Getting Comments

I love getting comments. It's nice to know people are enjoying your writing and your story, y'know? It kind of irks me when people subscribe but don't leave you a comment, though. I don't know why. Like lonna lullaby. said, I don't mind about length etc. Some of the best comments I have received have been really small.

I hardly ever get comments. But it's actually quite strange, because my story with the highest readers/subscribers has zero comments. Not one. I try not to let it bother me though, because I ask my friend (and a really nice Mibba friend) how I could improve my writing. Which is what I like comments for, so I don't mind.

I really, really love getting comments, but some comments just piss me off, usually those that are: OMFG I LOVE IT! WRITE MORE! or I like your style <3 or <3.
I'd like a few comments with a bit of...I dunno, meat on them?

I hardly get comments. The most I have is on Wanderlust at 11 and that's only because I've done some shameless pimping, y'know?

It's disappointing sometimes, but I don't mind.

I get hardly any comments, my friends keep telling me my stories are worth more than what I get which makes me often thing like are they lying to me or is something wrong? Cause I was used to getting more than what I'm getting here...
I don't even have a clue how to do a pimping on my stories to get them noticed cause I've tried the pimping thread and nothing worked not even one new reader...

It's really disappointing cause I would love to get a review on what I'm doing so I could possibly improve my writing or get more ideas for my stories...

I think comments are the best thing ever. Every single one of them is like a gift from the reading gods.

I wouldn't say I get exactly floods of comments, but I have had a fair few recently that have ranged from simple to detailed, and I love them both. Just the fact that someone took time out of their day to let me know, in one or another, that they loved my work is amazing. This is why I always go thank my commenters because I really do appreciate every single one I get!
