I’ll Be Your Sun

Jessie felt nervous as she arrived at the party. It wasn’t a large party but it was still enough to make her a bit nervous. She could feel the vibrations of the music as she made her way inside. Her eyes wandered around the room for anyone familiar. She spotted her friend and walked over, noticing she was hanging out someone she hadn’t see before.

It had been a couple months since Spencer had last been out to a party. He was excited to let loose, and have good night. He was standing with one of his friends, he'd met her awhile back, and gotten to talking. He was busy in conversation and sipping his drink when someone new walked into the party and towards them. He paused for a moment, and smiled softly, "who's this?" he asked Haley, as the woman approached.

Haley smiled. “That is my friend Jessie. She is deaf but she can read lips” she said. Jessie walked over to her friend Haley and the guy. She looked over his face, recognizing him from somewhere she couldn’t place him. Haley gently got Jessie’s attention. “This is Spencer. He was the guy I was telling you about” Haley says. Jessie nods and sign. Nice to meet you. I am Jessie

Spencer smiled as Haley explained about Jessie. He couldn't place her, but had an odd feeling of deja vu. He nodded, "Nice to meet you, Jessie," he said lightly. He looked at her, "do you want a drink?" he asked as his sipped his beer

Jessie watched Spencer’s face so she could read his lips easier. She smiled sweetly before signing; yes please. Thank you. Nervousness slowly going away.

Spencer nodded, not sure what she'd answered at first but he slowly worked it out. He headed towards the kitchen to get her a drink. He came back about five minutes later with a couple of wine's in his hands and another beer for himself.

Jessie watched Spencer goto the kitchen. He was handsome and there was something about him that was drawing her to him. Haley tapped her shoulder once more and gave her wiggly eyebrows. “You are checking him out” she said. Jessie blushed a bit but doesn’t deny it, putting her fingers to her lips when Spencer was walking back over. “Thank you” she signed as she took one of the drinks, taking a sip.

Spencer nodded, "anytime," he said lightly. He paused, going blank for a second, as he go hit with another bout of deja vu. When he managed to center himself again, he smiled at the two woman, "so, tell me Jessie, I bet you have some embarrassing stories about Haley," he said lightly.

Jessie sipped her drink as flashes of her dreams went across her mind. She read Spencer’s lips. She grinned and signed; definitely later. She wont translate it right Haley playfully nudged Jessie. “She says she will tell you later since it’s a story about me I won’t translate it right and also just so you know she was checking you out” Haley tells Spencer.

Spencer smiled, "so it's a ploy to get me alone later?" he asked softly. He looked back at Jessie, "I wouldn't say no to that," he said with a sly smirk.

Jessie laughed softly when she read Spencer’s lips. “You caught me” she signed. She wondered why she had been dreaming about him for as long as she could remember, feeling major Deja Vu.

Spencer laughed, and took another sip of his beer. He couldn't take his eyes off of her, feeling such a deep sense of Deja vu. He smiled at her, "I was gonna try get you alone anyway," he mouthed to her.

Jessie smiled as she watched him. “Oh is that so?” She signed, getting closer to him as she took another sip of her wine. She was staring to feel a tiny bit tipsy. The draw towards him getting stronger

Spencer nodded, "yeah, there is something about you," he said softly. He lent in and kissed her cheek. The act seemed innocent enough, but as his lips touched her, his mind was flooded with desire, and want

Jessie smiled. Once his lips touched her cheek, she felt want and need to build up. She had goosebumps on her skin from his touch. Her body needing more. She moved her head and leaned up, kissing him gently

Spencer slipped his arm around her waist, and kissed her harder. Haley chuckled, "geez guys get a room," she said softly. Spencer smiled softly, and pulled back, "maybe we should get out of here?" he suggested

Jessie kissed back, getting lost in the kiss. She pulled away and looked up at him. She nodded in response to his suggestion. Want and need filled her even though they barely knew each other.

Spencer smiled and offered her his arm. He smiled softly at Haley, "thanks for the brilliant idea," he said softly. He walked with Jessie towards the door, "my place or yours?" he asked
