What year, to what circumstances, and where did The Black Parade die?
I remember Gerard saying it somewhere, I think in Italy due to a train crash in the 1940's, but I can't remember. I just wanted to be sure.

    Hehe, um, found it.

I don't suppose anyone knows the name of Rise Against's manager, do they? Because that would be nifty, if anyone did. It's not very important to my fic, but I like to be as correct as possible, so if anyone knows please tell me. :)

the manager might be credited in the notes of their latest CD. you can get quite a lot of info about crew and associated band-people from the liner notes sometimes.

I was wondering if someone could help me figure out this one little thing.
Okay, so I'm writing this new story with a 'Special Victims Unit' cop in it [not from the tv show that's just their job] and I was wondering if those types of police officers ever go out on patrol, and like catch people for speeding or stolen vehicles?
I'm pretty sure they don't from my experience watching the tv show, but I'd still like to know.
Thanks in advance for the help. =]

    I'm pretty sure they don't.
It's just regular cops that do that sort of thing.

If somebody goes missing, how long do the police search for them before they give up? It doesn't have to be exact because the story is set in a fictional place but just the average amount of time.

They stop looking for them when they're given enough reasonable evidence to suggest that they should. Like if someone's reported missing, and the police somehow come to the conclusion they've just run away? They'll stop looking after a small while, depending on the age of the person and if they're a minor, or if there is a problem with mental or psychological illnesses. Though if they just don't ever find the person, they'd stop looking just because the case itself had grown cold. It really just depends on the case, and the evidence that the police find, which factors into it.

Genesis 9:13--I am putting my bow in the clouds. It will be the sign of my covenant with the world.

It probably varies a little from bible to bible as well.

The answer you were given is not really completely accurate.

After seven years, the person is considered dead.
    Before that, it all depends.
