My Chemical Romance is Christmassy,” I mocked.

“What’s ‘My Chemical Romance’?” Rebecca hissed, her voice lacking the child like innocence little Marlene was famous for.

    “It’s a band,” I countered.

“A band about Satan,” Rebecca’s mother snapped, “promoting homosexuality, sex, and anti-religion.”

    3. He has a fight with a My Chemical Romance poster because he is convinced they are all staring at him dissaprovingly.

    4. He listens to "Thank You For the Venom" on his ipod.

    5. His ring tone is the "Ghost of You."

    6. Rerno accuses him of people a "My Chemical Romance fan girl" after this:

    “Are you okay?”

    “…yes…”

    Liar.

    “Are you O’fuckin kay?”

    “Yes!”

    Nah.

    “Do I…wear you out?”

    “Come again?”

“Remember when you broke your foot…”

    “You are so fucking gay.”

“…from jumping out the second floor.”

“You stupid My Chemical Romance fan girl.”

This chapter never made it in because it was really useless....
not to mention, THAT much MCR references in a non MCR fanfiction is just...wrong...

Isabel in Always Wrong was originally Annelise [my Andie] but she said she didn't want to have sex with Brendon so I changed it.
Then Kelly became Isabel because I didn't think Brendon's future wife should dump him.

Also, Always Wrong was originally going to be an angst nonslash piece about homophobia. Up until Ryan getting in the car was already written with that in mind. I just kept it and changed the plot.

In Spin-cycled Submission Matt and Adam had been previously romantically involved, yet neither of them spoke about it ever.

In Sick and Sain PATD and MCR are only named once.
In The Hut On Chicken Legs Gerard isn't necessairily Gerard Way. I just liked the name.

Ryan's dad's house in Room 242 looks exactly like my friend LeAnna's.

So does Billie Jo's in Billie Jo.

In Sonny, Sonny is supposed to have Down's Syndrome, and the story is set in Ireland. I don't think I pulled it off well.

In the same story, the narrator is from a well-to-do English family who had to move to Ireland, and Sonny's farm was right next door to them. She met Sonny and basically moved in with him and his parents when she was young (I think it was between eight and ten) and essentially forgot her parents.

The original part of Sonny was only three sections long. It was barely a page, but then when I added to it made it a little bit more than two pages long. I had added to it so it was about eight sections long, but I cut it down a lot because sometimes it was just random ramblings.

One of the parts I cut out was this really cool part where Sonny and the narrator went to the market to meet a kind old lady who let them take food. That was gonna be the first time that the mean boys attacked them. The kind old lady was going to take the two under her wing. That kind old lady ended up just being the narrator's boss.

Oddly enough, I don't have much backstory for any other piece I've written.

Nameless Person, aka the guy William talks to on the phone in Chicago Lights & the Jersey Shore, was originally going to be Ryan Ross.
    Andie said no.
Then it was going to be Brendon.
    Andie said no.
    Andie suggested Mikey.
    I said no.
She grudgingly agreed to Jon Walker.
So I just made him Nameless Person.
And I rather liked the way it worked actually.

:lmfao Went through so many people.
I thought it was Pete he was talking to...probably cause of his one music video where he calls Pete. -shrug-

The girl's name in that taste's name is Mary. I kinda just made her nameless...for some reason.
