    Overall, I am not interested in any kind of slash. I have no problem if other people read or write it, sure- go ahead. It's just not for me. I don't feel right by writing or reading it. So, I try and avoid it..which can be a little hard on mibba sometimes, but you get that.

    I personally love them and majority of the stuff I read is slash fan-fiction. However I can understand people who don't like its frustration because there's a lot of it on mibba.

    I don't read much slash. I used to sort of read it often, but now I barely do.

    But it depends, really.

    I tend to read alot of well written slash. I don't read slash for the whole "oh wow Frankie and Gerard making out lol." I read it for the storyline, for the character development, the feeling the writer tries portray. I also like Waycest even though it is taboo >_> I tend to stay away from hetero since it isn't always written as well as slash, from what I have seen.

    I read anything as long as the story is good. i don't like slash for the sake of slash if you know what I mean.

    I think slash is okay, as long as it is veered off to the fiction end, rather than the sex end of the story. Sex for sex's sake gets a bit tiring.Especially when the foreplay involves skittles.

    I tend to read fan-fiction for the fiction part. No matter what kind it is. Although I do tend to get a look at the sex scenes before diving into the actual story, because I find that if a writer can write sex scenes well...they can generally write non-sex scenes well. If not then I often go looking for another story. The general style and skill of a story becomes quite obtrusive during sex-scenes, in my opinion.

    One thing which is very prominent for me, however, is that in any kind of fan-fiction...I don't think of the characters as the real people they are 'based' on. I just think of them as completely original. I don't actually like the idea of fan-fiction much, hence why I don't write it. But if I didn't read it, I'd miss out on a ton of amazing stories here on Mibba. So I tend kind of...subconsiously ignore the 'fan' bit of the fiction. Although that is also because I couldn't sit through reading a sex scene with Gerard (prominently, but also a lot of other band members) involved without feeling extremely wrong. I paramountly look up to Gerard, but not in a sexual manner at all. More veering off to the kind of father figure role than crush. So it could be slightly sickening to imagine Gerard in the role. =X

    I'm not very picky, give my anything slashy and I'm happy. :file:

    But I do love my MCR slash's. :tehe:

    Ok...I lied. I am a bit picky. I hate when people use the same cliche story over and over again. And if they DO use it, I want it to at least be somewhat different and discriptive. Not just: 'Frank wanted skittles. He was very hyper. He got fucked by Gerard. Gerard is doing drugs. It makes Frank sad.'

    No, not gonna work for me.

    I love slash.
    Frerard = gag me.
    Waycest = do a damn good job and don't fuck up this wonderful pairing.
    Frikey = simple.
    Bobard = never read, never will.

    But I don't read/write My Chem anymore.

    Erm...I don't read or write My Chem slash. I mean, I wrote a waycest once, but...wow, a long time ago that was. I will say I've seen a few writers pull off an AMAZING Frerard, but then again I've seen others just totally ruin it. I don't read Waycest that much, simply because I just...I dunno, I haven't seen many writers pull it off. Frikey...I've never read it. Bobard...0_0 Never could picture that...

    But other than that...I don't read or really have anything to do with My Chem fanfic.

    I only read Waycest if I know the author is amazing, with the exception of Isabel's story.
    I had never read her before and I took a chance on a Waycest. I don't do that.

    I have written one Waycest that turned original called You're Beautiful. I don't know why I decided to write it, but it just came to me one day and I had to spit it out that moment. After that, I never had the urge, the will, or the want to write another Waycest. Not that I have anything against Waycest writers, or stories, since I do love them- it's just not something I was comfortable writing. Most people ruin Waycest, so easier. And basically if you read one Waycest you have read them all. There are very few and select writers who can write a waycest and make it appealing and original.

    Since my first encounter with slash was through Frerards I feel most comfortable writing them. What pisses me off though is that there are so very few original plot twists in that area. I rarely read Frerards now. Not because I don't like them, but because there isn't any original ones. On here, I found a couple of authors whose work I adore and they're pretty much the only ones whose slash I read in general. When I read the word Skittles I wanna bash my head in.

    Waycest... I'm not comfortable with it. Mostly because those two guys are, well yeah, real people and aware of those stories and I know I wouldn't be happy if someone was writing a story about me having sex with my brother or sister if I had any siblings. I'm not okay with writing it and I've read only one - Isa's which wasn't a cliche and wasn't x-rated. Incest among original characters if far more acceptable.

    That's it with pairings in My Chem. for me. Frikeys and Bobards... I read a bikkey oneshot by Sruti and that was the only thing I liked. xD Plus, Changes, which should be a Frikey, totally pwn.

    Apart from that, whichever pairing Dru comes up with, I usually love. And Marlee's Ryrard is superb.

    :shifty...are you talking about Changes? Because I can't think of any Frikey oneshots I've written other than that.

    Shit, I was thinking of a Bob/Mikey. xD a.k.a Biikey. xD Since Changes aren't a oneshot. But I love that story.

    I love my Bikey story...

    On topic, I love Frerard. That was one of the first mychem pairings I read. I don't mind Waycest as long as its original and makes sense. Bobard...I have yet to write one or find one I like. I had the very first Bikey story on this site and I am damn proud of it.

    But my favorite pairings have to be Trillie and Billie/Adrienne.
